Great location, very close to the airport with restaurants and food marts less than ten miles from malls like Dolphin mall and also less than ten miles from miami Brickel and its respective mall very good breakfast, very comfortable beds and friendly staff.

I had reservations got here early told me was not allowed to wait in the parking lot for 3 hours until I could check in if I'm caught on the premises she'll call the police and have me locked up a trespassing.

After the end of an exhausting journey from Spain. I could not ask for any better place to lay my weary head. The accommodation were great and the breakfast was delicious!

Had a nice stay here for 1 day prior to cruising out of Miami. Love Best Western and always try to stay with them.

The room was clean. A 6 minute walk to a bar. Fast food close by, ihop 10 min away! An excellent hotel. Shuttles to and from the airport make life easy.

Stopped overnight before travelling further. The staff were friendly and helpful, the massive bed was very comfortable and the hot breakfast great. Just one tip if taking advantage of the free airport shuttle; phone the hotel so that they can inform the driver whereabout you are waiting at the terminal.

Clean hotel. Has a pool n a gym. Cordial staff. Breakfast was good. Loved the accessories in the room.

Great experience. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the bed was so comfy I didn't want to leave. Staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I will be staying again.

We stayed in a two queen bed room. 2 adults, a toddler and an infant. The rooms were nicely updated. The shower had a shower head that came from the ceiling, which I wasn't a fan of but my husband was. The beds were very comfortable, as were the pillows. The staff were friendly during check in and check out. Breakfast is from 6:30 am to 10 am. Which is awesome because with a toddler and infant, we didn't even make it down until 9:30. Breakfast was fully stocked and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Got turned on to Best Western completely by accident. Won't stay anywhere else now. Have used them across the country and never been dissatisfied yet.

Nice hotel, Excellent staff made you feel welcome Rooms clean and well maintained comfortable bed. Breakfast, nothing fancy but well taken care of. Good place to hang your hat for the night. I will stay again when in the area Next to airport.

The hotel was fine. The breakfast was also fine. But, we ran into difficulty with the shuttle service that they offered to us to get to the cruise port. They overbooked the passengers to fit on the bus. Only two of the three of us would fit. The lady running the "show" told us to split up leaving one of us waiting for the next shuttle. This lady was rude insisting that we split up. Well, I know better. So, she was not happy when we told her we would take a taxi instead of waiting an hour for the next shuttle and refusing to split up the three of us. The hotel charged us $30 plus tip for the shuttle. The taxi charged us $31 plus tip. Someone knew that they overbooked that shuttle.

My flight was cancelled at 12:00am and Best Western saved me. They even picked me up at the airport. Great experience with customer service. Room was very clean.

The room was large, clean and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly, helpful, nice. I was sick and they helped me find the Walmart/pharmacy. They also recommended a couple of places to eat nearby, and directed me to the rental car center for the airport — which is off-airport. The bed was more comfortable than at the last two places I stayed. The breakfast was warm/hot and good. I was impressed and would definitely stay there again.

Super Hotel in the immediate vicinity of the airport. Aircraft noise could not be tolerated.
The rooms were very spacious and clean. The beds are a dream, especially for rest after a long flight.

The hotel is worth what it costs excellent cleanliness in the bathrooms in the beds super comfortable on the pillows the TV the carpets is very clean has good air conditioning system the hot water the Wi-Fi connection is excellent and the attention very good the breakfast is Delicious I recommend.

Quiet and super comfy bed Easy quick access to/from the airport even via a busy boulevard — about 15 min max for us. Staff super helpful with providing awesome dining tips to a hungry and tired slightly cranky couple without a car reluctantly traveling back home from a Caribbean beach getaway to arctic Rocky Mountains. Room was really quiet even with being on the first floor and the bed amazingly comfortable especially for a husband with consistent shoulder aches — he raved in the morning about the bed comfort and zero shoulder aches overnight (we want this bed in our house! ). In short we slept great and are generally light sleepers. Just a little pricey for a quick one night stay during travel but we're happy to now know this super option in the future when we come back to/through Miami. Recommend reservations — the hotel was booked when we came through (we had reserved in advance). Great stay!

Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The weird containers for soap/shampoo/conditioner were a little strange — I'm sure to safe money as they can now buy in bulk. Bed was super comfy though, and the room was quiet.

I had a very satisfying stay here, only concern was the tiles in the bathtub floor. They looked like they been poorly clean which had build up dirt. Not sure what can be done about that. Overall excellent stay.

