Don't stay here! Rachel the manager is very unprofessional and rude! Found Roaches and they moved us to another room which was nice but then charged my account$ 80.00 because they said they found burn marks! We don't smoke! They are liars and trying to cheat people out of money. *update* now they accused me of burning wax on their carpet and hiding a blanket from them, I was in that roach infested room for 5 min then moved to another room. Very rude manager! Other reviews say the same about Rachel and their customer service. Don't ignore the reviews, don't stay at this hotel!

Clean room, quiet spot with friendly staff. Stick to waffles and bacon for breakfast though because the eggs and sausage and eggs were not good. … as is the case with many hotel breakfast meals.

The hotel itself is very nice, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The problem that I have is that the person or persons that they have running the front desk DO NOT know what they are doing when it comes to charging for services. We were initially charged for the two nights that we stayed at the hotel (which was fine) we checked out at 3:30 a. M. And about half way home we received a call from the front desk clerk (Ke Andra) stating that our card had been charged another day but that that charge would fall off. I called the next day and spoke with Brittany, she reiterated what I was told. The following morning when I checked my account again, I noted that I was charged the original charge and the extra day that I was charged was credited to my account just as Brittany said. I then noted that I was again charged for another night. I called again and spoke with Brittany she said that she would have the service manager call which she did. I received a call from Rachel who attempted to explain to me how their system works she basically made me feel as though I had done something wrong in asking why I was being charged again. She also told me "You don't understand how our system works". I may not know how their system works but I do know that I was charged two times for one night that I didn't stay and as a result my bank account incurred an overdraft charge that my bank will not return.

Manager was extremely rude. I wish she was VERY respectful of talking to her Customers. Also, they need a bigger lobby because it's too cluttered to fit everyone who book a room, which their "strict" policy is to have all Customers to eat in the lobby. None of their vending machine work. They're both out of order & that's very inconvenient to paying Customers who traveled from out of state. Plus, the lady at the front desk do not know how to prepare breakfast. She had frozen omelets inside of the buffet tray. This review came from Ms. Hunter in room.

DOG FRIENDLY! Very nice breakfast bar. Well stocked. Good variety of foods! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. No complaints.

An ideal location that was close enough to the job site that I was working at. Rooms are nice and clean. All of the usual amenities that one would expect from a typical hotel and all at a nice price.

This place is AWESOME… staff very friendly and helpful rooms clean breakfast great and salt water pool is AWESOME I will definitely stay here anytime I'm in this area… thanks for such enjoyable experience… oh and very convenient to shopping and dining directly across street from wal mart Ross marshals dollar store rue 21 nice restaurants nail salon and again the hotel itself is so clean and comfy.

It's an average motel. Nothing notable. However, it's age and status is showing as the city is developing. There are higher end motels/hotels that would give a better experience if you're willing to pay the difference. And from my research, the difference wasn't too significant if you're only staying for one night or two. The location is great as you're in the middle of a massive shopping complex that has everything you'd need and more. Overall, I love the location, but I feel like the property is a little lacking compared to others.

This is our 3rd stay here visiting family. Every time our room was very clean and so we're all amenities. This stay we asked for a new room because the first one was next to a smoking room and we could smell there smoked no big issue at all. They were very nice about it and quick to switch us:) will be visiting again!

Good price. Good beds. But the house keeping is relentless when they want to clean the room.

Front desk staff is awesome! Very helpful and friendly. We booked a king non-smoking room and it actually hadn't been smoked in! Nice room, clean, comfortable, quiet. Breakfast area is clean and there was plenty of food even towards their closing time. We'll definitely stay here again!

Good hotel. Stopped in on our way to a popular Florida destination. No other hotel on the interstate had anything available we wanted to take our chances with. Finally made it here, they had a room, good, clean, and nice staff.

This place is worth the Money. It's Clean, and they have Flat Screens in the rooms, also they give you plenty of time to pack up and leave up to an hour past check out. My Girl and I enjoyed ourselves.

It's not too bad, but not phenomenal by any means. Just don't get a room next to a smoking room.

Well to start off the front desk people are not friendly at all when I came to have breakfast the waffle make was broken that was the first day the next day no juice we asked for extra towels though the world was going to end the refrigerator frozed all our stuff not a place I would recommen any one to stay.

I gave it a 4 because the rooms were clean and cheap. What you want to know: ROOMS: Clean, dated from the 90's, no fancy stuff here, just the basics. PERKS: Cheap prices; Flat Screen TV (lots of channels with HBO) ; Wi-Fi was not the best; Internet using a cable (Ethernet) was way better than the Wi-Fi connection; mini fridge; microwave; ironing board; table/desk; A/C worked great; small breakfast bar but it can fill you up in the morning and get you going. STAFF: Very friendly AREA: High business area; lots of places to eat nearby; road in front of the hotel is one of the main arteries heading towards Robins AFB. So it can get pretty busy.

Clean, comfortable bed, large flat screen, nice shower. Afordable. Pool looked clean. But no inside halls to pool or front desk. Hot breakfast bar. Would stay again.
