Rooms were very clean. Family Suite is spacious, has a fireplace, microwave, refrigerator, three television sets, three couches, and a dining area. Great price! Pool and jacuzzi open 24/7. We really enjoyed our stay!

We checked into our room at 9:00 PM and only staying 1 night paying $149. I had stains on my sheets that don’t even look clean and someone’s dirty tooth pick on the floor where my child or dogs can get to it. Not very sanitary for a family to be in. I went and said something to the front and ask if they even cleaned my room. All she had to say was “They’re supposed to be clean? ” She didn’t even know if anyone checked my room before we arrived! This is DISGUSTING! For all I know the person renting the room before us could’ve had COVID and my child would be touching someone else’s COVID germs. never staying here again, not worth it!

The pool was amazing! and the room was soooooooooooooo relaxing! it is definitely a nice get away spot!

Had a great stay hotel room was a good size it was Queen good beds pools open 24-hour wasn't expecting Breakfast due covid and breakfast was served in a bag nice to have a few things to hit the road with.

I was hesitant to do a staycation again but after some research, I chose the La Quinta Inn. As soon as I checked our girl scout troop in, I knew I made an amazing choice! Great and friendly staff which made me feel very important and they offered their help and knowledge from the start. The family suite was clean, comfortable, and more than enough space for 10 people! The pool/hot tub is open 24 hours. We had an amazing time and made great memories!

Awesome rooms at a good rate. They asked if I was military and gave me a discount which I found amazing. This was my first time staying at a la Quinta Inn but I will definitely return.

Great rooms very clean and modern, King size comfy bed provided the best sleep I ever had. Complete with fridge, pool, and free breakfast. Front desk lady was a bit monotone and not very friendly in her defense if I had to repeat the same thing to everyone I would be a little annoyed to. On average with the pros in cons I will be staying there again if I am in town.

Great place! Very clean, yummy breakfast, I love the 24 hour pool. Great for my whole family. The staff was awesome.

Hotel looks clean but the 4 day stay we had we noticed up close and first hand it's filthy! Beds are old, and sheets covered in hair while we had stains on our blankets floor is swept but not mopped, tub and sink were dirty. We asked for maid service on the 3rd day and came back to them dirt/ hair being swept onto the carpet and not vacuumed, they didn't clean the shower/tub or the in room jacuzzi tub or the sink and counter. Just made the bed with the same dirty bedding and change the towels down to just two towels no wash clothes or new soap and nothing for the jacuzzi tub. It's dirty! We tried the free breakfast one morning and ants were coming out all over the counter by toaster oven, no one attempted to clean it up. The pool/jacuzzi down stairs stays open all night which I thought was awesome but wet floors down hallway and elevator and no wet floor signs, not good when you have a broken foot not to mention the floor is so dirty that when guests coming from an indoor pool/jacuzzi made muddy foot prints all down the hallways and elevator! I got out of the shower in my room and had dirty feet before I ever got dried off! Go with slippers and be prepared to turn on the room jacuzzi tub and see a filthy ring of muck from having a dirty filter. I ended up cleaning it myself and enjoying the jacuzzi tub. All in all, bring slippers and your own cleaning supplies Along with your own bedding and towels.

Kind staff and pretty good quality rooms. There were some minor repairs that could have been fixed to make the room nicer, but the Wi-Fi was fast and the water worked so it's pretty great stay over night. Also, free breakfast that turned out much better than we were expecting from a middle of the road hotel.

This is just what you would expect from La Quinta. The rooms were clean and nice with a decent pool area. Our only complaint was that the fire alarm went off if it detected too much steam from the shower. Not a big deal, if you remember to keep the bathroom door shut after you shower. Overall a nice stay.

I like this place a lot it was comfortable it was clean had a great pool easy access from the freeway. Town is just on the other side of the freeway. Only complaint is in the mornings the laundry room door was open which was very noisy and made the hallway very warm. There was a Ryon that was setting up the breakfast he was great and the breakfast was really good.

Very clean and organized rooms. A good continental breakfast. A 24 hour pool and a full gym. I had a very nice stay here and I will stay again when I come back to Pocatello.

