The guys at the front desk were truly amazing, made us feel welcome and special (like rolling out the red carpet) highly recommend to all, rooms are clean and incredibly nice.

Completely satisfactory! extremely clean, comfortable. Customer service is exceptional. Breakfast is great. I highly recommend this hotel! ☆☆☆☆☆ 5 stars!

Big, clean rooms, and a very accommodating staff. Also a short walking distance to an awesome shopping area with tons of restaurants. Can't recommend this hotel enough!

Nice place to stay, on our second day we got nice breakfast as well. Cleanliness and other amenities was also good.

This is a fantastic establishment me and my family enjoyed our stay here I even came back a second time after our family trip. The staff is very professional as well as friendly I couldn't have asked for a better experience I've recommend them to all of my friends so when they visit Miami they can create there own special memories at Hyatt Place thanks again you guys for such a wonderful job.

It's all about customer service! Pros: loved the friendly staff, service and hot breakfast. Cons: the hotel has a humidity issue that triggered my allergies. Sofabed had mold stains in the back when opening and felt like it had the same sheets for a while, so I decided not to use it. The place just needs to be deep cleaned and dust the rooms more often. I didn't complained because it was a short stay but I need mentioned it after maybe they'll fix that. Overall good for short, sleep only kinda stay.

Good for the price. Bathroom is too small to open/close door with another in the bathroom… odd for a king bed room that would typically house a couple. The was a nice sitting area with held several suitcases we had to sort out. The staff were great. There is food available 24 hours (and free coffee in the morning) — unlike the courtyard Marriotts. Unless your looking for a pool this is a better option overall. The elevators are working slow here and my room doors slam shut. Otherwise pleasant.

As a disclaimer, I liberally throw five stars at hotels as long as it's reasonably clean, the bed is in good, clean shape, and the plumbing works. Here everything is nice, better than what I expected. My only issue was that when watching TV, some of the stations just dropped out and the picture looked like if the cable was ran from Texas to the hotel here (real grainy). Besides that and the cleanliness of the room, the employees here are super nice and accommodating, the breakfast was good, and even the employees operating the shuttle services were polite, caring, and just all around happy. While it's tucked away behind some buildings and you can easily miss the sign, it is nestled near some fast food chains and a nice short walk to City Place.

Very courteous and helpful staff, clean rooms, nice view. FYI, the area is a Cuban District — including all the. So if somebody don't speak English don't get upset. But beautiful view and area.

A different Miami seen from this site. Elegant day and night walk. It has cinemas, theater bars… restaurants, cafes, pubs. Excellent view. Dancing waters. Suitable for the whole family.

Great hotel! Our room was nice and clean, staff was very helpful and friendly shout out to Carlos for all his help. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because back door was broken and wouldn't open from the outside (struggled with that due to our room being right by that door) other than that we enjoyed our stay!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was AWESOME and very varied. For those who want to be healthy or those who prefer a savoury breakfast there's something for everyone. The room and hotel in general was kept very clean! Special mention of Elvis who to me went above and beyond!

Not happy with my stay. The staff here are nice but the amount of money I spent to stay here for 5 days isn't worth it. The positives: close to local bars, malls and strip. The negatives: only one elevator working (and I took a picture of the notice posted on the elevator), the toilet seat in my room looked like a toilet seat from a crack house, one dryer was not working, the ice machines didn't work, in the 5 days I stayed not once did I see anyone clean the pool. I did speak to the mgr and staff about my complaints. They laughed about the toilet issue and said others had also complained about this. They did reimburse me (some money-not enough) for the inconveniences. My family and I plan to return to Florida in July. We will not be staying here. It's unfortunate because from the outside it looks so nice. They definitely need to tweek some things.

We were evacuees from the Keys during Hurricane Irma. I Got rear-ended on the turnpike and had to find a place quick for 3 of us. They happened to be open and has one room left! During an evacuation and state of emergency! They were so kind, and the hardest working people. Made sure everyone was happy and comfortable, and at home… Never lost power even during The worst of the storm there. We can't thank them enough. We were so worried about our island (Big Pine Key) and when We returned, our house was flooded to our doorknobs, as 90% of this place was really damaged… I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat! And they have an awesome breakfast. Great bar and staff❤ Thank you guys for the hospitality and your kindness! We will never forget that week of 9/8/17-9/17/17

We had a group of 12 in town for an event and stayed in two rooms (two beds and an additional pull-out bed in each room). While we were there, the staff was always friendly and accommodating. The location's great since it's close to the airport and has a shuttle service throughout the day. We were able to get to downtown Miami easily through the public transportation system from the airport. If I were to visit Miami again I would definitely book here again. One thing that stood out to me about this Hyatt Place is that even though my group checked out and I had to wait in the lobby for 5 hours, the staff showed excellent hospitality towards me and asked if I needed anything while I waited.

It's a nice enough Hotel. Very friendly staff and nice breakfast. I was looking for something a little bit more in the center of the action and unfortunately it is located in and Industrial Park type complex. It's okay if you're coming in and just need a place to crash for the night. But I wouldn't stay there as a destination because you are nowhere near the action.