Excellent stay, extremely helpful and cordial staff. Rooms were clean, beds were good. What else can one ask for. If you need to make it early to the airport (like 4 am early), or grab a bite from a nearby restaurant at 10 pm, they will help you with that too. What else can you ask for…?

Hotel is fine, but shuttle service is slow. Also, eat somewhere if you get there late. Restaurant was closed when we arrived (10:30 p. M. ) and the area is desolate. There are eating places nearby, but without a car you might feel rather adventurous to walk there at night.

Thank you to the person who saw my son drop his wallet and took all the money out before giving it to hotel staff. A big shout out to the staff that didn’t find it important to look at the camera to see who took it! Eduardo the night auditor…

The Best Western Plus Miami Airport North looks brand new. The rooms are very very nice. It has a free shuttle to the airport which is extremely helpful. The staff was so pleasant and efficient. Breakfast is the usual fare with eggs, bacon, pancakes, bagels, pasties juice and coffee. The rooms on the back of the hotel look out over a golf course so the view is lovely and there is no traffic noise. The entire hotel was spotless. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the south Florida area.

Great experience from pick up at the airport to drop off. Very nice staff and very clean rooms. Fantastic breakfast, I especially liked the pancake machine! As someone who travels for a living, I wish my employer would let me stay at more Best Westerns!

The room was not huge, but great value for the money. The breakfast was much better than the normal fare. Room was clean. Every year my dad and I visit Miami. We moved to this hotel this year because of the cost, and we're very happy. We will be coming back next year.

To put into perspective, I have been traveling for the last two months and stayed at all the hotels that I knew would work for me. If you ask my wife she would say my favorite brand is IHG. However, the bar has been raised to a new level for me because of my stay here. The entire experience goes beyond my expectation and I will be seeking out Best Western facilities for my future travels. This facility has a natural, welcome home feeling! It comes from the care that the employees show each other and how they complement one another.

The staff has been friendly, but barely 2 hours after checking in, we are in our 2nd room because our first one had ants. At first the desk clerk sent someone up to "spray something" even though I told him they were on the bed too. When the nice ladies came up to clean, they saw one on the bed and called down to the front desk staff who then decided to move us. I know things like this are sometimes beyond their control but it doesn't make it any easier after you've driven 9 hours and just want to go to sleep. As we were getting the keys for the next room the guy says "the ladies said y'all had food in the room? " Yes, we did. We picked up dinner AFTER we checked in then put it in the fridge. Like he was blaming us for the reason the ants were there. I'm sorry, but that many ants can't accumulate in the 30 minutes since we brought the food in the door. We will see how things go at check-out…

Very good hotel for 1 or 2 nights at the airport. The location just behind the airport is not really nice but practical. Beautiful, clean rooms and a very good breakfast by American standards. If you can redeem Rewards points then e is even cheaper than paying with cash. Will book it again next time.

The room was perfect. We needed to stay close to the airport and I was even ready for some plane noise, surprisingly: NOTHING! The other reason I choose the hotel was the indoor poor which it was nice and clean but a bit too cold.

Stayed here before and after a cruise that was leaving from the Port of Miami. The cost of the rooms was reasonable and the room condition was good. The free breakfast had some decent options. The big bonus was that there were a lot of food options all around the hotel, most within several minute walking distance. There were both local as well as national chain restaurants which left many options. The one downfall that I will say is that this hotel is not really located in an area that has a lot of other activities to do when in Miami. Most other activities were quite some distance away which meant either getting an uber or taxi to take you there.

Whenever we Cruise we like to come down to Miami the day before and stay the day after our cruise. The 1st time we stayed here was in 9/2013. I was pleased to see the quality and comfort has not changed as we stayed here again 8/2017. Thanks again Best Western, we will return in 2018 for sure.

It received 5 stars for the value our ultimately offered. For $137 we received a suite for six including breakfast. However … The bathroom was small but clean and practical. The 2 queen beds were comfortable. The sofa bed was not. The shuttle to the airport was very comfortable and clean and roomy. Breakfast was fine.

The lobby was very nice and had a pleasing contemporary decor. Our room had a pleasant earth tone contemporary feel as well. We had a view of the beautifil golf course out of our window. Our vehicle remained safe parked on the back side of the building. The complimentary breakfast was adequate to send us on our way. Downside-There were no fine dining establishment nearby for an evening dinner.

