Drove by car… first verbal slap until the nice man noticed that we are probably guests. We were allowed to carry out heavy suitcases ourselves. No service. Reception is under Occupation. Lasted for a quarter of an hour and the good woman worked stressed and thus unfriendly. Then up… oh. The good woman could not write in a hurry Either. 7 and 1 look the same, so back ask again… With our heavy suitcases we drove up to our Suite. In the hallway we did not pass by the Cleaning-house. Well… 2x Running. Had to wonder then that even a bottle of water was ready in the Suite. Great Reception. Lampshades All skewed… Call me petty, but I pay attention to something like that at the Price. It's not so Wild. But WLAN should already be Standard. No… Had to be first to the reception and special Hilton member… O. K. They gave me a card with access data which unfortunately should not Work. Reception called after 5x then someone reached. The suite is actually clean except for the Windows. You can look at the dirt on it. Oja. The toilet bowl is loose. The shower water is not hot. No hand Shower. The décor is rather old-fashioned yellow walls. A tasteless spotty carpet with old-fashioned curtains combined with beautiful dark furniture. 2 Flatscreens from LG. 80s model 2005. A new 48 zoller wall hanging UHD would be adequate from the Ambiennten in the lobby too much but from the right one in the rooms too little. Flaunting will not be rich with a big waterfall in the lobby but for a bottle of Water. Cardboard cups for the coffee machine for all guests – here you could also offer Tzsärzlich right cups. Einsparpozenzial and environmental protection would be appropriate here. We chose the hotel for 2 days to make the transfer to the cruise ship of the Royal Caribien to the Bahamas Uncomplicated. I was disappointed by the Hotel. I say this because I was really in many good hotels. Breakfast is Poor. Only small sliced melon. Banana, Orange for Self-peeling. No bread just bagel and toastis. Cheeky toast, Fruit salad, smoothies and quark food are missing. Eispeisen and Bacon are strangely not self-service. Service SM table is not felt here Either. Empty plates remain until the END. You don't get a table Assigned. Basically, Everyone there could have breakfast that comes in. Does not stop or does not matter at breakfast between 6-9:00. The selection is Minimalist. Price performance is not right here.