I like staying at La Quinta. Rooms are freshly updated and clean. Breakfast is good and hot. Breakfast area is nice and big. Sauna and fitness room open 24 hours. Having said that, I think that they really need to upgrade their bathroom.

We showed up to learn that they gave our reserved room that slept five or six away, and then front desk told us the reservation does not guarantee the room you reserved (what is the point of making a reservation then) and put I
us in a room too small for our group : (!

The beds we're great, pillows could be better though. The room wasn't very clean, dust and pet hair all over (no we didn't need a pet room). The sink faucet still had finger prints on it. The front desk was very nice and welcoming though. Maids need to clean rooms better and the hotel would be great.

Overall really good. It was the cheapest price, but also didn't skimp on amenities. Too much light comes in under the door. Staff was nice and helpful. Would stay again.

It all seemed so good. The only serious complaint was that there was a fire in some micron. They all worked very fast in fixing everything in relation to the fire and actually the fault was not on the part of the hotel.

Very great place to stay. From making reservations to check out was awesome. I like it cause this place is pet friendly which is a huge plus. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and nice. They do have contiennial breakfast. Housekeeping is awesome as well. I'd like to say thank you to Caty whom I spoke with for reservation, Patty whom gave me great ingormation, and to Erica when I'd checked out. She signed me up for rewards member… thank you. Also I'm sorry for the lady who checked us in on Friday thank you too you to. Very help and made us feel welcome. Well be back to visit again. Keep up the good and friendly service. This is one of the best hotels that I have stayed and by far. Dustin at the front desk is amazing! We celebrated my daughter‘s birthday there when she turned eight, and they were so accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It blows the other hotels in Pocatello out of the water. The rooms are extremely nice, the suite was beautiful and not the most expensive in town. It had two bedrooms and one huge dining room with a fireplace and two couches. It was clean, fresh, and very comfortable. We will celebrate all of our birthdays and have all of our family members stay in this hotel exclusively from here out.

Such an amazing place. The people were super nice. When they found out my fiance and I were on our way to get married they upgraded us to the honeymoon suite for free. I would most definitely stay again.

My family absolutely loved this place! We needed an ADA compliant room and was beyond impressed with it. The room was more than large enough to fit my adults son wheelchair though. The bathroom was gigantic as well for his wheelchair as well as handrails situated all over the bathroom to help him move around. There were two shower nozzles. One that stayed put and the other one came off making it easier for my son to shower himself. For the size of the room, the cleanliness, easy access to and from, the price was fantastic. The staff was amazing and more than helpful as well. The only down side was there was a huge snow storm. The sidewalks nor the parking lot had been maintained. We could not get him down the sidewalk became see of the snow and also because of how someone parked blocking the sidewalk. We had no other choice but to pull him through the parking lot and it was a complete nightmare. Very few places take into consideration those that are in wheelchairs visiting their establishment. This place went above and beyond. However, when it came to the outside they missed the point.

When we reserved online it said the room sleeps 5 people (that's what we listed we had). When we got there after a 9.5 hour drive, super late, and no other motels available (because of an event in town), they told us the room only sleeps 4 and they don't do roll away beds. So one of us had to sleep on the floor on some very crappy blankets. What was left of breakfast when we got there was terrible. No towels at the pool. No where to hang towels in the room, and we only had 2 towels in the first place and 1 roll of tp. Workout room most of the equipment didn't work. The pool was nice and big though kids had fun there, and it's open all night. Told us they were going to give us a discount for the mess up and they never did. We went to a much nicer hotel for the same price and with a pullout couch for our 5th person!

Dirty, even the halls looked like they weren't vacuumed. Front desk person was lovely. Phone didn't work in the room. No Kleenex in the room. Dirty towels. But as I said before. The front desk person was awesome!

I recently stayed at the Pocatello location. My heater unexpectedly stopped working in my room. The front desk clerk was very unhelpful as she thought I didn’t know how to work the thermostat and talked to me like I was dumb. She didn’t seem to want to be bothered. Let’s just say we won’t be staying there again. I was also charged a “cleaning fee” because we had pizza in their breakfast area and didn’t take other people’s trash out as we removed our own trash. Didn’t realize I had to clean up from your other guests as well.