This was the perfect hotel for us. We flew the red eye from CA to Miami, the shuttle driver picked us up and the desk clerk checked us in early, so that we could get some much needed sleep. The bed was wonderful, as was the room. In the morning, the breakfast was very good and I was impressed that they used real plates and silverware, not that styrofoam junk that is so prevalent and ruining the environment. The shuttle driver then took us directly to the rental car center and we were on our way.

Super clean! The only thing is that the fire alarm went of during the night. My husband called down to the front desk and all they said was false alarm. I understand it may have been hectic that moment but there was no explanation as to why it went off. No phone call back or anything. The next morning the front desk staff was unaware it went off. However, I would stay there again 100% and will try a best western plus again in the future for its value, cleanliness and amenities.

In a way I'm kind of glad plans changed. I really had a chance to relax. Thanks to a peaceful night stay here. The staff was friendly and the location was great. I will be back.

I was checked in my Alexis, she's very sweet and polite very good customer service. I stayed here for a week the room was big the bed was comfortable the bathroom is nice. The view from the window not so much but love that it was near the airport bit of a drive to south beach but it's totally worth it. Everyone that works here was really respectful and kind. I would definitely recommend cheap prices as well. Will definitely come back thanks for the expierence.

Very friendly staff, nice hotel. Free breakfast with standard eats in the morning and clean rooms. Only gripe is the standard definition t. V. Output which is offputting at this point — though if you won't be in your room much, is not a problem…

The price was okay for the area. The breakfast was okay. It was typical of a continental breakfast. It consisted of bagels, muffins, eggs, sausage/bacon, oatmeal and cereal. They have orange juice, apple juice and a selection of fountain drinks. Tea and Coffee are available 24/7. They also had a selection of fruit. Please don't think you are getting a full (hot) buffet as displayed on the website. The room however was really nice. Cable with Wi-Fi (not the easiest to get registered for) and the bathroom was really astonishing. It was a great reason to stay. The shower was great and they even have separated dispensers for body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower for convenient. The staff was extremely helpful in finding local restaurants and "things to do" in the area. Overall, with the exception of a fire (false) alarm at 2:20 in the morning, I would look at staying here again. I think my rating would be 3.5 out of 5 if it were not for the helpful/friendly staff.

I must say, this was one of the best hotel I have ever stayed in to date. I was on vacation for 3 nights, 4 days. The breakfast was great. Mileiday is one of the cooks, and she made my experience amazing in the morning with great conversation. The staff at the front desk are bilingual Spanish and English. Carlos is one of the people at the front desk. He was very friendly, bilingual, helpful, and just has a great spirit. Most of the staff was very polite and sociable. Good job hiring the crew. There is an HDTV big screen in the rooms, I love the body wash, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner because they are in dispensers (Cool). I would leave and come back and my room was always cleaned by maintenance. It's close to Miami beach, and there was always something to do. They have a good gym and pool area. My only problem was the alarm for the building went off in the middle of the night. Everyone was startled. However, it was a false alarm and didn't happen any other day while I was there. I definitely recommend it. Great service, free Wi-Fi, computer lab and print, continental breakfast, and great staff. I DEFINITELY would recommend this hotel because it is also close to the airport with transportation from the airport to the hotel. :).

For the price, it was pretty good. The hotel is pretty new, too. Built just 2014, I believe. Everything was nice and clean, literally close to the airport. On that regard, it was fairly quiet in the room even if it was on the front side facing the airport. The staff was competent and friendly. Sleep quality was pretty good and the shower was good. The aesthetics and decor is aligned with a modern touch, free Wi-Fi, adequate outlets for all those gadgets, HD tv, microwave and small fridge, digital alarm clock with 30pin apple dock (not that you need this alarm clock), and all other standard things. Didn't like the complimentary shampoo and conditioner, I'd recommend bringing yours. Breakfast was ok, standard continental. But, there's adequate food selections nearby if you feel like eating out. The fitness center was in a such a small room, only a few people can use it at a time. One other concern is that it seems to be close to a seemingly sketchy ghetto neighborhood and police frequently went around at night. No incidents, but it brings to question overall safety of the area. 5 stars overall, props to the staff for handling our large group and keeping up. Being fairly new, everything is nice and almost sparkly. One last note is that moderatr ammount of sound leaks through the doors into the aisle. Not a totally big concern, but other might need to know. We're thinking of booking again here next year for our annual visit with our group.
