I came to this hotel recently. I had such a great time. Everything was on point. This hotel was very clean however the customer service was not welcoming. I would not go again.

Basic and has amenities of extended stay. Breakfast is granola bars, muffins, coffee and oatmeal. Staff is ok, not rude and not friendly. Overall exactly what you expect for the price and star rating.

Ok so I really wish this place would have been better. My biggest issue was the advertisement of free breakfast. The “breakfast” was really just packets of grits and oatmeal and coffee. No fruit, juice, water, or any other options. They didn’t have any other options. I asked for bottled water and was directed the the vending machine that was broken. I really would not have booked here if I knew it wasn’t at least a continental breakfast with muffins and juice. The bathroom was clean and the water was hot. I loved the wood-like floor in the bathroom. It was a nice touch. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, and a 2 eye electric stove. There was a smell in the hallways and the elevator was super slow. Also there are some cosmetic things that could make a big impact like broken outlet plates and super old bathroom decor. Also the door latch was falling off and hanging on by one screw. Parking was free and plentiful. This hotel was a good location but I would not stay here again.

It's ok but at night parking lot is not as bright. That can be dangerous. But staff was really nice.

Ghetto, roaches in rooms, women walking around shirtless, front desk attendant parking lot pimping, guests smoking weed all day and night — hallways full of the scent and smoke, yet front desk seem to careless. You definitely get less than what you pay for.

They charged early check in fee for 1 hour while so many other hotels including other locations of Extended Stay In America dont charge. I recommend to make sure before you book and rather stay at other place where is no early check in fee, specially for 1 hour.

The staff this location very courteous and are willing to help at a drop of a dime.

Horrible experience, booked a room. Checked in. Got to the room and it was locked with the latch from the inside. Let the employee know and he didnt believe us, walked all the way to the room with him and he was so confused. That was the last room apparently, he could not print a reciept for the refund. It was late, huge waste of time. Very inconvenient. No apology either.

Nice clean basic hotel. Good price for the area. Will stay again.

Inexpensive option for a night. Unfortunately this may sometimes attract the wrong crowd. My parents have stayed there twice, so it's not an unsafe place, however if you can afford to pay an additional $20 per night go to the extended stay (same brand hotel) that is only 7 minutes away in Peachtree Rd, next to the Brookhaven Marta Station. However, if you are un a budget and need a place for several days which makes that extra $20 a little less affordable, then by all means take the room. Rooms are clean.

Hotel was cheap and there's a good reason. Bathroom was dingy and falling apart, fridge is old and best up. Overall room is very dated.

This is not a 2.5 star hotel. It appeared half of the guests were actual residents. And not the pleasent type. Elevator did not worl properly, shower had horrible pressure, building os dirty, room outdated, and if you need the internet… you are out of luck. It has the speed of an old 56 baud line. I ended up leaving after being there 4 hours. I would advise to look somewhere else.

Allows pets and reasonable rates. In a somewhat seedy part of town, but didn't have any issues the entire time I was there.

Property (necklace) was stolen while we were out to dinner (when we reported it they could care less) and bed was literally harder than a rock. Not a great experience for a first visit.

Pretty good hotel. Parking can be a B but other than that its cool.

I enjoyed my stay here. Shawn at the front desk was the best. My room was clean but had a few minor issues.

Room was dirty. Bed looked like the cleaning person just smoothed out the bed after the last person left.

The only pro was that the air worked really well. At night there is no help at the front desk. The rooms just feel gross when you walk in. The carpets are all stained and sticky. I woke up and went to the bathroom and was greeted by several roaches. Will not be staying here again.

This is an awesome place. I came to this location a few months before to do research. I met a young man (Shawn) that listened to my issues, took time out of his busy schedule to strategize with me on the best location, price and to encourage me that my situation would get better. His name is Shawn. Business oriented, well dressed and very professional. Location is great, no noise or drama, clean (no bugs) and staff is great.

This wasn't my first time at the location however it was the first time that I've had issues. The door card reader did not work on the entrance of the building nor did it work on my door so every time I went out when I checked in I had to get somebody to let me in.

