Horrible experience for getting checked in. Lazy staff, dirty room. Never had to wait 4 hours in a lobby and then when my room was ready was told to go to the back of the line. Been a Hilton Honor member for close to 15 years and never experienced anything like it. Had to call house cleaning in because they supposedly just painted the room and there was stuff all over the furniture (however it was greasy). Just to be told that it wasn’t their problem and I need to talk to the front desk. Never ever again!

Desk staff are all wonderful. Breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. Free drinks, and shuttle service to and from the airport.

Great place to stay post cruise if you have a later flight out of Miami. We checked in as day hotel guests which allow for the use of all hotel facilities!

We had a great check in experience. We r chasing the hurricane Ian. It was a long trip abd very stressful but I think her nana us Darrika. She was so so nice and talking to my grandkids. Very welcoming… very nice hotel! Thank u for making our time away from our home during this time less stressful.

This is the 2nd time in a row I've booked with this brand just to book a accessible room and find out the day of, that I don't have an accessible room. The last time they suggested that I join the honors program and it'll be easier so I did. This time I double checked a couple of weeks ago and found out I didn't have one so I canceled and rebooked an ACCESSIBLE room on the app, prepaid. Now I'm at the airport trying to check in just to be told I, again, don't have an accessible room! I'm done! If this was not prepaid I would cancel and go somewhere else.

Very Spacious Rooms. Great Food!

Car was broken into and manager Benny Degama lied and said there was no camera footage. Yet? There are cameras at the side entrance where our car was parked-less than 20 Feet from our car. My daughter’s entire business wardrobe and coach bag was stolen from our car-valued at over $3250. The security officer would not even give us her name and refused to even allow us to view the footage. Officer Gonzalez came and reported the incident and told us that your hotel is notorious for burglary. He is sent there multiple times a day. There will be a detective coming to obtain footage. If it’s been tampered with? We will be filing a civil suit against this hotel and staff. Jennifer Rabon.

The person who attended me at the reception welcomed us with a terrible attitude, a really offensive person, it was the worst experience I have received in all my years of being a Hilton Honor Gold customer. I don't recommend them at all.

Total dump! Lobby looks nice, but rooms are disgusting and beyond ran down. Room smelled like straight marijuana and front desk could careless. Rooms are comparable to a motel8. Hilton umbrella should be ashamed of this franchise owner and this dump.

So it's a lovely hotel but… we are suppose to have a Keurig and snacks and sodas as Gold going on Diamond members on the "8th floor" but those items have yet to materialize at 7pm. Otherwise it's a beautiful hotel. The front desk is working on the issue. Will follow up this review.

Worst stay at a Hilton property EVER. Unfriendly and inattentive front desk staff.

Arrived at 11:30 PM per reservation and to my surprise they accepted my reservation with no rooms available… they offered me nothing, not even an apology and clearly I was traveling with kids coming in town late again as indicated on my reservation. They continue to treat consumers this way because we allow it but this is unacceptable. Someone from the hotel could’ve notified me as well offered an alternative and an apology.

Prices were higher than when we booked online rooms very cold and heat dosen't work they don't provide you with enough blankets. Going to the front desk is like pulling teeth the lines are long and there is no use calling the phone is never answered.

Very understaff hotel. No one answers the front desk and very unprofessional general manager who never returns calls that left on his answering machine. Would not recommend or stay in this hotel if it was offered for free.

Jasiel was one of the best employees hands down. 10/10 would recommend him! He is at the bar downstairs in the lobby if you come visit him and make friends. He makes the stay well worth it!

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. My daughter wasn’t able to swim because marijuana was being smoked at the pool, loud vulgar music was being played, and alcohol was being drunk. We weren’t able to enjoy breakfast because there was 2 uncontrollable fights that broke out while we were eating. The blood from the fight sat on the floor for a whole 24 hours. Hotels rooms are very out dated and dirty. This is not Hilton standard. This hotel is a big block party and anything goes. I urge you not to stay here. The staff has no sense of urgency or control over what goes on here. Don’t make the same mistake that I made.

We were stuck there for 4 days due the Covid 19 and our place in the keys being rented. The Managemnent and staff were fantastic, accommodating and very hospitable! The renovation they did was very well done and the place was kept clean and safe as possible during the lock down! Thanks again folks!

