We recently moved to Miami from Texas, and we had hotel trouble, until Melisa took the time and patience to help my family get the right room. She told us everything we needed to know being new the area and really was generous and understanding towards our situation. You don’t really meet people like her often. As to our room is was great we did switch into a bigger room to have more space we see Melisa often since she does work after noon shifts so she does help us exchange towels and helps us if we have any questions.

Amazing service, melisa working the front desk took care of me with anything I needed. She knew where all the stores and things to do were at, not being from the area it helped a ton. My stay here has been great and I will definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you for easy stay on the road.

This is by far the most comfortable location I've stayed at when I was in Miami. My room was upgraded from a regular one to a suite with no charge! And when I had to extend my stay at the last minute, everything went seamlessly. Great thanks to Jorge for helping me out! And also big thanks to the other hostess with cute fangs (I'm not sure what her name was… Was it Gabriela? ) for helping me to get kitchen utensils, telling me what the policy is for extending stays, finding the vending machine and getting extra shampoo!

I really enjoyed my stay when I was over there about a month ago I really felt really at home and I absolutely loved the costumer service there this one employee if I remembered her name was Melisa she took cared of my every need without a problem I will definitely be returning it was truly a home away from home.

Really enjoyed my stay. I'm a housekeeper professionally, residential & Business. My room was very clean with a full kitchen. I'm only here for a short stay & made the staff aware, they have been very helpful and making me feel safe & comfortable!

Melisa was the absolute best. She helped me with my every needs and I’m very needy sorry melisa but thank you always helping me out and helping me feel as if I was in the comfort of my own home. I will forever book with extended stay Miami springs from now on.

Staying here for cdl school and the stay has been great thanks to Melissa who helped with checking in even helped with shuttling from the airport which I thought would be stressful since I never did it before but Melissa set everything up and made things simple to understand. Also had made that we had gotten anything we needed for the kitchen. Highly recommend extended stay because of the customer service that was provided by Melissa.

Excellent stay and a final plus. When I was packing the morning of my flight, I found out I didn't have my wallet. I remembered that I had left it in a lobby chair the night before and went to reception to ask. Jorge was there and kept it intact! With money, credit cards and IDs. A thousand Thanks!

I had a wonderful stay. Service was incredible and staff was super helpful and friendly. The gentlemen at the front desk (Jorge) was really helpful with our check in and helping us find nearby attractions to visit. Would definitely recommend it and most definitely will be staying again!

Very strange Q This hotel doesn't have so much time to be in that area and this so sloppy. To stay one night is fine. Near the airport.

I stayed at this hotel for about a month. Over all the hotel was nice. Rooms are clean, friendly staff, nice patio area. Melisa at the front desk was always willing to help me out with whatever I needed and is very professional and polite. She was straight forward with everything from the time I got there and made sure that my experience here was great. The only thing this hotel needs is a sitting area out front so when the back area closes at 11 people have a place to sit and chill. Would recommend this hotel to people. Had a great stay here and staff made me feel like I was at home. Thank ya'll for everything and I will defently be back.

While being hesistent when selecting rooms for my trip! I’m so happy I was able to find such a beautiful atmosphere to stay! Thank you to the entire management especially the gentlemen in the front desk who’s name was Jorge. He was extremely helpful and attentive. Thank you!

I spent with my partner only one night but we would have liked to stay longer. The room was spacious and very nice. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

Jorge was very polite and attentive. He was very concerned that our experience be the best. The rooms were quiet and away from the highway so it was great for spending a quick stay after my flight.

When I arrived to the hotel, the breakfast had closed 5 minutes before my arrival. When I went downstairs after putting away my bags the breakfast area was clean and empty and I wanted a cup of coffee after a long flight. The front desk agent, Carlos Rubio, promptly helped me and he was fantastic he greeted me with the most beautiful smile, was eager to help and just made my day so much much better because he went over and beyond the Call of Duty and got me my coffee! he saved my life! I completely recommend this hotel specially with its friendly and professional staff and most of all kudos to Carlos, he is a great asset to this property and because of him I will definitely stay again in this hotel Thank you Carlos!

Carlos Rubio gave me amazing service when my flight was cancelled. He sent the shuttle for me and made my horrible day turn out amazing. Def would be back.

