I’ve been here for a week now and love it. Everything is so clean and fresh. Breakfast is good and staff is friendly and very accommodating.

Checked in for a hockey tournament on 5/28. One elevator was having problems. Then the second went out. This went on the whole time we stayed. When it was time for us to check out. No elevators were working. Nothing like dragging bags down 5 flights of stairs, When you have asthma. Maybe you should have been helpful to your guests and maybe find a new elevator company.

— check in on 4/9 was not ready when we arrived @ 10:00 pm. Did not get in room until after midnight. I would also like to add there were 3 other couples also waiting for their rooms — waited a minimum of 2 hours and told it was due to housekeeping issues. Spoke to corporate later and they told me there was no way I was told that — basically called me a liar yet I wasnt checked in until after midnight when normal checkin is at 3pm?
— no water on 4/10. Had to find another place to shower as we had an event at 1pm, came back around 9:30 pm and there was water
— no hot water on 4/11 — no phone call from staff, had to figure that out as I went to get a shower @ 8:00 am…At approximately 10:30 we were told that a room had been reserved at the Hilton Inn and we could go there AND we would be hearing from someone from corporate about the stay here and pending charges. We were told we could not check in until after 3pm (standard check in times). We get to the Hilton and the front desk associate wants payment from us (we were not aware we would have to pay) … We have been charged for our 2 nights after being reassured we wouldn’t be. Also contacted corporate and was ASSURED we would be contacted by the manager of this hotel and as of today 4/23, we have heard nothing! Worst service I have ever received at a presumed high quality hotel! I will continue to spread the word so that it doesn’t happen to someone else in the future.

Stayed here to visit Busch Gardens. Very friendly and helpful staff, and very clean rooms.

We have stayed at the Wesley Chapel Hampton Inn and Suites on three different occasions and have always had an excellent experience. A bonus to our most recent stay is this location has been freshly remodeled and it looks great. We recommend this Hampton location to everyone.

We spent 5 nights in a newly renovated room. Room was real nice Staff was extremely friendly. Great hotel, we could barley tell they had ongoing floor by floor renovations during our stay. Pool was a little small but nice. My only complaint would be that they have two designated smoking areas one of which is on either side of the main doors (had to walk through smokers or use one of the side entrances) in fact the only nonsmoking area to sit down and relax outside was within the pool area, which got pretty crowded at times. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic stay! Manager and staff are friendly and helpful. Property is clean and inviting. Pool clear and refreshing. They are working on updating everything, so it'll be even better soon!

This place is awesome and so is the staff! Jacolyn got all of my questions and she made sure that I felt comfortable staying there. The lobby was immaculate, but I was informed that a renovation is under way. This establishment is also next door to an indoor ice skating rink and across from the Tampa Outlets!

The room was clean, the breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. Recommend any time!

Hotel staff was kind, breakfast was good with a good variety of things to eat. Rooms were clean and pool was nice. My family was very happy.

Only went it a small room for a job fair. It didn't have any windows and it was kind of small. But the main area seemed nice.

Not much to say — it was fairly typical of Hampton Inn hotels. This is my preferred chain when traveling for work, so that is not a bad thing. If you like towels folded into the shape of a swan (? ), this is your place.

This location is so hassle free! It took 3 minutes to walk in check in and get to my room. Friendly staff and located fantastic ically close to major highways, retail and restaurants. Completely worth having peace of mind. Room is spacious and very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel family friendly, beds very comfortable and room clean, staff very nice, breakfast was amazing, room was wheelchair accessible we love our 2 days stay there.

Would recommend, clean rooms and friendly staff, even helped when my son bumped his head on a table in the lobby. Had a weird and rude experience with a woman calling the afternoon of our check in, wondering when we were going to get there so they could charge us. Nothing to loose sleep over but it was odd and annoying. Would stay again if just passing through. Plenty of dinner options within 5 minutes in every direction too with an awesome breakfast of waffles, juice, bagels, and muffins, plus much more…

Our favorite & most convenient hotel in proximity to our two sons. Always clean & friendly, plenty of breakfast choices too.

In-laws stayed here for Christmas and we were all very impressed. A clean and welcoming hotel with great service and decor. We had a munchkin in our group who was messy and they cleaned up after her no problem. I'd definitely recommend this location to anyone!

Had a wonderful time next time I'm in Tampa I would want to book a reservation for this particular Hotel.

