Always a great stay. Employees are amazing!

It was very peaceful and quiet I slept all tonight after I used the magnificent kitchen to cook me a nice healthy meal.

Isn't that bad. And full-size frigerators and stove tops which was a plus. The rooms are in great shape but livable.

Room was fairly clean, and staff were nice, but the place is worn out. The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke and the room smelled overwhelmingly of cleaning solution. The bedspread was stained, the chair was ripped, and the bottom of the tub sags under your feet. It works in a pinch but would not be my first choice.

This place is disgusting. Rooms are saturated in cigarette smoke, sheets have stains! towels are old, bathtub and rugs look like someone's been murdered. Lots of people basically living there and not respecting quiet time after 11pm. Was hard to get to sleep. Checked out immediately the next morning. Staff was very nice, but that's about it. Choice hotels should be embarrassed to represent this place.

What a disgrace to the choice hotel name. Stayed for a month. During my stay, I had several ppl try to sell me drugs in the outside stairwell. Towards the end, got a hard banging knock on my door at 10pm and two crazy pissed off guys yelling. Apparently, one of the housekeepers were passed out in their room when they got back and the idiot guy at the front desk told them that I said she could crash there. Gave them my room number so they could confront me. Had no idea what the hell they were yelling about. Calmed them down and we confronted the guy up front. The housekeeper told him I said it was ok for her to crash in their room. I had nothing to do with anything and almost got jumped at my door. Wait, its gets better. Later, when I stepped out back to smoke, this hammered housekeeper was in the front with a bunch of dudes going nuts. When I went back in the lobby, this random young black guy who was staying there waved me to come outside. When I opened the door, he punched me in the face through the crack of the door. Somebody saw and called the cops. He ran off but I knew what room he was in. Turns out hes the managers son. They didnt do anything since he wasnt there. Saw him a week later in back of the office. Rather than wait for him to come out and beat him up real good (which would have gotten me arrested, ) I called the police to get him since they couldn't find him before. Get this, his mom, the manager said she didnt have a son and wanted me out now.

Not a bad place. Not a lot of cockroaches but they do have them. It's an alright place until you check out and and they charge your card for another $236 after you checked out.

It was a nice place but the fact they charged me 75 bucks for my service dog when it it illegal to charge any type of fee for a service animal due to service animals of any kind not being cinsidered as a pet. They wanted to sit and argue over it but im pretty sure I know my rights. I was tierd of arguing and I was exhausted and went ahead and oaid it but did turn them in to cooperate for the incident.

The hotel staff are all so amazing. The rooms are clean and updated. I love having the kitchen so we didn't have to eat out so often. Definitely wouldn't stay anywhere else in Warner Robins.

The place is dirty, and disgusting. Dead bugs, wires hanging out of the ceiling. Trash piled up outside. The light in our room about falls over if you look at it because it's cheap and broken. The girl that checked us in was rude, acting like we woke her up from a nap and she was annoyed by having to do her job. Mumbled everything she said so she then got annoyed because she had to repeat herself. The stove is on a timer, so you only have 15 minutes to cook then it will shut off.

I stayed at this hotel just for several hours as I got in late and had to leave early. This room was adequate however, I paid my hotel before arriving via Priceline and have been charged by the hotel for the stay as well. They hotel has corrected it and since sept 4th has charged my card an additional 3 times for my stay after making the same mistake. Again today sept 22, I was charged again to only be told that they will again explain to the manager. This is horrible and if I wasn't always looking at my statements, I probably wouldn't see it but it is continuing to happen from this hotel … now. Again, I have to wait to speak to a manager to fix it and credit my card! How can you trust a hotel for doing the same thing over and over again to you!

Cheap, clean "sorta", better than some of the rest.

Extremely disappointed! Customer service was great! But housekeeping is very, very Poor! Great area good rates, but housekeeping need to tighten up!

We stayed for one night. It was a pretty nice hotel. The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is located near shopping and restutants. The room was good.

Terrible! Called the credit card company to stop payment and hotel we're supposed to charge $55 plus tax but charged $177 to our credit card. Deplorable conditions!

Cheap and a bit dingy nut location is supreme.

Cigarettes burns in the sheets, room smelled bad.

Nothing. Deplorable conditions. Bathroom looked to not have been cleaned in months. Stains on bedsheets and fluid stains on pillow cases. Black mold on ceiling. Would not refund money after complaints. Avoid at all costs.

I love it here! I plan in staying here often. Very huge room and look. Looks like a studio apt! Only thing that could have made it better would be if they had flat screen TVs but it's OK. They have good privacy too the staff isn't all in ur business. I would recommend.

Update — I've been staying here since October 24, Until February 6. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the internet reliable, and its was centrally located so finding a place to eat out or shop is a snap. THe manager even gave us the monthly rate and that saved on the price tremendously.

This hotel was nothing like the previous reviews. It was a great deal, $65 a night, kitchen, king beds available, clean room, new redecorated interior and friendly front desk lady. My only two minor complaints would be, no elevator and dishes not all that clean, luckily they give you dish soap.
