I had a very good experience at the hotel. The staff was nice. I forget my daughter's toothbrush at home and they help us out with no problem. Room was very clean. I had no problems. I would surely recommend.

First hotel I've been at that has a full size fridge with freezer AND working microwave. The breakfast is decent and the workers at the front desk were also friendly. There's a gym and outside pool as well.

It was good except for hair in the jacuzzi tub. Everyone there was super nice though, especially the girl that checked us in!

The hotel is conveniently located and easy to find. There is a convenience store right across the street and several restaurants nearby. I have stayed here before and it is generally very clean. When I first arrived the room had slight odor but my request to change rooms was accommodated without difficulty. Rooms have a kitchenette with large fridge and freezer. The hotel provides a basic complimentary breakfast. During my stay they served scrambled eggs, biscuits with country gravy, yogurt with toppings available and assorted cereals. They also have juice and coffee. There is a computer and printer available for guests to use as well as free internet access. They have an outdoor pool.

It was nice and clean. The elevator is really slow. The room was nice cozy.

Clean rooms, friendly service I would recommend this place to anyone. It is also Central to most places.

The check-in process was smooth. The hotel is relatively clean. The bed was comfortable. For the price Priceline afforded me, I would definitely stay again.

Had a great experience at the Baymont located off Riverwatch. Very clean all around and peaceful. Will be back! However the one off Frontage road is not as good. They have remodling going on, 1 elevator is out of order, the other barely works and the staff was not pleasant. I would advise to always book with Riverwatch!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and conversational. It also does business with the nearby VA hospitals, supporting veterans.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. For the price I paid, I thought I was getting a decent room. First, I was put in a smelly room and it was very noisy, close to the elevator. My daughter and I had to get up at midnight to request another room. I was given a second room and it was a roach in it and the moldy/mildew smell gave my daughter a nose bleed.

Great place to stay! If you in town, and looking for a great place to stay and everything available for your comfort; then this is the top of the list. Plus, front desk personnel courtesy, helpful, and friendly. Best stay!

It's a very nice Motel they have an extremely good breakfast the bed was very comfortable sheets were great no matter how much detail I give I could never give enough positive things about this place it's very great.

The rooms were fine. AC was very weak in my room. Water was not very hot in the shower. Fridge and freezer we're not cold.

My family recently stayed at this hotel while visiting some family for a wedding. The staff was very courteous and polite. They made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who is planning to visit the Augusta area.

The staff was very professional and extremely accommodating to our family with a rambunctious toddler. The location was close to everything. We would definitely stay at this location again!

Me and my wife was really amazed how nice this hotel was! The staff was very nice and the manager outstanding service she made sure we had everything we needed! Very clean big plus! Next time I am in Augusta I will stay again!

I liked the location of hotel. It was close to downtown and West Augusta. The breakfast was fantastic. The customer service was superb. The only negative I had roaches in my room. I had to switch rooms on the 3rd floor. The next room was good. If they get the roach problem fixed I might stay again bcoz the front desk ppl were wonderful and the housekeeping.

It could have a better breakfast. They usually have coffee out in the lobby and they said they were going to set it up but they never did for the clients. It was clean.

So friendly we stayed an extra night just because of the people we lo ed this room and made our trip to the VA a great one. We will be back!

The workers at The Baymont were so nice and helpful. Although it seemed as if they were understaffed. They messed up my room and was helpful enough to change the room. It was filthy and things didn't work. We complained heavy and only got $10 off a room he next night. The gym area was filthy and not kept up with, like it hasn't been cleaned in days obviously. The eggs in the morning had a lot of grey in it, and maybe I'm over reacting but it was weird. To top its all off I thought maybe when I talked to the manager things would be better considering she called me telling me I have to pay for some mess. Turns out she didn't know what she was talking about. Which is all good, we all make mistakes except when I tried to voice my concerns with my stay she shoved me off and dismissed me. What a great 21st BIRTHDAY!

Great hotel! Staff were friendly and the room was clean. Comfortable beds, and a powerful AC. Nice hallways as well, and a decent breakfast. Nice place to spend the night. (Oh and the room's bathroom was nice as well)

In the last two weeks we have stayed in three hotels. Baymont had the best price, largest room and was the only one with a kitchenette. Nicely furnished and comfortable room. Staff was very helpful and friendly. There is a pool, which we didn't use, but its there. Continental breakfast was good and there is adequate seating. Close to plenty of restaurants and area attractions. We would stay here again.

In the last week I have stayed in three hotels. This one had the biggest room, most comfortable bed and pillows. Full — size fridge and microwave. And it was the least expensive.

My husband and I have stayed here numerous times since November 2016. We are so pleased with each stay. We wouldn't choose any other place to stay. Rooms are tip top shape. The staff is excellent. Breakfast area is always clean with lots of food to choose from. Thank you for always accommodating us and our needs. The Holtons.

I work there great place to be a way from home give my heart to all the staff if u r not happy about it. Go some place else stop complaining so damn. MUch be happy r go. SOme Place Else.

Work out equipment is not up to par.

Just overall nice experience from the front desk to the cleanliness of the room. My one complaint if it even is a complaint is the pillows were small in size but comfortable.

We drove 3 1/2 hours to Augusta for a medical appt. Our son lives a couple counties over but works in Augusta, so after work our son came by with the grandkids. We were sitting out at the pool. My son and husband went to get some food for us and the girls asked to swim in the pool. The desk clerk approached one of the girls and said they didn't allow company in the pool. *No one else was swimming at the time. They did not use hotel towels and they changed in the outside pool restroom. They weren't loud or destructive — just swam while the adults talked (they are young teens 11-15) … So they got out and changed back into their clothes and we went to the room to eat. My grandson sat down in the chair in the room and the back was broken — he nearly fell backward to the floor — twisted his back. 
As my son was coming through the lobby the desk clerk approached him about company not allowed in the rooms! He told her he was only visiting for a bit — he was NOT sleeping there. This upset our entire family and put a damper on the evening to say the least. We hadn't seen our family for some time. I wondered if she just hated children? 
 I do not understand the problem: My family did not cost the hotel any money. They didn't use hotel supplies, towels, soap or food, they did not take any showers or get loud or disruptive. *What about the guy that was sitting in the lobby ALL EVENING watching cable TV? Did HE have a room or was he someone’s company?

Awesome place from check in to check out! When we checked in the man at the front desk let us know that when we made our reservation over the phone that we didn't get the best rate and helped us getter a better one. The room was amazing and spacious, the beds were a dream, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended!
