El desayuno no fue agradable. El jugo de naranja que tenian disponible estaba rancido. La seleccion no era grande. Los trabajadores fueron amables y el cuarto decente, pero el congelador no funcionaba muy bien. El aire acondicionado era mas frio que el refri.

Husband thought towels were basic and it smelled like bleach but staff were very courteous, room immaculate and we'll appointed, apartment size fridge with good size separate freezer, bed was very comfortable and TV was adequate. Very good value. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast was very clean area, biscuits/gravy/sausage, sweet rolls, bagels, bread, cereals, instant oats, fresh fruits, yogurt, cream cheese, real butter. Good coffee, well maintained.

Very clean and spacious room. Had a full size fridge and small kitchenette. Had karaoke going in the restaurant that is attached to the hotel and I wasnt able to hear the music from my room. An overall enjoyable stay.

It's nice and clean and quite… Everone was friendly and helpful.

This hotel is just okay, it's not horrible I just wouldn't say it was a 4 star rating. The room smelled like swamp water which might not be an issue for some people but I just thought I'd let you know. The television is very hard to work. We couldn't figure out how to turn it on and at one point couldn't figure out how to to turn it off. It was a little frustrating. What made up for the hotel was the staff and the restaurant. The staff was so kind and nice. The restaurant was excellent. They have a Mexican restaurant in this hotel where you can do karaoke and it was pretty great. We really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.

Reasonable prices. Stay there every time I go to Augusta ga to see my family.

Each of my stays from 2016 through now have been wonderful. No complaints at all.

Great place to stay. The rooms are larger and include a fridge and microwave. It is quite around here and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Could use a fresh coat of paint. Room was quiet and clean. Bed was comfortable. Some black mold in the shower. On the upside, plenty of water pressure — — shower was glorious.

The beds and linen are nice and clean. While there's been some updating, there is some neglect like caulking coming undone and lime build-up in the shower. There's an unpleasant, mildew smell in the hallways. Breakfast is cereal and sweet bread, but Cracker Barrel is right across the way. And, on a personal note, my $30 charger was not turned in after it was found by housekeeping.

Clean and comfortable rooms and the swimming pool made the price just right! There are other quality motels in the area that are a little less but the few extra bucks for this hotel is well spent!

My whole stay was wonderful! Great customer service, housekeeping, breakfast, early check in and late check out! I will stay there always if I'm ever in Augusta.

It's a clean place with decent rooms. Beware of the advertised price vs reality. Online it said $59 a night but after arguing with the front desk clerk and having to show my phone browser pages, the best I could get was over $80/night including taxes.

Decent for the price, has home sized fridges in every room which I though was awesome. Restaurant in building is actually pretty good, are there twice and was a good experience both times.

If you do not need the internet it's a 4 star If you need the internet it's a 3 star.

I stay here usually once a month. Always a clean room, excellent customer service and the price cant be beat for the area… the Mexican restaurant/bar is an added bonus.

They have an authentic Mexican restaurant attached that is AWESOME! The room and bathrooms were impeccably clean. The I accommodations were awesome and the spaciousness was perfect. Gave us a homey feel without having to pack it in like sardines. Very comfortable here, I plan on staying here again upon my return. They also updated their owners about 8 months ago, so if you stayed before and had a bad experience that could be why. The people here now are GREAT!

We had to be switched 3 times. The air conditioner made horrible, loud noises.

Over a week and at least five phone calls later, STILL no satisfaction. This hotel is apparently independently owed so calling corporate did no good. I was however able to finally speak with the manager who had no interest in taking ownership of this terrible experience. In fact, she seemed rather annoyed in that I'd written a review online. She made mention of being aware of the situation (not because the front desk rep called her about what was going on) by reading my review. She told me to call hotwire and take it up with them. I stated, "so you don't care about how your customers are treated. " Her response was "did I say that". Well yes, Ms Manager, you sure did in so many words. I've never had such a negative experience. Nor have I ever seen a business woman with such a lack of concern for her patrons. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! We had to pile our belongings on a rack for fear that they would become infested with roaches. We tossed and turned all night thinking about them crawling all around us. If we were in the position to just give away money, we would have simply said the heck with it and left. I truly hate that this hotel is an option for anyone visiting my home town!

Customer service was good. Place smelled horrible (musty) in the room and in the halls. The breakfast was nasty and picked clean. Raisin toast, bagels, and pastries. Microwaved sausage and gravy and biscuits. Milk was empty, cereal was stale, juice was empty. Yuck. Probably because the cleaning ladies and their 5 kids picked the place clean.

I havent even checked in yet but I stoped by to check the facility out the day before and was so releaved to see how nice the room was along with the wonderful stay that helped me at the desk. Perfect room amazing price and to be frank its the best hotel in augusta and the best value. You will be just as pleased as I was. Recommended to any one coming to visit Augusta Ga. Oh and by the way there beds are awesome…

My wife and I were very impressed by America's Best Inn in Grovetown. From the cleanliness and comfort of the room to the location and proximity of everything in Augusta, this was a first class experience for us. This will absolutely be our first choice when we return back to this area.

Room was very clean with full-size frig, microwave, sink and cabinets. Staff extremely friendly and nice. Price for such a nice, well-appointed room just can't be beat! Would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for quality and comfort at a bargain price! Also, conveniently located to shopping and lots of different restaurants.
