THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
I traveled 7 hrs. Arrived in town Saturday at 3am and my reservation had been canceled. I had called in advance twice and advised that I would be late but still coming. I had booked fri through sunday. I was assured by a male that everything was fine and od be okay. When I arrived there, a female (night employee) turned me away. I was told there is no manager around and no manager to talk to. I was told there is nothing that can be done as every room was booked. And I was left with no where to lay my head because all of the other nearby hotels were fully booked too. I was defeated and had to sleep in my car until the next day at 3 pm! Which is standard check in time for other hotels. I chose another hotel and booked the rest of my stay. The hotel staff had no compassion and she laughed at me when I was crying in desperation. I was too humiliated to even go back. I hate this place.

Was a great stay nice and clean wonderful place Very friendly.

This is not a family friendly hotel, I would not recommend this hotel. If you have kids, do not stay here.

Staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are always very clean. I have a few choices of places I can stay in Warner Robins. I always request my company put me here, because they are always on point!

Very clean room, but hard to sleep. I could hear every toilet flush, every door slam, and the unhappy cat in the parking lot. I expected better quality with a name like Radisson.

Beautiful clean room friendly stuff great breakfast.

Horrible breakfast with moldy bagels and that was the better of the overall. TV in room works when it wants too and the lamp next to the bed is a balancing act to keep it up right.

I always stay at country inn and suits. Great rewards program. The last couple times the hotel has been very old but always clean.

Here for our daughters Little League Softball Regionals. What a super nice place to stay! The staff treated us like kings and queens. The amenities are sufficient and the rooms more than adequate. Soft beds and pillows super clean and spacious. Free continental breakfast and Wi-fi. Convenient to any store and restaurant. Some in walking distance. I would recommend this place anyone.

Room is nice, clean. We took a road trip with a 4 year old and decided to get a hotel with a pool to let him play and wear down after being in the car all day. The pool was disgusting. The water was hazey and you could see hair balls floating in it. It was stagnant with green moss all around the edges. So, if you intend on swimming go elsewhere, otherwise it is fine.

Nice place to stay, clean rooms and a decent breakfast. It would be 5 stars if they had two waffle makers.

Absolutely love the Country Inn & Suites in Warner Robins! The staff is friendly. … the rooms are clean… the breakfast & coffee is delicious! Love that they have a gym and coffee & tea is available 24 hours. I highly recommend the Country Inn & Suites!

My family and I stayed for one night this week. We were completely satisfied with our rooms, service, breakfast, and pools! Everything was clean and organized. We plan to stay again!

They are friendly and the place is very clean, q only think they could improve the pool.

It was great. Check in went smoothly and the rooms were fantastic. If I end up going back in town, I'll stay there again for sure.

Nice clean and neat motel. Breakfast is very good, it's free but better than restrants. I have stayed in several country inn & suites and all are equally nice and clean with helpful and friendly staff.

Friendly and comfortable. Housekeeping could up their game… hair on the bathroom floor, spotty mirrors, only 1 coffee pack, half bottles of lotion and shampoo.

Must stay for TDY! An abundance unused power outlets accessible throughout every portion of the suite! (Along with USB power outlets at both bedroom night stand and desk as well! ). This is a great luxury as I usually need to charge multiple devices simultaneously when on TDY! I often find this as a nuisance and a struggle any most hotels I stay during TDY, even at a new construction Residence Inn… Most have very few power outlets which often are in a difficult to access location and often already used by hotel devices. (Take note of this at your next hotel stay! ) At this hotel, I found plenty nearby unused power outlets throughout living area to bedroom even when I had several devices already charging/plugged in! (Someone put some thought into this! ) When working long hours on TDY, there is nothing else I really need besides enough space and comfortable bed (which this hotel had! ) Great customer service and available at Per Diem Rate.

The hotel is very clean, and the people working receptions did a great work, during my coming and leaving. I would stay there again if I am ever in the area. Very nice stay.

I understand it was a busy weekend at the hotel, but our room had dirty towels left in the bathroom. There was a red stain on one of our beds. We couldn’t tell if it was blood or what, disgusting. My friends and I left to go have dinner and came back to our door being wide open. Nothing was stolen, but our door NEVER closed fully.

This hotel is nicely located around several great restaurants. It's very clean, linens prepared neatly and did not have an odor. Room equipment worked great. Highly recommend for a peaceful sleep.

Great overnight stay on our way to Florida. Room was clean, breakfast was decent, service was good.

The rooms where very nice, the food was good, and the pool was super fun!

Bedbugs poor service, uncleanliness. We've had bedbugs in the past from staying in hotel rooms, so no we're super cautious about them. Within minutes of entering the room, we found bedbugs around both beds. I captured a couple and took them to the front desk to demand a refund and to speak to a manager. The manager did not want to be bothered, and the front desk person was kind of like: "yeah" Just asked if we wanted to switch to another room. As we were exiting the room, the head of cleaning came around. We took her into the room and showed her what was going on. She didn't seem to surprised or bothered by it either. We've stayed at this hotel in the past. It's been a few years, and the service has seriously declined. We will never be staying at this hotel again, and I seriously suggest that you do not either.

Stayed here on business for two weeks and providing my list of pros and cons. Pros: -Great morning staff. -You're provided free breakfast between 6:30 and 9:30am. -Free cookies. -Free Wifi; was impressed on how fast the internet was. -Had the luck of having my room upgraded because they had received a large amount of guests. -Room was generally clean, soft mattress and pillows; HD TV — has just about all you need to watch (sports, movies, weather, etc. ) Cons: -The hand rail found in the elevator needs to be fixed. Only one end of the rail is fastened to the wall, but the other end slides up and down if you lean on the rail. Down the road, someone could get hurt. -Could use cosmetic touches such as re paintings; my bathroom door swings open if left at a certain angle and hits the bedroom door. The bedroom door has chipped paint from that door being hit so much. -Toilets; my toilet had a hard time flushing, the knob to turn would stutter when you pushed it down-sometimes keeping it from working all the way. The good found in the bad: -I moved the sofa (pull out bed) to better position it in the room I had and found spider webs and, seemingly, dead bugs. I was relatively disappointed about it so I left a note for house keeping (I didn't want to start anything with management yet) and as long as it got cleaned I wouldn't have made it a big deal. The room was cleaned with a returned note that my remark was sent to management just in case I was still dissatisfied.

Avoid this place. They are the worst. Made a reservation, arrived only to find that our room was given away. Manager could have cared less. What a crap place to visit… Wow now that I've read the reviews I'm glad they gave our room away. We dont want bed bugs.

Staff was very friendly and the hotel was really nice. Their room rate was very reasonable and they were also very accomodating.

The rooms are falling apart. They claim they are renovating, but there is no evidence of it. The breakfast is low quality as well. But 24 hour cookies!

Stayed here on business, got the job done. Inexpensive. I didn't choose the hotel for my business trip, work chose it for me, but I enjoyed my stay. No complaints.

Saddens me to say this was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. September 18 and 19 of 2015. Me and 36 of my church members stayed here. Something in the beds ate us all night long. We all checked out that Sunday and upon making it back to North Carolina. We all Began to talk and come to the realization that we all had bite marks all over us. On top of that they didn't have a hot tub like was promised upon arrival. And when asked in person they said it had been broken for so long they just use it for a kiddie pool. I was so embarrassed. It was my favorite hotel chain to stay in. And everyone stayed there cause of my suggestion. So you can imagine what they think of me now… sad!

Very clean and very reasonable prices I stay at country inn and suites everytime I go out of town and the best breakfast you can ask for.

Very clean hotel with all the necessary amenities. Enjoyed my stay!
