This location is VERY VERY bad. It is like have not not done and upgrades or good maintenance sense it was built 20 + years ago. I stayed here a few months ago for work and when I was at work the roof in the bathroom fell down as she was in it and almost hit her. The paint in the room (walls, doors and ceiling) chipping discolored and the rooms have a smell. I had to come back up for work and I told them not to put me up here because of how bad it was last time. I didn't remember the name and they thought that they got a different place but when I pulled up and saw it was this place. I walked in and asked talked to the front desk lady and she said that they have new manger so I thought I would give it a try. Nothing has changed so I am now going somewhere else to stay. So I will never stay here again and anyone looking for a place to stay I would highly recommend for you to go ANYWHERE else. Even the lowest hotel/motel around here would be better. Bad place and it has gotten so bad that it would most likely be cheaper to destroy it and then build a replacement then try to get this place up to a 3* level.

James was extremely helpful why checking us in. The hotel staff Lori and the other girls was very nice. Nice Breakfast. Clean Rooms. Highly recommend.

My room was clean and nice. All of the staff were very helpful and prompt. Location is right off the interstate. Great location.

My family stayed here a few months back and we were all feeling sick. The two rooms we had were so full of mold on the curtains. The room were musty and damp. I asked for two room together but one of the rooms was clean but it wasn't. So we were moved upstairs to these rooms. I don't like to complain but I just had another bad stay so I need to say what I feel. I will not stay here ever again. I use Comfort Inns across country. But I will check from now on…

James the front desk associate was absolutely great. My group arrived late and he was very helpful and did everything possible to accommodate us. The room I was given was spacious however it needed work. The ceilings were peeling there was dust on the counters and doorknobs.

Ok stay. Looks good from outside but the rooms are smoky and hallways are horrible looking.

Phone in room broken can’t call front desk to tell them TV don’t work. When I got the front desk nothing they could do about. No ice on first floor. The place has a bad smell. Would not stay here again.

The room smelled of the cigarette smoke of days gone by. The soap and shampoo from the last guest was still in the shower. There was toothpaste aroundthe drain in the sink. The coffee supplies had not been refilled. Didn't expect fancy but did expect clean.

Staff was friendly. Room was as expected. Only there about 12 hrs but no complaints.

Musty small hole in wall first floor curtains do not close. leaky fawcets something growing in the ac pool empty can't wait to comment on breakfast tomorrow.

This hotel is not like other Comfort Inns. The hotel looks lovely from the pictures but Are grimey and dirty when you’re here. If I didn’t have to pay for the hotel I would check myself out and walk next door to Wyndham Hotel and get a room there. Do not stay here. It’s so dirty I don’t want to walk around without shoes on. Staff is friendly. Asked to change rooms, helped me out, but the rooms themselves are horrible.

Clean hotel, stayed for one night. Free breakfast is included. The staff needs to stop smoking in front of the hotel, looks ghetto. If you gonna smoke, make sure there is one of you at the reception and then take turns and go to the back of the hotel. When we were leaving, nobody was at reception, both ladies were outside smoking, so we told her that we left our key at the desk before leaving. Its unprofessional.

I am not sure how there are any positive reviews for this hotel. My room was a complete dump. When I first arrived after traveling for 10 hours I got a drink of water from the vanity faucet. The water did not drain, it just stood in the sink. About thirty minutes later I noticed a fowl smell, there was dark brown water in the sink that smelled like sewage. I booked my room on the first floor to avoid using the elevator, however when I stepped out to get ice, there was no ice machine on the first floor, only on the second and third floor. So I still had to use the rickety elevators which I was trying to avoid. The toilet would barely flush, I had to stand there and hold the handle down for what seemed like an eternity for it to finish it's job. But the worst part of the toilet is the back, inner rim of the seat was crusty and had a brown tint! Disgusting! The caulking around the bathtub looked like it was done by a three year old. I'm pretty sure I could train a monkey to do a better job and I'm not exaggerating. The closet door was closed when I arrived, after I hung clothes inside the closet door stayed open about 4" as the space was not deep enough to hold clothes on hangers and allow the door to close. The curtains, no matter how much I tried, would always stay cracked open just enough for someone who might be walking by to glance in, so I never felt like I had any privacy.

