Excellent Hotel. Has a nice veiw if you get the correct side of the building but overall it's comfy either way. Super modern and clean feeling. Had no problems other than the bathroom door was a sliding barn door style and thus didn't provide much soundproofing. Would definitely stay again.

Best Hotel I have stayed in for years. Never seen a hotel this clean, the staff so friendly, and a room so smartly designed. Convenient location just off I15. Great view and easy parking too.

The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway which makes it easy to get where you are going around town. The rooms are modern and clean and the staff was friendly. The indoor pool was heated and the kids loved swimming in it. Breakfast was what you would expect and there attendant was good at keeping things stocked.

Great staff, great rooms and very quiet. Even though the place was full I didn't hear the other guests. The rooms are very quiet.

Great price for what looked like a brand new place. We were in room 20X and could here everyone in the pool until 10:00pm which is my only complaint. Still worth the price. Great free breakfast.

Terrible food. I eat there on occasion. Only because the is no place else to go. Wait staff detest having customers and it shows. If you can wait to get to Jackson Hole or Rock Springs, just wait. I'm from Portland and let me explain the beer situation at this "brewery" it is lacking in every department. They all taste the same, they are served ay the wrong temperature. They are not served in the appropriate glass and the bartender does not even know how to properly pour a beer, let alone all the different styles they claim to have. For a brewery, this one is toward the bottom of the barrel. Two thumbs down.

The hotel has obviously been updates in just the past few years. Everything screams fresh. The overall design and especially the rooms. Finishing and furniture is all modern. For the business travelers and tech heads there are outlets and USB plugs around every corner. The bathroom is also great with wide open spaces, great finishings and Neutrogena products. Finally a hot breakfast is included with your stay and there is coffee available 24/7!

I try to stop here everytime I am in town for work, and my experience shows that this location takes pride in their service. The cleanliness is in the top tier of Hampton Inns that I stay at, and the staff is always very personable and willing to help. One of the best places to stay in town. I will go so far as to spend my own money rather than go through CLC for booking a room just to have my stay that much more comfortable.

Great service! Very comfortable beds! Awesome large hot tub! Free breakfast was great with a large variety of food! Great service. We've stayed a few times over the past year and have never had an issue!

The room was comfortable but very very small for the price! I stayed in the king suite and let me tell you if I was a king there would be some dead peasants! Have you ever woken up at three in the morning and decided to eat the left overs you have from the night before! Well I grab them and then ensue to search for a microwave… come to find out there is no bleeping microwave in the king suite!

Fairly clean and simple. Pretty similar to Holiday Inn. Simple being the key word in this price range. Next to freeway exit. Large flat screen TV. Fridge in a room, but not a microwave. I was told microwave was available in a lobby, but was too lazy to check it out. They do have a swimming pool, which is not accessible 24/7. It opens at 6 am, but do not expect any clean towels before 11.00. Would be nice to have some pool toys for kids and swim diapers available for babies. I also love hotels, where there is a shower next to the pool so you can shower right away before and after swimming. Room had an iron and ironing board, but no hair dryer.

The room was beautiful, the breakfast was full of a great selection so my kids could pick whatever they wanted. Kind staff, comfy bed, lovely atmosphere.

Very nice, people were great, would have been Nice if they would have said something on website about pool and hot tub being closed, as it was a reason we paid extra to stay instead of picking a cheap place on hotwire.

I had to give this a one star as you can't give it a zero rating and with the treatment our group had with the staff and management at this hotel they definitely don't deserve any stars. I am the activity secretary at a high school and I book rooms all the time and we stay at a variety of hotels. To start, Molly the general manager, did not return my calls 5 different times. Finally one time I called the front desk and she answered and I told her I had been waiting for a contract and that we were a school and tax exempt and set up for direct bill. She promised to get me it. I waited another month and many more messages. We finally decided to pay by credit card as they were getting close to having to leave. I sent the rooming list and our bookkeeper sent over the credit card authorization. Our groups shows up and they didn't have our reservations and so it took awhile and then they spread them all over the hotel and this is a group of high school kids. They also said they didn't have our payment information which our bookkeeper had emailed over the day prior. They were really rude to our parents, chaperone and our principal. We stayed 2 nights and on the 2nd day they even threatened to kick out all the kids. Still staying they hasn't received payment information, which they had. Then they refused to let our bus driver have a late check out. I had requested one and if I ever had gotten the contract from Molly I would have made sure it was in there.

