Absolutely disgusting. This place charged me $75.00 for a “missing blanket” when we didn’t even sleep there. Stayed a few hours before we found roaches all over the bathroom and ended up leaving. Couldn’t find anyone in the office to notify them, so I called today and the Indian guy that answered the phone told me that the room is rented as is and they are not responsible for providing a refund if we didn’t inspect the room before we rented.

The staff and the rooms are nice. The laundry facilities aren't that great.

Rooms aren't bad. Bathrooms could be cleaner as others had mentioned. The gym equipment looks to be falling apart… And the room is dirty. I decided not to even try. It has a good location next to a lot of food, and there is a Walmart right Accross the street.

Great place, love the nice lady at the front desk. On my second vist however, my sheets were nasty and I wasted time changing my own sheets. House keeping must do better. I'm taking off a star just for that.

The room was brand new. Carpet paint and linens. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Very convenient to everything in Warner robins!

The young gentlemen at front desk went out of his way to take care of me and the 10 people behind me. Very busy night and come to find out he had just started working there. All the confusion from my CLC card didnt bother him he kept on great job nice hotel hire more people like him.

Rooms are excellent very comfortable, The staff is very accommodating Anything You forget they, have it, The manager always puts the guest 1st he was great. Call to make reservations they were very polite that's why give them 5 stars.

The staff there are real cool lay back very clean definitely staying over and over.

Good price (had a coupon) and relatively easy to navigate to. Had a starbucks and other restuarants very close to the hotel and it did have a pool and hot breakfast (limited selection). The hotel room was clean and the beds were decently comfortable. Doors to each room were directly on the outside and it seemed like a decent security system on the inside of the room. Small but adequate space in the room. Would consider staying again if looking for budget accommodations.

The room was clean and the breakfast was basic. We needed a place for a late to arrive and early departure, so the price was right.

This was the nastiest motel Ive ever set foot in. We made reservation in advance with wyndham points. Confirmed the reservation twice. Showed up and the receptionist andy says he has no record of our reservation and charges me for the room. He gives me the key for rm We pull around and see the room door wide open. I went back into reception and andy says "cleaning people mustve left it open. " We went to the room and the smell was unbearable. Whatever was done in that room they attempted to clean up amd left door open to air out. Went back to reception and demanded another room. Andy gave us keys to a room in the 300 building. Opened the door to that room and it was the mustiest place ive ever smelled in my life. Demanded a refund and left. PLEASE do not stay here. If you value your health and comfort go somewhere else.

These folks are a fraud. They booked 8 rooms from my debit card when I never booked rooms there. They locked the doors on us and didn't want to refund us our money until police was called. The owner was rude, now I have to wait several days for that much money to go back into my account. Very frustrating.

Gross isn't the word… came as a last resort. Front desk lady has poor customer service, non smoking rooms filled with smoke (my grandma has COPD) sheets felt wet from the mugginess of room… didnt sleep cuz of the nastiness (I'm real "finkiy") … didnt take a shower, got up and out. Thank God the LaQuinta had a room available!

Nasty all together they stole my my money off my card your staff has a nasty attitude they hung up in my face. Never ever do any business there again dont care if 4 hurricanes were coming at the same time.

Clean, quite room, check in fine. Lots of places to eat near hotel. Will stay again.

Quiet and clean. Great for someone looking to be close to the base. Breakfast from 6 to 9!

I was there in room 305 on Friday night July 7, 2017. The nightstand was absolutely covered with mold and the back of it and wall were also green with mold. The room looked OK at first glance but on closer inspection it was horrible. The toilet was honestly, absolutely filthy. The maintenance man was kind enough to come and try to clean it up as best he could. I'm on a walker and was unable to move to another room plus my daughter was upstairs with 3 grandchildren. So I was unable to leave and find another. Though there was a hair dryer on the wall near the bath vanity, the outlet did not work so I was unable to use my curling iron there. The sink filled up every time you tried to brush your teeth. I was afraid to touch anything and was thankful to leave! What a disgrace to offer such a room to our military! Shame on you!

We were able to grill out and the pool was awesome. Rooms very clean.

Not a business friendly place. Though there was a work desk for me to set up my computer, the one receptacle available in the area had to be shared with the TV. And by the hole in the wall next to it, it looked like someone else was unhappy with it also. The free Wi-Fi was a joke the entire week I was there and the TV didn't show a picture half the time, until you unplugged the cable box and plugged it back in. The bed wasn't anything to brag about either, but the personnel there were nice, and they deserve credit for being the bright spot of a lousy stay.

Very nice and affordable price. Nice staff. Pet and smoker friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

King-size Suite with jacuzzi was a great deal and it was really big great rooms great TV great service I must say will be staying again.

I checked in after 11:00 pm. I had to check in through a window. I didn't have access to the lobby. I DIDN'T FEEL SAFE, having to take out my credit card outside in a area I didn't know. I let them know that I would be checking in after eleven. A message should have been seen to me letting me know that I wouldn't have access to the hotel lobby at that time. Then I could have decided if this was okay for me. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was also good.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms on the site did not match the website's pictures and were definitely not recently remodeled then we got a mysterious "hotel charge" that was explained as transportation. We hade no such services. My sister was treated harshly by the manager when all she tried to do was get some ice then when she went to help us with the stuff, she was told she couldn't go up. The door on our first room wouldn't lock leaving us unsafe and the bathrooms were disgusting. Also, they had spiders.

My parents were actually the ones staying overnight, but my boyfriend and I are there most of the day. The pill had a little debris, but otherwise was very nice. The room was nice as well. My parents had 2 dogs with then, and there were no issues with the dogs being there. My only complaint is the entrance to the hotel. It's hard to access off of Watson.

Awesome employees, very quite place to stay along with comfortable beds.

BayMont is very clean and Mr. Andy the manager is very cool and mellow.

There was an issue with the door for Room 411 where my girlfriend and me returned from dinner, a movie, and shopping and the door was literally "stuck" where we couldn't get back into the room. We had to call the front desk to ask for help getting in and we ended up being stuck outside the room for about an hour on a muggy night before I was finally able to literally shoulder the door open. We were told by 1 of the ladies that assisted in getting the door open that we would be fully compensated for the troubles by the owner. Fast forward to Saturday morning at check-out and the manager, who he announced himself to be instead of the owner, tells me that he is sorry for what happened and offered me $10. I told him that I was informed I would get well compensated for the bad experience and he tells me, "I'm sorry. It happens". Ummmmm, no this kind of thing doesn't happen. A key that stops working happens, yes, but a door getting completely stuck shut doesn't happen. Nice to know he thinks I only deserved only a $10 refund instead of at least half. He is not for his customers clearly. So you have been warned.
