This is a very beautiful place I highly recommend to any and everyone and their breakfast bar is brilliant and the place is very clean and calmness! I LOVE IT HERE🥰🥰🥰🥰

Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. Unfortunately our son went into hospital with a fever and high temperature (he's 2months old). I spoke to the front office to say we may turn up in the morning (a day late) as we may be able to fly the next morning and for some reason they checked us in. We left the hospital and it was the last thing on my mind to call the hotel to say we weren't going to make it at all. We were up all night with him as his fever was 104. So as they checked us in they wouldn't refund the first night even though we didn't turn up at all. I do understand they couldn't rent that room but they were not full so did not miss out on anything. Most team members were helpful but it fell on a manager to make the decision which was not in our favor. So we lost out on $155, on top of everything else. Very disappointing that management cannot understand the situation, I even offered to show proof the hospital told us not to fly. I know it won't hurt them that I won't ever return but I thought I'd leave some notes for all to see what kind of managers they have.

Very clean, staff is nice and helpful, great rooms.

The front desk staff were outstanding but the hotel is very outdated. The rooms are noisy due to both external noise and noise coming from adjacent rooms.

Horrible! Very ghetto and rude customer service. Rollie (the help) and Sal Caprista (the manager) talks to guest rudely and they even curse you out. My toilet overflowed and a lady next to my room was getting beat up at 7am and the hotel did nothing. Run run run. If I could give them a negative stars I would! Horrible service on top of a deposit being charged every night and 25 a night for parking. I’d rather stay at a motel 6 than this place ever again.

Rooms are filthy, smells like smoke. Urine stains on sofa bed, stains all over queen box spring, carpets gross, feet black from walking on them.

It was a clean and quiet atmosphere, the staff was polite. The hotel is nice.

The parking attendant was Awesome… Staff was polite and helpful.

Nice area. Free hotel shuttle to/from locations within 2 miles. Rooms are smaller than a typical Springhill and feel a bit dated. Staff are wonderful and very friendly.

The best 4 days I ever spent. The room was great and the beds gave me the best sleep in a while. Plus, it was close to the MARTA station making transportation easy.

Very clean and well maintained hotel with friendly staff. Clean, large rooms for longer stays with many amenities. Parking on-prem, but costs. Close to many restaurants and business buildings which was the nature of my trip.

SpringHill by Marriott was very inside. The room was cozy to sleep in. The room was clean. The service was great. All you can eat buffet was good. The area where I stay in Buckhead had stores surrounding walking distance not hard to get to. The movie theater was also walking distance. Will stay again.

Front desk was nice and helpful. Area was nice and had stuff in walking distance. Room is reasonably priced but a bizzare layout. There was a small separating wall between the entry and bedroom and the TV was in the hallway between the room so you would need to be inside the dividing wall to watch it. Didn't bother me as I didn't use it but something to be aware of. Tall shower with reasonable water pressure.

Nice business hotel. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. The room is clean and has all the necessary features. Free Wi-Fi worked easily. The are is a lot of outside nose however, but there is not much the hotel can do. It's a convenient location with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The gym area needs work, though; the exercise bike felt like it was going to fall apart. I did not eat here, so I cannot comment on that.

Our experience was fantastic! From the moment we called to make the reservation to check-out, we were satisfied! If you are looking for great customer service, convenient location, and a comfortable stay, come to SpringHill Suites by Marriott! I want to brag on the gentleman who helped the check in process go so smoothly! Keith Harris was outstanding in helping me find the perfect room with a beautiful view! My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here! Thank you!

Excellent experience. Clean hotel, pool was great, friendly staff, reliable shuttle service, continental breakfast was deliteful. Reasonable rates, underground parking. Located near many parks, malls, and restaurants to choose from.

It was pretty good. Loved the room and breakfast. Paying $25 for parking was a downside but overall a great experience.

Overall, this place has great service, great rooms and nice amenities. We were treated well when checking in and the hotel room fit my expectations. The only downside is the parking. It’s $25 to park in their underground lot which is quite a bit. Despite the parking, their breakfast was great, their indoor pool was nice and their fitness room is definitely better than I expected.

A. We will not be staying here again. This is a very loud location. Don’t plan to sleep here. It appears to be renovated on the surface but the walls are thin and the parking in the water on the lowest level. As for the staff multiple guests were asking about a shortage of towels and rooms not being cleaned properly. The property is full based on location but this location is not typical of the Marriott trendy SpringHill experience. This is more like a bad Fairfield property. The free breakfast has four stations spread around crowded dinning area that makes breakfast a time waster if you are in a hurry but it’s a treasure hunt for dried out powered eggs for the kids. The only reason this is not a one star because Marriott could step up and transform it into a better choice.

