The room my family was given for a week had cockroaches. I told the staff and they sprayed our room. We came back after some time and it was horrible. I had to be very assertive with the manager that we needed a new room. We finally got one with some drama. The new room was great. I would recommend looking behind the refrigerator for roaches. The breakfast is great. With waffles, cereal, fresh fruit, bagels, and hott items every morning. The gym is nice and clean with plenty of equipment.

One of my favorite hotels. The manager is really nice, the cleaning staff is friendly. I've stayed here A bunch of times and I've never had any problems with staff or sound (im a light sleeper. )

Great place to stay when you have to stay in a hotel for an extended period of time. The kitchenette makes eating right easy, but its great to have the free breakfast for mornings your in a rush. Staff is great and the hotel is overall very well maintained.

Really comfortable bed, slept very well. Nice room, with a decent shower. Only issue was the window shades were very difficult to close. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was very very nice.

If I’m ever in this area I will not be staying at this location after the horrible treatment that was given by your staff to some wonderful people. Feel free to message me directly with my concerns. I am livid at what has occurred!

Check out the pictures, they speak louder than words. Outdated and very cheaply maintained. Carpets were stained and worn. The ragged shower curtains were repeatedly hung up after weekly housekeeping. On many occasions bedsheets were tattered with large holes. Down comforters were not changed in the 2 months I stayed there. Ants were prevalent in kitchen, bathroom & living room areas. Also found a baby cockroach and saw large centipede on 1st floor dining area. Beware of the water dispenser in the fitness room, there's mold growing in the spouts. Not cleaned or maintained properly. 2 out of the 4 washers were out-of-service for a month. The front end staff ladies were courteous and helpful.

We always try to stay at a Staybridge whenever we travel, and the Augusta site was FANTASTIC. Clean room, Cold AC, Good Breakfast & AMAZING Customer Service.

It was just ok… Room and common spaces are dirty. We had to wipe all the surfaces with sanitizer wipes to get rid of visible gross goobers. Don't need to stay here again.

Everything is great about this place! The front desk staff and all of the staff members are so friendly and make sure that you are enjoying your stay. The kitchen staff work very hard making sure that the food is delicious. Housekeeping keeps the rooms nice and clean. The rooms are like apartments. With a free full breakfast everyday, free dinner Monday through Thursday and all the other amenities, this is definitely the best deal in Augusta!

Not so good, not so bad. If you take out cheap room then it's okay.

This was a very nice property. We arrived just in time for a good manager's reception. The room was well appointed. Unfortunately, the TV in my room would not change channels. I reported it and was informed that maintanence would fix it in the morning. Because we were only staying one night that wasn't a good answer? That was the reason I gave a 4 rating. We would stay there again.

We had to switch rooms but the staff was very helpful with it. Loved the social hour and the few times a week they provide dinner. Would recommend.

I do enjoy staying at Staybridge hotels. The staff was very friendly and very courteous. My room was very clean and neatly put together. Breakfast area was well-kept and well-stocked. Of course Monday through Wednesday light dinner and drinks is always wonderful at Staybridge Suites.

My husband was working in Augusta for a week and I went with him. The hotel was very nice. The staff goes up and beyond to help you in any way. The rooms are very spacious and clean. They come with dishes, wine glasses, pots and pans, plenty of towels. My husband and I will definitely be staying more often. Love this place.

I would give this hotel 5 stars but the rooms need a refresh/update. Other than that, this hotel is top notch. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. David and Emmitt prepare the food each day. Free Breakfast and free evening meals Mon — Thurs. Those two are awesome. Always looking out for the guests and ensuring a pleasant meal. The rooms are dated and we're not cleaned to our standard when we first arrived. However, after leaving a nite for the maid service in the room, they did clean it much better. All in all, this is a nice hotel that the staff makes even nicer due to their level of kindness and professionalism.

Love love love love love this place! Some think of it as a hotel. But to me it's more like a home away from home! The staff I had encounters with were amazingly friendly, efficient in their job, attentive to guest needs and they welcomed us each time we returned with that southern hospitality warm welcome! The social they offer in the evenings is delicious. Those guys in the kitchen kept the food stocked at all times and kept checking on us during our meal. The wine and beer offered is a great touch. Good job! Keep it up.

I rate 4.5! Nice Breakfast, dinner with free beer and wine. Comfortable room with fridge, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, two burner stove. Queen bed with the best pillows. Ample room for four.

Wasn't greeted as nicely as Husband said other ICG Spiral allegiance VIP Hotels have treated him before. Towels had holes in them, Dishwasher had broken glass and plastic in catcher was never cleaned out. After driving from Ft Hood Texas to Augusta Ga. With 2 kids Arguing the whole way. The lady at the desk acted like she couldn't be bothered to answer my questions about where room is, parking for U-Haul side doors Handicapped access areas that I could take for luggage rack. After 18 hours of driving. We are VIPS of LaQuinta and Marriott Hotels and haven't been treated like this when I walk thru the door anywhere. All I can say positive is room size is nice. King/ Queen suite.

So far so good, only part of the way through my stay.