The room was stinky, musty and smelly. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. I was mad at myself afterwards for not comparing hotel prices nearby. I would've paid extra bucks for a room where my children felt comfortable in : (

Staff are friendly, hotel is dated. There was a spill in the elevator that was never taken care of. My room had 2 queen beds, one of the beds was stained and there were big cracks along one length of wall where the wall and ceiling meet. Overall the hotel is dirty and dingy. I wouldn't have stayed here but my company booked my room.

Convient location off I-75. The hotel was quiet and looked as if it had recently been touched up. Breakfast was good, coffee machine in lobby was a nice touch.

Nice, clean and accommodating rooms with fridge, microwave, ironing board set, hair dryer, etc. Beds are super comfortable. Check in staff and breakfast stead very friendly. Enjoyed my stay!

My wife and I have stayed at this location twice in the last three months. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and the front desk member Parker was very helpful and got us what we needed. Will most definitely stay again.

We were created wonderfully. Room was very nice, but had a smell. They were pleasant and sprayed an room fresher and made our stay enjoyable.

GREAT staff … check-in was fast and accurate… room's were VERY clean… Continent breakfast was convient… Christian friendly atmosphere… DEFINITELY going back.

I give this Hotel 0 stars. Check in Staff and Breakfast staff was rude. Room smelled musty. Upon checking in the front desk personal was less than friendly. My room smelt like a gym locker. When asked to change rooms, was told I couldn't. So we went to Target and bought some air fresheners. Went to breakfast, while making some waffles, the staff just reached in front of me and my wife cleaning. No excuse me or nothing. Then I seen a tip jar sitting out. By far my worst stay at a Comfort Inn and Suites. Find something else before you think about staying here. Gee I guess I have to give them a star.

This place needs work done to it! We had to park behind the place due to a trailer, go to use the back door and it doesn't work! The handle feels like it's going to fall off and is missing screws. So had to walk around to the front while leaving my 75 year old mother and my son out in 60 degree misty weather to let them in. Get to room and halls smell musty/moldy and so do rooms. Bathroom is horrible! Cracks around tub and on walls. Drywall repairs not finished but painted and left. Mold on tub, black marks on ceiling not sure what that is. Floor tile dirty, cracks are black but by the walls they are tan color. Beds were comfortable and seemed clean at 2am when we arrived. Not sure if there was breakfast or not, was not told about anything at front desk. Would not stay here again unless they do a lot of work on this place.

I was visiting with a friend/co-worker who is from out of town. We hung out in the lobby and talked. The atmosphere was pleasant. The staff was unobtrusive.

We normally stay in Cleveland at least a couple of times a year. The hotel that we usually stay at was booked and our second choice was booked as well so we ended up here! We had an efficiency suite. As soon as we opened the door a strong odor was very prevalent! The kitchen floor was sticky and dirty! The tables were dirty! There was somebody's toenails in the carpet in the bedroom! The breakfast area too small! Ceiling peeling! The place needs some work and some cleaning! On a good note… the people at the front desk was friendly! I have to say based on this experience … I will not stay here ever again! If my favorites are booked… I'll drive to Chattanooga!

We stayed for a week in this hotel and it was just gross. The rooms are dirty: water stains on ceiling, peeling paint, and sticky carpets. My mom spilled water on the floor and wiped it up with a washcloth; the washcloth was black from cleaning up water off the floor. Disgusting! When you walk into the room it smells like mold and mildew. It was just awful. The first day they did not clean the room or leave fresh towels. Second day no toilet paper was replaced or fresh towels. This continued throughout our stay. We had to request everything: fresh towels daily, bath mat, toilet paper, cups, etc. Our keys stopped working daily, and we had to visit the front desk to have the reset daily. The walls are paper thin, you can hear EVERYTHING that is going on to the left, the right, above below, and in the hallways. Awful when you are trying to sleep and a child is screaming on both sides of your room! A few good things were 1) Breakfast, it was good. Would have been nice if it had gone until at least 10 instead of 9:30.2) The pool was nice. It was clean. No lounge chairs only regular plastic chairs. Lots of staff out smoking around the pool house though. 3) Beds were comfortable, though still not convinced of the cleanliness. I would not recommend it to anyone. It sits right of I-75 next to two brand new beautiful hotels. I did not get to stay at them but I would recommend those instead!

