The room was good size, the bathroom to small needs safety bars, we enjoyed the the Hot Top, The front Desk Staff Chance, and other staff members were excellent, the breakfast was great and the young Lady who prepared it was exceptional, Mackenzie took care of me, I burned my finger and she went above and beyond to make sure I was okay and that I had proper care, also when she found out we would be leaving at 4 am she made sure we had a sack breakfast because we would miss it in the morning. Fantastic young lady!. We will be back thank you McKenzie.

I stayed in the West wing which is detached from the rest of the building. The room was nice and spacious. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable.
The staff was courteous, pleasant and helpful.
(2 things that could be better. )
(1) move 5he bathroom wall straight out and have the lighted counter in the bathroom with the vanity.
(2). You need an indoor corridor from the West wing to the main building and pool area.
Last night I would have gone to the indoor swimming pool, if I didn't have to go outside in the cold to get there from my room. And I might add. I wasn't going to return to my room wet and getting cold from being outside to get back to my room. Just an honest observation that I could see.
Hopefully this may help in the future wth the possibility of a remodel in tha area.

Beautiful rooms! Pet friendly, clean and tidy. Customer service is excellent. Beautiful outside dog area, lounge and 24 hour pool. This is hands down the absolute best place to stay.

Don’t book here, they don’t allow locals to get rooms however they don’t state that on the apps or website. So when you book a room they will not allow you to check in and they will not refund your money. Had to contact my bank to fight for my 127.00 that the hotel charged me for a room they we didn’t get. Completely rip off and scammers!

Booked a room on reservations. Com paid in advanced went to check in was told they don’t allow locals because of covid and now won’t refund my money. Worst place ever!

They tell you the wrong room number and charge you 200$ for it ridiculous!

Noise complaints when they close their bar at 10. We weren't being that loud.

Clean and comfortable. Beds were so comfortable and great shower pressure. Breakfast and the hot tub were great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the bar. Definitely staying there again.

I am in the middle of disputing my money to be returned to me because I booked online with booking. Com n was told I would not have to pay until I arrived to check in which why I chose them instead of Priceline and another hotel. Well I found a better deal cancelled my stay online and proceeded with my stay elsewhere to only wake up finding out I was charged by the best western in Pocatello. I called best western the First Lady said it’s because booking didn’t communicate with them so I called booking and they said it’s because best western charged and it’s on them to refund my 70 dollars. I received a call today from another lady at best western stating since booking site states it’s non refundable they did charge my card when in reality it is clearly from booking. Com themselves but it was on best western. I’m super upset and very disappointed in the actions of this hotel and the ladies there. To say they will not refund with booking or myself is nerve racking especially since I am on maternity leave with no pay and a newborn just shows how ruthless this place is! It’s all in best western control to refund.

Great place to stay! Clean, comfy beds. Breakfast was good like always. The only down fall with my stay was checking in at 3pm with the room I was suppose to check into was not available, they kept calling house keeping to see which rooms are available. Any staff around the front counter did see me with a lot of luggage and carrying a car seat with a baby in it but didn’t bother to help open the door or ask to help. I really do think they need an elevator. Having to go up to the 3rd floor by my self with 2 kids and all my luggage was exhausting. But I would try this place again when going on vacation.

Stayed here a lot for business, loved it every-time. Very friendly and helpful staff. Miss seeing you all. ❤️

Great place but could not get the hockey game in the bar for me.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The beds/sofas were comfortable. It had more amenities (pool and conference center) than I needed at all. There was also a decent breakfast, standard hotel food, provided that was kept full stocked of all food options at all times.

Great place! Very clean lots of space we have four girls who loved the pool! They have a lounge and everything was very nice! I will only stay here in my future visits to Pocatello. Don’t waist your money staying anywhere else trust me I’ve stayed in all the hotels in the area and for the money this is the best!

Great rooms! Lots of space, pullout beds, very clean! Within walking distance of several restaurants! Very friendly staff and great chill room to relax. Awesome pool! Very clean facility.

