I don't recommend anything about this hotel, it's disgusting… staff who cater lousy, all dirty with a bad smell, a disgust! Tubs covered, broken, full of mushrooms, annoying noises… the truth is disgusting, the worst thing is in the hotel.

My elderly father stayed in October 2021 and a reception employee offered to do clandestine taxi service to take my father to make a guarantee claim for a product in best buy, for this claim the phone of the hotel employee was provided since my father did not have a cell phone number in miami, without solving the issue of best buy and already my father leaving the hotel and back to his country we follow up by phone to best buy and surprise the hotel employee charged the guarantee of that procedure, we have photos and documents that best buy provided us.
And to top it off we call the hotel and the staff who answer the phone cover it up and do not pass the call to the Manager so that my claim does not advance.
Outrageous, employees scamming the elderly.

I have come 2 times in the month the cleaning has fallen and in the front desk they are a heavy
they do not have service to leave your bags a while after the check out and then said the girl here nearby they have that service and if they want to leave them in their room they used 3 hours 70 dollars very bad treatment did not seem to me.

No because they had me to make reservations and would accept my paper ID after saying on the phone they would and charge me for canceling my reservation.

I had a terrible experience in the evening of 4/15/21 with this hotel. So as I am driving down to South Florida I knew I would be running laye because I worked until 5p. M and decided to give the hotel a call to see when the last check in could be made. The gentleman at the front desk responded that I had time and coukd check in by midnight. He asked me for my last name and I told him Rivera. He then told ne that they had canceled My reservation because the card was declined and that they wouldn't be able to restore my reservation and I needed to call expedia. I explained that expedia sent ne a new credit card because someone used my card at a gas station in a different state without my card or my presence. Needles to say but expedia said everything was fine on their end since its a pay when you get to the hotel deal. So I called the hotel on 3way with Expedia because At this time all the hotels had tripled in price. Keep in mind I am four hours away from home. So the front desk girl picks up around 6p. M ish and tells me that it sucks but theres nothing she can do. The expedia guy and her start talking about policies and she starts getting frustrated and saying theres nothing they can do it is too late. I asked her why no one called me and she said they are not required to and that an email is suffice. I ask her why I cant get my hotel room at the previous price of $259.

On several occasions I have requested towel service and have never resolved the issue and only indicated to me that they are being washed but never arrive. This is poor hygiene.

Planned a trip from Texas only to find out shuttle wasn’t available as advertised and was charged for a second room after being told what I booked wasn’t available and the manager charged my card and refused the reservation. She never came out to discuss why she did it and she enter the reservation as self canceled after waiting 3 hours. Hotel is dirty and wouldn’t recommend.

The worst wasn’t any wash clothes in bathroom. Didn’t know it until was getting in shower.

I enjoyed my stay at this location and for the most part I'd recommend anybody to swing by. Great prices and really everything you need in a room while you are visiting the Doral area. The only reason I can't give this location a 5 stay would be the staff. While I'd say my interactions were overall pleasant, I believe one of the managers always questioned me on my needs. I would ask for an extra blanket and I was met with a "Why? ". If a customer is asking for an extra blanket, or an extra pillow, there's no need for questioning. If I had asked for an extreme quantity, sure you can inquire as to why. But there was no need for this. Overall, I'd book another stay at this hotel and try to avoid that one individual.

Baymont is getting rundown now and is in need of an upgrade to the beds and carpet. The customer service was also below par. The cleaners didn't carry out a simple task like making sure there was toilet paper. On 2 occasions I had to call the front desk for toilet paper. And one time they asked me to come down for it. This is not even peak season. A disappointing stay this time.

I'm very dissatisfied with this hotel. My family stayed in suite 123 and just prior to checkout, we bagged up our trash, hung the towels up over the shower curtain, rinsed the toothpaste out of the sink, and neatly placed our trash and a pizza box on the countertop right near the front door. Several hours after checkout, I noticed that they charged my card an additional $150.00. When I called to ask what the charge was for, they told me the cleaning girl reported the room was left untidy. The $150.00 is a cleaning fee. THAT IS A TOTAL LIE! Apparently this hotel charges for cleaning after you leave! Also, if they cleaned prior to our stay, why was there no toilet paper in the bathroom? We had to go ask for toilet paper. Watch out for this one!