Got charged at the bar for something I did not charge and got the run around for 3 days before they fixed. Tv channels frozen so you could not watch. Not a good experience. The sad part if your not checking your bill they can get away with taking money from people. Not a good way to do business!

Tried telling front desk several channels are frozen. They say it’s the TV I say no. Maintenance comes and says it’s their cable satellite company issue. Fix it the several other guests complained as well. Trying to watch my movie then stops. Go to other channels same thing. Order a glass of wine during happy hour and get a bill for $17 and I pay it. I later ask front desk why I why charged during happy hour and she said you went to wrong area. Like why didn’t anyone say that first. This isn’t my first time at an Embassy suites. Very disappointing customer service here.

It's very efficient. Breakfast was always nice, no long wait to have your eggs done. The room ok but I think it hadn't been aired for awhile because it smelt a little stale when we first arrived. All in all a good experience. I liked the open bar on evenings, the guests really enjoyed it.

Was not pleased with the rooms. I could tell from outside it was. When I walked in the lobby it was nice and smelled good; however, it was not indicative of the rooms. Old rooms and need renovations. Breakfast was great and there is plenty of seating unlike some of the other Embassy Suites I have stayed in.

My family and I stayed there for three days. The next morning I went down for breakfast and I was blessed with the charming personality of Tamara. She was so nice. The staff is very nice. Ricky and joey just started talking to us as if we were old friends. We loved it. The breakfast was delicious. The only issue that made us leave earlier was that there was no kitchen option for those who want to fix their own food. But we enjoyed our stay there. Good job guys!

Nice comfortable room… pool was ok but noisy because of the planes always flying overhead. The complimentary breakfast buffet was ample and satisfying. The 5-7 welcome open bar was well staffed and friendly. My biggest gripe would have to be the parking… 19/day! The system wasn’t working during the week I stayed, so I saw people who didn’t stay here come and go for free. Why did I have to pay? Other than that… great location, as far as the airport is concerned.

Urine stained bed linens, exposed live electric wire on one of the lamps, The front desk does not answer their phone and the airport shuttle is not going to pick you up when they say to expect them. The lobby looks nice but past that the place is a complete and total disaster. I travel 100 nights a year and this is the worst run hotel I’ve seen in a long time. When traveling with the family we usually love Embassy suites. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else, really anywhere else has to be better.

This is the noisiest hotel ever! You can hear everything! The rooms around you every time they flush, the elevators dinging, the train, I expected the planes. They allowed kids to play in the pool until 1am yelling and screaming as well as hang out in the echoing lobby area. The pool area is only cleaned once a day and staff will just walk by chicken bones and napkins on the ground all day. The whirlpool/hot tub was cloudy and always filled with unsupervised kids. Restaraunt is extremely over priced for the quality. Rooms are very outdated. They say they have valet parking but I never saw anyone. This place needs new management! There is minimal parking and its $18 a day. Stay somewhere else!

This place is terrible. Their computer system have been running haywire for two days straight of my stay causing my bank to be alarmed. A substantial rain/thunderstorm hit the area and water leaking in my room. They did move me but they acted like it was par for the course. They dont answer at the front desk. I've had to visit in person for service and always a line. Inside courtyard is freshly remodeled, but the rooms are undesirable & outdated & smell of mold. Carpet & bathroom floors are dirty with stains (in both rooms I stayed in). Just an overall bad upkeep of the facilities. Not recommended unless you want to hear noise all day long (including MIA air flight patterns)

We stayed here after coming off of a cruise, checked in around 11am and our room was ready! Rooms nice and spacious, the happy hr drinks and snacks were great. We enjoyed their large outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Very clean. The actual location of hotel is a little iffy, not around any restaurants or shopping but they do offer a free shuttle bus to take you to those places which was really nice. It was only about a 5-10 minute drive.

When staying for work, I judge hotels on: Cleanliness 4 Internet speed. 4 Shower Pressure/Hot Water 4 Gym Size N/a 1 is awful, 3 is good, and 5 is great. N/a means I did not use. **4 stars is everything on par, and I reserve 5 stars for something extraordinary that happened during my stay.

We stayed overnight at this establishment during a layover. The service was top notch from the airport shuttle to the cooks at the breakfast bar. We stayed on the 6th floor in one bedroom suite. It was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was plenty and fresh. There were a lot of guest eating, but service made sure it was constantly refilled and clean. Overall, it was a very nice stay at this renovated hotel.

