My Daughters and I stayed for 4th of July and we were pleased with everything. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The Gentlemen who provide valet parking were wonderful! The rooms were very clean. Pool area nice and clean. Enjoyed the ambiance of the bar as well. We would definitely stay here again!

The Rooms are Nice, I will say that. My Family of 4 (2 Adults & 2 Kids — 11 & 15), had an overnight stay here. When we arrived in the room, there was a fowl smell of the Plumbing… (So we thought)! The smell was coming from the Bathroom area so we honestly thought they had bad pipe issues. That morning when my Fiance's was Showering, he noticed that a USED TAMPON was hanging on the Towel Rack in the Shower! He actually didn't know what it was so he called me in and asked me about the object because he said it smelled "HORRIBLE"! I couldn't believe what I saw! Then to top it off, we were offered Complimentary Breakfast for our incident and there was a Fly on the Eggs! I was just FLOORED! We will won't be returning for another stay!

I’m a silver (couldn’t keep my gold) member of Marriott. The room is very modern and classy, but I don’t consider this place to be among the best of Marriott’s. No complimentary water bottles (I’m not sure why) I couldn’t find a vending machine on my floor either, so had to go down to the market place at lobby to buy water. I requested a tooth paste and brush, but they were running out at the time. I had to buy from the market within the hotel. They were kind enough to send it up my room. I requested shower cap, but I didn’t get any. Also, there’s is no room service if you want to do in room dinning, you have to go down to the bar and order togo for yourself. The food was good though.

Great location and very nice, helpful staff. Room was smaller but very modern. The shower, bathroom and set up was nice. We had a great view. Really close to everything, so nice to walk around. Really neat hotel for a total package.

Check in was quick and staff was very courteous. Rooms look great. Lobby perfect to just grab a drink. Location is perfect! Right down town. We walked over to Stats for dinner cut right through centennial park. Valet is high but if you don't plan on driving save $15 and park across the street for $20.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean but unassuming space. Room was modern and very functional, except for the lack of light. Nice bathroom size, felt almost spacious. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was very disappointing, especially considering the cost. Sadly I actually preferred to go next door to the Waffle House. They call it a Europe style breakfast. I've traveled Europe, stayed at AC Hotels there, and this is not comparable in any way.

Loved this stylish room with a bungalow feel right in the middle of the city. Nice European closet setup. The sliding glass door to the bathroom was super chic. Nice tile detail in the shower. Favorite amenity that is really unique: fog free mirror in the bathroom. Very appreciated, but the mirror was hung a little low so the fog free part is focused on your belly, not your face. Unless you're 4 feet tall. Convenience store has a thoughtfully selected product choice. Mexican coke, beer, wine and even champagne in stock. Very friendly front desk staff.

Very clean, modern rooms, central location, good breakfast — unfortunately no fried eggs, porcelain instead of plastic, friendly staff.

This place is 5 STAR in every single aspect. Starting from the valet, to the check~in staff, to the housekeeping services, you are treated with exceptional service. The rooms are beautiful. The ENTIRE hotel (from the outside to the lobby, the meditation & zen garden, the restaurant & lounge areas & everything in between) was sparkling clean. No detail was overlooked in this amazing 'home away from home'.

Loved our stay in this hotel! The rooms are chic and incredibly comfortable. We had one minor issue which we reported to be front desk, and they were incredibly proactive. Great service, excellent hotel, nice Zen garden, and in an incredibly central location to all things downtown ATL! Book it! You’ll be glad you did!

Very nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, very well located. The rooms are modern and pleasing. I actually fell in love with the bathroom door (picture shared). They have a bar area and breakfast offering, for a cost. Breakfast buffet was around $14 when I was there. Offer valet parking as well.

I really liked this hotel. From the golf ball styled hand soap to the shoe shine sponge to the hardwood flooring, it was cozy, modern and stylish. The staff was very nice and the location was optimal. The bar seemed nice, though it wasn't very busy. I liked the showers and the towels were not too coarse and not too soft.

