Clean. Friendly… great breakfast… an the pool is Amazing an very clean.

Overall, my stay at the Quality Inn in Fort Gordon was acceptable. Most of the staff were very friendly and pleasant. However the room was dirty, very dirty, and other guests were partying in the communal areas well into the night making it very loud and uncomfortable at times.

Honestly, the star is for the staff, who were very friendly and courteous. If not for them, I would have given this hotel no stars. The hotel and rooms are in DIRE need of a renovation and upgrades. The room was not clean, the appliances were dirty and beginning to rust, the bathtub floor felt like it might give at any moment, and there were roaches (one in our room). Even the TV remote was virtually useless unless you were standing within 3 inches of the TV (I'm not even exaggerating with that). I'm not the pickiest person in the world, but when you pay over $100.00 for a hotel room, I think anybody would be disappointed and disgusted with an old and unclean room and facilities.

I chose this hotel because it had truck parking available. I stayed two nights. After the first night, that afternoon I got a phone call from the hotelinforming me that if my driver didn't move the truck that belonged to my company they were going to call the police. I informed them that I was not only the owner of the company, but also the driver and that I was sitting in my room watching TV and gave them my room number. Early the next morning when I got ready to leave I had trouble unlocking my drivers side door as if someone had tampered with the lock. Also I had reserved a King Suite. I was assured that my room was a king suite. That was the most pathetic king suite I have ever seen.

Very soft beds and pillows + a comforting atmosphere = I slept like a baby!. Nice?. No. VERY NICE staff clean rooms with everything in a kitchen 'cept oven. I wished ALL hotels were this comfortable! I hope very much that I get to visit again and stay here. Most definitely WORTH it!

The outside leaves more to be wanted but the room have definitely been remodeled the service members were exellent and that really made the difference.

Full size fridge and freezer. Microwave, sink. Near to waffle house. We stayed here 3 weeks and the staff was always courteous and friendly. Rooms need a good cleaning (ours was slightly dirty when we got here), that's why no 5 stars — but for the price you cant really beat it.

Hotel was actually quite nice at a good price. It is a older hotel but it looks like it's been recently remodeled, everything looked modern and fresh. Bed was plush and comfortable. Room, lobby and grounds were neat and clean. Did like my room did not have carpet. Though I did not use the pool, the area did look clean and inviting. I did not take advantage of the free breakfast so I cannot offer an opinion. The staff was superb. I spoke with the manager before my arrival, 2 front desk members and a member of housekeeping. Everybody was professional courteous and just a delight to talk with. When dealing with hotels sometimes getting information over the phone you feel kind of leery. Here I felt confident about the information I received. After I checked in all information given ahead of time was accurate. I have stayed in hotels that cost $50 to $600 a night. For this hotel that cost $75 to $100 a night staff impressed me as much as hotels that I stayed at that are $200 to $600 a night. The only negative I encountered was the microwave in my room was in great need of replacement. Yes, I would highly recommend and I would stay here again.

Very nice. Doesn't look sco from the outside but the room we were in was Immaculate the front desk clerk was extreme Pleasant we still have a few more nights to stay but I'm pretty sure it will go alright.

Decent rooms, friendly staff, breakfast is about what you expect at a 2 star hotel, slow internet speeds, good location. Overall not a bad place for the price.

The first room I was in the heat didn't work I told the front desk and they moved me with no problem to another room … both lady's was so nice… I enjoyed my stay.

I like this place for the price. Stay here at least once a year. Staff is always very friendly. Rooms are always clean. My only complaint is for a pet friendly place when I put food down for my dog about an hour later there were bugs in it. That upset me. Never seen bugs here before. They disappeared when I put the food up. My guess they went to the next room with food in the floor.

We stoped in Augusta, GA on our way home from North Carolina. We stayed at Quality Inn Fort Gordon. The check in process was very easy and the front desk staff was very friendly. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was close to restaurants and the interstate. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this establishment to others.

Excellent service. Thanks Tiffany! You are Awesome! Clean Facility however the only problem I had was the bath tub was not completely clean. Only because of the bottom of the tub has groves and not a smooth bottom. Need a scrub brush and clorox to get in there. This is not sanitary.

Great hotel! Great rates and pet friendly just what we were looking for.

They have a ton of dirty, smelly construction workers that stay here. If that doesn't bother you then this place is okay.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are older but clean. It does have an outdoor pool.

Was looking for reasonable place to sleep while on a cross country drive. Sometimes a little concerned about Quality Inn but this one is great. Will stay again if I am in the area.

SMALL but clean and well maintained rooms. Noisy, very noisey… the walls are thin. However, if you are looking for a budget room, with a small kitchenette, this is you place! Full size frig and freezer, kitchen sink and microwave as well as a coffee pot. The staff was amazingly kind and social. They made us feel at home!

Friendly staff and nice clean rooms. They also have a truck lot which helped out tons with the uhaul and trailer. Overall better than the price. Breakfast was weak tho.

Its not a bad place to stay at, the only thing I really didn't like is the fact that if you are looking to sleep in while on vacation you will get woke up early by housekeeping. Some days they wake you up at 9 am and others they don't show up till 3 pm. Oh and don't expect a refill on toiletries.

I really enjoyed staying here. The women I met (staff members) were very kind and polite and the rooms were very clean. I also enjoyed it being nice and quiet as well. I would definitely come back again.

High Speed Internet! Dog Friendly! Very Friendly Staff! Nice Kitchenette! We stayed 10 days and got exactly what we paid for! Great location right next to waffle house! walking distance to Cracker Barrel. A Truckstop in walking distance and 5 minutes to post! we liked it and would recommend it to friends and family.

This is in an Area of Augusta west of town on I-20 exit 194. I would best describe the area as being a hub of travel services. Lots of affordable food spots i. E. Waffle Hose, Cracker Barrel, Burger King, etc. Also a Pilot truck stop nearby. The thing about the Quality Inn, Ft. Gordon is that it has this massive empty lot right out in front in which to park a semi truck, in plain view of the building with lighting. The price of the room is affordable and although it's not on motel row a fe blocks away, thats a bonus if your driving a big truck. People are friendly, the quarters are clean and comfortable and actually have a large refrigerator and microswave in the room. The units have a coffee bar and the beds are so comfortable, it's like a small efficency apartment for the price of a room. This is my "Truckers Choice" when staying in Augusta, Ga.
