Okay, This hotel has good rates and is a short 15 min ride to Mid Miami Beach on the 112 — I-195 and very close to MIA Airport. This is hotel is also a 25 min ride from FLL Airport on the I-95. The pool is large and tends to attract families. The front desk staff were young and polite locals. My room 303, seemed fine at first glance. However, over my 2 days in the room, I killed 6 small roaches and noticed the rug was separating from the wall. The bed was comfortable — Water was warm but not hot — Parking was a little tough at night —

Good clean room with a good smell, bathroom was nice and clean. Amazing air conditioning! Nice TV and pool was nice. Although some lights look hazardous, like a tippy lamp and broken headboard lights. No breakfast, have to pay extra. And lastly it is good it’s not that far away from the airport, but with the way the hotel is set up, a couple separated buildings with rooms all around, every room can hear the planes that take off. The first photo is after we slept in the beds, they were nice and made when we arrived.

The first room we had was infested with different types of bugs. Front desk it’s Miami that’s normal. One or two bugs but not an infestation. They gave us another room. Both rooms did not have working AC. It’s has microwaves and mini fridges in the rooms. Bathrooms are outdated and NO hot water. I wouldn’t stay here again. I would suggest you finding another place. They do offer a free shuttle to and from the airport. They also offer a free shuttle service to the cruise ship ports that the only plus I will give this location. If you read this ad please give me a thumbs up!

What can I not say. Can't say it was expensive or beautiful. This place is a cross between slapping lipstick on a pig, and abandoned crack house. There are no lights that are actually attached to the ceiling or even walls. Carpet reminds me of the carpet used in the Bates motel. Surprised, that sheets were actually clean but don't get too excited the towels will cut you with every wipe. I also had a not so needed visitor who accompanied me throughout the stay. The 6 six legged creepy crawler was in the corner of the door. Exactly where the door opens, and connects with the hindges. It took the maintenance man 15 minutes to arrive upstairs and terminate the roach. When informing the front desk of the problem, they acted as if this was normal routine, and nothing is wrong with what I had stated was in my room. There is no free breakfast, no free water. The ice machine is on the first floor. And no exercise facility. The bathroom in your room is your saving grace. The floors have been redone, and there's actually decent lighting in there. Water heats to decent temperature for a great shower. For what I paid, I would have been better off at a motel.

Clean room. Friendly staff. A little slow getting you into a room. My friend spent 2 hours after the room was cleaned and ready beefore they would issue it. No breakfast. No fridge or microwave. Community microwave available but not available til after 4pm til 10pm. Priced well. Convenient location.

A building that would have been quite nice in the 50s, this Days Inn is now more of a wretched hive of scum and villany and unknowing air travelers. The rates and location are appealing, the prostitutes and drug dealers wheeling and dealing from the parking lot… not so much. We were catching an early morning flight and wanted a place to crash so we didn't have to drive up from the Keys at 2am, but in the long run that may have been a little more restful. After checking in around 8:00pm my father and I were propositioned by a woman of ill repute (who was staying at the hotel) while carrying our luggage up to my room (including my son's baby carriage! ). After politely declining this offer we found a fairly recently remodeled hotel room with a small A/C unit desperately chugging along trying (and not quite succeeding) to compete with the Miami heat. This A/C unit's saving grace was that it halfway drowned out the comings and goings and yellings that went on in the parking lot the whole night. The parking lot has a gate, but it was not being utilized and the stream of traffic in and out all night seemed to preclude more than just hotel guests. The hotel has a bar, which may have accounted for some of this traffic, but I'm not sure… There was a pool advertised which we did not visit, and the staff was polite, but largely due to the clientele and sheer noise on the lot I would not suggest this hotel for families.

If I could give less than a star would give it very dirty the smell of humidity is horrible the room very dirty the dead must be thrown strong mind to close that caused that I will reveal myself and not Sir that the people of the next room when they spoke Tod or heard. The Internet did not come to my room… I do not recommend.

Infested with bugs. The staff will say this is Miami there is bugs. I told them yes that’s true but Miami doesn’t have infestation like my pics show. They did switch our room. Bathroom tubs are old. There is zero hot water, they said it’s Miami that’s normal. It’s has a small restaurant for sandwiches and a bar with pool tables. I suggest never staying here and the health department closes them down.