The staff here offered great service. It was very nice to be able to come in and not use a credit card to pay, cash is King. Location is close by to the airport and couple different restaurants but no major attractions. But definitely adorable and its comfortable.

Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. A bit hard to communicate if you don't speak Spanish. Rooms are nice for the price, breakfast is basic and there is a shuttle which takes you from and to the airport, as well as the Dolphin and Miami International Malls. The is also reliable free Wi-Fi available.

Poorly managed. The room was not turned down even though we left early in the morning and didn't return till late that evening. There was black grease in the form of a footprint on the tub floor with grease smeared on the tile walls as well. This means they didn't actually clean the room after the guests before us. The rooms are stuffy overall and drive your sinuses crazy, probably from the lack of cleaning, the carpets look very drab. Go somewhere else.

The hotel decor is very dated. The bed was comfortable, but the shower was ok. Made a request for additional pillows, but the front desk stated they didn't have any pillows. Imagine a hotel that does not have any pillows!. So service was downgraded. I've always been able to get pillows.

Good hotel. The rooms are spacious, the cleanliness is excellent. Good hotel. Excellent location. The only thing deficient is the breakfast which is the same every day.

Good location, free parking and breakfast included. Recommended to go to the arepas opposite.

We spent several days in this hotel. Is new, super clean and the staff is friendly. They have buses taking people to the mall during the day (I did not use them since I had my car). Packing available if you are driving. Nothing out of this world but I definitely recommend it.

Disgusting hotel and staff. The behavior and disinterest in assisting their mistakes was revolting. Got in to town and it was 2am. Decided to either fall asleep on the road or get a room. Called and reserved it but what the, “central office” (which is actually a third party travel agency and they fail to mention that) failed to tell me was that check in was at 3pm and considered next day. So they literally turned me away from the counter with no place to sleep and little known to me, kept my reservation for next day and charged my account full price to “HOLD” the room. Not a deposit, the full amount. Called the central and was referred to the actual hotel here in Doral. The staff was trashy and I was hung up on not only by the staff, Miss TANYA and her accompanying office manager (She failed to give me her name of course) stuck by her full charge for full room even if I didn’t go to the room. Not a deposit, full room price. I have never seen this in my life. They need to clean house because people like that representing the company is a very unwise decision on the Wyndham part. She hung up on me numerous times because I was ticked off: well let’s think here… I wonder why?! Horrible. Lack of use of discretion, not helpful or accommodating and very unwilling to give you back your money. Her win was obviously more important than Wyndhams rep and the customers that pay her income. Neither one of them are the sharpest tools in the shed. Stay very clear of this hotel.

This hotel is very clean. Rooms are adequate. Television on wall with plenty of channels. No clock… everybody these days has cell phone with alarm clock. The lounge breakfast area is very clean and coffee juice fruit waffles ham cheese bread etc… if you want more just walk out of hotel places to eat everywhere. For the price you cannot beat this place. If you want more and better pay more else where. Ohh plenty of parking… what more can you want. Safe family safe. No crazy stuff here… these bad review's are not well thought out for the price safety and convince.

Small but fine, for me it was sufficient. It was clean, the staff went out of their way to make it right for me and I would go back every time.

Make a cafe delicious and available all day. Free breakfast pwro you have to get up early because they eat rodo fast. Excellent service. I come back.

Location is good. Room needs a vacuuming. Carpet is lumpy and needed to be installed properly. The sink area looks nice and it has a mini fridge and microwave. Staff very nice at front desk. Overall just Okay. Somewhat over priced.

They were great! We arrived a little early, so they stowed our luggage and let us hip on the free Dolphin Mall shuttle. We were able to shop until we could check into our room.

Big Room. Breakfast Hotel a little old and not maintained very well. For an acceptable night but no more.

The hotel is outdated in nearly every aspect but nonetheless serviceable. The most damning aspect of the business is the unreliable shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. Should you ever find yourself in need, please, do yourself a favor and schedule the shuttle ahead of time. Our big disappointment with this hotel was with the shuttle service from the airport. We would have taken an Uber if we had known it would take two hours. The room was passable, as was the breakfast (all cold food). Overall, I think there's better options at this price range.