I give it 1 star because that's the minimum. Roaches everywhere. Room service 1 time a week? Didn't even take out the trash. Or vacuum. Put sheets on the bed that aren't even big enough for the bed. Didn't clean ANYTHING. Started with 3 towels… replaced the 3 with 1. Then went to front desk and they want the dirty towels for fresh ones. What about the ones they didn't replace? Do NOT stay here.

Scary dark hallways, window that was broken and stained bed covers. Needless to say I cancelled my reservation. The skinny black gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant.

Filthy! Room! Housekeeping is not their strong suit. Other guests told us that there was a drug dealer staying in our room before we checked in, people were knocking on our door day and night. It was better than sleeping in our car but our dogs didn't get much rest.

Very accommodating staff who gets anything you need to your room quickly. Big family rooms, good for long stays. Fairly clean and easy access to interstate and downtown.

Cockroaches! The lady working the desk ALSO cleaned our room and ALSO was the manager and ALSO was the one mad when we wanted to leave. We get to our floor and there's an overwhelming smell of weed, and a call girl walks out of a room. Windows wouldn't close, cigarette burn marks on bathroom sink and kitchenette counter, phone didn't work, bed felt dirty, smell was awful. Bathroom was dirty and had pubic hair on counter. We had 4 rooms and they were all like this. We got out of there immediately. I'm from Cali so I know. I'm Amar not black but like only black girls.

This hotel was nice and it made me feel comfortable I stayed here march 19th . It really made me feel like I was in my own home I enjoyed my stay.

Compared to other extended stay hotels I have stayed at in the Atlanta area this hotel is cleaner, safer, and more comfortable. The staff is friendly and courteous. *note: Her name is actually Bianca and she is definitely this locations Star Employee!

I was in town meeting up with some family on a budget. The fridge and stovetop made it much easier because I didn't have to eat out every time I got hungry. The grocery store was about a 2 minute drive away and there are also several restaurants along the way.

Luckily we were just passing through for the night. I have to say this hotel wasn't very kid friendly, so if traveling with children find somewhere else. There were not any kids channels on TV, just Showtime, ESPN, TBS, TNT, and a couple local channels. Breakfast was horrible! Barely any selection available and never restocked. Again no juice or milk for kids… just coffee. I do have to say the rooms were pretty clean, but the beds were not that comfy at all. Overall experience was decent, but next time will choose a different hotel.

Briana (Brianna) at the front desk has made our experience here pleasant. Her great attitude and customer service was a refreshing change. Our room was always nice and clean, everything works, THE WATER AND DRAINAGE is just fine! We stayed here, and having booked through Priceline, made the error of not watching the address and re-booked at the Atlanta-Lenox location. There was nothing wrong with it, but this location is quieter and more laid back. We returned today and after checking in, Brianna called to make sure everything was okay with our room. I had to stop and leave an honest review. I was not solicited in any way for my statement.

So I stayed here on March 19 2016. And the water doesn't go down the sink because the lever was broken, then, get in the shower and the water don't go down the drain because the lever is broken, then the refrigerator in the kitchen didn't work, the stove didn't work, the bed was lumpy, the blankets are not soft at all. This was the worse hotel I've ever stayed at. The Hilton downtown Atlanta was 10$ cheaper and 10 times better. I hated my experience at this hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and in good shape. I don't know what this place was like when most of the bad reviews were left years ago but it doesn't sound like the same place I'm staying at right now. The only thing I have to say negatively is the price is a bit steep for guests staying long-term.

The lot, halls, and rooms are tidy. Staff are very friendly.

Hotel staff was nice, very clean room close to everything. I rate this hotel very high love the stay.

After searching a for an available room. I called here. Spoke with the front desk guy and it took me 45+mins to check in wtf… who hired this guy and if its a system failure… why tf is he telling people there are available rooms.

Me and my son had to stay here for 3 1/2 months for medical reasons. The staff is absolutely amazing. They go out of their way to make us feel at home. Last night my special needs son was craving their muffins they give out for breakfast and the staff went out of his way to find him some muffins because he didn't have the key to the breakfast area. He personally delivered them to our room just to make my son happy. I am so glad that even though we are not at home, we are blessed to have found a hotel that makes us FEEL at home.

