The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beds are so comfortable. I highly recommend this place better than some of the brand name pricier hotels I have stayed at. Will be back again.

Everything about this hotel is awesome. It's clean, quiet, front desk is so helpful and affordable. The breakfast is great. Check in and check out is a breeze, and the water is hot. I stay here once a week and never been disappointed.

Stayed here two weeks for work. Nice and quiet as I had to get up at 0100 to start work. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Very comfy beds. Nice warm pool. Highly recommend.

I have stayed here for several years when I am in the Tampa area. If you are looking for a great hotel at a competitive price in the Wesley Chapel area, this is it. Friendly staff and very clean rooms.

We always stay here during hockey tournaments. Rooms are newly remodeled, Staff is VERY friendly, rooms are clean, great breakfast for our hockey kids AND adults. Also, it’s nice to be one exit north from the rink so we avoid all the heavy traffic.

The place is clean, the staff is very personable and very helpful. Would definitely visit this Inn and use Sleep Inn again and all the time.

Enjoyed my stay, room and motel were great. All staff I met were friendly and professional. There were some renovations in progress, but they never impacted my stay. I can't say much as to location and nearby attractions, but it is near both I-4 and I-75. The Wi-Fi was strong and rooms are also hard wired as well. This will be my go-to motel for this area.

Great hotel! Very friendly staff who went above and beyond to accommodate our unique situation (very new baby traveling on our way home. ) They made us feel at home and comfortable. Their breakfast was great — We loved the waffles and cheesy potatoes. Clean room too!

Room was great. Nice and clean. Shower pressure a little low for me though. Coffee station set up right outside of the elevator which made it a little crowded in the morning. Overall good stay.

The staff was awesome. Rooms, beds and bath room we're clean. Slept in and missed breakfast. Lol.

We had a great time. Everything was nice. Isabelle was an amazing hostess, always smiling and willing to go above and beyond to make our stay perfect. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and appeared well maintained. The pool was nice, if a little small. Breakfast was delicious. We never had a problem finding a place to park. If I had to come up with a complaint, I guess it would be the high efficiency refrigerator. They take a while to get things cooled off. For the price, I can't hold it against them.

The hotel was excellent. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and quick to help us with anything we needed. Entire hotel was very clean, a/c worked well, refrigerator worked well also. Overall a great hotel in the area.

Edit: 3rd stay and unhappily they turned the water softener up higher than I can use to rinse soap off the body. I called Fri night to have it on the list for when maintenance got there on Saturday and then friendly front desk fellow said it was where it was supposed to be. So that means no using our showers or sinks to clean oneself with. Oh well. Nice people, but I suppose management decided customer satisfaction and use of the facilities isn't paramount. The manager Ken has written to me. They have asked me not to return as I made notice on their survey about the specific water problems with this hotel. As usual, we tipped the housekeepers at the end of our stay. EDIT: 2nd Visit. Just great folks and nice enough to come back to. We had a problem first time with the water and… The water softener is working now and the soap washed off just like it is supposed to this time. YAY! Good people work here. Actually nice folks. We had asked for a late exit on our last day and they were able to accommodate us. (They won't be able to if the hotel is at capacity though) Left a very nice tip for housekeeper who was elected to do our late room. I want them compensated as we affected them the most leaving late. We had a mechanical issue that they tried to fix that day. The night lady remembered my face and approached us when we returned to the hotel that evening and mentioned parts needed to be ordered. The hotel was full, so we persevered and stayed with the problem room.

All the workers were really helpful! Made great suggestions for food when I didn't want to eat what they had. They served dinner every night with beer for customers. The pools a little small but I had no complaints about my 4 day stay.

Our first room smelled of mildew, but the staff immediately moved us to another room. Over the next few days, I saw contractors removing and replacing the rug. The staff was obviously concerned about our happiness, and that is always great! Clean and cozy.

Our daughter had a baby so we came last minute to stay in Tampa. We've stayed at many Sleep Inn's across the country (we travel for a living) and this was the best we've stayed at. Decent size rooms, good location, inside and outside were very clean and updated. As a Diamond Choice member we used points for our room, and it was every bit as nice as the rest of the hotel. : (Sometimes you get a second rate room using points). Easy, quick check-in with a very pleasant, capable gentleman. Haven't had breakfast yet, but anticipate that it will be just as good as everything else. If you are in the area, this is the hotel to use!

My wife and I stayed for four days. The hotel was very clean with incredibly friendly staff. The first night they offered free pizza and beer to all guest. Would highly recommend staying again. The only side complaint is the breakfast area is in the way of the elevator. This is only a small complaint though.

We were greeted with the friendliest of staff members (a very nice lady from Poland) who started our journey with laughter and pleasantry. The room was very nice and clean. Every breakfast was great in addition to it being different every morning. Let's talk about Taco Night at the Hotel and let me say right away that Jennett did such an excellent job that we are still talking about it days later. If we decide to go anywhere in the future we will come here even if it is out of the way! Friendly staff kept us happy to be there and it was legitimate!

Where do I start… 1st. They are upgrading and making everything better from the decor to the mattresses to the lighting. 2nd. Sleep Inn has awesome customer service and the owner was there and was an awesome host. 3rd. Free food and drinks… yes, we will be back!

Booked online and drove 4hrs to the hotel. First impression was good until the manager Wong told us “this particular Sleep Inn” does not accommodate ESA service dog because ADA doesn’t require them to do so. I’ve stayed with majority named hotels and never had any issues. I had to find another place with much higher rate. Be aware if you happen have one ESA, and call the hotels to check their policies.

I have stayed before and will again. We feel like family there. Friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast is of good variety including eggs and meats. Nice waffle iron. Very clean eating areas.