Staff was excellent to work with. Free breakfast was best we've had compared to other Best Westerns. The dining area very comfortable and staff maintained availability of food choices. The building quaint but showing need for updating. The guest laundry machines and floor were very dirty. Since the guests don't clean up after themselves when using these facilities then a staff member should give it some attention so it's presentable for use. Other complaint is we had the only handicap room they have, but because it is also a suite we had to pay a higher fee. I would recommend this facility and would stay again.

Clean and spacious rooms, wonderful staff! Stayed the weekend for a baseball tournament! Our kids, plus quite a few who weren't even staying at the hotel spend every evening in the 24-hour pool! Most of the parents hung out visiting in the lobby and ordered pizza for the kids. The Lobby staff was amazing and very friendly! Beds were fairly comfortable with lots of pillows! TV and internet both worked great. Room was very clean and roomy with a mini refrigerator and a microwave. 2 luggage racks, a closet and a dresser/entertainment center, as well as a table w/chairs and a lounge chair with an ottoman. We were very impressed with our room as well as the service, and will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

This was a good hotel. The rooms were nice and they seemed clean. The breakfast was good The pool and hot tub were nice. It was a convenient location for our itinerary.

I stay at the property each time I'm in the area. It is most convenient to all the points of my travels. The dining and gas station are located within walking distance to this property. The indoor pool and exercise room are handy and well equipped. Breakfast is what I need to get me ready to face the challenge of the rest of the day. I look forward to staying here again.

Clean room, courteous staff and cold refrigerator. Noisy slamming doors on the floor with a loud air conditioner that seemed to cycle every five minutes. We were either hot or cold, no real consistent comfort level. I guess that's what you get with window units. Good stay, better then sleeping outside in the car.

Good Breakfast and decent room. Never did get that Shampoo and Conditioner. But the pillows were NOT covered in Plastic. I like that. Bed was a little stiff, but overall a really nice hotel. Would totally stay there again.

Well kept Motel, just off Highway 15,, situated in a dominant position on a small hill, in an absolutely quiet place, also ideal for evening walks after dinner, out of the traffic… Comfortable rooms, with bathroom closed compared to the bedroom, which is not common in all motels, ideal for those who like personal privacy (in many motels the washbasin is visible from the bed, a bit unpleasant…). Very friendly staff, prices in the norm.

Manager made my little Great Grandsons feel important. They shared our breakfast before we left for home. That is what keeps us coming back. Your Hotel is a great place for a family as well as us older generations. Thank You.

I had an overall good experience at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and nice. They treated me as though I was a friend instead of the usual shuffle of information during check-in. The room was clean and comfortable (2 Queen Suite). There were some areas of the room/hotel that seemed dated and could be improved but didn't see any major issues. I did not eat breakfast here so cannot comment on that. I would stay here again.

Nice, small room with microwave, refrigerator etc. Large swimming pool and hot tub. Wonderful breakfast. Lots of stairs and no elevators.

This is our "go-to" hotel in Pocatello. Always clean and up-to-date, friendly helpful staff, and a comfortable bed. Add to that the 24 hour pool and a breakfast buffet that actually offers chocolate chips for your granola and it's a property we look forward to visiting whenever we're in town.

We love staying here. Rooms are fair priced and comfortable. Kind staff. Would definitely recommend.

The check-in was wonderful. Somehow we were booked on the wrong date. I called in to make the reservation, so I'm not sure who the error fell on, but they accommodated us and it was a breeze. The rooms leave a lot to be desired as do the hallways. The carpet is the halls is very worn and stained. The rooms are extremely dark. There is one small window and one light in the ceiling close to the door. The room is lit with lamps, but it always felt dark and dreary. The sheets were very worn and the top comforter was dirty. We stripped it off of the bed. There was a table in the corner which was moved and underneath it clearly hadn't been vacuumed in months. The bathroom was okay, but there were spots where the cleaning staff had clearly barely wiped anything down. Yes, this is an older motel, but the photos online make it seem like something it isn't. The staff was friendly, but I will not stay here again.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and attentive staff. The onsite lounge had reasonable food and adult beverages for a quick bite. There was at least one other restaurant nearby.

Front staff were most friendly and welcoming. 24 hour pool and hot tub and access to a pub were all appreciated. Room was clean. Bed was small. Poor noise control from hallway meant frequent sleep interruptions overnight.