Overall, a lovely experience. Staff was very friendly, and the room was big and comfortable. The only complaint I could find is that about 2 or 3 times during my month long stay, the housekeeping would put up dishes that were still dirty from the dishwasher. I don't mind doing my own dishes, so instead of putting away dishes that still have food on them, I'd prefer to do them myself. That's it (rare enough that I don't feel justified complaining about it). Everything else was quite nice, to include the social hours and the mini gym, and I would happily recommend others to come here.

They just changed over to Directv and its great way better than the wow service they had. The Internet Wi-Fi is a bit slow at times on the 3rd floor. But other than that Staybride is a nice place with a great staff…

Great place, wonderful staff and I just wish it had a pool.

If you are handicapped be prepared to walk from the back parking lot, on several occasions I have found it necessary to do this because the hotel parks their company vehicle in the handicap spots. I've complained about this to the staff and the owner of the hotel and tho they apologize it continues to happen. We were there for three weeks and during the first week I was told of a noise complaint from our two small dogs. On Saturday of our third week I was called and told there was a complaint about my dogs making noise. My dogs were not in the room but in another state with me at the time. I informed the hotel of this and the following day we were asked to leave because of the numerous complaints about our dogs over the time we were there. The refrigerator in our room continually leaked water the whole time we were there. The staff in the kitchen were polite, the rest of the staff were rude and uncaring. The owner of this particular hotel was nice to your face but unconcerned about your complaints.

Right next door to all kinds of restraunts this is a nice hotel with some great amenities. Full breakfast, nice rooms, workout and business centers. They even serve alcohol Monday thru Wednesday with dinner and social hour. I stayed in the king suite and it was amazing. Full size fridge, dishwasher, pots and pans, stove and super comfy bed. Will definitely stay here again.

Awesome place great staff on desk the house keepers do a fantastic job with a maintenance department that has knowledge fix any problems as they arise along with a friendly hometown atmosphere.

Good prices, free breakfast available every day along with dinner and booze 4 nights a week.

We had to pay $200 instead of $75 because of the weight of our dogs. But overall the place was quite and clean and very spacious. The lady at the front desk was rude but overall great hotel. I wish they had a pool though.

Booked online for one price, billed for over double the price at checkout. Room was in disrepair on check in, door handles removed and laying about, TV didn't work. Breakfast was nasty. Ice cold eggs, tissue paper thin bacon. You can tell they cut corners to save money on the "food. " Not impressed.

Staybridge suites are always the place to be. Wonderful renovations, great hotbar for breakfast and even food provided for dinner if you're there in time. Great rooms featuring fully serviceable kitchen and even a split off bedroom! Always a great stay at staybridge!

It's pretty nice. I appreciate the free breakfast. Wi-Fi is pretty slow though.

Stayed for a month and the staff was nothing short of professional and accomodating. One morning at 5AM a renovation team had set off the fire alarm, seeing as how I wasn't supposed to be up until 7:30 it was quite inconvenient, it was shut off soon after and later that day I received a call from the front desk apologizing for the inconvenience and asking if there was anything they could do to make up for it. Wow. What a great manager! Lisa was who I talked to on the phone and she was there for any of my lodging needs while I stayed. 10/10

WOW! This is a 3 star hotel?!? I can't believe it. I would like to share an experience I had trying to book a conference room. (This is primarily for people wanting to reserve functions or conferences, I cannot speak for sleeping here) I booked a conference room a month in advance for a 2 week event that I had planned for over 3 months; only to find out that 3 days before my event started, that the conference room I reserved was being used as a storage room because of hotel renovations! That's not the best part! The best part is that the person who I originally worked with in order to reserve the room quit a few weeks prior and I had a complete stranger called me to notify me of the unfortunate changes. This person did not even mention to me anything about honoring the contract that I had previously established or anything. By the way, her name is S**ari Something, she made her words seem comforting like she was going to help us, but her professionalism is not and her actions do not show that she truly cares (how, do you ask? the result is I'm writing this review). I expressed my frustration about the matter and how much we prepared and everything and she reassured me that she was working with/talking with the owner and hotel management to see what could be done about opening the room back up. I thought this would be helpful, and she seemed like she was trying to work with me! Unfortunately, I later came to understand she could have cared less and she lied.

Nice place, decent location. Evening meals are a little lacking but free. Rooms are large with small kitchen.

I am working nights and have the DO NOT DISTURB magnet on my door yet they find it ok to come wake me to reprogram televisions. Never again, will find hotel. Last week they woke my co-worker up twice to check random stuff. WOW, the "director of personnel service" is NO better! Apparently, the customer doesn't matter here at this hotel. never again. So I'm not sure if "I'M WORKING NIGHTS" means please call me to discuss your complaint, but yes I was woken up AGAIN! REALLY? This time at 0900 after getting off work and back to the hotel around 0600, to discuss my complaint. This is also after stopping at the front desk this morning and telling them I will be sleeping till whatever time and if they need to enter the room do it after whatever time. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to someone I hated. If you choose this hotel, I wish you good luck.

Nice size rooms and good service. Free laundry facility and the workers are helpful and polite. Will definitely be back again.

If you need to shower between 6 am and 7:30 am, look out. Don't know what the problem is, but it seems like, the hot water heaters can't keep up when the hotel is full. This has been an issue in several rooms on different floors. The staff seems unable to fix the problem.
