Dirty, Gross, Noisy, Horrible Customer Service. Stay away!

BED BUGS! BED BUGS! BED BUGS! I could go on and on about the terrible experience I had with them and the lack of responsibility or even care for the fact that they have bed bugs and had no plan other than refund my money. Refunding my money is obviously going to happen but what about all my stuff that now could be infested? How about the fact that it was midnight when I found them and had no where else to go? I am still dealing with trying to make sure I don’t bring them into my home. For them they were done with the issue once I left but it’s days later and I’m still having to take precautions to make sure I do not spread them into my home. The woman at the front never said sorry nor seemed to care. Her lack of empathy or cares makes me feel like this is a common occurrence in there. I highly recommend staying out of there!

It's a great value for the price! The staff is great, very accommodating, friendly. We will be staying here again! Walking distance to nearby shops, restaurant.

Great Hotel for the price. Stayed for 9 nights. Most of the staff and the owner was friendly, a few of them could use some work on their customer relations skills, but overall a decent place to stay.

My room was neat and tidy. Beds are made for us daily and breakfast was pretty good. I'm glad there were different options. Minifridge, ac, and microwave included. Everything I needed was right there. It was honestly great for the price.

If you are looking for a cheap hotel this is the place. Rooms are not so much clean. Mostly quiet. Parking lots available but sometimes you will find big trailers or trucks in there. Breakfast included, scrambled eggs horrible, tasted like plastic bags.

Just had THE BEST experience ever. I had problems with my reservation through a 3rd party but front desk named Ben was extremely gracious in helping me deal with my situation. Wish I could recommend this gentleman to higher management cause he was top notch. Gave me a few spots as far as restaurants. Thanks Ben for your help.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast included biscuits and gravy which was an unexpected delight. However the room itself had an odd, unpleasant smell to it and was not the cleanest. All in all I would put it at 3.5 stars and would return again.

Very spacious rooms, new beds (you could still smell how fresh they were. Friendly staff. Everything seemed to be refurbished or remodelled and didn't seem outdated. I didn't like the coffee maker IN the bathroom. Everything else was perfect.

No complaints here! Great location right off of I-75. The breakfast isn't the Hilton, but for hotels in this price range it's top notch! Not just pastries and cereal. The staff is great, the accomodations were great, and it's a safe area to bring the whole family (as with any hotel you can't really help who comes in and out). The rooms are clean, and for the price you can't get much better than this! Some of these complaints are operator error. There are microwaves in the breakfast area, and single cup coffee makers don't come with pots…

Clean and a reasonably new property. My room was clean and large. Front desk staff was professional and pleasant. Room price was good with government discount.

Very nice Hotel. I come every two or three weeks to visit my mother at a nearby Assisted Living Facility. Britney at the front desk is always grate and helping with every thing. I meet the manager in my last stay. Very nice guy who told me their staff is ready to help me in any way I need. There is another nice lady at the front desk in the mornings who I do not remember her name but is very helpful all the time. The rooms are big, nice king size bed, I always sleep like a baby at this hotel. Shower has all the shampoo, conditioner, soap you need for a nice stay. I been staying at this Hotel for the last two years and I will keep coming!

This is the second worst place I've ever stayed in my 37 years of life. It should be condemned! From the way the hall smells to the filthy ass curtains. Don't you dare step on this rug without shoes. Bring Lysol. The little chair in the the room is stained. Its so extremely gross. This place is falling apart. And the nerve to charge 200 per night. It's not worth 29.99 per night. I wouldn't house my dog here. Never again.

Oh. This will be fun. No parking for trucks and bigger trailers like they will lie to you about. The elevator smells like wet cigarettes, the halls smell like weed constantly being burned. Which was brought up and they kicked the guy out for bringing it up. (which she was an ass and needs to be fired) The rooms smell even in the non-smoking. The bathrooms are NOT clean, followed by the door handle basically broke off. The handle to turn the water on almost doesn't turn unless you almost break it, and he water pressure is god awful. The morning "breakfast" was a joke all on it's own. When we went to check out, they charged 1 guy 4 rooms but we all paid seperate and told them multiple times, and they still messed that up. I will NEVER recommend nor will I ever stay in this awful hotel. I wish I could give a 1/4 star only because the lady at the desk at night was nice.