It was cold. The hotel room was warm and clean. The hotel staff were courteous and friendly. I had a good night's rest.

It was a nice place to stay. Clean, bed was super comfy, more firm, which is what I like. Had a tub, love me a bath. Breakfast included and the staff we interacted with was nice. There are stairs, but when you park in the rear, it's only half a flight. Room was close to that, so it was easy. I'd stay again!

Great place to stay — clean and nicely designed rooms, friendly and helpful staff; all the basic amenities plus a few more for a great price; very accommodating when traveling with pets and low and very reasonable pet fee; the hotel is close to the Interstate and easy to find and in a safe area. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very nice facility. Room clean and very roomy and comfortable, pool and hot tub awesome for guests. Staff is wonderful! Would give 5 stars if breakfast was available until 11:00 am for guests who are later check ins the night before and need extra rest in the early morning and miss the 6:00 am to 9:00 am breakfast schedule. Especially for kids. Otherwise, a very nice experience and will definately stay there again!

Best Western is always or favorite choice of hotel. They had clean rooms and a wonderful hot breakfast the next morning. They had both big and mini waffles which the kids loved.

The staff was nice. The breakfast was decent, better than some. The room was small as stated on the website when I made the reservation, but smaller than I was expecting. My only complaint is that our room was on the second floor near the stairs going into the lobby area, and we could hear everyone talking as they walked by out in the hall as if they were in the room with us.

Best Western Pocatello Inn provided a warm welcome for us and our kitten who travels with us. The facility is easy to find and is located near restaurants. Staff are helpful and friendly and will be our choice on our next visit.

The Best Western Pocatello has always been a fairly priced travel hotel. If you can handle some somewhat outdated decor in some of the as yet to be remodeled parts of the hotel, this hotel has what matters. Clean beds, clean rooms and reasonable prices.

I wouldn’t describe this hotel as “classy”. The best thing about this hotel is that it is pet friendly. Other than that, my husband and I were disappointed with our stay. Our original room was barely big enough to fit two queen-sized beds so forget about our luggage. Fortunately we were able to move to a room with a bit more space for the same price. The new room’s door handle would not lock properly when the door closed. The faucet to the shower was faulty, and the refrigerator could not be trusted to keep food cool. The staff is nice and friendly aside from that, I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Despite having printed reservation confirmation with the reservation number hotel claimed that they were fully booked and that we didn't have a reservation. After finding another hotel for the night we discovered in the morning that Best Western had charged us more than we had originally booked the room for! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! After speaking to them, they did refund the money but that didn't make the standing out in the rain searching for a room any better. Changed from 1 to 2 stars as we received a refund.

We had an excellent stay at this facility. We utilize this resort each time we travel through Idaho. The staff are the best I have encountered, the facility is always in top condition and it is very accessible and near I-15. For a trouble free and relaxing stay, I highly recommend this location.

Reserved a 2 queen bed room. Got a queen with a sleeper sofa and was told that's just the way it goes. The hotel layout is like a maze and easy to get lost in. Pets are allowed which is fine as long as they aren't barking at 1am. The carpets are old and smell like mildew. Very disappointed. Won't be staying at a Best Western again. This chain needs to up their game.

Nice place, VERY nice rooms. Building is confusing to navigate through. The hotel is several different buildings tied together. Lounge, food. Stayed under CLC membership and room cost was $63 on a Tuesday night. Room 273, King bed, big TV, huge room, MASSIVE bathroom, Tub, full walk in shower, NICE! I will be back.

The accommodations were adequate, the staff was excellent! The attitude and the friendliness of the entire staff made the stay! I would have given 5 stars except the fryer in the lounge wasn't exhausted properly during our stay and every night the entire building smelled like cooking oil.

The hotel is beautifully appointed with indoor pool and spa, lovely grassy areas for sitting or walking the dog, and nice rooms, although a little small. The only downside was the food in the bar/restaurant. I recommend you find somewhere else to eat!

Best continental breakfast compared to other motels we have stayed at. The Room was above average. Room was average but lacked outlets for charging phones and hooking up CPap machine. Pool water was cold but my daughter made the best of it. For the money it was average st best.