Our drama department stayed here because we had a state competition nearby the people at the front desk were completely rude. We got yelled multiple times for being loud. (we weren’t they just needed a reason to yell at 16 year old kids) and none of our rooms were together everyone was on different floors even though none of the rooms were in use. We were not told the hotel was being remodeled there was dust everywhere. They refused to give our bus driver a late check out even though he had to drive us 10 hours. The elevator broke and the doors still opened and a principal from another school almost fell down the shaft… The bathroom doors didn’t close and didn’t lock and when you shower they door opens by itself. Very inconvenient. Also when you open the front door to your hotel room you can see right into the bathroom. The boys from another school in the room next to us had a room where the plumbing wasn’t hooked up so water poured all over the floor also our room wasn’t never cleaned and I had a black light from my project for state the sheets were nasty! Pretty sure some children were conceived.

Used my rewards points to get away for the day and have fun in the pool with the kids. After arriving we were told the pool was under construction and if we wanted they could see if a room was available 45 minutes away but she wouldn't be able to transfer my rewards points and I'd have to pay for that stay. When I booked the room I checked to make sure there was a pool and the site said absolutely nothing about construction. Very disappointed. I expected the level of hospitality for this cha in to be better than this.

Clean redecorated rooms, exceptional breakfast, great customer service. Highly recommend.

Wonderful service and wonderful people. The pool is great and same with the hot tub. Breakfast is served from 6am-10am.

The hotel was pretty nice, but it was under construction which I think affected my stay. The bathroom door had no lock which was annoying, the bathroom fan had no switch, and the windows couldn't open. Other than that, the bed was comfortable, the room was nice, the service was good and overall I was satisfied.

Traveled from out of state for the viewing and funeral of my mother. AFTER they allowed us to check in early, in the elevator were signs warning of construction. The hammering and drilling were so loud, I thought my head was vibrating against the headboard. I waited till normal check-in time to call the front desk to see if they could move elsewhere in the hotel. I wanted to REST before the viewing. I was told the construction would continue until 5:00. Love corporate America where $$ outweighs compassion. Wish I would have stayed at the Marriott where there was NO construction and other family members were GIVEN a bereavement DISCOUNT. I paid $60 more per room for more stress, no compassion. I will NEVER stay in another Hampton even if I have to PAY more!

My wife and I stayed here for a night while traveling through town on our honeymoon. The quality of the rooms really stood out as being high quality for the price point. The continental breakfast was adequate, and could be improved upon, but it definitely worked for us given our time constraints and there was a decent variety. The view from a lot of the rooms is great too, where this location sits up on a hill. What really stood out though, beyond the great customer service at the desk, were the beds. Fantastic beds. I can see now why they have them for sale, and quite honestly, we've talked about buying one when it comes time to retire our current mattress. Overall, a great experience.

I'm a Diamond member travel weekly. I sat here waiting for creamer for my coffee for 10 Min. I had to ask twice for it. When the creamer finally came out both coffee types were out and just being made, no back ups to just switch out. Many guests going in to the kitchen asking for food. I heard the employee tell most folks it will be 10 minutes. I am sitting here now still waiting to have my morning coffee. Been here for 45 min. I will absolutely make sure I NEVER stay here again. I will for go my points and stay at the Holiday Inn next door or the Marriott across the street. This problem can be solved. 2 people needed in the the kitchen. Simple leadership decision. The place is sold out so maybe it's busier than usual. Where is the manager? Maybe they can help for an hour or two.

Good hotel, nice amenities. Would prefer a non-tiered internet access system, but that is not exclusive to this hotel or chain. Comfy bed, soft pillows and sheets. Water pressure in shower is lacking.

