From this day forward I will always read reviews first. OMG only thing worse would be a landfill. The carpets in the hallways are covered with stains like beer being split or worse. The carpet in the room is so nasty I wouldn't even walk in my socks. Visible mildew in the walls of the bathroom. Smelled like filth and old cigar smoke. Microwave nasty. Chairs in the room had stains in them like someone had wet their pants in them. I have a car and I'll sleep there tonight.

While they were somewhat accommodating to our situation (we were evacuating Florida with pets due to Hurricane Irma), the room was absolutely terrible. There was various and numerous stains on the beds and floor, we found trash and food left on the ground when we first walked in, and the bathroom towels were already damp. The hotel did offer free breakfast, but it was very minimal.

09/04/17 Late last night, me, my sister, and my dog got denied from our original booking at a hotel across the street because they did not have room for our pet. We called Super 8 and they said they had a room ready for us. We check in, I immediately go to use the bathroom in our room and notice my ankles are FULL of fleas. We ran out as fast as we could, but we, especially my dog, were already infested. All of that took place in 30 seconds. I went to front desk and asked for a refund, while still swatting biting fleas from my ankles and shoes. He did not even bat an eye when we told him there were fleas… like it was not the first time it's happened. He did not print out a confirmation that I had canceled the room at first. I had to ask for it, which took a long time for some reason. Right now there is an extra room charge on my bank account which I believe is a hold for the room, which makes it more frustrating. I called the help line today and told them about the situation and she sent a notice to the hotel while I was on the phone with her, and told me there would be a follow up. I don't know what the follow up is, or how long it will take, so I'm unsure when and how to be resolved. Summary: Do not go to this hotel, because it is infested with fleas, and the manager does not seem interested in fixing the problem.

Nice clean rooms, staff was amazing. And don't get me started on the breakfast! I even enjoyed the pool.

TERRIBLE**READ ENTIRE REVIEW**Rude, Socially inept Staff. Overcharged us and the hotel manager REAKED OF ALCOHOL and was rude as well. Rooms smell heavily of cigarette smoke, Bugs everywhere to include ants and dead, scary looking, flying critters. Beds uncomfortable and started itching not long after getting under the covers. TV remote was greasy. Lights in room not working. Ac did not work and room was hot. Breakfast is very minimal. Pool is tiny and kinda green. The only positive thing I can say is that there is an abundance of parking as many people probably choose not to stay at this location. Do not put your family through this. I Will not stay again and highly advise anyone to stay away from this place. STAY AT one of the many other hotels in the immediate area.

Look… it's not gross or anything, and I wasn't expecting luxury — it's a price conscious choice… but there's a line between not luxury and cheapness getting in the way of usability and that line was crossed with their apparent vendetta against air conditioning. I get it, it's expensive and you don't want to spend money cooling rooms without anyone in them… but if I drop $90 on a room I do not expect to walk into 95 degree oven that would take 2-3 hours to cool down. The air conditioning in each room is completely off until you walk in. Not low. Off. That includes the hallways (well "fan" is technically on but there's no cold air of any kind, and they don't even do that for the rooms). It's the middle of July. I checked in after midnight during a loooong trip. It's easily 95 degrees in the 3rd floor room they put me in. I complained and came back downstairs and they gave me a first floor room which was a little more bearable (but again, air is totally off until you walk in). On any other day I would have just left but the heat was at a level that 20-30 min could cool it down and I just couldn't handle any more driving. Bearable but not happy. Also, it's not a huge deal, but it's 2 pillows to a bed. While I agree a lot of hotels go overboard with pillows, a 1 pillow per person set up is just cheap (again). I didn't bother to ask for extra, they probably would have brought more of I did… but I just wanted to go to bed and I had just had it dealing with this crap. I get it.

It's a nice place to stay. I go there often when I am looking for a hotel to stay at.

Horrible first off we got a room search for bed bug like always found 4 needles and a bag of meth in between the mattresses so got a different room. Second we do laundry and after 4 hours in the dryer and clothes still soaked decided to go to best western next door. Do not waste your money this place was horrible dont let the look fool you.