Rooms was not clean. Found lots of hair a garbage, debris and food left in the refrigerator from prior guest. We had to be relocated because of the room size wasn't adequate for my family. During the transition I had left my sweat shirt in the room in which we was initially given, only not to see it again. I called management and no one had returned it. We are talking a span of time which was less than 24 hrs? And the exercise room only had an elliptical machine and a treadmill, nothing like the photo advertised on their page. It looks as if they rent out some rooms to welfare also. We were waken up early one morning due to arguing in the hallway. (Really! ) The breakfast was nothing more than bagels, cold cereal and peanut butter granola bars. No waffle machine… or anything hot! We will not make the mistake of staying here again!

The hotel is a sanctuary. It is very quiet, clean and all the employees are very friendly. I feel at home. They also have a pool which I enjoy very much.

Simple but cosy, friendly and a very good choice for those who are passing by or want to spend a few days in Miami. Breakfast included. Totally recommended.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Was a decent stay. Our 1st room though was right on the ground floor by the patio/BBQ area next to the pool, couldn't have our curtains open since there was always guest in that area. Asked to be moved the 2nd day and that was not an issue being moved. 2nd room had a bigger dresser and we could finally open our curtains and not have people looking in at us. 1 washer and 1 dryer was out of service, made trying to wash clothes a headache.

Jonathan, then person at the desk deserves a 5+. He went through this with me as a champion. As if he was the man in charge/major share holder/owner or super manager. But. First room the sink wouldn't drain, the second room had a broken lamp, no trash container in the kitchen, missing iron. He even tried himself to replace the lamp. And the pick up for the airport. 40 minutes wait. Sorry but this two things need to change. People can't wait 40 minutes for a pick up. In miami. Outside the hottest airport ever. Tell me when this is improving and I will be back.

The hotel literally had things that the other hotel I was staying at didn't have for less and I was actually jealous.

Good rooms. Good location. Lots of extras. Nice kitchenette.

Didnt realise had to order equipment. One child had to sleep on floor as bed settee not big enough for 2. No bedding for it either. 3 small pillows for 4 people. Fridge rattled all night. Remote for TV had no batteries. Breakfast basic but ok. One of worst budget accommodations we have stopped in but not budget priced.

The room had writing in pen, pencil, and marker all over, even in the shower! The shower provided little to no water, taking a shower requires a lot of time just get your body soaked. The TVs had cable in the back but the connections were bad even after attempting to adjust the cable. Channels came in with static covering a lot of the picture. The kitchen came with no amenities such as flatware or utensils. Other extended stay hotels provide such conveniences as a base package compared to this hotel that wanted extra money just to provide plates and cups. The service at the front desk was good despite the appalling appearance of the room. The vending machines and ice machine worked, the water from the faucet was clean and drinkable too.

Good service, relatively large rooms. They have a pool and compared to other extended stay america a good breakfast selection. It's convinient to the airport and even has a shuttle service.

This place is terrible don't stay here unless you have your only going over night. It's born in two days you're going to hate yourself you're far away from the beach and everything. For a layover it's great you're right by the hotel and there's a restaurants everywhere. I'm here for the next month the place smells like cigarettes. So when I cook in my hotel room the smell lingers for days and all my clothes reek whatever I cooked. Half the washing machines don't work. Parking is very annoying and my room key never works. I need to go to the front desk everyday to get it reset.

Rooms were fairly clean but the makeshift kitchen floor was sticky and dirty half the ammenities were missing and utensils for the kitchen had to be order, the rooms ac worked partially and kept the room feeling humid and made it harder to breathe like full of mucus stayed sick the entire time I was there the linen on the beds and in the bathroom looked like they had been barely washed and all were stained with idk what but had to use them anyways, the hotel staff was very friendly and helped out as much as they could the room was infested with roaches and god knows what else I would have found if I went looking, the pool area was always a mess and the pool always had debris in it from the trees that the staff never attempted to clean, the continental breakfast they offered was always lacking of everything there were always out of milk and several other products and had to use metal silverware when the plastics utensils had run out i would not recommend this hotel to anyone to use best to go find another hotel to stay at unless you want to take little guests home with you.