The room was nice and clean, the only complaint I had was the tv, it was way too small for the size of the room. Other than that, the lobby, restroom, room was clean. The employee were very nice.

BED BUG INFESTATION! DO NOT EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL! My night started off okay, I went to bed fine at the hotel, the room looked relatively clean. I went to bed and happened to wake up a couple hours later and see a bug two pillows over from me. I was very tired and did not think much of the situation so I removed the pillow from the bed and went back to sleep. Now that I was paranoid, I woke up about an hour later again to find 2 more bugs on a different pillow! I began to think this is really strange and took the following two pictures. This process repeated the entire night! Upon leaving the hotel after that one night stay, I told the front desk that I did see bugs in the room and that I would highly recommend they look into the situation. After arriving back home, I have had pest control come out to verify that the hotel infestation has not migrated to my home and they did in fact verify that the bugs in the hotel bed were BED BUGS! I had to throw out a carpet and chair, wash all of my belongings in hot water and the process took hours and hours. On top of that I haven't slept right in weeks! After a single night in this hotel, you will be scared for life. You will be itchy 24/7 and can never sleep normal. Anytime I feel an itch during the night I have to turn all the lights on and inspect my sheets 3-4 times a night. Please do not stay at this hotel and ruin the REST OF YOUR LIFE because of it.

Buenazo. Attention Cleaning Pool Rich breakfast I would love to go as the Cuban doctors refugees: free. My cause is for my serious son but the Baymont are cute and even cookies invite us in the afternoon.

Loved it amazing breakfast soft beds and you get whole 5 bars of Wi-Fi no matter where you are in the hotel.

Nice but no more. Housekeeping is ok but not spotless. The breakfast room is too small to accommodate everyone so we find ourselves eating on the coffee table in the lobby… but interesting price…

On the positive side, the room is freshly painted, it has many lamps and electrical outlets, the staff is bilingual and very friendly. The breakfast provided is a continental breakfast without eggs or fruits. The elevator is very large and old but since there are only 3 floors the wait was very short. The sheets and towels are very clean and changed every day. The carpet, furniture and recliner needed to be replaced a long time ago, they are really worn-out. It is a good hotel for the price.

Malisimo… bad attention and apart you dan what is les gives the wins and you charge it same you put 0 / 5 never I recommend to stay in this hotel.

Ideal place for rest and shopping in Miami.

There are plenty of overpriced hotels in Miami that can't offer this type of location. Which is really the only thing this hotel has going for it overall. It's minutes from the airport but not in the congested side or not so safe side. It's literally 8 mins to Dolphin mall, which has great food, shopping, and entertainment. There are great restaurants within short drives and/or walking distance. The hotel sits between the Turnpike and Palmetto Expressway, which will literally get you anywhere in Miami. The breakfast was included which is on par with other hotels. The rooms are not that great. Our toilet was broken upon arrival, we had to ask twice to get it fixed. There is no mini-fridge or microwave in the room. We were on the 4th floor and had to go to the 3rd to get ice… not a big deal more of an fyi. The beds are not comfortable nor the pillows. The rooms are kept very clean. The service is about 50/50 some are very friendly and professional and some were downright rude. This hotel has free Wi-Fi and parking. Overall there are better hotels at this same location but for the price and the fact we only needed a place to sleep this hotel worked. As I often say in much of my reviews if you want top shelf service then you need to pay for that. But if don't mind minor inconveniences for a better value then this is the place for you.

The receptionist wasn't very friend upon check-in, but the staff during checkout wss friendly. However, the hotel overall needs some work. The walls were chipped all over in the halls and it had a moldy smell. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom were pretty clean, but the carpet in our room was disgusting. The carpet was quite worn out and sticky. I kept my shoes on the whole time. I would recommend spending a little more money and get a nicer place.

This is my favorite pave to stay on business trips to the area. Great location, nice thick walks and ceilings, clean and spacious rooms.