Lousy! The reception is renovated and "nice" but that's it. The rooms are spacious but old, ugly and all very precarious. The dirty glasses, the ceilings of the rooms are pitiful. The bathroom ugly, the shower if half more than 1, 60 tenes Q kneel down to Q you wet your head and eye c the towel racks because you touch and fall. It's a very good hotel.

Planes roar overhead from 6am to midnight and the trains start blowing horns at 5am. Try to get a room in the X1X-X2X range to cut down on the noise. Quality hotel with a really great vibe. Comfy beds, clean, with a nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was great, with extensive choices and an omelette station. Service at reception and the bar was a little slow for this impatient Northeaster but our friendly Bell hop made me feel welcome and relaxed.

Never use Embassy suites for airport rides. My family went on a spring vacation and we were hoping to return to the hotel to get to our car and go home. However, we ended up waiting for 20 minutes. When the driver finally arrived, he explained how the bus was full and he had to go around the entire airport to drop off people. So we had to wait even longer for it to come back. In total, we waited for about 50 minutes. Embassy suites doesn’t have any buses except one it seems like. I don’t recommend. Find an airport travel bus that doesn’t take as long and doesn’t waste your time.

NOISE NOISE NOISE NOISE! Planes will be landing just over the roof of the hotel all day and night. And train tracks run right beside the property — and blow their horns ALL NIGHT LONG. You will need ear plugs. I ended up sleeping in the "living room" section of the room because the bedroom was so loud it was pointless. The food and drinks on property weren't bad, but the bar was out of beer 2 nights running. Once was draft, and the next night bottles. This caused various people in our group problems based on their preferences. Other than that, the hotel isn't bad. The breakfast is actually pretty darn good! If you can sleep through anything and everything, maybe this is the place for you. But don't those reviewers on Google we didn't warn you!

One of the better airport hotels in Miami, MIA. It's located 10 minutes ride from the airport and about the same from downtown. They have shuttles every half hour to the airport and both self parking and valet. They serve a free breakfast and an evening reception in the atrium which as plenty of seating including power sockets for modern working. There is also a restaurant and a bar in the atrium as well as a business centre. The hotel has an outdoor pool and a whirlpool as well as a decent sized gym with plenty of space and machines. The suites are big and well planned with plenty of storage space and good size bathrooms. Most rooms have a small balcony on one side and a view over the atrium on the other. The hotel is well located for a stopover in Miami and has enough to keep you occupied if you decide not to leave the hotel.

Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Pool and jacuzzi were nice. Loved the breakfast and free happy hour. However we had people partying next door that were loudly fighting for over an hour at 2 am. We called the front desk twice with no answer. They finally stopped and we were able to sleep for a few hours. Our air conditioning stopped working the second night. It was so hot we couldn't sleep and had to move rooms at 3am. Thank goodness they answered that time. Finally one of the elevators was broken all weekend, the others were all SLOW, and they dinged loudly at each floor waking me up the first morning at 7 am. Would have given 5 stars if it weren't for these 3 issues.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: This hotel has the worst by far service in the World wide hotel industry. I cant name the problems. I am not trying to brag, but I have been a diamonds member with Hilton for 3 years, and by far this hotel is the most just gross. Bad Internet (See attached photo), unstable Meeting room temperature, front desk employees hate their job, management/ front desk lie about upgrades. This hotel I swear is making me want to just give up on Hilton properties. The rooms are outdated. Phone in my room doesn’t work, I noticed blood/makeup stain on a towel. I will never ever ever in a million years visit this property. Yes, once you walk in its beautiful, but dont let the cover fool you. I would also add: THE LOCATION SUCKS.

The breakfast here is really good. I recommend getting an omelette. Rooms are decent. Parking can get tight, but I can usually find a place somewhere around the building. Workout room is small but well equipped.

This was an overpriced and exhausting visit, leading most of my party to decide to return to our formerly/previously preferred hotel chains (and sorry we left them in the first place). Additionally, we decided we needed a new travel agent, as well, since we were baffled that any professional would recommend this place. The bad points outnumbered the good, sadly: lost reservations resulting in late check in, non-working lobby outlets, multiple encounters with rude and condescending service from staff, wrong rooms on reservation, multiple calls to housekeeping for towels and coffee (4 people on reservation, not 2), dated rooms with broken appliances, two broken doors, peeling paint, and dirty bathrooms. Hallways not cleaned and carts of dirty dishes left overnight. All the free food and extra rewards points in the world were not worth this truly painful experience. The two stars are for the hot tub, complimentary airport shuttle, and free breakfast (while the buffet wasn’t actually hot, it was enough for energy so we could finishing packing, hop that shuttle, depart quickly, and never look back). Not recommended.

