Very pleased with this hotel! Everything was great — the room was clean and very well appointed (mobility — accessible) with a separate bathroom and shower which is fantastic for multiple guests. The hot breakfast is EXCELLENT. Better than most included hotel breakfasts we've had with this brand hotel (fresh fruit, real eggs, bacon, a variety of fresh bread and sweets. ) The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Ample parking ($15) including multiple handicap spots. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

This hotel's proximity to the Sky Train makes it extremely convenient. Get a Park and fly rate and it will make your life much less stressful. Mark, I believe is his name, was really nice at check-in.

Very nice hotel. My 1st time at this location. The staff is helpful. The rooms are very nice and spacious. Unfortunately there's a few drawbacks. Not being able to control the ac in our room. The pool was under construction. Toasters didn't work for breakfast. Also you have to pay for parking for each day you stay. Hopefully all that info helps you decide if this is a good fit for your needs.

Great hotel off of the train to the rental car location. Everything you would expect of a Marriott property but not the ability to run AC in the winter or heat in the Summer. Still a good price for a great location.

It was a very short notice stay due to maintenance on our flight but they were super helpful. Concierge on shift quickly helped us get settled and gave us a few overnight items (toothpaste, deodorant, etc. ) to hold us over. The room was great and the bed was comfortable. We didn't get to experience any of the amenities outside of the room but what we got to experience was great.

Great hotel, easy access by the train to the rental car company. Rooms clean and surprisingly quiet so close to the airport. Staff A++ and breakfast is pretty good also …

The close proximity to the airport was a lifesaver. The front desk staff was very kind. My only concern was that the free breakfast lacked some simple amenities that would have helped the hotel live up to its higher quality. (Example… flavored creamers. )

Clean rooms, quiet. Good breakfast. Lots of light construction and the pool is being removed or revamped. Use the sky train from the airport.

Really like this hotel! Staff is friendly — Very clean and extremely easy to get to from the airport! The rooms are very nice and I really like the Paul Mitchell shampoo/conditioners.

Best place we've stayed to visit the convention center. Great updated rooms. Nice hot continental breakfast. Friendly staff. Jesse and Valerie went out of their way in customer service!

New hotel on the tram line to the car rental facility. My room was clean and I heard no noise from the airport. I only wish they had a jacuzzi pool to relax in. If you park your car there then expect a parking fee. The breakfast was a typical Springhill breakfast. Be prepared for the huge visitors tax that will be tacked onto your visit. One real positive aspect of the bedroom was the multiple electrical outlets on the night stands.

Only stayed for one night but it was pleasant. Decent room and well situated for easy access to Atlanta airport. Good breakfast as there is lots to choose from. The burgers in the morning are just like McDonald's.

Nice room for an airport-adjacent hotel. Very comfy bed and friendly service. Would recommend for anyone on a layover.

Had to stay over night due to plane troubles. Delta sent me to the Springhill Suites. Wow, what a great stay and so easy to get to from the airport. This is a top notch property. You should request this property if you have an option while in Atlanta!

My boyfriend and I were stuck on Atlanta after our first part of our flight was delayed by 1 1/2 hours due to deicing issues. Rebooked for an earlier flight in the next morning, but no where to sleep. We ended up coming here because we were too tired to go anywhere else (it was way after midnight and fighting with the airport about getting our checked bag). The lady that helped us is the nicest and most understanding person we encountered through last 6 hours. The room was amazing! I loved how spacious everything was! When we left to catch our new flight, the same lady gave us a box of tissues because we both suffered from stffy noses. If we visit Atlanta again for more than a few days, we'll definitely stay here again.

Wonderful and clean hotel. Prices are very reasonable for the services and amenities you receive. I highly recommend.

Business Travel Nightmare As frequent traveler I often stay at Marriott properties. This property in particular has a lot to be desired. The check-in process was great and the staff very friendly but that's where it ended. As I ventured up to the third floor via I noticed that the elevators were the slowest elevators I have ever been in. If you're in a rush take the stairs :). Once I got to my room it is evident that a fresh update is very much so needed. The headboards were peeling, the sofa is ready to cave in and the glass shower doors hitting each other every time you try to open them. I did not have any bath towels in my room when I checked in and I have ask the front desk the following morning to please send some up. When I got back that evening no signs of bath towels. It's a bit tough to dry off using a hand towel but that's what you get at the SpringHill Suites at the Gateway Center. Also a side note the television channels are very limited most are displaying a satellite error and automatically kick to Fox News.

Very convenient to stay here before early morning flights. A clean facility, easily to locate and long-term parking. Take the elevator up, a quite tram ride and you're at ticketing. It's a great deal for traveling.

I missed my plane and the airport put me in Springhill Suites. The man at the desk was very kind and helped me figure out how to get there. It was clean, well decorated, and comfortable. It even smelled like flowers.

