The Staff here never disappoint. This is my family's home away from home because my father in law is sick in the hospital out there. Robin is always there to make it feel "honey". I will not stay anywhere else.

5 Star Excellent Property. Very clean, safe and quiet environment. Upscale furnishings and comfortable bedding. Staff is wonderful and very friendly. Well worth the money with good complimentary breakfast! If you need a cozy place to sleep, this is it!

My wife and I make a habit of staying at Best Western properties when we travel. This location is top notch. The owner here is leading the pack well and it shows. The entire place is clean well groomed and well maintained. We take the time to speak with people and make friendly small talk with anyone open to conversation. We spoke with night shift and day shift employees, from desk clerks to breakfast servers and the cleaning staff. Most of which were long time employees in this establishment. Each and every one of them at some point in time brought up the topic of their boss on their own we did not ask. They all had great praise for her, evidently the owner is a woman. They all said she is the best boss they have worked for and therefore it showed in their performance. As we sat in the lobby and some employees were coming to work and some were finishing their shift they had genuine "Good Morning" pleasantries for each other and gathered for a second to pour coffee for each other and ask how they were doing, WOW! I could only have ever dreamed of working in a place like this. (Which I feel I actually am now but that's a different story) Whoever the owner is should take great pride in her accomplishments and hopefully the rest of corporate America can take notes. Sometimes treating your employees well is not only the right thing to do but also pays off great dividends. I would gladly revisit this location if I was in the area and would highly recommend this location to others.

Nice above average hotel. I did not have a reservation but was able to walk in and still get a room. The clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well kept. We only stayed one night. The breakfast was ok with standard fare. Checkout was quick. If I were in the area again I would stay at this hotel.

I used the Best Western on-line check out. Was provided an e-mail and a text indicating I would receive a receipt. I never received a receipt. I called this hotel directly and was refused a receipt because I booked through "Expedia. " I did not book through Expedia, but through another such booking service. I stayed here several months ago, booked through the same service, yet was provided a receipt when I checked out at the desk. If a receipt was available then, despite booking through an on-line service, then a receipt should be available now.

Nice clean, large room. We had a King room with a pull out sofa bed. The hotel property was well maintained. Great breakfast with eggs, biscuits & gravy, bacon, waffles, etc…

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and clean. We were placed in the type of room we requested and had no problem getting items we needed from the hotel during our stay! Very nice location.

I’ve stayed at BestWest in many states this year and am a member of the loyalty program. The hotel chain is consistently reliable and beyond satisfactory each stay, at each location. I love BestWestern.

Comfortable stay. Staff was very cordial and welcoming. Room was clean and I liked having a sofa and coffee table; power outlets were easy to reach and the business chair st the desk was a nice touch. A variety of fast food and casual dining was close by.

Convenient and clean for a visit to Augusta. Easy travel to city center and golf courses.

It was a nice hotel. We stayed 2 nights when we came down for the Kelsea Ballerini concert. Spacious rooms, nice bed, big bathroom, and nice selection for hotel breakfast. Just wish that house keeping came before noon on our floor since we ran out of towels.

Newer facility in a complex of several hotels off exit 164 on rte 20. Room spacious and clean, staff friendly. Breakfast area is small but does offer good variety of food options.

The hot breakfast was good. Excellent service at the front desk and so friendly. 10/10 will stay again.

Decent hotel and friendly staff. I really enjoyed my stay recently for Christmas. However, on the 3rd night I stayed I saw a roach in the bathroom. I can’t return because of that. Also, I noticed brown stains on the cover of the mattress. They change the sheets but not those mattress covers.

I am so disappointed, for the amount of money charged it was like a cheap motel. The staff were nice. Working the front desk, then doing laundry, then cleaning room. 2 star is probably too much.

They just updated their decor, so the place looks very modern and fresh. The floors are gorgeous, too.

The rooms are comfortable enough, breakfast it's served hot and is worth eating. Staff is nice and respects my belongings. The TV is hard to operate but otherwise a good stay.

Hotel was being renovated in the lobby area but staff was very nice. Complimentary breakfast was great! Waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, pastries, etc. Pool area very clean and tidy. Rooms were clean and well accommodated. Good water pressure in the showers. 5 out of 5! Would stay again!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was hot and very well cooked. Beds are so comfortable. I will be back for class and I will be staying there.

The hotel at Augusta west was clean and tidy. The front desk staff, Teresa used incredibly strong customer service skills. She was helpful and went out of her way to make sure everyone was cared for. She was friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely stay there again.

Great stay! Close to everything, easy access to highway. The continental breakfast was a little limited for those who don't eat me (like me). It is close to other food options and has a fridge for you to bring your own food. Beds were really comfy. Would stay here again! Thanks for the wonderful hospitality. Heather Pincelli.

Stayed here for the Master's tournament. Apparently there's a happy hour almost everyday in the lobby in which food and beer/wine are included. Also, the rooms were clean.

Staff was great. Needed a room at last minute. Made phone call and they had one ready for me in 30 minutes. Breakfast was great. Third time I have used them.

Terrible customer service. Wi-Fi hasn't worked once. Travel site that I used said hotel had a heated pool. No heated pool. The hotel wouldn't let me upgrade my reservation. The hotel wouldn't help me because I went through a travel site, the travel site wouldn't help bc they had to have approval from the hotel and they wouldn't allow it. Coffee machine didn't work. I'm furious. This is a waste of money and a complete disappointment. I will never return nor will I suggest that anyone stays here. Retchid!

If you want a great place to stay, here's the place, it's right at the interstate, so it's a quick on and off. They're located near quite a few restaurants, Cracker Barrel, McDonalds, Steak & Shake and Waffle House so you don't have to worry about finding a bite to eat. The rooms are kept very clean, and the beds are quite comfortable. We have used this hotel many times for our relatives that come in from Kentucky, and have never heard any negative comments. They never want to leave! I think it's the fact that they have a pool and we don't. We look forward to using this hotel again soon!

We left a class ring in our room. The hotel was nice enough to notify us and offer to mail it. We were told it would be $10.00 to mail it which led us to believe they would do more than shove it in a flimsy envelope. They claim they took it to pack and ship in Martinez and told them to mail it as cheap as possible. We end up with a regular envelope ripped and no class ring. The hotel was rude and did not seem to care along with Pack and ship in Martinez who hung up on me. Disgusted with customer service all around.

My stay at this hotel was cut short by a flooded room and the disappearance of my mail that was sent to the hotel. The staff and manager's utter disregard and lack of professionalism was appalling. I travel for work and have stayed in many hotels, but none this terrible. Even before the soaked carpet incident, the hotel smelled musty and nasty. I suspect there is a mold problem that is undiagnosed and neglected. If you're smart, you'll take your money elsewhere.