A good hotel, backed by the brand Marriott, the rooms are very good, with enough space so that these paying. A very good advantage is that it is located 3 minutes from the underground station that takes you to the down town, you can find restaurentes 5 minutes away, shopping centers, etc. The pool inside is small, but sufficient for the diversion of children and young people. Their breakfast buffet is not something extraordinary, but it is very useful for a breakfast fast and decent. Unfortunately, there is no staff at the front desk who speaks English,

The Gym is basic.

This hotel is in a great location. The staff is always very welcoming. The rooms are very nice the bed and pillows are very comfortable. There is a Publix and a target close by and several other shops and high end boutiques.

The most pleasant customer service I ever received was from the assistant manager Ryan and front desk clerk Ms. V. After being moved to their hotel under an unfortunate overbooking from another hotel. They both made my marriott experience and vacation that much more relaxing. When I arrived they could both tell I was completely frustrated with the Residence Inn that sent me their way, and did everything in their power to make my transition to their hotel seamless and stress free. I even overheard Ryan telling Ms. V "Make sure Ms. Ali is happy". Their attention to details, immense compassion and overall service was unexpected, and completely moving. They are both what customer service at any Marriott hotel should be. I eventually was very happy that the other hotel moved me, as the Springhill Suites was much more comfortable, felt safer, the amenities were trendy and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The entire staff at this hotel deserve an A+. Thank you all for making my visit to Atlanta memorable. It is greatly appreciated!

The room is spacious enough, the staff was wonderful. The shuttle service was fast and they pick you up from the airport! Breakfast is fair, but there lots of places close by to eat, if you chose to.

The room I had was supposed to sleep 6 people and I had 5 in my group, 4 adults and 1 child and I felt like we were bumping into each other the entire time. There just wasn't enough space. The bathroom had a toilet and shower only and outside of it was a sink with the mirror. The sleeping arrangements were great being that there was 2 queen beds and 1 pull out sofa and the sofa had a chaise so that was also a bed for a child. The complimentary breakfast was awful. There were only 3 waffle makers for this huge hotel with so many guests. There were eggs no bacon. Cereal no milk, no salt & pepper. I really expected more. The heated pool wasn't heated at all, the room that it was in was heated but the pool water wasn't, my baby was freezing/teeth chattering so we had to get out. Be prepared to pay for parking and one night we were lucky enough to get the last parking spot available so again for such a huge hotel there's not enough parking to accommodate everyone. The staff was pretty friendly and everything appeared to be really clean and updated. No funny smells or anything.

Great location but that is it. The closet door completely fell of the hinges, the parking garage and parking period sucks, there is a parking fee per day and we had a special needs child with us and had to wait 2hrs for the rooms after the general manager said 45 mins. Mind you we had reservations. There are flooding issues in the parking garage. Like I said in the beginning, it’s a great location but that is it. They should have 2 Tv’s in the room. I am a frequent visitor to the area but will not recommend this hotel to anyone. It definitely needs improvements.

Nice hotel in a good location. Parking is limited. The full breakfast was great! Pool is small, and more suitable for kids. Disappointed because I couldn't swim. Pool was also closed Sunday morning because their was a problem the night before… probably due to all of the kids in the pool on Saturday night.

Second time staying there, first time was great. This time was just ok. I am male and have 5 and 6 year old boys, the toilet seat would mot stay up had to be held. Room cleaning was minimal. The sheets didn't fit the bed, each morning I woke up to the fitted sheet off the corners of the side of the bed I was on, strange. I must say, the staff is great and was as wonderful as we remembered. Not a bad place to stay.

Hotel was pretty, staff was nice and helpful, rooms were a bit small but if it wasn’t for the kind staff the amount of stars given would have not been as great. Not sure how this is allowed but all of the common areas such as the lobby, hallways, and elevators wreaked of marijuana smoke; as well as about 9pm the smell was creeping into our room where our two young children were sleeping. Also why in the world would a hotel you are staying at and paying for rooms charge you such a rip off rate for parking? $25 is insane to park in the hotel owned garage. When booking your room be sure to ask about all the hidden fees and charges that raised our bill an additional $100. Other than being wafted with the smell of marijuana, the ubsurd parking fee, and high hidden fees, we enjoyed our stay.

The room have a wonderful view from the window. The staff members are very friendly and kind, thr room is very clean and comfortable! The free breakfast was amazing! And the location is awesome!

It was really nice and in a really convenient location. All the top notch restaurants, nightclubs and shopping centers are within 4 miles. The rooms and entire place looked just like the pictures! However, the only thing is the parking. For 2 cars for 2 nights was $100 on top of the cost for the reservation. So I do suggest carpooling.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned well… there was hair every where and the room was aged. I asked for extra towels since it was five people in the room and that was stated when the room was booked they only left enough for three. On the surface the room looked ok but once we started putting down floor mats and pulling back covers it was easy to know why it was priced so well for the area. It was easy to know why they didn't send a follow up survey request like most Marriott's.