Acceptable breakfast and relatively large rooms.

Amazing that an airport hotel finishing a major upgrade has neglected to at least double pane the windows to reduce airplane noise. One side, you get regular plane takeoffs to listen to. Other side, instead, you listen to a major freight rail rumbling through, six of them early one morning. Interior opened up so it's a sound box, you can hear conversation across the ways. Restaurant also in the open, looks like part of the lobby so you don't recognize where it is. Odd, interior architect should be fired.

Well it is a beautiful hotel very nice because they are refurbished inside there in that hotel we have the Headquarters of our Church, King Jesus visit the God can make things great in your life.

We had a guaranteed check-in for 4PM, arrived on time & the room was not ready. My family & I to wait 1 hour & 15 minutes before we were able to get into our room, which was not fun with an infant, especially after traveling all day. At 5:15 we were given keys to the room; however, the bathroom smelled of a strong bleach-like chemical & the bathroom floor was soaking wet. After going out to dinner we arrived back at the room around 9PM. At 11PM the room became super hot, the thermostat was dropped to 66, which was the lowest it would go but there was no air coming out. At 2AM, I woke up because of how hot the room had become. My husband called the front desk using his cell phone because the room phone was broken & they said they were unable to help. An hour later (it was too hot to fall back asleep), I decided to call the front desk myself. I asked if they could bring a plug-in fan & I was told no since engineering had gone home for the night. Housekeeping also gave the last fan away to another room that was having the same issue. I asked if they could send someone to a Wal-Mart to buy one which was less than 2 miles away & I was told no. The lady made it clear that all she could do was notify a manager to call me in the morning to help me, although we were checking out the next day. The managers reception was made up of goldfish, tortilla chips, salsa, raw carrots, & raw broccoli but the broccoli was wilted & browning.

Customer service miss leading, I called a few weeks early to book a room explaining that we were going on a cruise for seven days and that we wanted to leave our vehicle at the motel, we were told we needed the “cruise package “ that would include parking the car while we were on the cruise. When we arrived at the motel we were told it would be an extra $56.00 to park the car, friends who were traveling with us had the same room and amenities as us, they were told to have park and stay and were not charged the extra parking. Also now they do not have a shuttle to pick you up upon your return so you have to get a cab. Have stayed at much better motels in Miami but they never offered the parking, but there are discount parking lots which supply shuttle bus. This should have been attended to when I checked in as I told them I had stayed there before and parked but was never charged extra for parking. Hilton honors offered me extra 5000 points never excepted as in the future will stay at a another motel. Unhappy past loyal customer. Update Hilton has decided to refund me the $56.00 $59.00 w tax’s.

Half of the staff is nice but the other half is not. We ate at the restaurant there and it was terrible. The food was I've cold and it took an hour to get it. The waiter took one plate back and then came back and asked the rest of us if the food was good after we all complained and he said he would do nothing about it. The manager did not charge us for our meal which was nice. The pool is amazing and beautiful and the hot tub is so relaxing. The breakfast buffet is okay.

Attended an event/dinner show in the Key Biscayne I room. It was comedy/murder mystery show. It was really entertaining and I enjoyed the food. Would recommend people to go see it.

Their rooms are small and did not smell very well, mold in the bathroom.

Even though renovations were underway, we had a great time for the one night we stayed before departing for our cruise. The staff was SUPER friendly and they try to accomodate the best they can. The only downside is lack of parking for guests. The hotel also caters to airport parking guests, so it is extremely difficult for overnight guests to find a parking space, especially if you leave and come back.

Very disappointed overall with this property. They are doing an extensive remodel of the public spaces that was supposed to be finished in December 2017 (according to website when I booked), it seems clear that they are months away from that being completed. The check in was a little difficult to find initially but got all checked in and they were very professional. The reception was also enjoyable and very typical of other properties in the chain. The guest rooms were very dated. They seem like they are in desperate need of updates! Peeling wallpaper are not what I would expect of a Hilton property. We also had dinner in the restaurant that evening and while the server was good and did a fine job I thought the kitchen did a poor job on the preparation of the food. The sandwich seemed like it had very little meat on it compared to the price.