First time in Pocatello, so nothing local to compare to. But, compared to decent hotels elsewhere in the US, this is marginal. Booked a room for 4. Looks like they just put in a second queen bed in a room for 2. Very cramped. No place to put luggage. Storage closet, Shower, toilet, wash basin, hair dryer all in one room, so everyone waits while one gets ready. Sink plumbing needed repair. Breakfast was ample. Beds were comfortable.

Excellent place to stay that is in a very good location. The bed was great we got an excellent nights rest. The breakfast was real good and we were back on the road early. We will stay here again when in the area. This is a great place to stay.

My stay at the Best Western Pocatello Inn in Pocatello, Idaho was fun and I will recommend to anyone with pets that this is a 1st rate hotel with a very friendly staff who are happy and always willing to help you in anyway possible. My pet room was decorated very beautifully and it was clean, comfortable and well equipped for my needs. The breakfast area is designed with modern decor and the food was very good. I was greeted each morning by Melinda with a smile and "Good Morning" which got my day off to a happy start. Check in and check out was efficient and with a friendly smile from another happy person — Alan at check-out invited me back soon and I am happy to come back. The outside pet area was equipped with "baggies" for clean-up with a nice grass area for pets to explore. I will be definitely stay at this Best Western any time I am in the Pocatello area and have recommended staying there to my traveling friends with pets.

My little family loved it. The beds, the Pillows were awesome! My kids loved the pool just because it was a 24 hr pool. A long day of baseball in the heat deserves a good swim. And the lounge was perfect for my husband and I. Melissa the bartender was super friendly. Breakfast was so yummy! Good job Best Western, We'll be coming back!

Love this place the people are amazing. Especially Heather at the front desk she is just amazing always when here. Rooms always so nice and love that it's pet friendly. Love that thier pool and exercise room is open 24 hrs. Breakfast here is amazing. Always will stay here anytime. Thanks for making us feel so like home.

Room was clean, friendly staff, good price, 24 hs pool is a great but it was so cold. We are in winter temperature at the pool room was so low. But we had a good time.

First, I want to mention that we booked over a month before stay, requesting our rooms to be on the same block, and some how only managed two on 3rd floor, two on 2nd floor, and those were not even next to one another. So don't bother requesting that… Second we walk into the building that smells and looks old, assuming years ago they allowed smokers? Then when we walked into our room… Oh boy did we walk into a room, to which the lighting at night. A joke… 2 of 3 small lamps worked. The one lamp that did not work had a busted outlet, so it could have just been that. Our room was located on the very end, which had a brick wall, which the sun hit all day. Crazy how hot our pillows and bed felt. I'm not even going to go into how horrible the beds were, only going to ask. Was it from 1994? The cleanliness of the hotel room was way below Best Western standards, for us to find dirty socks (not ours) behind chair, to a dirty shower, (in which I cleaned next morning) We almost packed up at 2am, but booking two nights at a different hotel on a weekend… Was not under $189. You can clearly hear people above and beside you as well, which drove me up the wall. I'm a very passive person, and it takes alot to really piss me off, to where im writing a review in hopes that no one else experiences what we went through.

It was very nice. We had to stay in the presidential suite because there were no rooms left and being it is the only presidential suite I have stayed in it is the nicest one by default. In all seriousness it was a great place to stay. Friendly staff and clean facility.

Not a bad place honestly. Parking can get tricky, rooms are dated and sometimes dusty. The lounge consists of 8$ drinks and fried or microwaved food. The front desk likes to spring room deposit charges on you some times and none on other stays. The hallways are an adventure just on the smells you encounter. Parts smell fresh, others smell like super strong flower scented spray and then the southeast entry smells like a case of rotten eggs and death. It's not my first choice but definitely not my last. There is much worse in Pocatello.

Nice hotel. Good location by a few restaurants that will give you 10% off if you show your room key. One weird thing though, is that they will charge you a percentage over what your stay will cost to cover any damages, etc. Just a heads up so you know what you're getting into.

The staff was really great, my kids loved the pool. Breakfast was decent although eggs were not of the fresh variety. The only real complaint is that the towels are not soft at all. They feel like sandpaper. Change that and you get 5 stars.