Older hotel, the business center printer doesn’t work. I had to call the front desk 3 times for a hair dryer because my room didn’t have one already. This process took about 20 minutes. There was trash in the room from a stay before. Definitely not what I expected for a hotel located in the Buckhead area. No keyless entry to rooms, breakfast was terrible.

The rooms are what you expect from a Marriott chain. The lobby area is really spacious. The free breakfast choice is awesome and the staff is very kind. Parking can be an issue during event times as the lot will be full.

Only Book If Desperate. Extremely Desperate. The price and location definitely makes it eye catching but my experience was horrendous. Started with the girl at the counter promising to split my charges between two cards. She instead charged my entire total to only one. Had to call the bank in order to have the charges reversed (Management was extremely helpful with this). But the fun didn't stop there. I then returned to my hotel room on my second night and was greeted by a large ROACH. The guy at the counter acted as if it wasn't that big of deal (probably wasn't his first time hearing that story). His only solution was to simply change my room. My room was changed to one down the hall, but of course I was still uneasy. All in all, only 1 of the 5+ staff members I came into contact with was actually helpful (the manager). The rest should be fired. Also roaches (picture attached).

Counter staff are friendly and quick to check us in. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights. The free breakfast has nice and basic food options (turkey sausage, scramble eggs, varieties of bakery items, oatmeal and such) Hotel is conveniently located to banks, eateries and shopping locations.

Service was great. Room was clean. My only complaint was the overnight parking fee of $25 per night. This wasn't clear on the website when placing my reservation and would have influenced my decision to stay here. This should be incorporated into the price of the room — not just casually informed about upon arrival.

Nice clean place to stay! Has a pool a fitness room breakfast in the morning rooms are nice and big Suites. There are no safes in the room! Has a per night parking fee for their parking garage. Very close to Lenox Square!

This is a beautiful hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The only downside was that my employer booked the room for me and called the hotel to specifically leave their credit card for incidentals. But on check in, they insisted I give them my personal credit card. Sure enough, they charged my card for parking instead of my employers. Now I'm put in that awkward position of having to either eat the cost or bother my boss with it. Not a huge problem, but I did have problems getting to sleep worrying about whether or not my personal card was going to be charged the full cost of the room. That didn't happen, but it seems like the check in desk could have set my mind at ease by simply using the card information they already had authorization for. Next time, we'll definitely call around and see if another hotel can handle things better.

The staff was friendly and I liked my room! Nonetheless, I will not select this hotel ever again. Poor buffet coordination, too noisy and no one to control, poor customer service never expected by a Marriott Hotel. I'm happy that there are more hotels other than Marriott!

I ´ had some problems with the room. The bathroom was dirty. The iron is not working. Finally the sheets were not fresh for my stay. Disgusting. Their reward offer is a thousand points. One night was 20000…

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights June 4 to June 8, 2016. We can not recommend this hotel enough. We were on the 11th floor, North side. Great view. Great LARGE room. Friendly staff. The indoor heated pool is fantastic with piped in music.

We stayed at the Marriott for my daughter's birthday… it was our little staycation and the staff was so helpful and friendly. At my stay the supervisor Marvin check me on and assured me of I needed anything to let me know. Then later that night Josh at the front desk help me. I will recommend all of my family and friends to this hotel. This was one of my best stays I ever had and it is to thanks the staff. Thanks guys and the breakfast was tje best.

The staff was support friendly and completely helpful at all times. My room was very well appointed and comfortable. I would definitely stay again. This was also a great venue for the event where I was a speaker.

Front desk service was good, and the location was convenient, but the gym and my room were not very clean. When I did some push-ups in the gym, I noticed the floor hadn't been swept or mopped in what appeared to be a couple of days. It was cleaner the next morning after I said something to the front desk. I had to buy some febreeze for my room, thanks to a nasty smell. In the hotel's defense, I didn't ask for another room, since the febreeze took care of the problem.

Room was very small but clean (one towel had makeup stains folded inward, but concierge was very quick to replace towel, bring extra pillows, etc). Staff really is upbeat, speedy, and gracious! Free Wi-Fi, and free breakfast was delicious and wide variety — several kinds of pastries, cereals, teas, fruits, and also eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal bar, etc. Bed fairly comfortable. Room had mini-fridge, but no freezer box. As hotels go, it's a surprisingly affordable and pleasant Buckhead option. Great location! We also love the Savannah Springhill.

The hotel was quite nice and well thought out in terms of design. I used the treadmill in the nice work out room. The pool looked nice but we didn't use it. The room was quite nice and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nice with plenty of choices. I would stay here again.