On this occasion just leave my car parked for a week during a trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in remodeling. Comfortable, spacious and clean room. Good quality food.

Totally Wowed! The staff went above and beyond with help, pleasantries and kindness. The complimentary buffet breakfast was terrific, and lunch was good and reasonably priced. The room was comfortable, large and clean. And we were sorry we slept through the complimentary happy hour!

We have been staying in this hotel for over six years. We are from Canada and love this place! We come here always before our cruise. The staff at the front desk are courteous and friendly. The manager always recognizes us and stops by to say hello. She is wonderful! We love the rooms and have never had a problem. The managers reception is lovely and the breakfast is perfect. I would say my only complaint is that there is no mustard laid out next to the ketchup bottles for the morning breakfast. I always eat mustard with the eggs and home fries. Otherwise, we love it there and are arriving again on November 30th.

Multiple problems with room 324: peephole painted over; door did not close on its own — had to be pushed shut, even when it feels closed you can open it; significant construction noise; tops for to-go cups but no cups. Pellegrino water in fridge as ordered but no bottle opener. Desk clerk said she would send one up but it never came. Nightstand lamp not fastened to table and almost falls off when you try to turn it on. Clearly Hurricane Irma and remodeling had an impact on these issues. Aside from the bottle opener, staff were great. On the plus side, you can park here for half the price of parking at the airport — and take their shuttle to the airport.

Nice sized room, comfy bed, decent shower. All good so far but the food options were not great and there was loud noise throughout the night coming from outside. Perhaps not the hotel's fault but they need to do more to muffle the sound. Better windows perhaps.

I'm only giving them 1 star because the exceptional happy hour made up for the rest of my crappy stay. First I checked in online and reserved my rooms and requested early check in AND I called to verify that. I get to the hotel after driving 16 hours and I'm told nothing is available. This is at 1130. Okay cool, 1 still nothing but yet and still other folks were getting checked in. At 245 2 of the 3 rooms were available. We were told that they ran out of linen so we had to wait for them to get ready. We got in our room at 330. That evening when my kids were making up the pull out couch we found that the linen was dirty. We called and requested clean linen and face towels. That never came so we took them off the cart in the hall (so sorry). And there needs to be some more lightening added to the side of the building during the construction. Going to the gym at 6 am is pretty scary. Needless to say this was the very worst stay that I've ever had at Embassy.

As a Hilton diamond member. I have to say I am Ashamed of this hotel. A cheap motel has a lot better service and quality than this. From the service to the employees you could not go any lower. There has been trash left out in the halls for over 24 hours. The restaurant took over an hour Just to get our orders taken. No ice in vending. I definitely would not go back here. Hopefully Hilton steps in to save this hotel.

What I like mostly about this hotel is it is conveniently close to the airport and full the price of a Hilton brand it is Affordable. This hotel is great for families whose traveling to Miami who's going to be spending quite some time and Miami. Ballrooms in Suites and as a full hot breakfast which include The Omelette station… just to give an update today's date. Is September 1st 2017 and this hotel is under renovation… so there is no pool and all the restaurant and all the food activities is in the ballroom please look at my pictures and you will see but there's nothing wrong with the hotel I've just given advance notice to let you know that this hotel is under renovation so if you come to use the pool it's down.

Let's be clear, this is motel quality, even without the construction. This is not your average Embassy Suites: it's old and has… odors. It's oddly designed (why are there more elevators in the back of the building where there is no entrance or amenities, than in the front of the building in the lobby? ) and carpets are disgusting. It's near the casino and nothing else, so you need a car. If you rely on the shuttle you're going to be frustrated. I wouldn't stay here again if the room was free. Trust me, there are better options. The Hyatt Place right next door is $30 cheaper per night and apparently brand new. I have no personal qualm with the hotel or staff, but everyone in my party (about 50 people throughout the hotel) was disappointed with this experience.

Staff very friendly, but the hotel is under construction and there is a lot of noise. The hotel is in a very good and central area. I should have more vigilance, at 2pm we knocked on the door and on several occasions we were very frightened, we complained but we were not told an apology.