As soon as the over used water softener is addressed, this would be a 5 star hotel. Can't wash the slimy feel off my hands so would never use the shower and that makes a weekend stay difficult. Some upkeep is needed but maybe I was just seeing the last month of a mattress's useful life. Nice nice people.

This place! This place is spectacular and special for my family. During our concern for the safety of our family and our 2 Boxer dogs (an essential part of our family) by Hurricane Irma. Sleep Inn Wesley Chapel was above their pet policy and allowed us to be together as a family in the middle of this emergency. I will be eternally grateful. Many thanks to the owner, the manager, staff and all those who paused their policies to ensure the unity and safety of many families during this emergency. We stayed there for 13 nights and it was a very pleasant experience. The Staff was very friendly and accommodating, Wi-Fi was super fast (had to use it to work), room was clean, and everyone we dealt with highly responsive. Breakfast was good, and the hotel offered a free meal for dinner every Tuesday, Wed, and Thursday. We would recommend this hotel and stay there any time again.

Excellent service and staff! Housekeeping is spot on! Continental breakfast are awesome and during the week they have happy hour with free appetizers and drinks! We come back here every year! Highly recommended!

Henri is generous, kind, professional, and supremely accommodating. The hotel is very clean and the staff treat you like they've known you for years. Henri hosts music events, inviting talented and diverse musicians to perform for guests which is something I've never seen done so well, especially at a budget/affordable hotel. I stayed there this past weekend 8/6/16 with my band Lady & Gentleman and we played there for an event. We were taken care of like royalty it seemed, I have never had a better experience in a hotel in my life. Henri and the whole staff were so kind and accommodating. Their level of professionalism blew me away, you will not stay in a better hotel with a better staff. :)

Henry is absolutely awesome! The service is absolutely stellar during every visit. The hotel is also very clean and close to The Grove and Shops at Wiregrass. You won't regret staying here!

We booked this hotel through priceline and unfortunately made a mistake with the date we booked. We caught the error immediately after and contacted the hotel to try and move the date to the date we needed. There were no rooms available for the date we needed so we asked to cancel the reservation. The General Manager would not approve for the cancellation due to the type of discount we were given. I can understand a hotel not cancelling a reservation because they may not have adequate time to rent that room to someone else but the reservation made out of error is almost 3 weeks from now. They would not even let us move the date to a time in the future when we actually need the room. It seems very unreasonable to me to just keep my money and say sorry its our policy because we made an error. There should be exceptions for this type of thing. If this how they treat you before your stay… this is how they will treat you during your stay. There are many other hotels in this area for about the same price… do yourself a favor and skip this one.

Friendly staff, who invited us for pizza upon check-in. Clean rooms. Requested a quiet room and got it. Better than the star rating. Will be back in the fall.

This is a great place the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a very good breakfast which changes each day. There are a few added things that you wont see at other hotels. They make a awesome Potato and Cheese Casserole a couple days a week. This is my second week at this place and I would not stay anywhere else. The rooms are always clean. They also have Happy Hour on Tuesday thru Thursday. Which is different each day. Chicken wings, Pizza, Quesadillas, fresh salad each night. Sometimes they will make homemade soup and Tacos. OH did I mention Free Beer a true Happy Hour.

First we went across the street to the Best Western, but it was all booked. Then I started reading the reviews on the Sleep Inn that is right across the street. They were all correct, the staff is extremely friendly! We slept great, free breakfast in the morning was awesome! Would recommended to anyone, and would stay her again if we are ever in town again. Great experience overall.

Wonderful stay this weekend. I was here for work. Great and friendly staff. Clean room, clean hotel, just the right breakfast in the morning. They had an event on Saturday with a band, singers and food I thought it was a different atmosphere compared to the rest of hotels. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed there for two nights and had two rooms. The hotel is clean and well kept. You cannot go wrong especially for the price. Every employee we came in contact with provided service beyond our expectations. The second night we were there they had complimentary food and beverages from 5pm to 7pm. I believe they do this Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The breakfast buffet is very basic like any other hotel buffet. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

The Room I stayed in was very neat and tidy, until I got there that is I slept very comfortably better than I do at my own home. The food was amazing I didn't knw where to start and was trying to prevent myself from stopping but I can only pack so much the staff members are friendly and funny. Oh and I like the swan thing they did with the towel it was awesome I'm trying to make one right now failing horribly. So in conclusion I was treated very well, slept like a bear, and ate like one as well haha. All I can say is that it was nice to sleep in at the Sleep Inn.

This Hotel is extremely amazing! Highly recommended! The staffs are friendly and so nice. They also have happy hours on Saturday that include dinner at 8pm and breakfast from 6am-10am. The rooms are very clean. I had a wonderful stay here. This hotel deserved 5 stars!

Excellent treatment and courtesy to guests stayed for several days considering the excellent treatment. I could see that everything clean is kept at a general level, Swimming Pool, Area B, etc. I recognize employees of House keeping Santa and a Hispanic girl who can not remember the name you comment on the llavin door and I immediately contacted Alex. Alex also treated me very well. Also people who are in the area of Front Desk receiving guests to check in and finally to those who also serve the breakfast. I congratulate the Hotel Manager is doing a good job. Greetings to everyone there we will soon God willing. Excelente trato y cortesia a los Huespedes, Me Hospede por varios dias considerando el excelente trato. Pude observar que se mantiene todo limpio a nivel general, las Habitaciones, Piscina, Area de Breakfast, etc Quiero reconocer a los empleados de House keeping Santa y una joven hispana que no recuerdo el nombre que le comente sobre el llavin de la puerta y de inmediato me contacto a Alex. Tambien a Alex que me trato muy bien.
