The front desk personell was very kind and professional. They made my two small dogs and me feel welcomed and loved.
The suite was very clean and the bed comfortable, I slept like an angel. The room service was very accomandating and nice.
Thank You for all you do, we had an unforgettable stay! ❤✊

Henri the Night Auditor was outstanding. I came in late at night after a long day. He set me up with a great room. Helped park my SUV and even found me an extra charger for my IPhone. I couldn’t be more pleased with this hotel.

The rooms are spacious, lovely and modern. They have a shuttle bus that drops you where you need to go and picks you up. Who doesn't love continental breakfast? Wifi has good speed, the gym is nice size, laundry room very convenient. Only thing what was a toss up for me is that you need your room key to activate the elevator. All and all we had a great stay here. Totally recommend this place.

This was my first time here and I read all reviews before booking. Many said it was a newer hotel or up kept so that was a plus. The property is well kept and furnishings are updated and modern in style. The suites are lovely and the style is aesthetically pleasing as well as comfy. The well equipped gym and free use of the high tech laundry machines was an added bonus. I found my room amenities to be top notch, however a 3 cleaning-wise. Many times I'd leave the property only to return to my room haven't been cleaned. Seems like they could use more staff in that area; my room wasn't cleaned 2 days back to back and I stayed here a week. That is unacceptable. While on vacay, you can't expect visitors to be gone all day to clean a room. Also areas like the walls where the toilet is situated, etc should be cleaned. I noticed some film there. Another pet peeve was I wasn't aware that I'd be charged for even area calls. This should be better stated on your site! All hotels I have stayed at have had free local calls. If it's not free, it should be clearly stated to guests or even print it on the phones! A pro was the breakfast; it was the best I've had at a 3 star — rated hotel. There was variety every morning. One day it rained so we didn't get to partake in the food truck eats in the evening. I like that this hotel actually has fun activities that gets guest involved and interacting even. Please keep that up, it's lacking in other hotels! I'd stay here again…

I booked through the Marriott App. First impression was great as I walked in and was greeted with a smile and we have been expecting you! I got the one room suit with a king and sofa bed for my family of 5 and it was roomy. The place was very clean and the staff was professional and polite. Free breakfast was good. If you’re thinking about this hotel, don’t think and just book, you want regret it! ’

This hotel is amazingly clean and the staff is the best I've ever seen. The suites are super clean with all the amenities of a resort. The breakfast was delicious and the evening snacks were well appreciated. Kudos to the manager, Victoria, and her staff for making feel so welcome. I will definitely be returning to this hotel. Beautifully clean and modern facility. Very friendly and personable staff. I felt like a priority with each interaction. My room was spacious and well maintained. Before I knew there was a problem with the some of the cookware, someone was there replacing it. The happy hour food and beverage service was a very nice touch for an end of the day active. Best part of that, free wine, beer and finger foods. The pool and work out area were also clean and well maintained as well.

I have nothing but great things to say about this new hotel. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly & helpful. The pool is well maintained with plenty of towels. The laundry room is so clean and the huge machines are new which means you’re not waiting hours for your clothes. I highly recommend this hotel.

Been here since January 15th for an extended work assignment. Can’t say enough good things about the hotel quality and staff. In 7 years traveling the country, and staying almost exclusively at Residence Inn properties, this is by far my favorite location. The hotel is new and clean, and every member of the staff go above and beyond to accommodate their guests.

We stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott Miami Airport West before leaving on a cruise. The room was nicely appointed with modern decor and furniture. Having a refrigerator was great and made it possible for us to keep drinks cold. I also loved the inclusion of a bag of popcorn in the Welcome Basket. At 9 PM, when we checked in, the hotel seemed to only have one staff member, Henri, on shift and he was doing his best to keep up with check-ins and answering the phone. Henri was very professional and courteous to each person he spoke with. The hotel did not seem to be within walking distance of any restaurants or shops, but when we checked in Henri let us know about a restaurant that delivers. The shuttle service from the airport is the only thing that could use improvement. There was only one van running and it was at capacity when it picked us up. This left several other passengers who arrived at the same time to wait for the shuttle to return to pick them up.

Room was clean and big. Close to airport. Biggest complaint is that the workout room was crappy, big but very little equipment.

Hotel does not live up Marriott brand. Recently I was walked from this property as a platinum member due to no availability. The management did compensate the benefit entitled my their own standards. The staff is nice but that is not enough of a reason to stay here. If you like Marriott there 4 other properties close that I have personally stayed and would recommend those instead.

We come into the hotel and they tell us that our reservation was cancelled for no apparent reason. We checked and it still said that we had our reservation. So as usual we asked for a manager and they told us he wasn't at the hotel. But after we started calling people the manager suddenly appeared! And we got a room. The room was beautiful and the breakfast was nice. Overall we had a very good experience except for the incident at the check in desk.