Just no good things to say about this place. It was a place to sleep, and for what I paid… We arrived late and exhausted. We went straight to bed. Both beds sloped to the center of the room and had I not been exhausted, I would not have slept. I got up and took a shower, and after a while I noticed that the bottoms of my feet were black. I had to wash them again because the carpet was filthy. Breakfast was stated as being from 6:30 to 9:30. We arrived at 9:00AM and there was no food. Only waffles and a few pieces of bread and some juice. No coffee! I tried to find someone at the front desk, but there was no one to be found. I'll not stay at another Choice hotel.

I wasn't able to check in to my room till after 3pm. That really sucked cause I just drove 15 hours. My check out was at 11am and that's unfair considering I couldn't check in till after 3 cause they are understaffed and didn't have my pre booked room ready. The whole hotel stunk of weed. Especially the 4th floor. When I mentioned it to someone they looked at me like I was crazy. The room was nasty. I wiped down the furniture and the rag was brown. It looks like they just make the beds and leave the room. Carpet was terrible. Beds were very uncomfortable. Furniture was outdated and dirty. Microwave was a dinosaur and smelled like mildew. T. V. Didn't work at first. We had to fix it. The electronic door lock stopped working on my way out to the beach and we had to move rooms which made me late leaving. They didn't do anything to compensate for the inconvenience. The other room was just as bad. Carpet was not vacuumed. The bed spreads had hair on them. The t. V. Was unplugged. The beds were like sleeping on concrete. They don't have any creamer for your coffee. The breakfast is subpar. The staff is very rude. When I checked out the guy didn't even speak English and didn't understand a word I said. I will never stay here again.

I went on the safari and it was great! We got to feed Giraffs. The park has a sesame street themed area for kids with lots of fun rides and a mini water park. I also loved all the animals. Great food as well at the Dragon Fire Grill. They have any style food you could want.

Had a good breakfast that was free. Room as kinda dark, even with the lights on. Bathroom was clean, 2 towels, no wash clothes. Sink and mirror was inside as well, meaning it fogs up badly after a shower. Lots of noise. From the flushing of toliets, to showering. Pipes bang against the walls whenever the water is turned off. With a hallway that is inside, to get to your room, you could hear anyone walk by. For some reason, the 2nd floor smells like a skunk lives on it.

Clean rooms great service cheap prices.

Dirty, it's not what they offer. I would not visit this mountain NUMCA more.

Service was good, but room smelled, and bed was uncomfortable. I had a relative advised their sheets and pillow cases were dirty.

Hotel of horrors! Stayed here one night. When I pulled into the parking lot I knew I had made a mistake. Trashy people everywhere. People walking around in the parking lot in their pajamas and slippers. Sketchy, low rent and a little scary. I thought I might get mugged going to and from my car. When I got to my room the sheets were stained. The highlight of my stay occurred after I checked out. About 5 hours after I left I realized I had left my very expensive ring behind. I called and the manager, I called guest services, I called the hotel 800 number. No ring. Everyone was less than helpful. I actually live about an hour away. So I went back. This was the next morning, after they had already cleaned the room the previous day. The door to the room was wide open as if they were expecting me. No ring. I mean come on people, your maid stole my ring! Its not rocket science. I even filed a police report but of course nothing came of any of it. The manager acted as if he could hardly be bothered to take my name in case something miraculous happened and they found it. Do not stay here! its scary.

This place smells like a marijuana factory. I came here for a job interview and the elevator smelled of weed then all the way down the 4th floor you could smell the haze of weed lingering in the air. The girl at the front desk super nice and very professional was helpful for my answering my questions.

I cant even belive this place is still open it looks like they are have n a yard sale out back and its rooms are run down guess maby I should report this.

Clean, Economical 3-4 stars. No bells & whistles. Make your own breakfast in the breakfast room.