Drove by car… first verbal slap until the nice man noticed that we are probably guests. We were allowed to carry out heavy suitcases ourselves. No service. Reception is under Occupation. Lasted for a quarter of an hour and the good woman worked stressed and thus unfriendly. Then up… oh. The good woman could not write in a hurry Either. 7 and 1 look the same, so back ask again… With our heavy suitcases we drove up to our Suite. In the hallway we did not pass by the Cleaning-house. Well… 2x Running. Had to wonder then that even a bottle of water was ready in the Suite. Great Reception. Lampshades All skewed… Call me petty, but I pay attention to something like that at the Price. It's not so Wild. But WLAN should already be Standard. No… Had to be first to the reception and special Hilton member… O. K. They gave me a card with access data which unfortunately should not Work. Reception called after 5x then someone reached. She was recovering because he was under Occupation. I called again and asked what's not going on. She explained to me in English that it is not with the password or the business card and I need to fill in something else. No thanks. I didn't like the technical upside and I was also in a lot of good hotels. I then fixed a high speed access for 11 Dollars/day and wrote this REVIEW. The suite is actually clean except for the Windows. You can look at the dirt on it. Oja. The toilet bowl is loose. The shower water is not hot. No hand Shower.

Outdated. Wi-Fi is absolutely horrible. Bathroom walls are filthy.

The airport shuttle driver is wonderful. The lobby is amazing. Nice pool and hot tub. Charging station in lobby very useful. Business center located in lobby. Good experience.

There are kids and also adults unbelieveably runnng up and down halls and playing in the elevator at 12:40am as I am typing this. Do not stay here if you are merely wanting to sleep before an early morning flight because it won't happen. Ive sent texts to the front desk as instructed if something needed to be "made right' and no response. I called the front desk 4 times and finally got an answer. Still noisy. I've stayed at hiltons and embassy suites a good deal and one is by far the worst. The two stars are solely for the woman who checked us in, the bartender and the room service.

I came to Miami for a little entertainment & dancing. I got a text on my way there from Brian. The experience was great from the start. Breakfast was great. Then I left my phone charger there after I checked out. I texted Brian about my charger and he had it FedEx to me the next day. This was great customer service, Thank you Brian!

The location very attractive. Let's see how it looks with the food. Chicken wings were good.

Fantastic for families with young kids who like to swim, see birds, see waterfalls, and eat snacks. Our favorite part was that we could put our kids to bed in the bedroom, shut the door and then watch TV in the living room. So great!

We got there around 7pm, took about 15 mins before we even receive a server/bartender, the place didn't even look busy at all, I finally get to order an appetizer, and at this point and time ask the bartender what he thinks of the spinach and artichoke dip, he tells me it's great so good, so we wait patiently for at least a half hour. Without bothering the bartender that apparently can't handle his 8-12 people section. Didn't want to fluster him… So eventually we get the dip brought to us by someone else, and as she's putting side plates on my table one is filthy and she noticed and took it away but never brought a new one… Total lack of service, and I take a bite of my food and realize hey I bet it's been sitting in the kitchen for at least 15 minutes because the cheese wasn't even melted it was hard for a spinach dip and Luke warm… The service was terrible no one even asked me how it was. Not even one check up… And I go up to the bar to grab my bill, the bartender let's me know that the tip is included even though we're not even guest at the hotel, and honestly I'm fine with that because I know people must tip terribly close to the airport with the tourists and all, but that was one of the most disgusting things I've eaten in a long time, for a nice looking hotel it sure fooled me. Don't eat there unless you want terrible service and really bad food, and don't forget the tip is on top, even a party of 2. I would never go back there if you paid me.

Stayed one night before departure out of Miami to home. It's literally right around the corner from the airport — planes will fly by as they come in and out. Little Havana and Coral Gables not far away for great food or shopping. The rooms are a bit dated and scuffed from heavy use — but clean and comfortable. Free drinks at happy hour for Hilton Honor guests helps, as does the welcome from staff upon check in.

Great hospitality. Convenient location. Nicely furnished spacious suites. Excellent breakfast. Tremendous charm in and around the courtyard design. Home away from home when in Miami.