I've been staying at this La Quinta for work about every 3 weeks. The service here has been exceptional. The staff is friendly and eager to help make your stay comfortable and pleasant. I have had the people moping the floors asking me if they could help me with my shopping bags, they greet me pleasantly and say "welcome home" When I arrive making sure things are right. The topper was this stay when I arrived just before a snow storm. Looking at about 6" of snow on my car I enquired about a snow scraper as I wasn't sure they had left one in my rental car. I was told by my favorite front desk person Rose that they had one at the front desk When I went out to my car after breakfast, I found that the man who had shoveled and deiced the sidewalks had cleared off all the snow & scraped the windshields of every car in the parking lot! I was able to go back to my room & relax before leaving for work. I can not tell you what a great treat that was!

We arrived here well after 10 pm, and the front desk staff was upbeat and helpful. The room was stayed in was well cleaned and the beds we're comfortable. In the morning, the breakfast was more than acceptable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. We checked out early and the front desk staff remained helpful and friendly, while also efficient. All in all, it's a good place to stay.

Absolutely loved it. We stay in hotels with our family fairly often and this was a great stay. The breakfast was huge and had so many options. The room was huge (for our family) and was very enjoyable. We will definitely book with La Quinta in the future.

We usually love the Last Quinta Inn but not this one. The staff was very cold at any interaction and the general layout of the room wasn't conducive to comfort. The furniture felt like it was geared for children (I weigh 200 lbs) but the bed was very comfortable. The hotel overall was very clean and the breakfast was great but we wouldn't stay here again.

Good location near a few places to grab a bite. Facilities and rooms are nice, customer service is good but the housekeeping was lacking for me. My room was not very clean and they did not change the sheets for my second day during my stay, the bathroom floor was sticky which was gross and the room had a strong odor as well. The breakfast was good but I had to call someone to refill the coffee on both days of my stay as they don't seem to check in to make sure they still have food/beverages otherwise.

A pretty decent hotel with a few flaws. The price was a bit gouged due to the eclipse happening nearby, and despite that the service nearly lost our reserved rooms that we booked. The room itself only had the issue of the shower lacking the inner curtain so that water ended up seeping through easily onto The bathroom floor. Aside from those things, everything else is fine. The rooms seemed clean, the beds comfortable. They even have an indoor pool. The placement of the inn is good for a quick bite to eat with the choice of Burger King, Jack in the Box, and Subway within walking distance.

Quiet and clean, although the comforter cover on my daughter's bed had a faint stain. The staff was quick to replace it and the phone that wasn't working in my mother's room. I wasn't very impressed with the breakfast. I've stayed at various La Quinta's before and have always been impressed. They didn't have any fresh fruit and no hot food other than scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffles. Parking was easy. The pool looked nice. I slept pretty well.

Been coming here for years long before la quinta took over the ameritel Inn. I still like it a lot. The breakfast is pretty good and it has a 24 hour pool and hot tub which are very clean.

Nice hotel with modern rooms and friendly staff. The room was nice and clean. They have an indoor pool and hot tub so that was awesome to use in December. Free breakfast buffet is included and it was super yummy. They had waffles (the ones you make fresh), scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, apples, yogurt, cereal, etc. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the pillows were not very comfortable. They didn't offer much support for my neck so I tossed and turned a lot at night. But I'm sure it's hard to accommodate everyone's pillow needs. Great hotel!

Staff at the front desk was rude and didn't seem to care about the issues we had checking in. I am in town working nights, I put the " do not disturb" sign on the door. I was woken up multiple times by different maid staff, walking into my room and banging loudly on the door.

Clean and quiet hotel. Every room has been redone and it looks brand new. Breakfast was good, front desk staff pleasant. They have plenty of doggie poop pick up bags available if you bring your pet.

Rosemary at check in was great — super friendly and helpful. Room was nice, comfortable bed. Hotel was remodeled about 1 year ago.

Very happy with our stay. Spacious rooms, quiet, and great continental breakfast. We choose la quinta because we can bring our dogs with us.