Well, close to the lowest cheap hotel, "only" 2 stars, but this with highlights, such as coffee — machine, refrigerator and microwave in the room, which classically has 2 large beds, LCD TV, safe, irons and air conditioning. Rooms clean, some old baked, but as an overnight stay completely ok. Coffee én masse even in the lobby and the special and rather rare in USA rich breakfast INKLUSIVE!

We were satisfied with our accommodations at Quality inn. We have chosen this chain on many of our trips and have generally been happy with our choice.

Recently stayed at this hotel and received great service from the front desk staff HOWEVER the facility was very dirty/unkept… My stay was 3 days long and while there I contracted/encountered BEDBUGS. I have never in my life had an experience with these creaters very uncomfortable. Staff was pleasant about my discomfort but I advise for no one to stay here! The low prices are a reflection of the lack of quality provided at this facility.

The quality inn that I chose to stay in offered a fare amount of amenities for the price. I interacted with two separate front desk attendance and found them to be fairly pleasant to talk to with the exception of a few complaints about work. The room service individuals spoke no English and I ran into at least three that could only reply with "sorry, no English". The king size bed in which I rested on was a bit hard and the A. C was fairly loud but I managed a good night's rest knowing I didn't break the bank on my trip.

Terrible old hotel, bathroom terrible. My advice stay away, Hamton Inn and Holiday Express better priced and much newer. Toilett Seat was not fastened to toilett, husband hurt his back because of it, multiple cracked sink, handle loose, nobody cares except evening receptionist very nice, should not be working there.

It was nice. We were able to reserve the last available room. The front desk even accepted my dog when there weren't any more pet rooms available. The cleaning staff, a very nice Spanish lady, was extremely nice and polite. She went out of her way to get us utensils when we didn't receive any with our ordered lunch. My son defended her when some stupid guy told her to go back to her country because her english was not the best. About the only issue we had was I had to go back to the desk a few times because the key card would stop working.

Mainly stayed here because we had pets and not much for other options. The fee is $25 a pet, which is pretty standard. The room and bathroom was decent but had a bit of a funny smell when you'd first enter. Breakfast was pretty average and had a good amount of options.

1 star is too much for this hotel. The room had a horrible odor, the toilet leaked all over and the water coming out was horrid. Had to cover the bathroom floor with towels so the water from the toilet wouldn't go on the carpet outside. Curtains had BLOOD STAINS on them, as well as one of the pillows I was given. Front desk people do not even acknowledge customers. Roaches, ants etc. I normally do not wear slippers but the carpet was just too stained, sticky and dirty. Terrible.

Clean rooms and quiet area. Staff is very attentive to your needs and breakfast is good.

Helpful staff, pleasant surroundings. Room clean and nice but not immaculate (one pillow case was torn when we arrived). Breakfast was yummy. Worth the price, would stay again.

Terrible. Please don't waste your time or money. We didn't even stay at the hotel, we went for check in early Sunday morning while we were in the car about to get our belongings we see another car pull up with two people in all black with toboggans on break into a car and drove away. We went inside told the staff what we just witnessed and that we do not feel safe staying here. She said it's fine she will "void" the transaction as it doesn't even charge your card until the next morning at checkout. They filed a police report on the car break ins and we stayed at another place. The next day arrives and I notice a charge on my card from the hotel — — call 2x speak with a manager and they said it has been canceled and the "pending" charge will not be charged, just give it 3-5 days. Well it's been over a week and the card was INDEED charged as the manager lied and I'm sure didn't even look into the situation. So not only were we lied to multiple times but the place is unsafe. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Housekeeping weirdly knocked on my door a few times while I was trying to shower and get ready for checkout. The pool was nice, but a bit too cold for mid-March swimming. Breakfast was nice.

The only good thing about the Inn was its location. Gave all other Quality Inns I've stayed at a bad name. The house keeping was miserable. Even after I complained the room was still dirty. The bathroom floor was dirty and sticky. I saw the same coffee cup two days on the elevator floor. Really could use a face lift and an exterminator. I don't want to gross any one out by posting the pictures I took but I did keep them. I'm sure they could do better if they tried.
