I simply love this hotel, friendly staff, amazing customer service, very clean and quite room.

Didn’t intend to stay here! Cancelled flight put me in the situation… but, what a blessing in disguise! This hotel is gorgeous. Clean, modern, EXCELLENT customer service, roomy, feels luxurious! The bar/restaurant is fantastic and the “vibe” in this hotel is calming but so fresh and modern. I was having an issue with my AC and when I called to ask about it, an engineer showed up within a few minutes. Once he was able to quickly determine it wasn’t a quick fix, he left and returned with keys to a new room within 10 min. I may return to the Atlanta airport just to stay here again…

Erika from the front desk was very helpful, it was a smooth check in with her and she was very helpful with info about the city.

Front Desk was amazing with Customer service and treated us like their own. Clean modernized rooms yet simple. Beds slept well, air worked and quiet hallways and neighbors… a win for me …

My sister, nephew and I just checked in and found that my confirmed, 2-double beds reservation had been given away. The front desk person, named Tim, informed me that “they overbooked the hotel and if I didn’t like it, he’d cancel my reservation and I could go across the street! ” To say the least, I was speechless! Where did that rudeness come from? I asked to speak to the hotel manager and Tim to me “there isn’t one! ” I had to pause, regroup and remember that I was a Christian! I took my key, went to my room and booked a new hotel. I also called and filed a complaint with my Marriott Vonage account! I’m on vacation and this was a 12-hour layover so I will not spoil my trip. Never again!

Very satisfied I love the bar close to the airport don't need a car or a Lyft.

I love love this hotel! Khadijah is a extraordinary host! The decor is gorgeous. The rooms are fabulous, clean and you don’t feel like a guest, you feel like you’re at home!

Marissa was very friendly checking me in. She gave me a room on 7th floor with a great view and access to the Executive Club. The room is very modern and spacious. I will stay here again.

I was extremely impressed with our stay! We visited for a Girls Wknd getaway and the hotel staff was fun and accommodating. The friendliness and vibe were WOW factors. The rooms were quiet… loved the modern look of the hotel as well. Even upon checkout, there was nice jazz playing in the lobby for brunch… certainly have added this location to my fave places to stay in the A!

Treated wonderfully by all the staff especially by the fine gentleman that relocated from Massachusetts who checked us in when we arrived very tried from a long delayed arrival from Boston. He treated theses weary travelers like VIPs. Apologies for not remembering his name but I’m pretty sure he’s the only New England Patriots fan on the property.

Relatively new hotel, very nicely done. Easy to get to the airport via a 2 minute train ride. Rooms are modern and comfortable. Even being this close to the airport the room was quiet, I didn't hear any airplane noise although I could see them landing from my window.

I have stayed here twice and we love it! We would rather book here then stay anywhere else in Atlanta! Its convenient, customer service is A+, clean, food is delicious, and the modern rooms sets it off! This place has become my home away from home. Keep up the great work guys!

Another fantastic stay at this property. Each floor has an awesome message to greet you. And on this visit, Cherry, a newer member of the club lounge staff, was an excellent representative of this brand and property.

The food at the restaurant was great, way better than we expected for a hotel next to airport. Service was excellent all around. Complimentary breakfast for elite members was good too and well serviced. I rarely leave reviews but everything was excellent here.

First time using the hotel and planning an event for a client. They offer the convenience of putting a card on file for event deposit and cost. A day after the event was paid in full, the accounting dept charged 2 unauthorized amounts totalling over $7K, more than the cost of the actual planned event! Notified event coordinator that the charges showed as pending and was supposed to be cleared up. The event hasn't taken place yet, but now disputing the additional charges. Also the event pics on the website show beautiful chairs for what looks like a wedding ceremony but they are upgraded chairs for an addt'l cost. None of this is noted on the website nor in contract. Please, DO NOT put a credit card on file with this hotel for an event. The hotel event coordinator is in the process of handling, but in the meantime for at least 2 days, the client doesn't have access to over $7K in funds needed to handle operations and commitments.

It was a nice hotel. It looked good and the bed was really comfortable and the room clean. The host and hostesses were very polite and welcoming. I can't give 5* rating due to the lack of free Wi-Fi in the hotel but other than that my stay was good.

The most amazing place to lay your head. I can't wait to go back just to stay here. The gym was nice and comfortable. The staff was excellent. The convenience to the airport and access was amazing.

Access to the hotel from the airport is as easy as could be. Simply hop on the free Sky train and a few minutes later you've arrived at a beautifully updated and modern hotel. The location isn't great if you're looking to explore Atlanta but for a conference/hotel hotel it's better than most.

My Suite is absolutely Beautiful and well laid out, The smoked glass wall separating the living room and bedrooms is absolutely gorgeous! and the barn door and pocket doors with smoked privacy glass simply amazing!

