Very nice hotel! Very clean and in a good area to everything. Friendly staff!

Had a great experience. The breakfast is hot and fresh. Plenty of it. Pool area clean dru and extra towels available and ready rooms were clean plenty of supplies. Bed was comfortable and sleep was easy. Would deff stay at this location again.

This hotel was great! Very clean and very helpful staff. I booked for the wrong dates (at a fixed rate, which meant no refunds or changes) and when I called, the front desk person helped me change the dates no issue. Our room wasn’t ready at 3 pm, but was able to upgrade for $5. The rooms were comfy and spacious. There was lemon water and fruit available in the lobby. If we stay in Augusta again we will definitely be staying here.

Hotel is very nice, updated and modern. We were very impressed how clean it was. From the lobby to the elevator to the hallways to the rooms. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are very nice. Breakfast could use a few more options, and replenishing as people consume them. We showed up for breakfast and items had already run out and that’s how it stayed until breakfast time was over. I would have given a five star but our visit was ruined when our check out day, at 10:24 a housekeeper knocked on our door asking if we were going to be checking out and I said yes, she then asks how long do you think it’s going to be. I said my wife was in the shower getting ready. Then another housekeeper came knocking at 10:48 asking if we were checking out at 11 and I said yes. We felt like we were being rushed out off our hotel when we already know what time we have to check out. Give us a minute!

They did a really nice job for the special week. Served quality breakfast and dinner! Not to mention open bar! Had an EXCELLENT experience.

Very nice staff, very comfortable and clean rooms, and delicious breakfast. The owner was helping make sure all the breakfast was fresh and full. He spoke with the guest and made the experience wonderful. Strongly recommend staying here.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was your average hotel breakfast but the staff make it more enjoyable. We got a kind suite which came w/ fridge, cable, Wi-Fi, shower/tub, iron board, coffee maker, microwave, n fridge. The beds were a little firm but comfortable. Most likely will stay here again.

My shower was clogged with a big ball of hair in the room I originally stayed in. I had to get up in the morning and I had already bathed so I didn’t say anything that night. What made it so bad though is somebody knew it was clogged because they took the stopper in the tub and just set it on the outside of the tub. That morning I woke up I told the lady that the tub was clogged and she said she would tell whoever needed to be told that my tub was stopped up. Well to my surprise when I got off work that evening same predicament. Clogged up tub. I called downstairs and explained to the lady at the front desk that it was clogged. She wasn’t trying to accommodate me at all. She kept saying I can get you a new room tomorrow. But I kindly explained to her that I needed a new room tonight because I needed to take a shower. She still kept saying I see your dilemma but I don’t have any rooms. She then told me she would called me back and she did but it took forever. She said she found a room. She said I could pack up and come downstairs to get a key. Mind you I have to be to work at 6:50 am and by this time it’s 12 am. It would’ve been my over time day (basically I missed a whole extra day of work, which includes time and a half) but I missed it because I was too tired. Then to top it all off when I got in the new room 327 both the locks were broken (I felt very unsafe at this time). I was too tired to do anything at that point so I just slept with a chair in front of the door.

Very nice rooms. Attentive staff and great breakfast… I got a wonderful night's sleep and Cant complain about anything.

Worst hotel experience EVER! Last night at 10:00 at night we had to switch rooms due to the conference room turning into a night club. When I called to address the noise, I was greeted with the response that she could ask them to quiet down, but they paid to use that room until midnight. I must have missed the memo that our room was given to us at no charge… as I responded to her, that I too paid for a room and deserved the courtesy that should be given to all paying guests…. Before we checked into your hotel for two nights, we stayed at the Comfort Suites in Concord, NC for two nights as well. What a stark contrast from our experience with your establishment. To add insult to injury, after an evening with less sleep, we decide to wash our clothes this morning and after paying for a second cycle in your shitty ass dryer, my family is now wearing wet jeans because you clearly lack any caring in the way your property is ran or taken care of.

Great place to stay @ if you work out of town, Mr Terry is move as can be. Great staff to be around, very nice & considerable of others. Would recommend this place to any contractor to stay in if working out of town in this area or to anybody else that may be on a road trip.

The hotel is clean. The staff is courteous and cares that you are there and have a good experience. The breakfast is fantastic. Mr. Terry makes sure you are taken care of and the breakfast is good and hot.

Everything was fine until I woke up to no coffee in the room. Had one package of decaf was going to drink that and realized part of coffee maker was missing. No coffee bad mode. Got some going out the door.

Everything here was so nice beginning with ck in! Everything is so clean and inviting! The room was nicely furnished and linens were really nice as well as a comfortable bed. They even have a small shop with goodies to purchase at reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

Clean, spacious rooms. Nice kitchenette closet, two comfortable beds and a pull out sofa, with additional space made this the perfect overnight stay. Breakfast the next morning was yummy, and there were plenty of options!

Stayed at Comfort Suites in August 2017 for about $80 a night, which was very reasonable for the quality. I chose to stay there since I had been there a few occasions in the past, especially considering the hospitality shown during Hurricane Matthew evacuations 2016. Staff is always nice. Tara was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable as usual. I decided to stay there again the past weekend (Sept 2017) anticipating evacuations for Hurricane Irma. The prices were more, but not too bad ranging from $80 per night, to $199 per night (that price was over the top), but due to the demand and minimal vacancies in the area, I booked it. I was able to find a lower rate the next day and booked it, then cancelled that room price for a much better rate. The manager Laura could have been a little more helpful in that case, considering the evacuations of folks from Florida, Coastal GA and Coastal SC. Housekeeping staff were friendly and cleaned well. Complimentary breakfast was okay, not as good as in the past, possibly due to the influx of guests. I would like to keep this as my go-to location when travelling, so hopefully the rest of the front desk staff will take some tips from Tara and be courteous and treat all customers the same. Angela wasn't the friendliest and can work on desk manners. Someone was in front of her talking, so I waited on the side, she was trying to assist me from the other side of the desk… to a customer, that is inconsiderate and unprofessional.

