Nice chain hotel. Good breakfast. Very close to airport.

Hampton inn is an ideal place for vacationing. Easy access to shopping area with the free shuttle service from the hotel. Great customer service quiet environment.

Convenient location but tough to get into parking lot. No fridges in room. Very good coffee and fresh pastries for breakfast plus great choice of juices. Breakfast was above average for Hampton inns as they still had waffles, hot and cold cereal, sausage, eggs, yogurt, bagels. Great reward program if you don't use housekeeping. You get $ for in-house store or 500 hilton reward points for each day not used.

This hotel has a lousy reservation system, do not solve problems, nor answer emails.

The overall experience was good. We needed to reprogram our key because it didn't work initially. The best part is the free breakfast. They had the usual plus waffle makers.

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious. The breakfast is your standard continental. The area is very quiet. The Dolphin and the International Mall is close by. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean hotel. Bfast was good. Nice little bar area by the pool. 24hr Coffee and tea staion in the lobby was nice too.

I booked a room for my daughter to have a sleepover… The girls loved it, and it was very comfortable… My only issue was one of the eyes' on the stove didnt work… I didn't complain about it because everything else was just fine. It was the perfect amount of space and very nice!

I really like this place. I stay at about 4 or 5 different Hilton properties a week and this one is probably the most friendly of all. They have a small little outside bar (which is rare for a Hampton). Front desk staff last night and tonight were great. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because there is no fridge in the room.

Was told a charge would not be put on a credit card that was being used as a back up by my brother in order to check into the room without me (was at work all day) card was charged as a "hold" and will be held on the account for up to 5 days even after being payed in full on a separate card, was never advised of this until I got to the hotel. The pool was a selling point for my family due to having a 2 year old daughter unfortunately the pool was closed on our arrival which we were never notified of prior to booking The room or our arrival date. Kinda of funny seeing as that's the first picture on on the booking page. Hallways smelled horrible and ac unit in room smells like dirty football cleats. For being a sister company to Hilton I would expect way more. Price on room is wayyyyyy to much for the service and standards they give. I would definitely give homewood suites a try before booking anything at this hotel.

I've stayed here frequently over the last few months and everytime I always feel welcome. The staff always greets me whether I am coming or going. My room is always spotless when I return each night, but it's the little things that really matter. When I had a cold and annihilated the tissue box, they always replaced it. My travel pillow is always placed back on the center of my bed after is it made. Even though I came right before they closed, the bartender was still sweet and served me with a smile. It's a pleasure to stay here and I will continue to come here when I am visiting Doral.

Rooms weren’t ready at check in. Room I was put in smelled like fish; it was wet carpet from a leaking dishwasher. Moved to another room on first floor, cell phone couldn’t get calls. Wi-Fi stopped working in middle of my work. Loud people in room next door. Not recognized as a diamond member. This place needs attention. Dirty carpet in rooms and hallways.

Good hotel for Miami in the holidays, price okay and good breakfast.

The hubicacion is super good. It is winged by the Express and has easy access to get to Miami and the Dolphin Mall fast. Excellent customer service. Very nice.

The Hotel well, it does what it takes. The hotel was very friendly and the perfect venue. It would be nice if they improved breakfast, attention. We were waiting more than an hour for two pillows that we ordered. Cleaning should improve, too.

Good attention. It can improve a bit the maintenance of some room details, although about that, I would repeat the stay.

Location was perfect. Its nothing terribly fancy but it's not a bad place to stay.

Travelling for work, I found the hotel was conveniently located with plenty of parking and within walking distance to a few restaurants and fast food places. The lobby staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast in the morning were standard Hampton Inn fare, eggs or omelets, oatmeal, fruit, cereal, breads, yogurt with juice or coffee. All in all, a pleasant stay.

Easy access on and off the turnpike. Close to restaurants. Good amenities, and comfortable rooms, could stand a little updating.

Upon entry, I was greeted by 2 very nice employees behind the front desk. They could see that I was tired, and offered an upgrade to a suite. The television in the bedroom was not working, and they immediately sent a gentleman to replace it. I was very impressed with the service. Everything was great with my stay.

After we lost our home to hurricane Irma we've been staying at the Hampton Inn for almost two months and I have only had very positive experiences here. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to help make our stay more comfortable. The hot breakfast every day is always excellent and staff members Yaima, Eddie, Erica, Leon, Doris, Amanda have been amazing in their friendliness and desire to please. I can honestly say that I have never had a better experience any where else and I'm writing this review to show my gratitude and appreciation to every staff member at the Hampton Inn!