Stayed here for 5 days. When we got into our room, it smelled like a mix of ramen and pot, the door was broken, the bathroom fan sounded like a giant truck was going through our room, the bathroom sink was broken, the fridge broke halfway through our stay, and one of the stove eyes was split so that sparks flew out when I initially tried to turn it on. Over the course of our stay, they fixed the issues, but those are things that are both very BASIC to fix / should have been fixed in between guests. I'll never stay at an Extended Stay again.

At first it was nice I stayed here a total of 3 times! Everything was clean, almost what you expect from any hotel! I'm just gonna list the things I thought we're not to my liking! 1. No appliances in room (walk to desk for them) 2. After 11 P. M. Staff is not at the desk. (For me that was a problem when you have a guest or get locked out of your room etc. ) 3.3-11 P. M. Staff not acceptable at all also in the back room were u can't see them! Just overall rude most of the time! 4. Breakfast is very lame! i would not recommend this hotel I dont care what the price.

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel for 12 days and highly recommend it. The front office staff were very professional and friendly. The room itself was clean and had no bad odors. Everything worked and having 2 Showtime channels was an unexpected benefit. The location of the hotel is also ideal, so overall I rate this hotel very high.

Gave reserved room away leaving me stranded. Outraged.

I stayed 10 days with my husband in the beginning of April while we attended a conference during the afternoons. Staying at this hotel was a serious mistake but we had already paid in advance. First there was a very strange moldy smell coming from the air conditioner then there was Aldean the rude night attendant. He was very rude to me. On the second night we were there I went to get fresh linens at the front desk. The linens he provided had strange hairs on them. Gross! When I pointed them out he became very irate insisting since he had washed them they must be my hairs. I have braids so I had to differ with him. We went back and forth for a moment until I gave up. On the 3rd night we again needed fresh linens. My husband insisted we go buy some for the remainder of our visit after Aldean would not answer the phone and he was no where to be found. Normally, this would be none of our business. However, later that night upon returning from the store we saw a young white girl with a baby in a stroller exiting through a door from the area where the attendants do laundry. Aldean was right behind her. He had not gotten out of the door yet when we saw him. He immediately jump backed and shut the door. We tried to ignore what we just saw but the young girl made a comment about Aldean. My husband said she had to be another one of the guest. It upset us because we then knew why he wouldn't answer the front desk phone.

Rooms were discusting and stinky! The bathrooom had hair and body hair all over the walls and ceiling! How does that happen? We stayed on the non-smoking floor and every time we opened our door and walked into the hallway it smelled like pot and ciggerettes. There were hookers walking in and out, there was a fight here while we were here, the cops were here (not just a cop, like 10! ) and apparently people hide stuff in the vents because almost every vent was opened or knocked out and when I asked someone why, that's what they told me. Beds are extrememly hard, they don't give you enough pillows (thin crappy ones at that) and don't ask for more, because that's just not allowed! We stayed for a few days and checked out. Staff was EXTREMELY RUDE! You only get clean towels if you ask for them and bring down your old ones and get them yourself, you pay extra for internet and if you want someone to clean your room. WORST HOTEL EVER! Looks nice on the outside, not too bad in the lobby. Fo further than that and hooooly crap.

Decent hotel, but we found out that some people actually live at this hotel. Therefore, the noise level was unbearable. The kids played in their rooms unsupervised, while the parents left the parenting to Extended Stay. We complained to everyone and even the corporate offices. No luck and we left because of the noise. Bring disinfectant wipes and wipe down everything. Also, we witness the housekeeper wipe down the bathroom and room with "window cleaner. " Stay off the third floor as it is deemed the smoking floor. If you smoke and love the infamous "skunk smell". This is your hotel. We travel a lot and had to buy cleaning supplies. Most hotels do not clean properly — — — even the 300/night places — — — so no big deal.

The hotel's staff was great, helpful and always had a smile. I had to stay for over a week while my husband had surgery in Emory Hospital. Extended Stay offers discounted rates if your staying because you have a loved one in the hospital. Get a form of proof from the hospital's Guest Services desk and bring it to the hotel when checking in. Sleeping in the hospital just does not work if you plan to get any sleep at all. Emory does not provide bedding for family members. The rooms with kitchenettes were great to have and saved money on meals. This is not an elaborate place but was nice and the staff was great with visable security on property. Sincerely, Kathleen C.