Excellent reasonably priced Hotel. The Staff are well-trained and very Professional. Valets, House Service, Front Desk and Management. Happy Hour with the snacks and Drinks superb (Try the Sangria! ) and the Breakfast in the morning — — — delicious! I ordered the Omelet and it came real quick. The Cooking staff had it down to an Art. This is a good place to stay for those who are traveling via Miami International because they have a shuttle. I drove there because I am a Floridian. Gift Shop man gave me excellent Directions on how to get back to Alligator Alley without all the twists and turns. Triple A although a good service can't compete with what this guy in the Gift Shop did for me. Miami roads are not for the inexperienced or faint of heart. Again great experience.!

I travel a lot for work and stay in hotels all over the east coast and some in california. This particular hotel is the most OVERPRICED I have ever seen. The rooms are $200 per night and doesn't include parking OR Wi-Fi! On top of that, the hotel is OLD and not up to par with most standard Hampton's. They should really consider lowering the rate considerably, or including more amenities. Even without the overpricing in mind, the employees that I encountered were rather arrogant. I had at least 2 employees of the hotel ASSUME they knew who I was/why I was there/and where I was going after my stay. This was quite annoying. I kept having to ask, "are you talking to me? " Their employees need to approach EACH and EVERY customer as if they are unique individuals and treat them as such. With the high volume of customers that pass through there, they can't just assume that they're clairvoyant. In summation, I was very disappointed in my stay after being accustomed to Hampton Inn's. Anyone reading this, GO HAMPTON or GO HOME.

The room was great once we finally got in! Arrived at hotel about 1:00 we couldn't check in until 4:00 when rooms would be ready. They were going to send a text when the room was ready. Shortly before 4 I hadn't received a text yet, went to the lobby to check in and there were maybe 75 people in the lobby for the same thing. I received my text at 4:18. It was finally 4:55 when we got to the desk to check in. An hour in line is uncalled for. Check in process was extremely slow due to the volume of people checking in, overbooking of rooms, etc. Why couldn't they do the check in process when we arrived and give us our room key at 4:00, it couldn't be any more unorganized that it was, especially when they were expecting that many guests? Once the check in process was done we could enjoy our room, the beds were nice, breakfast was very good, atrium was very nice. Will I stay there again? I doubt it.

The hotel is very pretty like most Embassy Suites. However we stood at airport for 45 minutes waiting for shuttle service which never showed. We took a cab and the shuttle van was parked at entrance and hood was cool. The room also was not in good repair. The floor was wet at 10pm at night, the shower was broke so in morning I was sprayed with cold water. The door to balcony in our room was also broke and wouldn't fully shut. This is a big deal when you are at an airport hotel. Since the door wouldn't shut and latch every airplane was incredibly loud and kept us up.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here we were bumped up to the executive roomwith free Wi-Fi no less! PLus we got other perks such as free robe, slippers, and the room has coffeemaker. Overall very relaxing stay. We hope to come back again soon.

Overbooked, worse experience ever in hotel travel. I had a reservation paid in full for my family of 5 for nearly 11 months. Arrived late at night to be told they don't have any rooms and were sending us to the Ramada (A DOWNGRADE IN QUALITY) nearby. In almost 32 years of traveling, I have always liked Embassy Suites and have never had a problem until now. So instead of getting off a late 11:20pm flight and hoping to get my young kids to bed, I didn't even get to a replacement hotel until after 2am only so we can get up less than 6 hours later to get on the road. Can't say I'll ever stay at this Embassy Suites again. Very poor management! Only nice person there was the shuttle supervisor who graciously drove us to the Ramada after I refused to take a taxi with my children.

Excellent customer service from cleaning personal and kitchen. Impeccable cleaning room, I have to use my black light to check the detail cleaning. Delicious breakfast every morning.

Stayed here for a night after my flight was canceled do to inclement weather. The hotel itself is dated and can use some renovations. My towels in my room were clean but were old. You can tell from the texture they were old towels. When I went to hang my towel up on the bathroom door, the hook fell off. While taking a shower the hot water was not nearly hot enough which led to a quick shower. Im not sure if the temperature control was even working in my room but it was freezing even after I set it to 75 degrees. These are all technical things that can be easily fixed. The staff was super friendly to me and in particular I believe her name was Olga. She greeting me one day for Lunch at the hotel restaurant and the next day at the breakfast buffet she remembered my name and everything I told her. She was super nice and more hotels need people like that because it really does make you feel welcome. Hotel needs work but they have the right pieces.
