The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rates are excellent. I have always experienced a quiet and restful night. The breakfast is excellent and there is always coffee, cookies or fresh popcorn to snack on. This is the only hotel I would consider if I was in the Wesley Chapel area.

I booked on hotels. Com and paid in full online. The girl at the desk who clearly had no clue what she was doing also charged my card. I spoke to the manager and he said he would issue a refund asap. 4 days later he still had not. I called in and requested the manager but the very same girl would not get him on the phone. Then she tried to tell me that this was not her fault that this happened. She tried to blame me for this! Stay away from this place! Not worth the hassle!

Clean. Friendly. Close to restaurants and shopping and movies.

I dont even know where to start! the check inn was easy but the room had a funny odor and we were locked out of the bathroom. Me and my family chose this hotel because we planned on spending the day at crystal lagoon. So after check in we left and stayed at the lagoon all day. After returning to the room and preparing for bed we noticed white bugs around the headboard and with further investigation we realized the room was infested with lice and bed bugs. I packed up my children and went to the office the clerk bob went to the room and took pictures then tried to convince me that they were sugar ants. They definitely where not ants. Bob insulted me because I was scrathing my head bob insinuated that I was on some type of drugs and he was going to call the police on me. The hotel refused to refund my money. I will be disputing this with my bank and calling code enforcement.

Nice place front desk workers and manager very nice and helpful. Beds great room clean. Had a small problem with toliet not flushing and manager fixed it. Will stay again next tampa trip.

I highly recommend this one! I have stayed in many hotels during my travels but this one rates excellent, loved it — nice on the outside and just as good on the inside, exceptionally clean big rooms (& clean sheets ;) ) with high ceilings, nice pool, great breakfast, wonderful staff, popcorn, coffee and cookies all done in good taste. Close to Tampa, you can walk to local stores, food places. My children enjoyed it. Thank you. Look forward to staying again!

Love staying here clean, efficient, friendly especially Tyler the front desk dude, he's got people skills, he should train the gal that relieved him. Front desk skills are really important can make or break the experience.

Stayed at this location for two nights. The staff was very friendly with one exception an individual working the front desk. The other two were very friendly. When I came in to retire for the night I found a roach in my room on my bed. This should already been the second time they changed my room due to the smell of mold. I should have received a discount for the inconvenience I was explained they don't do it for one roach they do it for multiple roach only. Yes you just read that correctly! I'm going to follow on this once I arrive home.

This hotel is close enough to Tampa, it is an easy commute to attractions without a lot of hassle. It is quiet around the hotel and a Cracker Barrel is just down the road. We all enjoyed the breakfast and there were plenty of outlets for all of our devices.

Friendly staff and very clean rooms. Comfy beds, and cleanness was the most important details of our stay. The included buffet style breakfast was great, and they always had free coffee, popcorn and cookies at the front desk, my kid loved it.

Room was a nice surprise from our usual expectations of Best Westerns. Everything was clean and orderly and the check in process was smooth and easy. Loses a star for the breakfast: overcrowded room, not well stocked, eggs and sausage had unusual textures. Would stay here again, just dine out :)

Everything was perfect except for two things: the bed was very firm and the air conditioner’s energy saving feature clicked on and off very loudly throughout the entire evening, and because of these two things I had a miserable night’s sleep. Everything else was great, very friendly and helpful staff, clean pool, deck loungers, fast internet, and the breakfast was delicious and warm. I would stay here again if I needed to.

Rooms are clean as are facilities. Would have been 5 stars except counter help (skinny rude guy acted like he couldn't be bothered) Second person I dealt with (heavier set extremely helpful) was amazing. Fire the douche and your all set.

My daughter and I stayed here for five days. Visiting colleges and dealing with relocation matters. Stressful time I must say. This Best Western relieved all of our stress. Everyone was courteous and the rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The pool and rec room was clean and enjoyable. The check in was easy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thanks for the pleasant stay. We will be back.

Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, with fresh fruit and yogurt along with the typical eggs and ham. We did have some difficulty at check-in when our credit card company notified us instantly of a suspected fraudulent charge from the location. We had to contact the credit card company to directly verify the charge. They told us that the Best Western card reader may have been at fault, but the mananager there insisted they had done nothing out of the ordinary but I don't believe he understood the problem.

