Rooms are great! The only recommendation I would give is for the front desk clerk to be more courteous and acknowledge gold members.

Better Customer Service and by not having a staff and Manager that is so rude, self-consumed and all-out difficult person to deal with I will never again try this hotel again or recommend it to anyone at all.

We enjoyed our stay room was clean I loved the shower and nice staff and awesome location.

Overall this property is pretty good, the amenities like the exercise room are good with solid equipment, and is an easy to access from the highway. Nice complimentary breakfast served, good coffee with REAL half/half cream for your coffee. My issue with this property is housekeeping needs to work on ensuring rooms are reported correctly to the front desk, and that rooms are clean and ready for guests. When I arrived the desk clerk helped me to use the Marriott app to check in and activate the digital key on my phone. She was very pleasant and welcomed me to the hotel. I go to the room and successfully used the digital key, open the door and see cups on a table and the bed in disarray. I head back downstairs and showed her the picture I took of the room and she was apologetic and got me another room. The second room was OK but when I checked out I had to let her know housekeeping needed to clean the mold that was forming in the shower.

Tagged along on my boyfriend's work week. The area is nice and conveniently located just down the street from a Target shopping plaza and the mall. And downtown is just an Uber ride away. You can see the area is just starting to get bigger and expand with construction everywhere and new restaurants and shops opening up downtown. Complimentary breakfast was great! Nice and simple but still a broad selection to appeal to everyone's taste. The staff were attentive, cheerful, and kind. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a great experience at this hotel. The night manager, Shelia, was great! She helped me solve a few issues and had a great smile the whole time. The hotel was clean, my room was great! I loved the food and eating area.

This is the first time staying here, despite traveling to Augusta regularly. The hotel is modern with well lit and wide hallways with magnetic touch card entry. There is a desk area separating the beds from a couch area. The bathroom, water pressure and lighting is great. The shower is excellent and I like the Paul Mitchell soap and shampoos. The beds are excellent and the room temperature is controlled on the wall. The fitness center has two elliptical and three treadmills that are all Life Fitness brand. There is also dumbbell free weights up to 55 pounds and an adjustable bench. I will stay at this hotel regularly for my future Augusta visits.

Very nice hotel. Clean and well kept modern facility. The bed is comfortable, there is a mini fridge and microwave in each room, a pull out bed under the sofa, and a desk. The room isn't enormous but is spacious enough for 2 or 3 people. The AC unit is a little loud for the first few seconds after it turns on. Also the walls are a little thin, I could hear when my neighbor was in the shower or flushed the toilet when my room was silent. Overall I've enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Hotel is beautiful rooms very nice and clean. However…. Front desk clerk at check in was not friendly. While at the pool with the kids the staff kept watching us through the doors. Breakfast may have been good if the kitchen help did take it away WHILE we were trying to decide what we wanted. And BTW when you check in the price will not be correct because they will charge you an extra 20 per night for incidentals that was not told to us in advance. The nicest person was the maid on our floor who was friendly and courteous. Thank you to her.

LONG POST ALERT… When I say your assistant GM George is amazing, it's an understatement! Last weekend, my cousins (two girls 9 and 11, 4 month old twins) and I booked at another Marriott in the area. I was not informed until AFTER check in (and a temporary hold placed on my card) that the indoor pool was out of order. UGH! The main reason for booking that was so the girls could swim indoors, as it was set to rain all weekend. So I was extremely disappointed. The front deck clerk called around to other properties, but no one would honor our booked rate. I called the SpringHill, explained the situation, and George told me that he would take care of us! Not only was the hotel beautiful but the girls had a ball in the pool. The twins even got in on the action. Our weekend could have been ruined, but George saved it! Thanks again!

The room was nice as the hotel was new. The staff behind the desk was rude and did not greet or acknowledge you when passing by the desk on the way in or out, even when I would greet them. In two weeks of my stay only two times did staff interact with guests, even when there were no other guests at the check in desk. The staff for the breakfast was absolutely incredible as was housekeeping. Both areas were examples of friendliness and professionalism. I considered going to another hotel, but only stayed because of housekeeping and breakfast staff.

Super friendly and helpful staff made our stay here wonderful!