I had the pleasure to work here for a couple years and I can say this is the best place I have ever worked at. The managers are great and care alot about not only the guests, but for the staff as well. Everyone that works there is amazing and try their best EVERYDAY to exceed guest expectations. If they fall short of that, say something to them and they will make it right. I have worked at a few hotels and have stayed at alot of hotels. Without any doubt, I can tell you the team that works at this hotel are one of the most knowledgeable and welcoming staff I have yet to see in the industry. King suite is the way to go — staff awesome — very clean — nice amenities.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Pool. Laundry is good (for a hotel laundry. ) Plenty of choices for food short drive from the hotel.

Exactly what you expect from a Hampton Inn — comfortable, clean rooms. The staff were very helpful. The hotel normally does not allow pets, but they suspended the pet policy due to Hurricane Irma. They were very accommodating and made an extra effort to make everyone feel welcome.

The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you are happy that your room is acceptable, if you need anything like extra towels etc it is delivered to you within 15 minutes. Offer free breakfast in morning which is pretty good, only complaint is breakfast hours end early. Staff is professional, and willing to help with directions, luggage etc. Rooms are great clean, comfortable beds. Pool, business center, exercise room, complimentary wake up service, easy ck out. Video game systems in rooms for kids.

Great room. Clean with terrific emoloyees. Plan on staying there many more times. Just need a hot tub and would be perfect.

Clean comfortable rooms, lovely staff, working equipment. The breakfast was awful by my west indian standards. White American guests seemed satisfied so perhaps I'm an outlier. I would return but make other breakfast arrangements.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and my kids loved the free breakfast. The pool was very nice too. Short drive from the premium outlet mall. Would definitely stay here again.

Management was great, their first concern is your comfort and needs. Alot of different options for breakfast in a clean dining room. Definitely recommend this Hampton Inn.

Stayed here for two nights on business, and I would stay here again in the future. The staff was very nice and helpful, the breakfast was great, and the rooms were nice an clean! (Also, the pillows are some of the best I've ever slept on! )

The staff at this location was extremely friendly and helpful! They assisted me with all of my needs in a very friendly way that made my experience a 5 star encounter. This location is kept very neat and very clean! I would highly recommend this location if looking to stay in the Wesley Chapel area!

This hotel was awesome. The location was great. There were outlet stores and restaurants close by. The rooms were very clean and spacious. And the staff was friendly and hospitable. The only problem we had was there seemed to be a water leak in our room. It wasn'ta big deal but we didn't notice how bad it was until the morning. But we let the front desk know about it and they took care of it. Great place to stay if your looking to get away.

The hotel is on a quiet culdesac convenient to the interstate. The lobby is modern. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is sufficient. Overall a great place to stay.

Great hotel every time I stay there. The manager remembered my face and I haven't been there in 5 months! Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Service staff was exceptional.

This hotel is over rated, bathrooms are dirty special toilets. I went through at least four rooms, AC doesn't work well inside room, some of hotel floors no AC at all. One of the elvators is broken but they don't seem to be concerned at all. Hair in Bath tub. Moldy smell in most of rooms. Hilton standards going down to the trash.

Close to the mall and Pasco-Hernando State College. I was travelling on business to visit Pasco-Hernando State College Porter Campus at Wiregrass Ranch and this location was excellent. Check-in was efficient-especially since there was 8 people in my party. Even though I presented my Hilton Honors Gold Card I wasn't recognized as being a HHonors member. I had to ask for my check in snacks. The room was excellent with 2 full size beds, nice 2 large sitting chairs and a coach. There was a large working business desk if you needed to do any work. Free internet for Gold members as always. The bathroom was clean modern bright lots of amenities and everything was working. The room was quiet with plenty of lighting. The mall is nearby where we went for lunch and dinner each day and we had no problem finding something for everyone. The breakfast was Hampton Inn excellent. You can grab a Danish or less carb intensive eggs, sausage and oatmeal. The fitness center had adequate amount of workout equipment-so you can get a quick workout even while away. The equipment was in good shape.

Great service, and very friendly staff. Breakfast in the morning is delicious, anything special you'd like just ask! If they can accommodate you, they most certainly will.

Great experience! We were in a wedding party and the hotel was very accommodating. As usual, the overall Hampton experience was comfortable and smooth!

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and even though the location is right next to I-75, it was quiet. Only complaint was that the bathroom didn't an overhead fan (on 5th floor).

The room was comfortable, there were no problems checking in, and the pool was great. 9/10 experience.

Wonderful and friendly staff! Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Hot breakfast was great. The complimentary coffee and snacks (cookies) was a nice touch while waiting for our team.