Great experience! Clean, crisp sheets, yummy breakfast and the staff were helpful. The lobby is very modern. Would stay again.

Once again Best Western came to my rescue. Had a really bad experience with a hotel in Brandon, Florida on our way to Clearwater. What a relief to find the Best Western Wesley Chapel. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, exercise room, outdoor pool. Even had freshly popped popcorn in the lobby. Thx Best Western!

Excellent stay. Very quiet. Clean Conveniently located to interstate, shopping center and super market. No big city hassle getting around, yet everything you need, and 45 minutes from Tampa International airport.

I will stay there again. I have stayed at most of the surrounding hotels in the area and this was the best. Very clean and the rooms are quiet.

Stayed for week and had a wonderful experience. Super clean and modern rooms. Great staff and cleaning staff, everyone was kind courteous. Will stay again and recommend.

The place was nice and clean, and when we checked in very late at night the man working at the front desk was kind and helpful, and so was most of the staff. However, the next morning, the lady who worked at the front desk was VERY rude. We ran into a few problems, including a leak in the bathroom and a minor injury, and she was not helpful and didn't care at all. When something was finally said about the terrible customer service (there was no swearing or shouting on our part) she YELLED at us, saying that she's been working here for a very long time. Then, when one of us spoke with the manager, it ended very badly, with one of us saying that with your customer skills, you should be cleaning rooms. And as we drove away, he yelled at us saying that that was a racial comment, even though it had absolutely nothing to do with race, it was about skills. Very disrespectful.

Our experience was great! The hotel is very clean, the rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and our room was cleaned daily. The staff was always nice and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

It was a quick stop for us on the way back home. It was absolutely worth it! Great service both when we checked in and out, and the rooms were spotless! Very comfortable beds, great Wi-Fi, and tons of TV channels to chose from. Great location and perfect breakfast… they even had sliced cheese and bisquits and gravy! Definitely will be back! Highly recommended!

We stayed in the two king suite with a pull out couch. We checked in earlier in the day and then drove to Gainesville to watch our son play lacrosse. We got back to the hotel after 10 pm. My husband went down to the lobby to get blankets etc. For the pull out couch for my daughter to sleep. He came back to the room with 2 flat sheets and a towel! He said that was all they had to give him. No pillows no blanket! We told the front desk person the next day and she said she would tell her manager. Did not offer us my thing other than that!

Besides the great location, great service, great PRICE. The customer service people here (Brandon, Tyler) Brandon takes the time to go above and beyond random great attitude even through hard personal times. We were very pleased to have stayed at Best Western. The room was comfortable and the staff was professional and friendly, We would definitely stay there whenever we are in the area of Wesley Chapel or Tampa.

I enjoy staying at this hotel. It is close to work. Staff may not remember my name, but even with a year between visits they remember that I've stayed there. I like that. Always helpful when I need to use or get something from the kitchen. Rooms are always clean and beds are comfortable.

Rooms were clean, breakfast was ok, staff for the most part was pleasant. Near shopping, and interstate. Probably the nicest facility at that exit.

This hotel and their staff are absolutely amazing! Rooms are clean, the facility is clean, the breakfast is delicious, housekeeping is awesome. In a time of stress from hurricane Irma, they exceeded and excelled! We had to stay at a few places due to Irma, most were a price gouging, but MOT Best Western in Wesley Chapel … so if you're ever in the need of a room please take the time to do visit best Western Wesley Chapel.

The hotels personnel are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is pretty good. The rooms are fine. Parking spots are wider than usual. Location is convenient to gas stations, restaurants, etc. Excellent overall. I stayed during hurricane Irma.

Very nice and clean. The people are gently and professional. Nice little pool. A very interesting gim. The room, a classic king was big and silent.

Such a great hotel. When I first arrived staff were very friendly and helped me to my luggage and such. The rooms are immaculate and clean. The beds are comfortable and televisions are nice. Wi-Fi is available and fast. Average price is $99 for one night in two beds. Includes free cookies and popcorn. The bathrooms are good and clean. Free soaps and they are small portion take home soaps. Includes a mini fridge.