I brought my Xbox one gaming system here hoping to use it and they blocked all of their HDMI ports. So I cannot play any games while I'm here. This is insane. I am not happy about this at all. Everywhere else I go they are happy to help me set up my Xbox. So I would suggest anyone else who wants to do this please pick another hotel. Like Marriott, LA Quinta. Motel 6 or any moms and pops hotel. Please avoid the best western like its the plague.

This was by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. A budget room but high priced. The beds were horrible and the room was extremely loud. Breakfast wasn't anything special and over crowded. If they have remodeled, the cheapest of everything was used: fixtures, TV, flooring, bathroom fixtures… We will have a difficult time staying at a Best Western again. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere while in Pocatello.

Our stay was great. The building is one of the nicer hotels; I loved the beautiful brick and the large pool area. The rooms are newly furnished as well as the lobby and breakfast area. The staff was accesible and kind.

It's a nice hotel with spacious rooms and a great breakfast. The staff is very friendly here too. I'm not a fan of the hotel layout but that is very minor. I stay here almost every time I'm in town.

Kathy is the best front desk person ever! Loved it. The room was clean. The breakfast was good. And the service was outstanding.

My coworkers and I always stay here when we are in town every fall, but after this trip that will end. This trip we were accused of stealing a pillow which caused a charge of $25 dollars which of course can't be proved or disproved but its humiliating I know we did not… But there is nothing I can do even after talking to the hotel front desk. I am very annoyed with being accused of something I or my coworkers didn't do!

A family memorial service brought us to Pocatello, Idaho in July 2005. We stayed in your Inn and enjoyed the comforts of home. In 2010 I moved Mom into Assisted Living and stayed at a hotel down the street but it did not have the spirit that the Pocatello Inn has. Your staff is friendly, efficient and ready to assist in any way. (Sales, front desk, room service/cleaning, and dining room). Every visit is welcomed with a smile and the best dining experience each morning! Thank you Best Western POCATELLO INN!

WORST HOTEL EVER! The absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I have never been treated so poorly by hotel staff in my life. Brought the wife and kids up to Pocatello for my wife's family reunion. Specifically requested a room with the hide a bed. When we walked in the room the maintenance guy walked out and said sorry I hide a beds broken. Called the desk ask for a new room was told they were booked sorry. Bath time for the kids, the bathtub stopper did not work and the bathtub did not hold water. Call down to the desk for a rubber stopper and was told nobody uses the bathtubs around here they don't have any rubber stoppers sorry use a washcloth or take a shower. I've stayed in bed hotels before and figured we will just try to make the best of it. Day three, the wife and kids are going to a family activity and I am going to stay in the room and catch up on work. 8 AM the power goes out call the desk, I am told sorry construction the power may be on and off all day. The power was off until after 3 PM. No AC, no TV, no Wi-Fi and no electricity. At that point I go down to the desk and said they would have to credit me for today, they said no problem. When I went to check out the next day they charged me for all three days I reminded them that they were going to credit me for the last day. 20 minutes later the manager finally says no problem sir we will credit you for The last day. They lied when my American Express bill came they charged me for all three days.

My wife and I booked this room through Priceline on our way from Los Angeles up to Yellowstone National Park. We got a very good deal on the room, and we were both very impressed. The security was very good, which I am always concerned about. The outside doors locked at night and required a key pass. The room itself was both clean and spacious. There were two queen sized beds, and there was a small living room area as well. The breakfast was also top notch. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was so clean and quiet. The room was so large! Fantastic location in a pretty, quaint town.

My family of four stayed here with our dog for 3 days waiting to move into our new apartment. Staff was awesome. Very family and pet friendly. A bit on the pricey side but worth every penny.