The service very fast and very friendly.

Stayed during the 2017 Don't Give Up Jehovah's Witnesses convention. This hotel is extremely clean, quiet with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was awesome and staff was polite, attentive and efficient. The indoor pool and work out facility were tiny. The deepest section of the pool was l3 to 3 1/2 feet. Parking lot was gated and secure. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Stay away from Ruby Tuesday. I highly recommend this property.

The rooms and location are great. The customer service is not. We had a late flight and the receptionist seemed annoyed she had to help us.

A couple of weeks ago I encountered what would likely be the one of the meanest people ever in customer service. I am a rewards member and stay at Marriott's often. I inadvertently booked the wrong date for a hotel stay for my daughter who was attending an interview in Atlanta. It was just the wrong day and when I tried to cancel and deal with CHARLES, he was SO purposely RUDE to me. Beyond RUDE. He was patronizing and told me to read the policy on the travelocity website. CHARLES the little evil manager could have helped me. Travelocity said it was no problem they understood, but Charles had to approve it. He would not. He was a complete and total ASS, he kept my $175 and was happy to do it. Just a total and complete jerk who is very unhappy with his job and enjoys been mean to customers even if you are a rewards members. Someone needs to talk to Charles and his sadistic self does not belong in customer service. Stay away from him and his hotel!

The hotel and room were immaculate. Excellent proximity to the convention center made this a great choice for a cheerleading event.

Got to connect with my friend in the lobby. It was nicely decorated and the staff was helpful in directing us to a dinner location.

The location is extremely convenient in that it not only connected directly to the airport but it is also relatively close to most hot spots in the town. Tourist attractions such as the zoo or the aquarium are only 20 minute drives away. Downtown and all the bars you can imagine are only 15 minutes away. However, do note that if you decide to rent a car the parking at this hotel is not free. The rooms were fine but nothing too special. Some areas such as the couch and desk could have been cleaner but it was fine overall. Service was sufficient when needed. All in all, a fine place to stay.

Great location, friendly staff. Stayed with my wife while she was attending a conference at convention center. Had a small problem with an unsanitary condition in our room. Didn't discover it until morning after our first nights stay. Problem was handled by housekeeping but felt there should have been some input by management.

I was flying in from Hawaii on the 13 July because my dad had been sick. My parents live about 2 1/2 hours from Atlanta. We caught the Tram over from the airport, plan was to get some sleep because it had been a long day. Pick up care next morning. As soon as we got to the hotel, my sister started calling saying she thinks I need to come home. I went down to the desk and ask since we just arrived was there a way I could get a refund The African American guy at the front desk as me if we had unbacked, I told him no we had just gotten in the room. He wanted to go up to the room and see it. When we arrived, my son had played down in the bed. So the guy said NO, we will have to completely clean the room. I ask if he could give me a partial refund, he said no because he had to pay housekeeping. So if you pay your house keepers about $150 for 1/2 hr work I need a job. So we drove to my parents house and my father passed away right at an hour after I got to his house. (July 14, 0116). When something happens to the someone that guy loves I hope he is put in a situation like mine. I use to like this hotel but will not ever stay again.

Booked a queen suite here online because it looked modern and clean. Glad I brought my credit card with me because they needed to swipe it even though I thought I paid online. Lobby and room were nicely decorated, but certain parts of the room were worse for the wear. If I would have seen the room first, I feel I would have gotten and better value at another hotel.

Your personal property is not safe here! My phone was stolen from my room. A staff key card was even left in the room and the mangement/ claims department did absolutely nothing about it. In fact it even seemed like they thought I was making it up. I used "find my iPhone" to see my phone moving up the freeway away from the hotel. They didn't even comp anything for me. I was totally robbed. This company has no integrity. Do not stay here.

Very friendly, clean, large suite, executive level and perfect amenities to include wi fi.

Nice hotel and clean with polite and professional staff. Room is very nice on 5th floor 209 per night. Only issue was a real bad smell in the room and had to get the staff to spray some stuff in the room to make it smell nice. Unfortunately that only lasted about 20 min and then the bad smell came back. Only a one night stay so put up with the smell.

It has that real euro quaint feel (meaning small :-) but very modern style. Breakfast is OK, if you have time to enjoy it.

Location can't be beat if you need to be near the airport! When I checked in, the room type I confirmed was oversold. The bathroom was dirty. Feces and hair was on the ceramic top of the toilet. Finger prints all over the glass partition that separates the bdrm from living area. Hair in the shower and blood stain on the underside of the bed cover. It is a shame because the hotel is new and cool, but very dirty. The staff is very apologetic. Manager on duty professional not very empathetic, offered a few Marriott bonus points for all of these sickening situations. Marriott needs to do better than this.