The hotel was very nice. Its modern and clean. The only con's are there isn't any room service nor did they offer robes even though the website says they do. Also I wish they offered shower caps in the room. Overall good experience. Its also in a great location downtown.

Very simple yet elegant, quiet hotel experience offered here. It's not for kids or a big family, business experts or big conference holders. Don't expect a free breakfast or a hot tub. But if you're looking for a cool relaxing atmosphere, give this place a try. It has a good gym, a bar, and is located strategically. Recommended!

Fantastic! My stay at the AC by Marriott in Atlanta was one of my top rated stays of over 500 nights at Marriott Properties. The Staff was of the upmost professional and accommodating. The common areas of the property were meticulously designed to Foster an inviting yet Chic atmosphere. There is a great Bar and Tapas restaurant on site with tasty options. The rooms were a tad on the small side but unnoticeable within minutes due to the excellent layout. One of my favorite features of this hotel is the Outdoor Pool and Patio area, It's a great place to unwind after A Hard Day's work or vacationing.

This is a new hotel with a very stylish decor. The rooms are well appointed, clean and smell great. The bed is the most comfortable I slept in a while. There is no bathtub, which is a plus for me as there was a great shower with a rain drop effect shower head. I loved the fact that the television has Netflix and other services available. Just log in with your own account. The location is perfect, being practically in front of centennial park and close to everything.

Came here because of work and it was close to my client. Nice rooms and efficient use of space. Fantastic location for downtown Atlanta with walking access to great restaurants. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Marriott has done it again. I enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location was great and the smell in the air is very calming. The AC Hotel line is one of my new favorites.

We drove up from Fort Lauderdale and arrived hours before check-in but were allowed an early check-in as well as a later check-out when that time rolled around. The entirely staff was awesomely friendly. I'd like highlight Ms. Dina, housekeeping manager. We witnessed her being especially helpful to a guest who had mentioned a headache on our way up in the elevator. Dina had her hands full with a comforter for another guest but asked for her room number and said she would be be shortly with some asprin. We were in town for a single night but would definitely stay here again.

Nice location. Comfy and beautiful hotel. But… I had an issue being charged $35/day for valet parking I didn't use. Wouldn't be a huge issue if I were able to just call once and get a refund. I'm currently working around getting the run around to get my money back. Multiple phone calls. Frustrating…

This hotel is in a great location! We had plenty to do within walking distance… the World of Coca-Cola, the Georgia Aquarium, Centinnel Olympic Park along with great places to eat nearby — Waffle House, Hard Rock, Ruth's Chris, Kwan's Deli. The hotel is contemporary, clean, offers an excellent fitness center, among other amenities… and we received extraordinary service from Bryan at the front desk. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Overall it was fine but not great. The room itself was comfortable and the amenities were good (bed was comfortable, TV, bathroom was modern). However it could get a bit stuffy, and ventilation didn't seem to improve by much unless I turned the AC really cold. Service was not attentive. I found an odd smelling, wet rag on my backpack when I returned to my room, which was rather gross, and they also failed to replace shampoo. But other than that, service was about what you'd expect from a hotel like this. Location is fine, it's pretty close to downtown work offices and food!

Beautiful hotel. Great pool and outdoor lounge area. Lots of lobby seating but you won't be able to hang out long because the signature scent is way too strong. Staff is half exceptionally friendly and half incredibly rude. Rooms are very small but the bed was very comfortable! It would seem our room was only picked up, rather than cleaned and changed — there were thick black hairs all over EVERYTHING. In our sheets, in our towels, on the floor… My one-year old got a hair splinter in his heel from walking around in the room (another thick black hair). We all have blonde hair. My son also found used diabetes test strips on the floor! The noise out in the hallway kept all three of us awake all night long. Overall, the place looks nice but the poor service, noise, and lack of cleanliness will keep us from returning.