They give you a free shuttle to and from airport. That’s what sold me on this place. However, when we walked down hall to our bedroom, and I seen a cockroach so big it could eat a small dog I was freaked. Our room had a odd smell. It was not clean and did I mention the place is infested with roaches? Yuck! Yuck! Yuck! You would be better off renting a car and sleeping in it. Awful!

The rugs on hallways worn out, critters. Bathroom old, not exhaust fan, it stay humid. Overpriced! Customer's service sucks!

It really is disgusting. Does not have elevators, nor cold, the hallways are disgusting it seems that for a long time did not see a vacumn, the air conditioning in the hallways dirty, full of dusts. I had to go twice to the front desk the floor of the room 252 with an average under the chair and when I went to sleep, the bed sheet dirty. And the lady at the front desk their response is tomorrow I speak with the manager. Not really. I recommend it for anything is disgusting.

Hotel very old, smells bad, is dirty and the customer service is bad. The closet of the room smells like pee.

Kastrophal! Although cheap you should expect a clean and tidy room (see photos)! It vagitosis and room is tiny. The photos we have seen Brim book voices back and forward not!

My room was located in the beautiful garden, which I loved! However the pool looked clean but when you go to get in there are plastic pieces and other objects floating in the water. Also the water in my shower NEVER got hot, heck it never got warm although the water in the sink did.

It sucks all dirty does not have elevator the Mouquette all dirty not the stepper never saw a hotel so.

Had to give it at least 1 to write a review. Not worth 125.00 a night. Needs updated, inside and outside. Requested handicap accessible room when it was booked and paid for online. Was given a small room with a step inside the room. Couldn't even get my wheelchair around the bed to use the small bathroom. Nor fit into the bathroom.

Outdated rooms and building. Ceiling in our room has cracks and mold. Requested handicap accessible with queen bed, was given a small room that had a step to get in. And a double size bed. The bathroom door was smaller than a normal door. I couldn't fit around the bed with my wheelchair cause the t. V. Table was huge. No trash can in room. Shower took 5-10 minutes before it even got a little warm too even step in. Booked room online and prepaid but it still took about 60 minutes to get into our room. Positive note the a/c works. Had just one pillow, requested more 3times but never received them. Bed was very hard and squeaked with every move. Not a lot of choices to watch on TV. For what we paid it could have been better.

It is a Oara hotel to spend the night, between flights, airport area.
With a maintenance system that doesn't exist.
The mattress obviously expired, and the walls of rice paper, ergo, is heard to fly the flies, anyway all are passing by and there is no riot.
It has a very nice restaurant, but this outsourced and can not include the costs to the room, very well decorated and cute but only caters for one person, no service to the table and cutlery are plastic…
But I know how and breakfast.
The price you paid was 145 plus taxes.
If it is for a night and good sleep…

Nice to spend a couple of nights near the airport. Everything works. Clean and comfortable rooms. With a good pool to mitigate the heat and transfer to the airport at no charge.

Only advisable for travelers who need to sleep and continue their trip due to its proximity to the airport. A totally forgettable stay.

Could use some cleaning. Felt like all doors knobs needed cleaning and halls were dirty. Pool area was relaxing but was cold. Bar smelled, we had a couple drinks and we walked down the street to Tom's bar was very much an improvement. Took their free shuttle from airport was excellent. The following day took their shuttle to Port which was a bus that stopped at several locations so was about hour later then we expected but we got there. But what do you expect for free.

Good free shuttle from and to airport. Also free shuttle to the cruise port. Friendly and helpful staff. Building a bit tired and run down. Price is reasonable. Good place for stopover but not for sightseeing.

One star because the front desk staff were kind, attentive, and friendly and the attached cafe has good coffee, but housekeeping is a DISASTER so that part would earn zero. Hair and debris in the corners, on ledges in the bathroom, and on the tray holding the ice bucket was not just from one guest prior. Our feet were black after walking in the room for one night. There were hairs on all the towels and in the sheets upon arrival and it took nearly 2.5 hours for housekeeping to respond to the complaint. After cleaning, we had new towels and new sheets but there was still hair in the bathroom shower and on ledges, stains that look like feces hidden by folding the bedspread over, and the floor was not vacuumed (I know they have one because I heard it being used in the hallway). Obvious lack of quality control in the housekeeping department that needs to be swiftly addressed and corrected for health and sanitation reasons. Plus, we researched one of the annoying fliers for a “restaurant” that delivers to the hotel but upon finding no trace of a business matching the phone number listed, we called only to be put on speaker phone and after more than one person tried to ask us about our order, to which we responded that we were looking for their address to eat in, they refused to give us the address of their establishment, so it’s probably someone cooking out of their house and creating ads that fool hungry travelers into ordering out of convenience. Gross all around.