I am a consultant who is working with the City of Doral and had a pre-booked reservation for 3 rooms; one for myself and one for each of two of the partners of my firm. We booked several weeks in advance. After getting up at 4 am to travel to Miami, then working with the City all day, we arrived exhausted at the hotel at 9 pm to find that they had re-sold our rooms without notification. The best "apology" they could offer was to provide alternate rooms for our team of three in two separate cities, which was totally unacceptable (we only had one rental car). We have stayed here before and the hotel is nice, but for pre-booked business travel, this experience was ridiculous; a point to which our Client agreed. Stay at your own risk, or be prepared to find alternate reservations at a much higher cost at the last minute. We ended up having to walk-in to somewhere nearby and pay more than double the rate.

Perfect stay. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in Doral. Service was 5 stars, breakfast was 5 stars and the staff were 5 stars! Upon check in David was very informative, welcoming and accommodating during our 3 night stay. Henri was on night duty during our departure. He was so helpful and friendly and when storing our luggage. His personalized service was excellent. Upon return, Jessica helped retrieve our luggage and the service was once again perfect. An amazing team full of happy and helpful staff. They all went the extra mile which goes a long way in terms of customer service! Perfect Stay indeed!

Henri and Dorris one of the nicest people! Here at Marriott. I was visiting a friend and they were super welcoming and nice to me. Must say Marriott your hospitality has no equal.

I stayed at this hotel after Hurricane Irma hit. The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. I would definitely stay again in the future.

Excellent attention! All the staff is amazing, at the most complicated times and stress due to the passage of Hurricane Irma were always very patient, special and made us feel safe. The hotel is very nice, it is very well located and because it is so new it is even better! Congratulations!

Staff was amazing property was beautiful and well maintained, and the mixer at was wonderful in the evening the food in the morning was great… amazing exceeded my expectations! We had such a wonderful experience during our stay! The hotel was very well kept and very comfortable, and the security was very comforting when in a new place. They are definitely doing something right!

My stay was ABSOLUTELY amazing! The front desk staff was very helpful and even delivered takeout menus to my door. The room was spotless. (at least it was before my toddler stepped into the room lol) the pool area was great add my husband liked the gym a lot. All in all 5 out of 5 stars.

The hospitality was excellent, the staff were very attentive to my needs; the whole staff paid great attention to our needs and added extra touches whenever possible. Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The weather during our stay was not great, this Hotel was excellent and made it better!

This place was awesome. People at the desk were customer service friendly, morning breakfast was great, rooms were clean, and on the day I checked out I forgot some items in the room safe and didn't have time to go back because of my flight. I called the hotel service desk to check my room safe and they were happy to send the hotel shuttle driver out to my terminal to give me my items back! Stellar service. Turned my morning from bad to excellent!

I love, love this hotel the rooms are spacious and the bed are very big and comfty. The rooms has all the amenities of home, the staff is also warm and friendly. The only thing I will recommend is having the shuttle starts runing earlier than 7am in the morning. I have a 9am flight tomorrow morning but have to catch a taxi because I was told Shuttle does not starts runing till 7am. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff makes you few welcome and at home. The breakfast was ok, but everything else was great.

Modern and giant rooms. All frontlines. Good service and attention. The only downside is that it is a bit out of the usual visiting places in Miami. Near the airport and the courts
of golf. It has a shuttle service that we didn't use since we used a rental car. Free parking.

Modern, updated hotel with a great 'suite' room and amazing free breakfast. Staff was super-friendly, Nosomy in particular. Highly recommend when staying in South Florida.

The hotel is OK. No restaurant in the vicinity, you have to go to the main street. Breakfast we know better.

Hi I have a reservation but as I do to get sore because I do not have a car viajom with wife and children.

Incredible staff, friendly focused, helpful. We had a large group and the shuttle took was able to suggest a great local meal and drop and pick us up. The rooms are amazingly clean, modern, and comfortable.

Well located. It is new comfortable clean features spacious room with bedroom and living room enlarged with double sofa bed and small equipped kitchen.

The hotel is very good. The rooms are big and very comfortable. The service was really good and everybody was very nice to me. Also, breakfast was really good. We had some problems with payments, but they dealed quite well with it. The hotel also offers shuttle services to some places and that's really good. Overall, it was a really good experience.

We were greeted cordially. The booked room is huge and we like it very much. With the big Flatsreen you can even see Netflix, YouTube etc. The WLAN works perfectly. The kitchen is equipped with everything so that you can prepare your own food. There is also a dishwasher and a huge fridge in the room. The breakfast in the hotel is typically American. There is ample parking. The hotel is located right in the air-snow of the Miami airport. But it didn't bother us. The staff is very friendly.

Excellent hotel I recommend it, it is totally new and has good attention. Good value for money.