Welcome to Extended Stay America Miami Springs: a putrid bug infested dump where the humidity sticks to the moldy walls and coats your lungs with phlegm. I was the victim of a bed bug infestation. After presenting the creepy little crawlers to the night hotel manager, I was promptly switched to a bedroom (with my roomie) and had to sleep on the moldiest fold out couch that could ever exist. My lungs were hurting, I felt horrible. The next day I was switched to another room, and the district hotel manager (Wilfredo Barerra) paid for our dry cleaning, as well as our laundry, and new luggage. The sole purpose of this was to "quarantine" the little bastards so they could not find their way into other rooms, but little did I know that they were EVERYWHERE in this DUMP! The ladies I were training with (for a job) had found bed bugs, cockroaches, as well as termites in the bathroom too! The plumbing system sucks! Make sure you don't take a dump because you'll have to run out to the lobby to request a plunger (the one and only hotel plunger, encrusted with old dried up feces). I left two stars for some of the hotel staff because some of them are really nice people (like the driver, some of the receptionist). If you ever find bed bugs, make sure to keep the evidence live and at hand, because the manager will deny the existence of the little bastards.

It was the worst experience I ever had checking in to a Hotel (extended America Miami springs) the front desk representative took a copy of my id and credit card but wasn't able to swipe it because she didn't know how too, the room I checked into was completely dirty (the sheets were dirty and stained) the air did not work … It was a completely hot room so I had to get a different room. When we were moved over to next room. We came to surprise that there was no dishes, napkins, toaster, cups absolutely nothing… Everything needed to get requested … The following morning after I when downstairs to get the Wi-Fi password the representative ask me for my id and a credit card. But the rep working at night already had taken a copy of my information, that same night I had the do not disturb sign on my door and another representative came knocking at the door to verify my room and credit card again. — which they should just called … The next day the electricity when out for hours, there was a notice on the wall but if I wouldve of known prior to booking the hotel or even if the representative checking us in would of mentioned it at check in … It would been great because we would've of known the hotel was working on projects and we would of booked else where So after all that I decided to checkout early the desk representative told me if I check out before 11am I wouldn't be charge for a extra night so I did exactly what he told me.

Worst hotel I have EVER been in. Noise all night long. No dishes, coffee pot nothing in kitchen, not even soap for dishwasher. Called front desk to have said items sent to the room, and they sent dirty dishes up. The milk at breakfast was sour. Instead of changing the milk out, they put a out of order sign on the milk dispenser. Room was dirty and we killed 2 roaches in the room. Front desk person was rude and acted like it was a bother to address the problems. If I could give this place a 0 I would. Do not waste your money staying here.

Air conditioning was broken in the hallways so portable units were brought in. Trim on the elevator was held on by painters tape and nails that were sticking out of the walls. Room was fine to sleep in but smelled odd and stuffy. Bed was line a piece of flexible plywood. Fine for the 100/one night deal but wouldn't pay more than that.

Had an over night stay before work the next day. Front desk attendant made me feel as though I was bothering her while I was checking in. The Hotel smelled sour and room smelled like the carpet was wet. The bed was run down and very uncomfortable to sleep in. People roamed the halls all night and it smelled like Marijuana. A few times someone knocked on my door and obviously ran away cause they thought it was The next day I couldn't wait to check out. I forgot my work jacket in the closet. I called right away and spoke to someone named george. I got a call back a few minutes later to say they had my jacket. I told the young man that I was already on the train but would have someone pick it up the next day. I called the next day to be told by George that they didn't have the jacket. I have him my number so that he could check again and call me back. Five days went by… still no return phone call. Called the following day and spoke with George again to be told they didn't have it. I would never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. A few good things were that they have a laundry facility and the bathroom in my room was very clean. The hotel location was ideal for me to get to work. Other than that I was not satisfied with my stay and would never chose this hotel again.

No stars — ice not available, only in-room refrigerator with a freezer that dropped two cubes per hour! Beds mediocre and an advertized shuttle that begins at 7:00 am — I was told it was 24-hour service. Very nice front desk clerk though — certainly not her fault for the shabby condition of the rooms.

Minimal housekeeping. Poor Internet connection. Gym consisted of treadmill and two stationary bikes.

If you want a good nights rest here is impossible not to mention an afternoon nap. The stomping is right round the clock and then the loud conversations coming from the rooms next to you on both side. And the kicker you talk to the front desk about it and it gets worse.
