Review of Embassy Suites 3*

We got there around 7pm, took about 15 mins before we even receive a server/bartender, the place didn't even look busy at all, I finally get to order an appetizer, and at this point and time ask the bartender what he thinks of the spinach and artichoke dip, he tells me it's great so good, so we wait patiently for at least a half hour. Without bothering the bartender that apparently can't handle his 8-12 people section. Didn't want to fluster him… So eventually we get the dip brought to us by someone else, and as she's putting side plates on my table one is filthy and she noticed and took it away but never brought a new one… Total lack of service, and I take a bite of my food and realize hey I bet it's been sitting in the kitchen for at least 15 minutes because the cheese wasn't even melted it was hard for a spinach dip and Luke warm… The service was terrible no one even asked me how it was. Not even one check up… And I go up to the bar to grab my bill, the bartender let's me know that the tip is included even though we're not even guest at the hotel, and honestly I'm fine with that because I know people must tip terribly close to the airport with the tourists and all, but that was one of the most disgusting things I've eaten in a long time, for a nice looking hotel it sure fooled me. Don't eat there unless you want terrible service and really bad food, and don't forget the tip is on top, even a party of 2. I would never go back there if you paid me. Hope this helps all you wanting good food and service, and my background is in the service industry so I know what I'm talking about;)