It was conveniently located. There is a Cracker Barrel and a Shell station close by. The rooms were stylishly furnished and very comfortable. The bath tub was large and had hot water. The sink area was big enough for all of our necessities. The staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

Motel is fairly new and rooms are nice. Beds are great. Breakfast was quite good. Staff was very helpful and friendly. All was good except for the housekeeping. We stayed several nights and our room wasn't cleaned. We were in the room when they came very early and asked them to come back and they never returned. Except for that everything was fine. Will definitely return when we come back to the area. Which we do. Definitely a gem for the price. Quite reasonable for the area.

Room was infested with little tiny bugs that the staff identified as "sugar ants. " When the bugs were brought to the front desks attention they attempted to give excuses of where the bugs came from. The manager offered me "half of one day" off. I was dissatisfied with the way that management attempted to mitigate this issue. I asked for a full day off, which he granted but the fact that I had to ask for proper compensation did not set well with me!

Room is current, clean and large, but I've been here 3 hours and already killed two roaches in the bathroom — — they're coming out from behind a tile. Very common in Florida, but they need to get some better pest service. I'm giving 3 stars because this can be easily fixed and the room is really nice. The front desk was very efficient and friendly. I didn't like the "characters" lingering in the parking lot — — I actually felt a bit vulnerable. For the price, it was adequate.

Place was not clean, cigarette buts all over the pool deck. The website says the pool is heated, not true. If it did work, then my guess would be that Mr Patel did not want it turned on. We did not sleep for the 2 days that we stayed here. The guests next door had children that never slept, screamed and cried all night, both nights. One would think that the staff would have done something as that noise could be heard as soon as you got off the elevator. My wife and I believe that they may have been living here.

Don't ever stay here! booked room 6 months in advance and didn't have a room available when we got there. Manager is absolutely horrible. Not worth trying to save the extra $20 to stay there. Go somewhere else.

Booked this hotel for Valentines Day 2/14/2015 for $327. When We arrived at the motel it was closed for business. Called and tried to call to get refund and was tranferred to the motel number that is closed. Called back several times no HELP. Dont rent this moptel it is closed for business.

"As a hotel in name of Best Western, it should not go wrong too much. " I thought while I picked it for my first week stay in Tampa neighborhood. Then I picked up phone and Hein gave me a good price. Both room service and breakfast are good. The location is close to high way I-75 but not noisy at all. If you wake up earlier, you can see Sandi cranes, raven and eagles while you have 10-15 minutes morning walk. My wife is picky in bed. She is happy with beds in Best western and Baymont. Before I moved into the apartment, I needed another week stay or more. I did check other hotels close to USF. Considering both quality and price. I decided to continue my stay with Best Western. (in early August, 2012. ) If you ask me any cons, I would say, … yes, it is far away from beach. If I can get same quality at same price in Clearwater area… I would be even happier.

Very nice and Clean… Me and my family usually stayed in Tampa for pleasure near Bush Gardens but the rooms arent as nice and clean as the ones on this location. People are super friendly, nice and clean rooms, Its our third time back and we notice lots of changes new pillow top matress and a lot of upgrading, lovely place, great breakfast and very clean rooms, the celaning crew does a great job, We higly recomend this place.

Great Price, Clean, well stocked with extras and very friendly staff! This is a great example of how lower budget hotels should be run. There's no excuse for lacking cleanliness and this place was very clean! Bathrooms were very nice, fridge and microwave functions great. And the price was awesome! The breakfast. we got pick of waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal, fruit, coffee, raisin cinnamon toast, great juice, and bisquits & gravy! It wasn't restaurant quality but it was a LOT for the low price of the room! The lobby was bright and well staffed with smiling faces! Best Western was an outstanding choice for our short business trip! almost forgot, they even had two extra pillows (clean) in the closet! You get everything they mention and more! I had no problem with my internet during morning and daytime hours. At night, everybody is getting to their room and checking their emails, of course it's a little slow. So is the office on Monday morning, right? As of the time of this review the pictures of rooms on the internet were very accurate as to the quality!