We were traveling as a family to Georgia and stopped at a comfort inn somewhere in Tennessee. No complaints about service and they had a great breakfast even with waffles. Rooms were fairly nice, not a ton of plugs for a family of 4 and the bathroom was a tad on the smaller side, but nothing less than you'd expect for a hotel room.

Hotel needs updating. Couldn't hang clothes on the closet because the closet door didn't even shut with out hitting the hangers and it was right up against the door to the room. Couldn't use the desk because the chair was pinned between the dresser and the table, had to almost rearrange the room just to get the chair out. Beds were good though, so if that's all you are looking for then it's a good place to sleep. Bathroom was falling apart, clean but the shower head has seen better days, and the bathroom is very small. It's just needs an update overall and better use of the space.

Great place to stay just off I-75. Super friendly staff. Room was very clean and fresh. Modern and stylish. Bed was extremely comfortable. Outstanding breakfast buffet included in the room rate. This will be my new place to stay on my trips to and from Florida.

Seriously, this place is falling apart. Thought we were going to die in the elevator it made such horrible noises. No signs stating when it had last been inspected. Our door into the room was so stuck shut we had to hip check it several times to get it open. The door that seperated rooms was actually missing the lock! Someone had torn it out of the door and what was left was falling apart. There was dried gum on our floor by the bed. DRIED GUM! Stepped right on it. There was mils in the bathroom. I mean it was borderline ridiculous. I just needed a warm bed to sleep in while traveling through and it took everything in me not to leave and find someplace else. Don't waste your $

The bed was comfy. But, the hotel is tired looking, chipping paint, peeling wallpaper in halls, stale smell, very surprising most times thats not something you find at their hotels.

The people here are very friendly, but the pillow top beds are too soft. There is also very little room in the breakfast area, or the lobby. Enough room for seven or eight people. The breakfast area gets crowded, with all the people making and eating breakfast. If you are looking for a relaxing lobby, breakfast area, this is not the place.

The room was nice and clean but they are small room for the price I paid its not worth 169.00 a night… its was noisy all night I was on the first floor and the one on top of me everytime they walk the floor crack and other guess didnt know how to close there door easy…

Omg. This place is very nice and clean. The staff is very polite. Second time staying here this month alone. I love love love how comfortable the beds are and the pillows are just as great.

Very clean room. Friendly staff at check in as well as check out the next morning. The night front desk lady even loaned me a phone charger from lost and found. I stay in motels on avg 4-5 nights a week with my job, I always try to find Comfort Inns. This one in Cleveland, Tn was right at the top with cleanest and friendly staff. I did not see one trace of a bug of any kind, and I do search for bed bugs as soon a I check in. I will be staying here again next I pass thru.

What a dump. Dirty towel and pillow case. Then when we checkout they tell us they can't print a receipt. In this day and age a business should have a computer, a printer and a calculator. What a joke. I am sure it was an email collecting scam. I will be getting emails and phone calls about specials and will likely have to call and beg for a receipt… garbage.

We were in a suite in the back. As we entered the building, a roach led the way, although there were no signs of bugs in the suite. There were many stains on the sofa. The hair dryer had been pulled off the wall. The peep hole was missing and had a plastic bag stuffed in it and protruding from the inside of the door. The closet door had a 1 x 8 with exposed nails across the inside. The sink was slow draining. The tub had no traction. At breakfast, my husband's coffee was not hot enough to melt the sugar/creamer so he asked for fresh coffee. The attendant told him the coffee was steaming; she did not make fresh. On a positive note, the suite was spacious, and the bed slept well. All-in-all I was disappointed.