I don't know, just go pick up a person. Never enter the hotel. But. From the outside it looks clean.

Old, Loud Hotel! Do not stay here. The hotel is right next to a Cuban Cuisine that plays loud music throughout the night. If you get room on that side of the hotel you'll hear loud music until after midnight for sure. Worse Hampton Inn experience ever.

Just got in from a long drive. It was a pleasure to be greeted by Kat at the front desk. I'm a Hilton Diamond member. This is always one of my favorite properties.

Good location, close to the Dolphin Mall and the airport. It has breakfast and cleaning service to the rooms. It has a swimming pool and parking. The place was observed neat and clean during the stay.

Very well located next to the FL Turnpike, near Dolphin Mall.

I've stayed here several times but they opened their doors to me and my team when we got stuck here during hurricane Irma. The General manager and her entire team have hunkered down with us for the duration of the hurricane and are bending over backward to ensure everyone is safe and comfortable. This is the benchmark of customer service. They've gone way beyond the extra mile. This hotel will continue to be my first choice for accommodation in Miami. Special mention to Erica. She is a gem. Also, the ducks help to make this place special.

Although my family and I are only on day one of our visit. I rate our experience thus far as the best in the industry we have experienced. All the staff is so helpful and friendly. Leon makes our trip to the mall entertaining, he is just warm and funny-great man. Breakfast had nice options to choose from. My kids enjoyed their favorite cookies today courtesy the hotel as an evening treat.

Nice clean rooms and nice stuff. I also like the fact that they have a van to take you to two major malls or Walmart for free. The elevators are very very slow so you better not be in a big hurry.

So far, I can tell you that I've had a very positive experience. Eddy, at Front Desk, is quite a professional, friendly and helpful. From 1 to 10, I'd give him 10 without hesitation. As a Hilton member, I feel proud to meet employees like him and call him a colleague. Thanks. And keep the good job.

Was there September last year… visited again last week… and I loved it even more the second time around. The staff is amazingly friendly and accommodating… was my birthday and was gifted with wine and chocolates and a personalized card… these people are wonderful… they treat you like family… and the shuttle service to the malls was a definite plus… keep it up guys… will certainly visit again!

I am very upset and I have lost all the confidence on the managers of the hotel. A package from Forever 21 has been stolen ir lost from your desk. It arrived on March 8 th when I already was at the Airport to Perú. I've send you e mails with no respond. I ' ve trying to talk by phone, never answered it. My nephew has been in contact with you all this time with no results and no solutions at all.

Overall very good experience. The breakfast in the morning was very good. Everything you could want, including waffles. The pool was also nice, big and not too many people used it. Our room was also nice. The only complaint that I have is that the beds rolled to the middle a bit, but that wasn't much of an issue. They even had games that you could borrow at the front desk. We borrowed Yahtzee for a night. Would recommend!

Quite a number of options for breakfast. Tea and coffee available at all times. It is walking distance from a shopping centre which had restaurants and a pharmacy/supermarket. The Hampton also has a free shuttle to Dolphin Mall and Miami International Mall. The staff is very friendly and the cleaning staff quite efficient. Overall it is a great place to stay.

This is a wonderfully maintained property with a very friendly staff. Everything was spotless and the staff was always exceeding expectations. I want to give a big shout out to Robinson at the front desk got getting us checked in early. He was wonderful in taking care of that for us.

Very clean, Staff was very polite, Amanda was very helpful to me at a very stressful time when making my last minute reservations and the overnight front desk assistant on 4/24/16 was very friendly also. This hotel is conveniently located to many stores, the Breakfast Bar is a very large open area for comfort and they have someone that will deliver food 24 hours a day to this hotel. I will definitely come back for the exceptional service. The one downer I had was, during check in, I pulled under the Canopy area to have easy access to unload my bags, being that it was late at night and being that I am a lady, traveling alone late scares me. The bus driver for the hotel was rude, he said he needed me to move from under the covered area although there was plenty of room. The Person attending the counter continued waiting on me, but he was yelling. "now, now! ". O continued processing my check-in but felt very uncomfortable about his rudeness and wondered did he treat everyone this way.

It was a quick stay. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast in the morning was good. Unfortunately I was not at the hotel enough to experience everything. I guess I would sum it up by saying I would stay there again.

Staff is friendly and helpful. There is a shuttle that takes you to dolphin mall, mia intl mall n walmart by schedule and it also picks you back up this service helps you save alot instead of using a cab. You also have access to free breakfast and Wi-Fi.