My first flight had a delay so I missed my connecting flight actually everyone on the plane missed their connecting flight and a few other planes did too so ther was a lot of people trying to get a room the staff handled it amazingly they were all so very nice we got our rooms quickly. The room itself was very nice and clean and the shuttle train was very fast and convenient. If I’m ever back in Atlanta this is where I’ll be staying.

Very cool hotel. Lots of trendy designs. Staff is incredibly helpful. They helped me ship some items back home and were accommodating when I asked for a late checkout. Most hotels will let you stay until 12 or 1pm. They let me stay until 4PM. Food was equally good. Eat at the restaurant if you can. The fried and baked short ribs are delicious. The pulled chicken sandwich was amazing. The beds are very comfortable, as is the rest of the furniture. Everything is "big guy friendly" which is always a concern for me. To top it off there is the free Skytrain across the street that takes you directly to/from the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

My family had an excellent experience. The hotel and the room were new and modern without feeling cold. The plusses were the friendly staff, comfortable beds, and the wonderful lobby. The only flaw that I encountered was the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Rooms are great, quiet even though next to the airport. Hotel decor is very nice. Needs too soft for my taste. Also if you have a car, it's $25/day for valet, no self parking. Accessable via the Sky Train.

Beautiful hotel. The rooms are large and clean with large, beautiful lobby area. The hotel is conveniently located close to the highway, airport, light rail and Georgia Convention Centre. I love the motivational quotes throughout the hallways at the hotel. I definitely recommend staying here.

As a platinum member I must say I'm impressed with this property. The staff was friendly, my room was clean and well designed, and most important is that it was quiet. I will absolutely stay here again when I'm in town. My only complaint was the valet. I stayed for two days and my first morning I waiting over 15 mins for my car to arrive. Keep in mind it was not busy. Also, one of the valet gentleman left his phone attached to my car charger (which I ended up returning to the front desk). Other than that my stay was lovely.

I am sensitive to fragrance. There is an extremely strong chemical fragrance in the lobby that also drifts into the lounge area. It's almost like they are pumping in a sickly sweet holiday cinnamon smell. Made my throat very sore and my tounge numb. If that smell would have also been in the room, I would have not stayed, thankfully it wasn't. The lower rating is mostly due to this. Fresh air can easily be the solution here rather than the use of chemical fragrance.

Spiffy place. I had a two double bed room. The room wasn't really very large, however all the fancy stuff made the place seem very nice. I'm not sure what we paid was worth it, but the hotel is clean and very modern. Nothing but the price should deter you from this hotel. I enjoyed the stay.

This place is excellent. The staff greets you everywhere you go and asks if they can be of assistance. It's right by the airport but the rooms are soundproof so you get a good nights sleep. Speaking of sleep, the bed was like being in the arms of angels, it was that soft and comfortable. It was just what we needed after a long drive. The room was extremely well thought out and very trendy, as was the whole complex. We ate breakfast in Marriott executive club and the selection was both hot and cold delectable foods. The only thing to be aware of is they do charge $25. For valet parking. It's the only parking they have. We will stay here again.

Great location if you are in ATL for just a day or two. Free train to and from airport. Staff were very helpful. Conference setup is good. Rooms are spacious and the decor is awesome. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows are amazing. The coffee options on site is the only negative aspect.

I love the hotel. Nice room, hotel staff was friendly. I did encounter a problem with valet. We waited 30 mins for valet to bring our car… had to ask what's taking so long just to be told they can't locate our keys… the guy took us inside a little room where they store keys and asked, "Do you see your keys? " We were so upset to say the least, being it was our anniversary and that car was my anniversary gift. They eventually found the keys. Upon check out we notice the new wheels and rims had apparently been scuffed on curve… brought it to the valet manager's attention… he ask for pics which I provided and said he would call back… haven't heard from anyone as of yet. To be continued! But besides valet, hotel was excellent… rather park my own car than deal with what I hope is an isolated incident.

Very convenient location with a train stop. Room was ready when I arrived and it was a nice one. Very modern feel to the hotel and rooms. Also had the ability to log into personal streaming accounts on the TV to watch content. Will definitely repeat of I have the opportunity.

First things first, the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. I swear, the mattress is filled with angel feathers. Absolutely incredible. I have dreams of sleeping in that bed. Otherwise, it's a nice, if not pricey, hotel. The place is well decorated and the shower was good too. The bar and restaurant menus are so-so and quite pricey.

Outstanding service! This brand clearly trains to the highest standards. Rooms are modern, clean and spacious. I ended up at a nearby sister hotel by accident. A manager had a shuttle driver take me to the right location even though it wasn't part of the regular route. Food prices are reasonable. Delivery is $5 or you can order from your room and pick up yourself.

Brand new, design is so inspiring, and the staff knows how to make you feel at home. Even the valet service is over the top with personality. Yaw the best dressed in college park is just awesome. I'm not only coming back next time… I'm coming back EVERY time, what a fabulous place!

