Horrible customer service! I called the front desk and asked to speak to the manager and I was told no I’m not allowed to speak to the manager. Front desk staff extremely rude. So glad I cancelled my reservation and got a better hotel.

I loved this place at one time but I went the for a nice getaway for me and my kids. I got charged 2x deposit for both my rooms but the white couple before me didn't Had to pay any deposit The room was not cleaned Very bad experience this time not going back Don't like how I was treated.

Inexpensive, centrally located, great breakfast. Carpet is old and I wouldn't walk on it in bare feet. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Small pool area. Quiet.

Good price. It was clean relative to most hotels I stay in. I travel for work often. Will probably stay again.

I give this place 4 stars. The best showers Ive ever taken in a motel. Water pressure is great and adjustable shower head were Amazing! Beds are very comfortable, quiet room and Breakfast was wonderful! Waffles, grits, cheese, biscuits and gravy, cereals, bagels, fresh fruits and toppings, Bacon, cream cheese. Best tasting and variety breakfast, Ive ate and seen on a continental breakfast! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the carpet, curtains and bedspreads needs to be replaced and updating. But was clean. I will choose and recommended this motel to others. For the price I couldn't have expected anymore than I got from my stay. Enjoyed my stay very much! Staff was very helpful and friendly!

Stayed here for the Masters with my friend who made the reservation. Small pillows (see pictures). The beds were ok. Understand you have to pay premium pricing since it was during the tournament but this room was questionable for premium pricing. The restroom was small and looked like it need some work. But the towels in the restroom were fresh.

Im looking forward to killing roaches, and smelling smoke and pot. I am staying here for a month alone surviving with only dead roaches. Ok see you there. If you would like to see my collection of dead roaches and toe nails come to room 248.

The room was nice but it's bad when I book a room a month in advance and yet somehow my room gets given away. Then the lady at the front calls and tells me the day I am supposed to check in that my king room has been overbooked and is not available. I asked well what happen to it, it's been booked a month ago she tells me well we can cancel it so you won't be charged. I said no I want my room. She then replies the only thing we got is a double bed room do you want that. When I got there and asked about my room further, she told me that someone had extended their stay, and that is why my room was not available. So all and all the rooms are nice But the front desk service sucks and they lie. The next morning at check out, I found out the real reason about my booking, half the hotel can't be stayed in because of a gas leak. But heck idk if that's true or not the lady at the front desk at this point has told me three different things…

Place was dirty, smelled of smoke and came with roommates. I killed SEVEN little roach like bugs in my room. Even the maintenance man said they have an infestation. Do not stay there. It’s not worth it!

Very friendly understanding staff. I overslept because I stayed at the hospital almost all night and from my long drive. The staff understood and were very nice about it. Bed was very comfortable.

If you can afford better, don’t stay here. This is nothing more than a 3-star hotel. Locals were loitering and talking outside of rooms all night long. A quality night sleep here? Impossible. Walls are paper thin, you’ll hear everything going on around you. Rooms are in desperate need of updates/renovation. Woke up much sooner than I wanted due to a neighboring room blasting music at 6am. The most ratchet hotel stay I’ve ever experienced.

Room was decent for the price. It was very conveniently located to the Children's hospital. Staff was really nice and helpful. I would definitely stay again but wish bed was more comfortable.

It was in a great place close to everything we wanted to see. The only reason for three stars is the new desk girl tried to give our room to someone else and failed to put us in the system even though we stayed two nights. The breakfast was very good and the employees were all very nice. The bed slept well but the water took forever to get hot. It looks like they are in the middle of a remodel.

Love this place it is an excellent place to stay whether you are coming for one of the hospitals or just want to get away for a bit this is the place to come. The staff is super friendly. The location is quiet and I just feel at home when I stay here. I will surly come and stay again when ever I am in the augusta area. My new home away from home.

Great place to stay! The staff is Excellent. The breakfast is great! My room was clean and smelled good. The Wi-Fi worked really good as well I could not have asked for a better place to stay. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to stay here when visiting the augusta area.

My wife & I drove home with rashes on our arms, legs & neck due to bed bug bites. The first morning when we woke up, my wife complained about having itchy rashes on her arms and legs. I thought she got mosquito bites. The next morning she got even more rashes, and this time not only her, but I got some too on my arms and neck. When we got back from breakfast, I spotted little creature crawling on the bed sheet. I took a picture and found out that it was a bed bug. Gross! We were so worried that we may bring some bed bugs home with us in our clothing and baggage. We told the hotel manager about this, but his response is very generic. He didn't even mention or do anything about the issue we encountered. Overall, our 2-day stay at this hotel was very unpleasant.

They messed up our reservation in a major way and we could not take the room they had. They tried to help by sending us to another hotel. But even though we booked early, we had to compete with the newer bookings from the storm. So sad.

The very unpleasant encounter with the manager Mr. Wolf. The atmosphere of a business is a reflection of management. The place has potential but it is not being demonstrated. The manager Mr. Wolf is rude and unaccommodating. His attitude is one who has a monopoly and does not have to be "professional " or courtesy — "cause I say so". Although a pool is visible it is not available because it probably cost money to bring it up to par. If the rooms are not adequately cleaned — it is up to management to see to it that they are as there is ample staff available The staff minus the manager Mr. Wolf was friendly and quick to respond to requests. I never got to eat the buffet because I did not stay the night. I am learning that just because you have a reservation does not mean you will get what you have "reserved". I won't speak about the room I got, nor the broken fridge, or the placement next to the laundry room (that, kept my dog barking at everyone going in and out), all that could be corrected; but the very unpleasant encounter with the manager Mr. Wolf is the main complaint and reason I will spend my dollars elsewhere. May I suggest you look somewhere else for your stay when visiting Augusta.