After a horrible experience at the nearby hampton inn. We ended up hunting for a decent place to stay and walked into the lobby of this beautiful hotel that smells like heaven. The staff not only accommodated us but offered to place us in a suite at a rate lower than that of the other hotel. Luxury hotel experience for a reasonible price left me amazed. Loved the hydration station and gym. Will return here.

Recently renovated. Nice, modern rooms. The rooms are on the smaller side and there isn't much of a view, but overall a very nice place and a good experience. Great location that is very walk-able to the places you'd probably need to walk downtown. I'd stay again.

Hotel is nice and clean. I only gave it four stars for two minor things: first, the lobby smells overwhelmingly of cologne. There are a lot of nice seating areas but I couldn't spend much time there due to the smell. Second, the bathroom in the room was not very private, and only had a sliding door. The staff is very friendly ans helpful though.

My cousin and I came to Atlanta for a weekend. Online photos do this hotel no justice. It is so beautiful, especially for the price. Very clean and smells amazing! I can tell they use room-perfumes and scented candles in the lobby. And the decor, very pretty! This hotel is valet only. I'm giving this place 4 stars because when we first arrived, there was only one valet guy. Since it was the weekend, cars were piling up on him. It took awhile for him to get our vehicle and park it. However he handled it pretty well and got the job done. Valet is $35 but many people chose to just park across the street and pay the parking booth. Check in went ok. Took longer than what I'm used to (maybe 10 minutes) but keep in mind this is a new hotel. Therefore the staff is fresh also. The rooms are stunning. The bathroom door slides and looks like it's made of marble (not saying it is), has a nice walk-in shower with the choice of a waterfall shower head or regular shower head. The smart TV was pretty big and mounted on the wall. The room would be perfect if it had a bigger window for a city view but it had a small window in the corner. The day that we checked out there were more valet people so it went a lot smoother. I will definitely return.

Rooms were not too small, like some of the reviews I've seen. They're clean, nicely decorated. Parking does cost $20, not a big deal. Within walking distance to Hooters, Waffle House, and Georgia Dome.

The hotel is close to my daughter daughter's school and everything else. Didn't like paying 20 bucks a day for parking. Hotel needs some improvement.

Worst experience at this hotel! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! These people at this location have BED BUGS! I stayed in room 925 on Jan 11, 2016 woke up in the middle of the night scratching my arm like crazy. Guess what I found? Yes a Bed Bug crawling with BLOOD. I took a picture of him, came down to the front desk with the BED BUG alive and asked if we should keep him for evidence. The Front desk guy named Rashad said lets kill it so that it doesn't escape. Guess what I did. I killed the Bed Bug right in front of him. At the same time destroying the evidence. According to there policy they don't make a judgement as to what the animal is, they need to send in a professional from ECO lab to verify if its true and they will then come to "inspect" the room, the following day. Guess what they found? NOTHING… So not only do you go home with these nasty bites that give you a fever, on top of them making you throw away the evidence, they Charge you for your room. Yes… they charge you for your entire stay. please stay away. Before you bring some of these bugs to your house and be forced to throw away all your furniture. As mentioned I have pictures to prove my bite marks and the "BED BUG" insect. If any of the HOLIDAY MANAGEMENT IS reading.

First, they charge $20 a night for valet parking, and you can only park their if you use valet parking. Second, the lights in the room didn't work. Third, the water that come fron the spout was rusty. Next, none of the the amenities in the room worked fridge, TV, microwave. I would never stay here agian.

Phil at the front desk was awesome! The hotel we reserved wouldn't let us check in because their main office closed at night so we found this place and they accommodated us right away!. It was well worth it. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet was pretty good (even though the servers were a little rude)! Although you had to pay for parking daily, the valet was pretty cool! Super convenient to the city, we walked everywhere! All in all, we'll be coming back here next time we're in town!