The room I'm in feels awkward. The desk is to high and makes it to difficult to type on my laptop. There is a guide to what station is at what channel but not a guide that actually list the programming. The water is leaving my skin a bit on the dry side. Breakfast has a really good variety (except bacon) and tasted pretty decent. Overall it's not a bad place, just not great.

I had a very enjoyable overnight stay at this hotel. The room was nice however, I was disappointed that unlike the other Hampton Inn Hotels, this one did not provide a refrigerator or microwave in the room. However, the manager was kind enough to have a small refrigerator sent up to my room. The fitness room was very nice with two of each piece of equipment and a full array of weight and k machine. Lobby and common breakfast area were very nice complete with very cute electric candles on the tables at night giving the common area a very homey atmosphere the breakfast bar was very nice and well stocked. Hotel staff was very courteous and friendly. I look forward to my upcoming return day.

Stayed here while attending battle assembly (military) and the place was great. Super clean and nice staff on duty despite being booked out because of the simplot games.

Business Traveler Beware. Overall hotel is acceptable, except the management staff. I travel nearly every week for work, my company has an account with Hilton, yet they refused to help. My reservation was accidently booked one week earlier than my travel time. When I realized the mistake I called the hotel to explain. I was told that my credit card was charged for a no show. I discussed with them that I will be there in 7 days (and re-booked my room). The person I spoke to told me that he would check with his GM and will call me back regarding the charge being dropped. I never received a call back. ****BY THE WAY the two other hotels booked by mistake understood and reversed the no show charge. I showed up on the correct day a week later. Only to be told at that time, they were not going to stop the no show charge because they were completely full that night; — And they couldn't have told me this a week ago? AND as a matter of fact they were completely full again the night I actually checked in. I guess they thought I would walk out and go over to Marriott, so they wanted to be sure I knew I would be charged if I stayed or not. I went to my room and called to see if I could book a room for that night — to verify their story. And of course rooms were available. So, it appears this management staff lies to justify their bad management decisions. Needless to say, I will never stay at this hotel again.

The rooms were spotless, they were fresh, and the service was excellent.

We have stayed at other hotels in the area as we have family in Pocatello. To date Hampton Inn wins out as the best hotel out of the four other hotels we have used. The rooms are comfortable and roomy, the staff attentive and helpful, the pool and exercise room well equipped, with a bathroom off the pool so you don't have to go back to the room to change. The breakfast buffet is attended to by two staff members and is always kept well stocked. The open lobby, with comfy sofa/chairs, big screen TV and fireplace has been a wonderful place for friends and family to gather while staying at the hotel without having to visit the room. The delicious aroma of fresh baked cookies often greets us when coming back to the hotel from our visits. I would highly recommend Hampton Inn as your first stop for Pocatello accommodations.

I have never written a review on a hotel before but this seemed my best option to get my experience out there. The GM was one of the rudest people I have EVER dealt with (in both my professional and personal life). She wouldn't respond to my emails so then I called her. I was inquiring about some charges on an invoice and instead of working with me, she interrupted me, and wouldn't answer or explain anything to me. When I would ask something, she would interrupt me and ask another question. Her computer was talking 10-15 minutes to download a 9 page attachment and when I offered to call her back or have her call me she refused. She seemed upset at how many pages I had sent her (I didn't realzie that 9 pages was such a large attachment! ) But then she was getting short and cranky when I was referring to charges on an invoice (which I emailed her for reference) because she didn't know what I was talking about (which I tried to avoicd by scanning/emailing the documents to her in advance). I have never been treated this way! Every remark that came out of her mouth was snarky and disrespectful. I honestly feel sincerely sorry for the employees that work with/under her and the people who have to interract with her on a daily basis. This has totally damaged my view of the Hampton Inn in Pocatello. I will not EVER stay there again. Upper management needs to step in and get a new general manager because she is NOT someone any business should want representing their image.

Our company spends on avg of $10, 000 per month with Hampton Inn and the GM Tara would not return our phone calls left over 8 messages in a 5 to 6 day time span, when we finally talked to her it was because we were lucky she picked up the phone just the rudest person you ever want to meet I would not spend a dime there even if I have to sleep in the car it was that bad absolutely terrible service on her part.