I went to the bar called Travelers inside that hotel. The place is small but the workers are very nice and funny. I would say if you are at this location go there at night and meet the owners they are cool people.

I’m not going back there. Thank you. My room had a big fly coming from the bath tub and molds covered w/ new paint still smells. Need an exhaust in the bathroom and new carpet. Need more helper esp ecially in the checking in lobby workers are always taking phone calls. Nobody’s is always available to help.

Horrible. The area is unsafe. We arrived and the room was not ready. We had to wait 40 min. Ok, up to there. Because while waiting, a lady called the police because he had stolen a suitcase. We are going in front to load naphtha, the girl in the shop told us that it is unsafe even inside the hotel. We return to see if it was the hab. Yes, it was. While we're getting another girl stolen! In less than 40 min. Crazy. The hotel did not do anything or doing anything about it. Don't go.

Not At ALL What I Was Expecting They Really Can Use Some Major Up ☝ Grades For This Place. I Only Recommend That You Only Use For Over Night Stays NOTHING Long. Rooms Extremely Small Bathrooms Are Even Smaller Like A Closet Bugs In The Room. Shower Looks Unclean & Bath Towels & Rags, Not Around Or Near ANYTHING Within Walking Distance No FOOD Places. Just In The Middle Of Nowhere On A Busy Highway You Would Expect Better Or More For The Location But Will Be Extremely DISAPPOINTED!. (no continental breakfast)!. You Pay For Breakfast In Attached Resturaunt.

The hotel is full of cockroaches and bad smell of humidity to report this and the customer service people only give the option of that if I can find another hotel that is practically impossible for them to me returned money aside report 6 seńoras drinking in the parking lot at the side of the door and com much scandal this is disgusting and I would not recommend it at all.

Most wall sockets were not operating which called for a decision to be made between having lights vs charging your phone or IPAD device.

The folks are nice. The rooms are small, great for va quick "date". My toilet always ran because the stopper leaked. My sheets had stains andb over a week they where only changed once, even though I placed the card everyday to have them changed.

The hotel is old and no elevator. Someone had vomited outside going into the registration door, I told them about it and this morning when i left no one had cleaned it up. That tells me alot on your service level on cleanliness. Want go back.

Rooms 512: Absolutely disgusting… the bathrooms were nasty… funky smell Room 611: switch no lights, bathrooms were hideous, roaches and bugs by the bed (bed bugs) I wouldn't put my worst enemy in this room. Stained covers brown markings by the toilet.

Terrible place. Had a reservation to stay due to hurricane Irma and needing to leave the Keys. Drove into Miami to this dump. Upon entering our room bugs were in the bed and bathtub, drapery rod was hanging off the hook, cobb webs all over the ceiling, bad smell. Also, there were shady people in lobby. Immediately left the room and went to the front desk where we spoke with Monica. Explained to her we were not staying and all she said was "ok". Never asked why or if something was wrong. We proceeded to explain to her what was wrong and informed her we wanted a refund. Monica laughed and said no she couldn't give us a refund. Still working on the refund. Don't stay at this place. It's a shame because it is right near the airport but you would do better sleeping in your car.

Disgusting! Total trash. If there are any good reviews about this place it must be from the staff (I'm sure they need their jobs). This place needs to be demolished and rebuilt. It is in a great location but the rooms are old, tattered and just plain gross. The one night I spent there, I couldn't even sleep for fear of being attacked by a giant water bug, a cockroach or a worm. To top it all off there's mold all over the ceiling. Enduring my full three night stay was out of the question. I checked out early and got my money back. Please train your staff on cleanliness and hire a maintenance crew asap! PS. I had to give them one star so I could write a review. Otherwise it would have been — 5 stars.

