Love this place. This is my 4th time staying here and the staff are very pleasant and work hard to assure that you enjoy your stay. The GM is very pleasing and makes sure that all your needs are met.

I like to give any business or person the opportunity to take care of an issue before sharing a bad experience about them, and I can say I honestly have done just that and so here it is.
On March 15 my wife, son and I checked into Comfort Inn 2725 Watson Blvd in Warner Robbins Ga, paying $98 for one night. The next morning when I got up I had blood on my pillow and immediately went to turning all the pillows, sheets mattresses etc apart. What I found next was a BED BUG and not only one. I immediately called the front desk, told the lady what was going on and she said she would send someone right up, and please do not come down to lobby obviously she wanted to keep it quiet. A maid came up and I showed her the blood on my pillow and even showed her more evidence. She became very defensive, I told her to just credit my American Express the $98 and there’s no harm, I would take all precautions not to take any bed bugs home with us. The maid said she would have a manager contact me that day. Several days pass, I’ve yet to receive call or credit to Amx. I called back spoke with the manager herself she replied I’m sorry I do remember something about this, I will check on this today and call you back. Ok, guess what she never called me back several days pass so I give her the benefit of doubt, well she probably credited my Amx. I go online to pay my Amx around 715 tonight, April 7 and surprisingly the charge had not been credited.

At least make the bed when you come in to clean.

I have stayed at many hotels throughout my lifes journney from $30. A night up to and beyond $400 per night. This Comfort Inn is unreal the best I will say out of all! Customer service is remarkable. The breakfast is beyond any other! I will be back here again when life calls.

Staff is so nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable. My in laws got a handicapped room and they loved the walk in shower. Many restaurants around as well. I recommend this place and if we come back this way, will stay here again.

There was a large cockroach in our room when we woke up. The ac did not work in my father’s room. I would have said it was a nice stay, but the staff did not acknowledge any of our issues. The plus side, it’s close to food and coffee.

Comfort in was a great place, respectful management and right near everything, highly recommend.

The staff lacked smiles and didn't really act like they wanted to be bothered… but they did let my daughter check in early when we asked them to. Beautiful hotel… but it just would have felt good if staff had of at least said Welcome or hello to us when we arrived.

They are doing renovations at this hotel and had already done the room we were in. Our room was alright. It's your basic hotel room. What bothered us was the AC which was incredibly noisy and the room was very musty and humid. In the TWO WEEKS that we stayed, they changed the sheets zero times, restocked the soaps and shampoo twice and we took out our own trash and asked for towels and toilet paper.

Room was clean, hotel kind of quiet most of the time, not much staff around. Our toilet wasn't working and they moved us immediately into another room. Super close to restaurants and shopping. Free Wi-Fi I would stay again.

Friendly staff, clean room, reasonable price for the area and located conveniently. Front parking a little lacking. Not a lot of equipment in fitness room.

This place is awesome and if you need something a little cheaper right next to it is a extended stay used to be the Surburban so if you need a place to lay these are the way to stay…

Pretty run of the mill hotel. Decor is a bit on the older side of things. Could really use a food/snack nook. Location is great though, right next to a Starbucks and a Taco Bell. Also across the road from a shopping complex.

This was easy the worst experiences I've ever had in a hotel! Our 'suite' was overpriced ($162.00 after tax), stank like 20-year old cigarettes, was very clearly not cleaned after the last occupant, trash, food, and hair in the bathroom was left from those past occupants and the bed creaked loudly with any movement. Avoid this hotel at all costs! There are plenty of other in the area that likely won't waste your money! I'm not sure what was worse — evacuating Hurricane Irma or this terrible hotel! Update: after speaking with the property manager, our money was refunded. This does speak to the quality character of the Choice Hotels Brand.

I stay here every time I in town. The food is okay, prices reasonable and the staff is very friendly. Nice clean rooms with big TV.

My family stayed here this past weekend. Great staff, clean room and the breakfast was very good. If ever in the area we would surely stay here again.

This hotel is a MUST! Rooms are spotless and staff is awesome. Peggy Kay, the manager, is the best. She knows everyone staying there by name and always has a smile. I always rate a business on their customer service and this place is second to none. If you are in the Warner Robins area, definitely stay here. A few places to eat in walking distance too. Thanks Peggy and staff. I'll be back.

Very nice, clean hotel with friendly and courteous staff. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We slept well, even though we normally don't sleep well if we're not at home. My husband and I stayed here with our 15 year old son. Unfortunately, we were only in town for one night. We would have enjoyed staying longer. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. Even though it is along a major road in Warner Robins with a lot of traffic, it was quiet and peaceful.

I love this hotel. Been staying here going on 4 years. The staff and management is the best in town. They go out of their way to make your stay a great one. Wouldn't even consider another hotel.

Room was clean but if you need anything from the desk prepare for rude, short tempered, unhelpful people and a long wait time.

Visiting the same Comfort Inn in Warner Robbins GA every month for about a year. Rooms are clean. Better than average complimentary breakfast. Never had an issue for the year I've been coming here.

Newly renovated. Clean rooms. Stayed in 4 different hotels in the area due to lack of availability. This one stands out. Peg the manager is hands on in this place making sure you have a good stay… the staff is all smiles and very polite. Handwritten note making sure everything went well!

Horrible experiance! Hall way stunk! Put over a $200 hold on our account leaving us with no money for the whole weekend. And double charged me for the room. Then told us that they didn't HAVE to refund us the money. Poor customer service.

Awesome. Booked online while on the road — came in at midnight. Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was clean and quiet! The bed was comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. I woke up well rested for the second leg of our drive. Breakfast in the morning was delightful — and free! Them showing Psych in the morning was just an added bonus.

A wonderful place to stay! From the moment we walked it we were greet by staff that treated us like family. The rooms were spacious, clean and decorated like home. Internet is a must these days and it was FREE! Great place to stay for one night or for your vacation. Close to restaurants and shopping. I will definitely stay again when I am in the area. Peggy is a wonderful General Manager and make sure our stay was comfortable. Whether it is the pool, exercise room, homemade cookies or the breakfast brunch the accommodates were top rate.

You know how you feel when you go to the home of a really good friend? From hello, Ashley made us feel like we had picked the right place to spend the weekend. Beatrice and Betty fixed us a fine breakfast, Peggy Sue entertained us with great stories, Even though we can't remember the names of all the folks they all made us feel welcome and at home. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. Steve and Wanda (the King and his Bride) : We'll be Back.

Nice decor. Fairly new looking. Good breakfast but no hot sauce. Rooms spacious and fairly clean but not perfect. Nice jacuzzis. Exercise room is small but functional. Had issues with a couple desk chairs but the front desk quickly replaced them.

I really enjoyed my stay, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the service was great. I would definitely request this location to my friends. Klm.