That was my worst hotel stay EVER. It was a single mom weekend with my 3 littles. I got my bags up to Room 372 with my kids and my room key didn't work! No elevators and it was in a separate building. I had to go back down to the front desk and they sent me back to the building and said someone would be up to help me. When getting back to my building, I needed a room key to get back into the building; which didn't work. We had to sit outside, in the heat and wait. The maintenance guy came and let us in and tried a new room key. It didn't work. He let us in with the master key and said he would come back with new keys. After waiting 15 minutes, I sent 2 of my boys down to get new keys while I waited upstairs, on the floor, with my newborn. The boys brought back 2 more reset keys that didn't work! I called the front desk from my cell phone so mad! It had been 45 minutes and I was still not in my room. Finally, the maintenance guy came back with a key and let us in. We left for dinner, came back, and our key didn't work! I was over it and asked for a discount on my room. They didn't give me a discount and said they were sorry. I will never stay there again.

The room I got smelled stale. Smelled like it was previously a smoking room. Towels looked old and not fresh. Facility seemed older, carpet was worn, breakfast was ok, service was average, the room was very very quiet. For the amount of money I spent, it was not worth it. I would say the cost should have been around 80 to 90 bucks. I stayed at another hotel in the area the next night for the same price and it was much much better. I would say 2.5 stars for this one. I can't say I disliked it, and I cant say it was ok. I was disappointed for what was given for the price.

A large complex of three two story buildings. Our room was very large. The bathroom has an outside sink which is helpful. The place was under renovation but still functioned well. Staff was helpful and I slept well.

Our stay in Pocatello Inn was great, although it was short. Arrived late and had to leave a little early. We missed breakfast. The beds are so comfortable, I hated to get up. Thanks Best Western! Mary Beth Wagner.

This is the 2nd year we stayed here on our way back to MT from AZ,. Rooms are always clean (even when there is construction happening). Breakfast is always good and plentiful. It is walking distance to Applebee's which is great since it is reasonable to eat there. The Inn's lounge is great and reasonable which is nice you can enjoy a cocktail or two without going anywhere else. The price is also reasonable for what you get. Employees always nice. Great place to stay.

The worst best Western we've ever stayed at! Rude staff at front desk, rude with a smile! we already booked the room with no refunds and when we got there they were remodeling. No microwave in the rooms. The hotel needs a different name Best Western is not it.

Whenever I'm in Pocatello I stay at the Best Western Plus. The staff is very friendly, courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

This was our second visit and we will be staying there again in April. Very comfortable beds and pillows and good breadfast. Staff very friendly and after a long days drive so nice to see smiling faces and offering to do whatever they can to make our visit comfortable and relaxing. Excellent Sarah and Bob. Comfortable, clean, quiet rooms. The 24-hour available hot tub was wonderful. We appreciated the complete breakfast before our departure.

I had the great fortune of staying at this Inn for the Christmas holiday. The staff was the best I have ever encountered. This includes the everyone from the housekeeping staff to the lady that prepared breakfast for us on Christmas morning. I will most certainty stay here again. I want to thank all of you for making my Christmas a little better.

I traveled recently with my 2 small dogs. I was delighted to have an very nice room at an affordable price. The dog walk area was plenty large for my dogs and the motel had supplies for responsible pet owners. The bed was very comfortable! The breakfast room was the nicest one I've had the opportunity to use for a long time. It was very large and the tables weren't packed together like sardines. It had a beautiful fireplace with seating. The breakfast choices matched the room. There was enough space so that users didn't have to crowd into each other while making their choices. Regrets? A refrigerator would have been appreciated. I wish the room had been more soundproof. My dogs barked when anyone came in the exit door just outside the room. I also wish that the driveway near the Best Western sign had better lighting. I ran over the curb because I had driven for several hours and my eyes were too tired to see it.

I have not even started to try to sleep. The sound proofing in this place is non existent! The whole place shook as some children ran town the hall upstairs. I can hear simple steps as they walk in the room upstairs. I could hear the people in the next room talking like they were in the same room as me. I thought well it could be worse than talking. It got worse and boy was she a screamer! I am suppose to stay again tomorrow night but I will be asking the front desk to move us to the top floor.

Nice, clean room with comfortable beds. Would recommend to others and would stay here again. Good breakfast.

Nice large room with comfortable beds and chairs. Could use a small refridgerator though. In room coffee was actually pretty good.

I spend a fair amount of time on the road. The beds here where the most comfortable I've encountered anywhere. Very pleasant nights sleep.
