Clean, comfortable room and a great value. Loved the entire staff, too. I will stay here again when I return to Augusta to play golf for the weekend.

The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Nice bathroom with a good shower. There were No problems. It's close to many restaurants and the freeway.

Excellent check in. Quick. Room was clean, it smelled nice. Parking was not an issue. The location is perfect. Right off the interstate and restaurants everywhere. AC worked great. If I ever need to stay in Augusta again, for this price, I’m definitely staying here again. Had to unplug something in order to plug my phone charger in close to bed. 1 bedside lamp was missing a bulb. The back to the remote had tape covering the batteries which I had to manually hold in place to use the remote. None of these issues deterred my rating as I’m not petty. I can deal with this issues. Totally recommend.

Great place right close to Augusta National. Very nice staff and clean rooms. Highly recommend during Masters week.

This place had good reviews and prices online, they sure live up to them. Rooms were recently remodeled, clean and comfortable. Family run business who are friendly and caring.

Everytime I come in town for a concert I stay at this hotel. The quality of this place is so amazing. Room is very clean along with all my needs being met! I will definitely come back here to stay whenever I'm in town.

A very professional, clean, quite and safe environment that I've chosen to live in since 2005. It is very conveniently located near all the entertainment food centers that you would will need on a visit to the C. S. R. A.

Simple and to the point! This place is a joke! Me and my wife checked in and during our stay we kept getting locked out of our rooms and constantly had to get management to fix the door device, the continental breakfast is nothing more than instant frozen breakfast in a plastic bag that you will have to warm up in the microwave, The guest laundry machine and washer machine are so old and out dated that our cloths was still dirty and we spent $8.00 on the dryer for our cloths to be dry and not damp. The daily and weekly rate is ridiculous for an ordinary standard hotel room. This place is not a hotel suite with a kitchenette, walk in closet, but I see other guest posting praising and posting good comments like West Bank Inn is a 4 or 5 star hotel. We only check in for two week and just about every two days me and my wife had to ask front desk management to repair something in our room that stopped functioning. Oh and I have to mention that some of the house keepers or maids looked like people who does smoke crack and was hired off the streets by the Indians and giving a second chance at life. On the contrary there was no bed bugs, I only spotted one roach in our bed during me and my wife hotel stay, the sheets, towels and room carpet was clean. They do have security cameras and the place is really quite and non dramatic like most hotels.

Clean, smoke-free rooms, friendly staff, extended breakfast hours. This was our second stay here and we will keep coming back.

Made a reservation for my husband at this hotel for last night based on the ratings. He called me first thing this morning and told me I must put another awesome review for this hotel. He said the room was clean, the bathroom was great, and the bed slept well. Breakfast was good for continental. For the price this hotel was awesome, he said he would never stay anywhere else in Augusta.

Excellent! Clean great location. Ratings don't do it justice. Wife had late drs appointments so I asked for a late check out. Even bough hey we're down a house keeper they gladly let me stay a little longer. Amazing establishment. Everyone I ran into was nice guest and employees alike.

I stayed at 3 other hotels before I found the West Bank Inn. This hotel was clean and comfortable. Everything worked correctly! AC, TV, microwave, and fridge. The next time I come to Augusta, this is where I will stay. Very friendly staff. Great place! ☆

For the price, this hotel can't be beat. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it included a stocked bathroom. Free breakfast and a convenient location were bonuses. Only negative is it can be a little noisy but after 9 it quieted down.

Stayed at the west bank this past weekend… it was amazing clean and the customer service was good. I like the location very convenient to everything. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and will be staying with the west bank again!

Very clean. Size of room is on smaller side but nice and comfortable. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. Convent to Fort Gordon and my wife loved all the shopping g within sight of hotel. Happy wife, happy life.

This place truly is a hidden gem. My husband and I stayed here this past weekend for a bowling tournament. We had stayed here last year as well and knew just where we were going to book when back in town. We got in a little early and or room was not ready. The always gracious front desk staff placed us in another room so we would not have to leave and come back. The room was perfect. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. We can't wait to book again when we will be back in town later this summer. Definitely 5 stars!

I spent a few weeks here, and throughout my stay, the staff were friendly and helpful, and I felt very comfortable. Housekeeping kept my room clean, Wi-Fi speed was good, all at an affordable price.

Cannot beat the value. Clean, appropriate accommodations at an exceptional rate. I was worried about getting a place for $50, but after reading some positive reviews I opted to give it a shot — thankful I did. Highly recommend this place.

It was clean and rooms were easy to get to. There was a strong mentholatum smell in my room. It was so strong I thought I was receiving a breathing treatment. The refrigerator made a loud noise several times that woke me up. Overall, would stay again.

This was a very good value. I have no complaints about the facility itself, but its location is very difficult to enter and exit from the front and rear entrance. Both entrances have low visibility and I got into a car accident turning into the hotel.

The rooms more spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and properly equipped with towels and other necessities. The TV and air conditioner both work properly and the staff was very accommodating. I enjoyed my stay here.

The rooms were neat and clean. The athletic room was very nice and we'll stocked with cleaning supplies. The staff were very courteous!

Stayed for two nights. I found the room clean and comfortable and friendly staff… Also, 20 minutes to forest for great mountain biking and hiking. 10 — 15 minutes to downtown and riverwalk.

This place is clean. The staff is wonderful and it is very reasonably priced. It is within a few miles of both the downtown and uptown VA facilities. They have a nice continental breakfast. Choose this one. It is just off I20 at Washington Road.

Excellent. Stayed here on a vacation to the area. Now as a resident of the area, and just for a night out. This is still an exciting, pleasant, and appropriate place to be. The best place in Augusta. This coming from a man who have visited 38 states. And stayed in a many hotels. This is an earned and we'll kept 5 star hotel.

I stay in hotels 8 months out of the year for the price, this hotel is one of the nicest I have stayed in. Location wise it seems very safe. Everything looks as if it were updated not very long ago.

This is a rather small, older, and well kept motel that my wife and I stayed during the first part of Master’s Week. The staff and services were excellent, and it exceeded our expectations. Very nice location, close to many fine eating establishments. The shuttle they had to the course and back was convenient and easy to use. I thought that the room pricing was reasonable, given that it was Master’s week.

It surprised me the room was clean and the beds clean and comfy. I'd stay there again.