Awesome location. Awesome remodeling job. Almost part with the the Holiday Inn Express. My room was by the road and was really load. It kept me from sleeping. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel is the nicest I've ever stayed at. The renovations are beautiful. Very clean, nice design. The staff was awesome. The breakfast needs work. But I love that they do not charge extra for dogs! And they don't care what size they are =)

Location was great! 20 min to the hot springs 10 min to town, kid friendly and pet friendly. Inside pool and hot tub was clean. The room was clean.

The hotel was nice, the recent renovations looked great. Our room's heater/ac unit was broken and they couldn't fix it. And they couldn't get us into a new room until the next day. But the staff were nice about it. The breakfast was a little cold, but it was still good. Overall it was a good experience. We will be back!

They remodeled, but isn't much. New wallpaper and carpet. Basically still old amentities, and rooms are out dated compared to most newer hotels.

The room was not clean. The floor was sticky and the bath tub had hair and a black ring around. It also had mold and scum built up on the shower bar. I cleaned it off. I went to the store and bought cleaning products and cleaned the room. Our bedspreads had mustard and food spilled all over it. I don't think the sheets were even changed. The room was very dusty. Also every time I used my key it would stop working. It took 8 key to get one to work. The girl at the counter was nice but spent almost 2 hrs on the phone with a personal call. She told me she like the guy. The breakfast was ok. My sister had the room next to me and her room was just as bad except there was blood on her bedspread. I will never stay at this place again.

Asked to be placed away from the many teens that were staying here for fear they would be loud and rude, it's certainly 3:20am here, they room full of teens that us right next to mine are in a fight and have been for hours and I've called the front desk 5 times with no answer. Very unhappy, understaffed, poor service, bad atmosphere.

Now the La Quinta. Beds are comfortable, staff was kind.

Pocatello — just converted to LA quinta — great stay.

The room was great, but I had to take detours due to remodeling, and they closed the pool and weight room. Great variety of TV channels with directtv.

They've still got a lot of construction going on, but the updated, clean rooms more than made up for that fact. I actually enjoy coming out here for army drill weekend.

It was a good stay, but it was under construction so it was generally dirty. Breakfast was good, the pool and hot tub were clean and nice.

They're making an attempt to remodel but this place is just old! There was a feces streak on the toilet seat! We thought relaxing in the hot tub would compensate for the let down but the water was barely warm and the heater wouldn't warm it up. The walls here are paper thin and you can hear everything in the hall and neighboring rooms. Should have gone to the Hampton down the road.

Nothing special about it. The rooms are dirty and old. Front desk was mean and very rude. The soap is awful, no lotion, the pillows sucked, and the bed not very good. Seriously a motel 8 is better than this place.

The sink was outside the bathroom which can be nice. Internet was a little slower and TV was struggling to work. The staff was helpful with granting access to microwave after hours. The atmosphere is clean and spacious. The location is very close to the freeway and other places to eat.

Nicest hotel we've stayed at for awhile. This is our new Pocatello hotel.

"Hotel is fine but handicapped spaces do not have proper signage. " The hotel itself is fine with good rooms, a very nice pool and free Wi-Fi and breakfast — what we now come to expect of hotels in this class. However, I am somewhat disabled due to a severe operation and cannot manage luggage over long distances. I returned after a trip to a pharmacy to find the parking lot completely full. I was quite desperate. The front desk was kind enough to let me park in a non-designated space, and I was able to hobble to my room but I had to write this to let other travelers know that the hotel is not fully in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. There should be four or five designated handicapped spaces for their lot, and there are two. More importantly, the spaces are only marked on the pavement and not on a non-obscured sign. Here are the ADA regulations for signage. "Signs Mark each handicap parking space with a sign displaying the symbol of accessibility. Signs easily covered by parked vehicles do not adhere to ADA guidelines. Ensure that the sign is visible when a vehicle is parked. Note that the spot is van accessible with a sign below the symbol of accessibility. " I appreciate the accommodating folks at the front desk, but this is a matter for management to handle, and I believe they have been lax.

Wonderful! Very comfortable room, all amenities, and quiet too. Good breakfast included. We would definitely stay here again! 10/10.
