Nice hotel for the money, gazebo area and pool area was very nice. The carpets do need to be cleaned in the main areas. My only complaint was the key cards, we had to constantly get them reactivated.

Happenstance was the catalyst for my visit to La Quinta Inn in Miami. It is not my choice hotel by far however; the staff was surprisingly cordial and genuine. The lobby is trendy but the room was what I expected for the brand. A little musty and rough around the edges. Bathroom was very spacious and counter top was very spacious. Better than most hotels. Again, I didnt plan or chose to stay here. American Airlines finally agreed to give me a room voucher instead of making me sleep on the airport floor.

Malisimo. It wasn't a lift, it was chaos. The worst breakfast. Not recommended for anyone. Even if it's the only place in Orlando it's preferable to sleep on the street.

Mind blowing staff I stayed there extra 2 days in the laquinta but the staff didn't even know I am staying in the hotel without any information and paying.

Had a long-term stay here. The pool is nice. Staff were great. The washing machine was broken for part of our stay but got fixed eventually. I've had better breakfasts at other La Quintas, however.

Excellent service, good breakfast and very clean.

The location was good for the area we needed to get to, but the room itself was not great. It just wasn't very clean and things just didn't seem to be maintained very well. Among other things, the windows were too dirty to see out of and the bathroom double-doors were held closed by a hair-band. The front desk were mostly polite with an exception or two and the cleaning staff only cleaned up the room 2 or the 4 days we were there. I likely wouldn't stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast also… the cleanliness I give them an 8… The one negative point is the carpets.

The carpets in hallways and our room were disgusting! Quick turn off… room was clean but outdated… nothing but a soap bar (no shampoo, lotion, NOTHING … I've stayed at La Quinta in many cities even just last week and this by far was the WORST! Good service is the only reason they got the star. Oh yea, they didnt honor our military discount!

Clean, Quiet, comfortable, and friendly staff. Breakfast leaves a little to be desired but it's not bad.

Hi, do not understand how such reviews come about. 5 Star no go, round the clock airplane noise, complete equipment outdated, poorly located directly in the industrial area from breakfast not to mention… Lots of money paid and disappointed…

Honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I arrived at the airport a little after 8 pm. Took a while, but finally got a voucher for this place. We called them a little after 10, and they said they would send a van out to pick us up and it would be here in 20 minutes. Easy enough. Waited 45 minutes for the shuttle to come by just so they could tell us it was full. Said he'd come back to pick us up in 20 minutes… After calling La Quinta and complaining we had been passed up, they said they were going to instruct the driver to come straight to our gate. Ok. At around 1140 the van came back. He had a couple spots, and there were 9 of us waiting since 10… Numerous phone calls were made, but not a thing changed. Wouldnt wish this on my worst enemy. We'll be lucky to make it there by 1. Truly terrible service. Don't go here if you can help it.

The service was AMAZING! Lee at the front desk went above and beyond his duty to make our stay the absolute best! Every hotel needs a "Lee"! Go Blue!

With the hotel still in repair from the hurricane our room was very clean and nice. The people that were working at the front deck were very courteous and freindly.

Room was clean and big. Maybe not the best, but really good breakfast. Pool is amazing. Great value for money.

This place is in the back off the main street. It's quiet and comfortable and the children will loved the outdoor swimming pool.

The quality Is down. The beds are full instead of Queen which is uncomfortable if you have to share the bed.

So we started coming here months ago for business and Tony the gm was beyond accommodating. He has given me a great rate whenever we come and now during total renovations, I get a room that is completely redone and absolutely beautiful. The front desk person was sweet and wonderful and very helpful. I had a gift bag in my room with crackers, cookies and candy along with waters. I am a travel agent and go to over 70 hotels a year for both business and pleasure. This experience on a scale of 1 to 10 is a 12, as always. Thank you Tony.

Hotel needs a good cleaning and updating, very dirty. But the staff was amazing, kind, very attentive and the General Manager Tony Gammon was amazing. We were evacuated from Homestead, Florida because of hurricane Irma and checked in the night before she made landfall and stayed throughout the hurricane. Tony and his crew were amazing throughout the whole ordeal even after the hotel lost power for about nine hours. He made sure the lobby had cold water and beverages and kept the Continental breakfast full and extended the whole day. He was out in the lobby greeting all guests and keeping everybody calm and safe. Can't say enough how amazing and compassionate of a person he was and how he kept his cool and professionalism the whole time considering the circumstance he was working under (Hurricane Irma). Thank you Tony Gammon for everything.

I stayed here two sperate nights in a row with the second night was a bit unexpected and as a result I was moved to a different room. Hotel is clean and staff are nice. The second room I moved into had some sort of water damage to the floor so there was a horrible smell. The planes that fly overhead can likely annoy some but was fine by me. Ok for a short stay but would look elsewhere first.

I booked a reservation for a non-smoking room, and the room assigned to us smelled like smoke and mildew. Like if that was not bad enough, to make it worst, we found a huge cockroach in the bathroom. We changed rooms, and the other room smelled better, but it had mildew in the tub and in the curtain shower. Overall, our experience was not good at all.

The room wasn't vacuumed. Walk down the halls and you can see stains on all the carpets. The edges of the carpets were black with dirt. Nasty hotel looks ok till ypu take a good look and see how old the carpets and furniture are.

It's a nice, clean hotel, we are here for 3 days before our cruise. Good breakfast with waffles, eggs, cereal, yogurt, pastries, fruits, juice, milk, coffee, bread. It's a nice budget hotel, conveniently located near restaurants and a nice park.