The room was very good Coffee and tea available. No mini bar. Look of the establishment nice and neat, very clean and well managed, nice pool, bar very noisy some evening but convenient and very well decorated, accessible from the reception until 3am! Possibility to dine in the evening on the spot or to take away (count 25 min waiting for a dish, time to go for a drink at the bar). Service Station with its grocery available just next door for the small appetites. Some Cuban restaurants nearby (5 min walk). Free and regular airport shuttle.
Disastrous Wifi connection in some rooms, forced to go to connect to the reception. Rooms are a little noisy, the hotel is close to the runways of takeoff of cargo planes. Area with no interest and little pleasant if not the proximity of the hotel via the shuttle… nothing to do in the corner… a place that the inhabitants of Miami fear in the evening. Restaurant staff really not pleasant. Reception and bar were available and warm.

Bed Bugs I stayed there a few days ago. Room 245 and woke up with bed bug bites all over me and in places they shouldn't be.

This place was WAY better than I was expecting. The room was huge. Massive bed, very clean all over, comfy. For the price I really was expecting much lower quality. Fast check in etc. AC unit worked perfectly.

Not very happy about the unscrupulious business practice of this hotel, I reserved a room for an April vacation way back in december, In January I sent an email and cancelled the said reservation as I found a more convenient hotel. I was still charged $145.77 USD, after talking to the desk manager, he said all would be taken care of as they did have my email but it must have been overlooked… well its been another month and still no credit.

It didn't start out so nice. We called from the airport and were told the driver would pick us up in 5-10 minutes. ½ hour later, still no driver. We called again. The driver finally arrived 45 late. So it was not a good way to start our stay. However, once we were at Days Inn, the staff was very nice and helpful, and the room we got was nice, clean, and big. The water never really got very hot. But it was fine to take a quick shower in. You could have never taken a bath even if you wanted too. The water was way to cold to fill up a bathtub and relax. It was close to the airport and pretty much a budget hotel.

They had decent prices, provide a free shuttle from the airport which was great. They were friendly and accomodating. The rooms are on the small side and there is no breakfast included, but for a quick overnight stay it was fine.

The staff was completely and utterly rude. We flew in from michigan with reservation confirmed to find out it was cancelled had to pay $30 more then what I was told. Get to the room to find a flooded bathroom floor and was told to use a towel and clean it up. The manager was rude and told me we can either clean it or leave. Would never recommend it to anyone nor go back.

Days inn canceled my reservation even though they had our money then tried to blame us. Finally, after I gathered every detail of info and brought it to them… Including my bank statements, they decided to upgrade someone else to a nicer room and gave us the room we paid for. I found that so distasteful and disappointing. They literally told us we couldn't get a room after I traveled 7 hours and my fiancé travelled from md. This was the weekend he proposed to me and they almost ruined it. The manager on the other hand had led it. It was the rude employees (especially Ariel). They did nothing but make excuses and tell us there was nothing they could do.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and the service was not great at all. We checked in just to open our room door to find the room was used and not cleaned they moved us to another room that had a big gap at the bottom of the door and no hot water than they moved us to a inside room that had food crumbs on the floor around the bed and of course house keeping never vacuumed the floor because the crumbs were there on the floor until we checked out. We complained to the front desk to only get a coupon for a free comp breakfast. I would say spend the extra money some where else and get better service cause the only good thing about this place is it is close to the airport and that's all.

My experience was horrible. I went with 3 other girls and we stayed in a room that had hair bits from the cleaning crew all over the bedsheets, the carpets stained our feet black, construction was being done right outside our room while we were trying to sleep with NO prior warning, the phone did not work, and the Wi-Fi was horrendous. We complained on MULTIPLE occasions to the manager who hardly did anything about it. On our last night we went to ask for a partial refund because of the disgusting hair and stains on our freshly done beds and he said no right away. He said he asked the cleaning crew who denied it and that he will not give us any money back. This is not how a professional manager should handle the complaints of customers who did not only complain on one occasion, but had MULTIPLE problems. WORST customer service ever.

Very good care has laundry facilities and airport shuttle. The staff is very friendly and attentive staff recommended.

Hotel is located close to Miami Airport & offers transportation service to & from Port of Miami… those are the plus. Everything else is terrible. The customer service was subpar. The restaurant over priced. Needs to remodeled top to bottom. The rooms smelled terrible and it seemed like everythong was wet or greases. For the price you can find better.

The hotel is a Dump.

Very practical due to its proximity to the airport, for being late by the neight or very early, it has direct transport.

The people are friendly and warm. The second floor rooms are very comfortable in relation to the price.