Stay was great, everything was clean and well kept. Mattress was a bit firm though.

Stayed here for my birthday this past weekend, LOVED IT! Perfect location, close to everything. Great breakfast, great staff, room was so nice and relaxing. Will stay here again whenever I visit the Atlanta/Buckhead area.

Had a weekend get-a-way and the front desk service was amazing. Thank you Xavier for making our stay wonderful. His hospitality was great and personality was fantastic. Also Thank you to Abdy for handling our car in the valet parking. We had a great experience staying at the Spring Hill suites. We will be back for another weekend get-a-way in the future. Thank you again! Just a side note. The pool and all renovations were completed. Breakfast was awesome and plentiful.

Don't let the "refurbished in 2015" fool you, this place is still rough. I always spot check a room before I settle in, I check the sheets, the pillows, tub and toilet. The room had recently been very cheaply and quickly redone. It looked like a trade show both that was to be torn down two days later. A piece of corner molding fell of the wall when I opened the closet. There was only two feet between the dresser they placed in the middle of the room and the bed. Then the pillows, giant yellow sweat rings, nasty. Then there was a giant yellow stain on the duvet, you can guess what that was. Bathroom was clean, something nasty and sticky all down the nightstand that should have been caught with the last cleaning. The ice bucket, good grief, it fell apart when I picked it up and the inside was filled with a year's worth of stains and crumbs. Disgusting. I called down for more pillows, one of the two new ones was also yellow stained. So they redid the hotel but kept the linens from five years ago. There was a Hampton Inn a block away, I wish I had stayed there, I won't be back to the SpringHill Suites.

Stay away from this hotel until they can tell you that all the renovations are complete. The lobby is under construction. No pool. No fitness center. No business center. They charge cards for fees they don't have permission to charge and the management doesnt care about any of it. They don't have sheets or anything for pull out sofas, I guess you have to bring your own. And they charge you the same price as if all of the above things were functioning. They won't tell you when you book so ask. I imagine when all of the renovations are done, it could be a nice hotel but as of now, they are charging rates for a high end hotel but offering you a bed to sleep in and thats about it.

First of all, they did not let us know that the hotel was under construction when the reservations were made. The pool and exercise area was not open. The rooms were average and we did not get the room that we reserved. We had reservations for two double or queen size beds and a sofa bed. We got a king size bed and sofa bed. Staff was very nice and friendly. I think that charging guests 22.00 a day to park a vehicle is rather steep. The market had very little to choose from. Breakfast was ok, nothing fancy. No room service.

Good front desk staff and a good location for several purposes. 10 minute walk to MARTA so you can get to the airport without a taxi hire if you wish. There are a reasonable number of restaurants in the neighborhood. Parking is tight all over the area.

Not sure what's up with the negative reviews but, the remodel was executed very nicely. The staff was extremely friendly and the price for the location is VERY reasonable. Acknowledgments to Xavier for great customer service! Will be back for our next stay in Atlanta. — The Dobys.

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of weeks on a business trip in Mar 2013 Things I liked — Rooms were very clean and spacious — They had hot coffee on tap most of the time — It is very conveniently located, as I was visiting the US, I did not drive, but there were enough hotels and shopping areas within a 10-15 minute walk — Post my stay, I lost the hotel bill, the staff of the reception was very helpful in getting me a duplicate bill from halfway across the world Things I didn't — Breakfast was good, but it was the same menu every single day. Got tiring after a few days.

BUYERS BEWARE! The facility looks great. Our room was clean and the continential breakfast was ok; however, the post-visit customer service was a bit below industry standard. I lodged at this location only because I had a free one night stay (due to poor service at another location). At the time of check-in, I provided the comp pass for the free one night stay along with payment for an additional night. When I returned home, the hotel did not honor the comp pass and charged my credit card for 2 nights! When I reached out to the customer service department, a supervisor struggled to issue a refund — — as if I, the customer, missed a step in processing my own payment? When I insisted that he exculate the call to a higer level member of the company, he became combative, nice-nasty and placed me on hold for 10 minutes (I guess to cool down). He later transferred me to a local account that was WONDERFUL. He reviewed my bill and resolved the issue in less than 20 minutes. I appreciate his efforts turn around service with crediting my account however, cutting through the red tape to get my refund was not worth revisiting thier facility — — or another Marriott affiliate, again.

Worst experience I have had with a hotel. James was not very friendly their and appeared un-professional. I will never return to this establishment again.

Nice and clean! It's close to shops, restaurants and right off GA 400! I have stayed here before when they had valet parking! Loved it! Now they no longer have valet parking, but still charge the parking fee which is a tad bit too much since I am parking my own car. Other than that, it is wonderful.