The rooms are lovely. There are komp'juter which can be used for free.

The hotel is outdated! The price for the room is to much … If you stay in upper level the floor shake everytime the elevator is in use… Old furniture and carpet smells … Horrible experience don't stay there.

Room was adequate for an overnight. Lots of small annoyances that would add up with an extended stay. Rattling A/C, dripping faucets, tiny ants frolicking in the sink. Also in the flight path of the airport, fortunately only noticed during waking hours.

Very good it attention, in first instance, the A/C was damaged and I was assigned another room.

The location was distant from the airport but the shuttle took us fast from. The room was spacious. The hotel hallways looked like they needed cleaning.

On the outside it looked OK but once you got into the rooms the button was broken and the air conditioning was sounding and one could smell the paint so you can imagine that no sleep was possible and the bathroom and moldy and looked like if it hadn't been cleaned in a while and the elevator buttons looked run down and outdated.

The site needs to be improved: cleaning, reception has the basics for a guest who does not come with full luggage (toothbrush, toothpaste. ) I asked him two days in a row, not reset the coffee that is there in the room, I had to request it, twice did not put the required sizes. They allow dogs, in a fourth neighbor had one making noise.

Computers were down, however Melissa at the front desk made heroic efforts to accommodate us. Shuttle van was not operating however they reimbursed us for taxi. A/C in room didn't really cool, but we were so happy to have a room. Great breakfast as at all LQ's.

I had a great room with two windows and plenty of space. My little dog liked it too.

Only stayed for one night. Arrived late and check in was fast and easy. Room was in great condition. Would stay again.

Helpful staff, good location, clean, and great food in the area. I would definitely stay at this hotel location again.

We always stay at la quinta hotels anytime we come to miami. They are usually very clean just outdated. But this specific quinta is disgusting. Looked clean at first glance. But when we sat at the table to eat a roach was crawling on the wall right next to us. A little while later I went to use the coffee maker to heat up water to make some tea for my son. As soon as I opened the lid to pour the water in, a roach crawled out! And then I hear screaming. Two bugs crawled out from behide the mirror. Im checking out at this very moment!

Overall the hotel stay was ok. The hotel is a little dated, as you can tell by the carpet stains etc. The rooms are spacious and kept clean. The only main problem we experienced was with the toilet not flushing. The location was perfect for our trip and the breakfast was decent.

This hotel is in need of some tender loving care. The south Stairway was moldy at the ground floor from water damage. My room had water damage in the bathroom from a leaking bath on the floor above me. (sagging paint. ) The shower had black mold in the caulking all around the tub. The TV guide on the TV was setup on the wrong time zone. My prior room had not had the closet shelf dusted in months. One of the elevators failed (call button didn't work) on the elevator next to the lobby. Insufficient parking after 9:00. (Trucks staying at the hotel pushed guest cars onto surrounding streets. ) Breakfast was ok but the boiled eggs were definitely on the "old" side prior to being boiled. The waffles and other items were very popular though. Strip mall adjacent to hotel had some excellent Ecuadorian food as well as a good Sushi restaurant.

Everything was great and especially pet friendly for my pet Molly. I recommend that this is the best hotel to go for you and your pets. Thank you La Quinta.

I came here from Ms was having sugery and needed a clean place due to type of sugery I was having. I loved the staff SHIRLEY, ARARON, JESSICIA they was all the very best! They helped me in so many ways! I was able to watch game in lobby with other guest. They even try to go out their way to make sure you have idea of the city and nice places to eat! The breafeast was so good for price. Please if you on budget stay here it is older but I'm not rich nor I'm I worried about bad reviews. Although my daughter loved it and I will be comming back!

Room was nasty. Carpet in front of bath was always wet and roach under the microwave and a lot of mold on the roof of the tub and on the tub. Moved to other room and fridge had mold and dirt.

Perfect for short stays. Excellent location with respect to the airport.

Excellent hotel to come shopping. Staff were friendly and all speak Spanish. Very good prices on stays of more than 5 days.

GOOD: Customer service was excellent. The staff really puts forth the effort to help out the customers staying in and they speak both Spanish and English fairly well. I was pretty impressed. The maids do a pretty good job with cleaning. Rooms have a generous amount of space and has T. V, Microwave, refrigerator. Free WI-FI. Gas stations, Walmart, Mall etc etc are within a mile or so radius. BAD: Some of the machines in the gym weren't working and didn't seem like it's been repaired for a while. NO VENTS in the bathroom.

The best in all aspects, economic, clean and the treatment of all who work there is definitely the best.

Service here is great. The staff is wonderful. Check for bed bugs.

Front Desk staff were very nice. Cleaning staff seem to only speak Spanish and no mater how many times the front desk calls them to tell them to hurry up, they take their time to do a mediocre job at best. Room was clean but I've stayed in cleaner. The facility is clean and decently kept but its age shows. Its also currently being renovated but not very quickly. Breakfast is good and location is fantastic. Any major restaurant you can think of is within a mile.

Great customer service from beginning to end! Even let us stay a little longer the next day at check out due to some last minute changes to our flights! Young ladied by the name of Geysha and Valentina were awesome front desk help! And beautiful pool area and scenery! Only flaw was the near by airport with the planes landing and leaving but I slept well. Friendly cleaning ladies aswell being very helpful.

Good, cheap hotel, clean and very friendly staff. Good breakfast. The only thing regrettable is that in Florida you cannot serve watered-down orange juice and so was breakfast. Everything else, impeccable.
With regard to the location, is in a good area, very quiet and safe, near small shopping centers and restaurants.
