Knights Inn - Augusta Hotel

Not a good place to stay. A lot of illegal activities go on their and the rooms are not nice. I don't recommend.

I have stayed here on many trips. The prices are decent and the rooms are spacious. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I will be staying there on my next trip.

Always helpful rooms are clean everything works in the room housecleaning ladies are very nice if you asked for something from them they try to get it for you very good place to stay Everytime I come to town I always stay there.

First time I stayed here, I was given room 209. The floor under the carpet is so soft from rot that it was like walking on a trampoline. I complained about it and they offered me another night to make up for it. I agreed and was charged for the room again. This room was not much better. Also this place is crawling with drugs and prostitutes. Should be closed down.

They have the worst insects there they have bed bugs roaches and other insects I never seen before. They will kick you out of your room before you decide if you are going to stay another night and if you try to add a night before check out time they would have all ready given your room to someone else.

Was dirty, the flooring had soft spots the fridge wasn't even plugged up. There was luggies in the sink and pee on the bathroom floor. The clerk was rude.

Room was clean and place was quiet. Pretty good stay over all.

If ya looking for a family based carefree start this ain't your spot if you trying to get lost for the weekend and indulge a little with the darkside they'll leave the light flickerin fo ya.

The room was spacious with plenty of storage and working space. It was quiet and is right off a major highway and street, and near shopping and entertainment. It's also walking distance from the nearest bus stop. The cleaning staff was responsive and gracious. Granted, the rooms could use some remodeling, but we're not here for the aesthetics. The keycards never worked past the first time. Update: We stayed here while waiting for our apartment to be ready. We moved to the other side of the complex because of the bug infestation in the bathroom and sink area. After that, we had to deal with nightly noise disturbances and a couple of bugs sighted in the new room. The floors on both sides are uneven and sink in. The doorways have cracks alongside them.

It would have been no but that wasn't an Option! Me and my family drove In from Mississippi today. I had a reservation a this sease pool of. We we're moved 4 times to multiple rooms due to no heat, cold water, and very poor service standards for a room. When we got to the last room, which still wasn't up to par, we were told we couldn't have a refund because we occupied the room for more than 15 minutes which is a lie. Mind u I have my 5 year old son during all this transferring in the cold just to have the new girl working the front desk to come and quote policy! Please pay an extra $20 for your room and go some where decent enough for a human being.

No one should go here they are rude the keys didnt work the rooms wasnt ready.

Unfortunate experience: holes in sheets, sheets appeared discolored and rumpled as if remaining from previous occupant, and there were no bath towels. An electronic room key had been left on the top of the toilet tank.

We needed a room for two adults and two children. The room was clean and included Wi-Fi, cable, cold air conditioning, microwave, microfridge, great water pressure in the shower, swimming pool access, laundry facility access, continental breakfast, vending machine, and they are pet friendly. Knights Inn is conveniently located just off Washington Road near food and shopping, and affordable for those on a low limited budget. The best part of the stay is the friendly staff. Note: This is not a luxury suite hotel.

The door seemed like it was hanging on loosely, I wouldn't trust it at all without the locks on it. The card didn't even work for our first room. Gave us a second room & card, still had problems but finally worked. The first thing we noticed about the room was the smell, just smelled old and musty, not very clean. The blankets were old and worn, there were slightly visible stains/dirt/other markings. The bathtub wasn't very clean at all, stains on the inside and outside of it. We just didn't feel safe, nor comfortable sleeping in there. And the pool was completely drained. Hoping for a refund. But from the other reviews it doesn't sound promising.

Roaches all in the room and the room could be a lot better.

It is in a convenient area.

The first room I got the air conditioner didn't work so then changed rooms the second one had sheetrock dust all over the floor. The place is in desperate need of remodeling.

Absolutely love the motel very clean with the exception of a spider web for two but no big deal the front desk clerk was very very sweet very kind and I will be staying again. Here on business … nobody hanging around. Very quite.

I was just there to visit a friend. Room was ok not the best I have ever seen. But they sld really do something sbout the roaches.

I stayed here for 3 nights and housekeeping came both days they kept it very clean, I wasn't expecting them to come. The bed was huge and there is a pull out bed as well …

Poor Wi-Fi, german roaches, loose toilet seat, dirty carpet.

The people who own it are so nice.

Its dirty, bug infested, and a druggie place. The service is horrible, lights kept going out, toilet wouldn't flush, the air conditioning kept leaking and it had a wet molded smell. The breakfast area is a disgrace, I wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone unless they drug user or want something cheap.

People need to get over it. This place is what it is. All ground level. If you expected more than book elsewhere. The price is less than $50 a night for a single; its called the Knights Inn for strong willed people, not sissies whining about a cockroach.

This place is cheap, so good for Army guys and drug dealers. I don't think I'd want to swim in the pool. Okay for drunken parties, not good for quality sleep.

There is a reason why this was the only motel available during Masters week. It's old and run down. Saw a cockroach when I turned o the light. It's very close to the course and some restaurants and tolerable if you just need a down and dirty place to sleep and take a shower.