Awesome hotel, nobody bothers you and it's peaceful. But I give 3 stars because of the breakfast police… they literally watch everybody eat breakfast like a hawk just waiting on somebody to try to take ANY food to their room. Like you can't even take a muffin up to your room or they will LITERALLY chase you down and make you put it back. Other than that it's a great hotel!

Well you get what you pay for. The room was dirty and the bathroom was molding. The microwave and fridge looked as if it wasn't cleaned in months. I was told the hotel pool was closed due to homeless people using it as a bath but the very next day it was open and people were in it. The air around the hotel smelled like a port-a-potty I would guess due to the construction going on in the neighboring lot. Overall I would not ever stay here again and I would highly suggest you pay a few extra dollars for a better hotel room.

Paid a last minute price fort this hotel. The furniture was outdated. Room appeared clean until I saw the dead bug on the floor. The wood nightstand looked like it had been attacked by termites with the shavings on the floor. The cable didn't work. There was a crack head hanging around outside. The front desk staff was nice. I didn't report the problem because I was too tired (arrived around 12am). Not what I would expect from a quality inn.

When I say "painful", I mean that. This was the hardest mattress I have ever slept on. It actually hurt to sleep on it. Both my husband and I was so miserable, that at some point throughout the night, we both considered moving to the couch, but since we had placed a couple pieces of luggage on it, we found that we were too tired to move them. Awful! We were miserable all night.

I really love Quality Inn they have a good staff. I really love the house keeper Shondreas Bulter she took care if me making sure I was comfortable the whole time I was there. My new favorite hotel.

Roaches come to hunt u at night. & the lady at the desk stares as if you are stealing breakfast. Other then that its ok. But the roaches are the biggest problem.

I would not even give this place one star! The room stinks, stains on the sheets, police outside at hotel when we leaving. A worker had to move his truck because some ppl was trying to steal his stuff! Omg u could not pay me to stay here, we left about 2 hours after trying to see a good side, there was no good side! Nasty place! I sat in the computer chain, now that was the best thing here! Gross!

Rooms smelled like clean bathroom. All of them. Strange. Hotel is on disrepair. Rooms are big though, and price is right. Quintessential cheapy hotel.

My experience was horrible. The first couple of times I went, the non-smoking rooms smell like straight smoke, the bathtub was never cleaned it had a brown ring around it, the pillow case had a pink stained on it, the iron board looked like somebody peed on it, there was a dirty rag hanging from the shower rod, the sink stayed on the entire time, and the customer service was horrible. The last time I try to stay there the manager kept saying she will call me back because she was checking people in, but I know it doesn't take 4 hours to check people in a nasty hotel so I said hell with it and went to one of Washington rd. And yes I would definitely agree with Kelana.

My stay was okay. It was a relatively reasonable price (about $70 after taxes and fees) and only a couple minutes to the hospital where I was on business, but the room smelled too strongly of cleaner and had to be aired out and the shower was cold in the morning. Otherwise service was fine and the room was clean enough.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I most definitely should have read all of the reviews. There was mold in and around the tub. An odd odor when coming in. We had no Iron plus the iron board was filthy. There were boogers and dirt marks all over the walls. Holes in the sheets. I killed roaches and when telling the manager Crystal she was VERY rude and did nothing about it. Do not stay here is a terrible place!

Check in was a breeze with the friendly staff. The room was nicer than I expected for the price. Beds were comfortable and showers were warm.

Clean rooms, adequate breakfast. Great stay for the money. Would stay again.

Rooms are spacious, clean and my better half really enjoys the surprisingly large bathtub. A bit pricey but the continental breakfast does a great job to persuade you.

The mattress was pretty nice but one visit gave me some wicked athletes foot. Being a teuck driver I shower at truck stops regularly never having problems for multiple years. One visit to their motel and both feet are covered.

This property is owned by a company named augusta best, however they are augusta's worst hotels, I know first hand that one of the housekeepers of the property told me that they did not change the sheets, the hotel is infested with roaches and mice, the hotel is managed by a mean lady named ms meda, she is very rude and short with all of the guest, the hotel is over priced for the accomidations and the staff is well under payed (7.25 an hr) beware of this hotel and others owned by the augusta best company such as microtel on riverway econolodge (medical center) baymont inn comfort inn etc.

Yuk. Not worth $25 let alone $75. Trash on bathroom floor. Holes in blanket. Previous guests' pajamas hanging on bathroom door! Many construction crews staying there. They were noisy and rude. Their diesel work trucks were noisy early in the am with back-up beepers. Needs to be torn down or remodeled. I know it's convenient to MCG but don't stay here. One star is too much.

Will not wor with anyone when they need to cancel — very rude! do not I repeat do not reserve a room with these people — they rip you off.

In crisis family emergency at midnight got room and saved $100 over crapy service five star marriot.