The hotel itself is beautiful. Very Contemporary. The bathrooms are very nice. I just happen to be there on a very busy weekend (Alabama vs FSU). They were not prepared to handle vacationers. Unfortunately, I had to wait 5 hours (after 3) to check in. My toiletries and towels weren't replenished the following day. I requested a double bed, they accommodated me with a king and left a rollaway bed in the hall with sheets and pillow on the floor for me to set up at 1 AM. Wifi is not free and valet parking is $25 a night. I didn't feel like a platinum member that weekend.

Very friendly staff with an ultra modern decor. Beds were too comfortable and the amenities were great. Food wasn't too pricey by any means but the drinks definitely could've used an adjustment in price. Overall it was a great stay.

Great new Hotel. Loved the ambiance in the room. Very tasteful and trendy. Has a great restaurant on the 1st floor. Would love to stay here again. Good for travelers taking an early morning flight or fly in Atlanta very late.

Went for a lunch meeting. A colleague and I both wanted to try two entrees: the brisket and the pimento cheese sandwiches. * The kitchen was happy to accommodate, splitting the order and serving us each a half. The server was great, keeping a watchful eye and never letting our glasses get low or in need of anything else. Will definitely be going again and often. *The brisket won, but it was not an easy call…

One of the best hotels in the ATL. The staff at this hotel is the best staff that I have experienced while in Atlanta.

Very nice atmosphere and people! Everyone was kind from the valet to the front desk. The rooms are what I'd call "MOD"ern. They took advantage of the space in a unique and functional way. The details and creativity put into every aspect were greatly appreciated. The bed was most comfortable along with the pillows. The shower was a perfect balance of pressure aesthetics and space, giving the best rain effect that one could appreciate. The lobby begins and sets the tone that is carried throughout, offering various sitting areas that inhabit the artsy theme in their own way. Would definitely recommend and am planning to return.

Service was very courteous, informative, and quick. The beds were AWESOME. They have a toy chest full of nice toys just for guests with children where they get to pick one out. Overall a very good experience!

I only stayed one night. The rooms are modern and wished I had more time there. The restaurant on the other hand was not as great. Breakfast took over 20 minutes to come out even though I was the only person in the restaurant at 7am. Potatoes were also under cooked. Server offered replacement but I was running out of time. Definitely not worth the $30 breakfast.

The most beautiful hotel I have ever seen. The rooms were stunning and the bathrooms in the rooms were so neat. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were exceptional. I have never seen a more beautiful and unique hotel decor than at the renaissance. I will definitely suggest this hotel to anyone I know traveling to Atlanta. I couldn't have been happier with my stay and will definitely stay there the next time I'm in the area!

This place is designed to the 'T'! We enjoyed it so much that we literally spent all of our leisure time inside the hotel. The staff was not just extremely nice and helpful but thoroughly informed and ready to satisfy. The bar selections were unexpectedly excellent and the restaurant totally delivered. We will definitely return on our monthly trips to Atlanta. Loved it!

I love the modern rooms at this hotel. I like that the television uses your name for personalization. The beds are so comfortable. It's a quiet and nice place to stay.

We loved our experience at this hotel. The staff was pleasant and well-trained. Shirley greeted us for the concierge breakfast each morning, and she gave us her recommendations on what to visit in the area. The front desk staff was accommodating as well. The valet only option for parking was a negative, but the modern, luxurious atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing.

Smooth verbal directions until the left turn into the Renaissance airport convention center. It wanted you to make a U-turn which wasn't necessary. You just needed to continue straight.

Bumbling fools at checkout-an uncomplicated transaction using American Express Gift card for part of the charge PLUS American Express Platinum charge card for the reminder was seen by the staff as something akin to quantum physics and/or trans-aortic valve replacement. Took an hour and a minimum of 4 people to figure it out. I've stayed at enough Marriott properties (I'm a Lifetime Platinum Elite Member — more than 1, 000 nights and more than 1, 000, 000 points) that I knew how to do it, volunteered but was ignored.

The Hotel and staff were amazing. Very clean environment. The hotel had a modern design to say the least. Overall great our stay was great.

My husband and I are from Atlanta but sometimes just to tune out the world we do Staycations! This hotel was so relaxing the beds are super soft, we slept through a storm that's how relaxing it was! We will be returning soon.

This brand new hotel is a quick, free 2 minute ride on the Sky Train to the terminal. Very convenient. Very new, contemporary, and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Cool details in the room.

I stayed overnight due to a weather delay at ATL. I chose the hotel because it is conveniently accessible via the sky train so no need to wait for a shuttle. The room was fine for the price and was very clean with nice asthetics. Internet is free as a Marriott Rewards member. I didn't have my full toiletry bag with me so the front desk supplied me with toothpaste, etc. The only negative is that there was no shampoo, soap, etc. That I would have expected. I mentioned this to the front desk on my way out and they added some reward points to my account to compensate.