I've been stopping overnight at this Comfort Suites 2-3 times a year for nearly 5 years on the drive to Pawley's Island. The past two stays have me question if I'll book again this fall. The Hotel seems run down, in need of an update. Some carpet stains, an issue with the shower faucet & slow to 0 Internet speed. The staff has always been amazing, helpful & friendly. Overall it's a very well kept property. Some attention to aesthetic details & maintenance would earn 5 stars again.

An exceptional hotel. As of 8/11/2017: 1) Manager's Reception on Tue and Wed with simple food and drinks, 2) nice breakfast which varies and includes malted waffles, 3) consistently nice staff. Terry and Florence, who take care of breakfast and reception, are great folks and predictably warm and kind. The rooms are large and comfortable with outstanding showers. However, the maintenace/cleaning staff needs serious help. No doubt this is a corporate level problem. I will stay here again the next time I am in Augusta.

The staff was great! Really friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the complimentary appetizers, dinner, and drinks (including beer and wine) in the evening. It's a convenient location — right off of I-20, near Washington Rd and it's multitude of restaurants and businesses, and close to the movie theater on Riverwatch. You can access anywhere you need to go in Augusta quite easily from here. They even offer complimentary shuttle service, but I didn't need it. It's decent lodging, clean and comfortable. It could use some touch ups here and there but overall it was a great place to stay, especially for the price range.

What a WONDERFUL staff at the Comfort Suites, Augusta, Georgia. The manager, Tara was unbelievable, warm, friendly, helpful and more than accommodating. She not only gave personal attention to my son and myself, she was just a delight to deal with. I have never stayed at a hotel where the manager remembered my name along with my child's name and Tara did that. She was incredible and we will host definitely be back!

Checked into the room and had blood on the foldout couch and wrappers from food, etc under it. Stayed 4 days and when we complained about the room not being cleaned we were called and cussed at by the manager and then kicked out. Once was my favorite hotel, never will I stay there again.

The staff were very patient and helpful, room was clean, beds were comfortable.

Free dinner & 2 free drinks until 7 pm. But the Wi-Fi didn't work.

Stayed 6/9/16. Friendly staff. Clean room. But… There is a huge dog kennel next door to the hotel with barking at 4:30am that does not stop! Carpets are all stained and furniture is worn. Only my daughter slept well because she is deaf. Oh, and the curtains do not close so if the dogs don't wake you the sun will.

We rented a block of rooms at the Comfort Suites for customers during Masters Week in April. Our guests were very well taken care of. Rooms were clean and nicely appointed. A free plentiful daily breakfast and nightly Manager’s Reception was offered. Our guests had nothing but nice things to say. Thank you to Elizabeth Chambers (Corporate Sales & Marketing) and the hotel staff for taking great care of our group. We certainly look forward to coming back in 2017.

Awesome value, perfect time price, and helpful hospitality. Will stay again and be my first choice on any other adventures!

The room was well lit and comfortable.

Used the Comfort Suites for a 2nd go around and experience got better! Had to extend conference for 1 more week. Room we were using got a nice carpet makeover, nice a clean. Always got set up how I needed it. All thanks to Laura at the front who "Does it all! " Room has issue, she's on it. Meeting room not set up? She'll take care of it. Food, wall paneling, printers, computers, you name it, she does it. She does not play! Thanks a lot again for your great efforts. We had an even greater experience.

The wireless was slow, but the room itself was clean and perfect. Only stayed one nite as we were passing thru.

Well we had multiple issues during our stay such as blood on the comforter, housekeeping did not remove bloody comforter the following day and the next day after being out all day we returned to find urine in the toilet and on the seat which they said it was housekeeping cleaning supplies. I disagree, they gave me a 20% discount and 5000 rewards points which I was told would be the equivalent of a one day stay. The Comfort Suites was nicely renovated and had a nice breakfast if you are awake between 6am-9am. Oh I almost forgot about the barking dogs that never stop barking.

I was in Augusta for a family wedding and we booked 3 rooms at the Comfort Suites. From check-in to check-out everything was wonderful. Laura, the manager on duty Friday and Saturday was so friendly, helpful and an overall great person. Late Friday night it was said that Laura was in the middle of a 16hr shift but you couldn't tell. She was very attentive even late at night. On Saturday morning we went to the Continental breakfast which was fresh and full of great food. Again, the employee that was working was helpful, asked if we needed anything and showed us where everything was. My only complaint was how hot the weather was (not something that the hotel could control) and I went to sit out by the pool and burned my bottom on the bench because I didn't realize that it was metal (again not the hotels fault). But the air-conditioning was at a comfy temp in the common areas as well as the rooms. The bride's family had arranged that we could use the meeting room as a gathering space and several times staff members stopped in to see if we needed anything. I was bummed that we weren't there on Tuesday or Wednesday for the Manager's reception. Overall I enjoyed my stay at Comfort Inn & Suites and will stay again if I am in the area.