Staff was very nice and helpful, however the rooms were sub par, no ammenties. It served it's purpose for those who only plan on spending 1-2 nights.

Their service is horrible some people in the front desk were very rude, the beds were uncomfortable, the TV is very small, the room service food is horrible and at a ridiculous price. I'd never recommend this hotel for anybody.

Since it allows to make purchases in an integral manner, excellent for all businesses and family, I recommend.

People here are very courteous and friendly, breakfast not the best but hey we make do with what is provided, overall I'm enjoying my stay here, room is lovely with king size bed, clean and hotel doesn't hold back on towels and toiletries, will definitely recommend and will return on my next visit to Miami. 8-)

$50 room for $150! The room was completely worn out, with ancient lamps and an old, fuzzy analog TV. Light switches stuck and had greasy fingerprints all over. The TV remote didn't work. A nice touch was the ceiling fan, but after turning it on I quickly shut it off as it was about to fall off. The few positives are the location and all the restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Of course, this is Miami and that's everywhere, tho. If You have a choice, stay somewhere else! GL.

This hotel was really desapointing. The room was expensive. The Wi-Fi access in the room was horrible, we managed to connect only one time during 5 minutes before definitely loose it, it simply did not work. There is no service elevator so on the morning the maids take the main elevator which is too small so if one take it with her cart then you need to wait for the next elevator. So stupid. Regarding the breakfast, no natural food only some bagels and chemical cake and not enough space for everybody in the breakfast room. No sausages, no bacon and no eggs, WTF?. So avoid this hotel, it does not deserve your money.

DO NOT STAY HERE! GO ANYWHERE ELSE! The room was not great. The beds were TERRIBLE. The a/c barely worked. The breakfast area was DISGUSTING. Food everywhere, unclean, sick. Bugs. Not a great area. Far from everything. Not worth the price. But mostly. They stole from us and LIED ABOUT IT AND REFUSED TO TALK TO US ABOUT IT! We knew it wasn't a great hotel or in a great area, but we wanted to use our one free night from Wyndham Rewards. We called ahead to make sure we could redeem a night. We arrived, they said we could redeem a night. They swiped our card but instead charged us. The next morning, they denied it, lied about it, avoided us. The manager herself completely refused to talk to us for two minutes even to say "Sorry. " the worst hotel experience ever.

This hotel will scam you for an extra night. Stayed here one night and they billed my credit card for two nights. After several attempts to contact the manager, I finally spoke to someone in the front desk and at first could not find my reservation. After several minutes on hold she came back saying I stayed 2 nights. After several minutes of discussions, they changed their story saying I left after 2pm. This is totally untrue. My check out was at 10:00 am only one night. Will never stay at a Baymont again. Scammers.

Worst experience ever! At check in there was a pile of trash in the closet and dirty sheets on the bed. After reporting that to the front desk we were told that someone would be up to clean it. This took almost an hour and even then they only removed the trash and nothing else. After reporting the matter to the front desk we were told there is nothing they can do besides upgrading us on the next day because they are fully booked. That was their chance to turn the situation around but instead they made it twice as bad the next day. I was down at the front desk to arrange the change to an upgrade but had to wait another three hours for a room that was exactly the same as the first except there was a plasma instead of the motel tube set in the current room. This was supposed to be the best available though another customer showed me a room with at least a microwave and a mini refrigerator. During this wait I was on the phone with customer service who echoed what the front desk said and removed any responsibility by saying that this Baymont is independently owned. So to tally up I had 1 A dirty room. 2 front desk that is unhelpful 3 customer service that is even worse 4 Overall attitude that an unhappy customer is just one complaint. If I could give them a zero I would but I will settle for a 1 and make every effort to inform my company rewards and anyone else I know of the horrible service that I received here. Never again!

Close to the sites of interest, I recommend it to temporsdistas who need a comfortable accommodation.

I do not recommend it for anything in the first place book and cancel a double room for $100, get travel from Venezuela after the middle of the night and they just told me that my room had rented it, which only had a triple, talk to the Manager in charge and simply claims that it is political enterprise. They are a few abusers since their offers are misleading.
The part of breakfast is not worth or worth commenting it.
