Great rooms, friendly staff, and great location.

All of the amenities of being at home! The price was great. Near the expressway. Quiet. Perfect set up. Understand the no kid concept but still don't like it. No elevator. Exercise room literally was just 2 machines. On site manager was not the most knowledgeable about online reservations nor the nicest on the phone. Had no problems in person. Will definitely stay again.

Just got turned away with my child & spouse at 8:30 at night and was told "there are other hotels down the way" but turned my money away because they were closed! But yet you cane and opened the office door?!?!?! Needless to say I wouldnt give you triple the money to stay in your establishment after the way I was just treated!

This hotel was an amazing experience. The rooms were super clean and had plenty of room. The general manager was super sweet and helpful to my dad and me. He was admitted to Augusta burn center and she was genuinely concerned. I was very impressed and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room was very clean and very large. Has full size kitchens and a very large bathroom. Was extremely impressed. We called the day of our stay because of bad weather coming to our area and our son had an appt at the burn center which is 3 hours away the next day. So We drove up the night before. The resident manager, Debbie, is the sweetest lady I have ever met. Plus, Affordable Suites was just down the street from the burn center. I would highly recommend Affordable Suites in Augusta.

Manager is super helpful and kind. Very clean place. No kids allowed and strictly enforced noise curfew makes for a quiet, restful night of sleep. Very secure, completely enclosed facility. Great price.

After calling 5 times in a 2 hour time frame during the middle of business hrs, couldn't get anyone on the phone. Instead, you get a answering machine telling you to leave a message so "they" can get back to you at "their" earliest convenience? Never heard of booking a hotel with an answering machine. Havent stayed here despite my calls so cant say what it's like inside the actual building.

The accommodations are wonderful, the live-in manager's attitude is another story. If you are a traveling worker and depend on your per diem for payment, good luck. She told me she would work with me on getting the payments when I was paid. She reneged on that statement after the first week and tried to throw me out. I had to have my employer forward them a payment so that I could remain in the room and on the job.

At work when I was at work. I looked up the cost of a room and it was $60.00. When I got home and called the price was $79.00 plus tax. So do not believe anything that this place tells you. I have to move out of my home for about 3 days while they repair water damage. I am a member of H2U at Doctors Hospital and volunteer at the American Cancer society. I probably could have afforded $60.00 but for misleading advertising am very disappointed. Think twice before call this company.

Nice, clean, and comfortable! Only thing was, " who works here? " Greeted by no one at all time of check in? Check in was at 3pm Saturday, just to arrive and find out the office closed at 12pm? Their was a key in an envelope placed in the mailbox with my name/room # on it? Had I had an issue, with the room, phone, toiletries, etc. ; who would I have reported it to?

It's clean and close to major retail! Debbie the on site manager is awesome! I felt safe and I did NOT see one roach inside or outside the entire week I was there. … the rates were reasonable too. … It is very well suited for the basic essentials…

I stayed here both times I was in Augusta. Having an oven was wonderful, even if just reheating left-overs from a nearby restaurant instead of by microwave, which doesn't do as well with food like bread. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. Outstanding internet speed. It is quiet yet only 1 intersection from major roads to get where you need to be. Debbie at the front desk is invaluable! She knows the town and can explain the best way to get there. I left both times feeling that she really cares about each guest as a person.

I was visiting a friend. Room was nice.