Excellent service, speak Spanish, is close to the airport, but in the room does not disturb the noise, good breakfast and attention, very nice place.

I couldn’t of been MORE DISAPPOINTED. Now, I’ve stayed at Hyatt Places in other locations before, and have always been very satisfied with my stay but the Hyatt Place Miami Airport was a different story. Now, the staff was GREAT, very friendly and helpful. But, it was bad. I was in Miami for one night for work, and had booked a single night king bed room. I arrived at midnight, to be told by the front desk associate that the room I had paid for in full, was no longer available due to “issues” — that he did not explain. There was another guest, who had to find a room at another hotel because her room was unavailable too. Why? I’ll never know. They had one room open and I got it but when I walked in, the carpets were SOAKED with water, with a large orange dirty dusty industrial fan blowing to dry the carpet. The bathroom had no shower door so water went everywhere, I felt like I was back in Thailand staying in a 2 Star hostel. The outlets didn’t work, there were zero outlets by either bed, the hotel phone was disconnected and didn’t work, many lights were out, and the television remote didn’t work. To say the least 300$/night for a Motel 6 type of room was more than disappointing. Not money well spent. Would not recommend.

Good customer service. This close to the international airport of the city of Miami. Ideal to take the flight well rested.

The hotel is clean with friendly staff. There is a complimentary hotel shuttle. For a fee, one can get a ride to the port. The reason for only giving 3 stars, is related to the hotel not being on any of the tourist attractions pick up list. In order to visit attractions, one needs to find a way to get into city, or beach on their own.

I have never given the Hyatt brand 2 stars. But I tried to honestly think of the things that made my stay somewhat enjoyable and after rethinking I gave this location 3 stars. We were greeted by Elvis who, hands down, is the only reason I gave the 3 star rating. His level of customer service was unmatched by anyone I came in contact with there. The hotel is older and so there was only one elevator working in the morning. Being on the 6th floor, it took forever for the elevator to make it up, at one point we started looking for the stairs but couldn't even find any. That was frustrating as we needed the elevator multiple times. The walls were very thin and we could hear everyone coming and going down the hallway, also frustrating. The breakfast was also just average. (Nothing compares to the Hyatt breakfast they serve in Athens, GA. ) The free parking and Elvis were the best things about this stay.

Have the good relation price-practicality of the Hyatt Place and Hyatt House, but in this case with a little warm and a place to have breakfast was very young.

The staff are super friendly. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was much better than I expected. The cleaning people paid attention to the do not disturb sign and didn't bother us, whch doesn't sound like much but at some places this definitely isn't the case.

Very chic. Always busy because it is close to cruise ship terminals — — about 20-minute drive. Employees are friendly, efficient, and helpful. Lots of restaurants within short walking distance. Variety of cuisines — — Cuban food was delicious. Movie theater and shopping also within walking distance.

Good hotel if you go to Miami only for purchases that is only for sleep offers no options for vacations, the space for breakfast is very small and the variety in breakfast is not very good.

I stayed in this hotel without checking reviews because is part of the Hyatt chain, my mistake because it is not up to the standard of Hyatt. There's a smell of moist in the halls and in the bedrooms. In our room the carpet next to the air conditioning was always wet and it was exactly in the walking path. The bathroom it's very small. The housekeeping was also bad, from no making the bed (happen in one occasion, to not washing the only glasses and coffee cups in the room, to the dust accumulating with the days passing by). This rooms doesn't have kitchenette. The bed is comfortable and the staff at the reception it's very nice and helpful. For what you pay you can find something a lot better and with a kitchen in the neighborhood.

They are doing construction improvements so it's a little hard to give them a good rating but seems like it'll be a nice place when they get done.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. I took one star off because of little things, like a key card that didn't always work, a dead TV remote, and sub-par room cleaning.

It was nice near to Miami south beach, airport, and malls. Has spacious rooms and great breakfast but no kitchen to cook on your own. Negative thing, they were doing renovations and noises.

Needed a room after a missed Flight in MIA. Was able to book a room a little past mid-night and enjoyed the 4 hour stay. Even had a quick bite at the breakfast bar which was open before 5 AM!

Desperately in need of renovations! Pool was nice but you'll get wet just going through the door you have to exit and return through due to the A/C dripping. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

This place is Amazing. Clean, quiet and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was great. Way above my expectations. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Have stayed here three times now. Each time, it seems like this hotel is becoming more of a "kid-friendly" hotel. Would definitely not call this a business hotel and the "free" breakfast is just ok. However, the rooms are VERY spacious and clean. Location is good if you're looking to spend your time in the Doral area. Prices are great — hence the four stars.

Excellent staff who treat you like family no matter what time of day or night! Rooms are always clean and a great place to stay at a good price. Free parking, breakfast and fast Wi-Fi, what else can you ask for!

The hotel is bad also retain 60 dollars for safety which for them but they never return them. It is not a good option. I do not recommend it.

The hotel is not bad, rooms are comfortable and clean.
Breakfast has lots of variety and not seemed very good, besides that need you space, the area for breakfast is combined with reception and lobby of the hotel. It's all very chaotic.
In general, not bad for the price and if only these pass and get to sleep at the hotel.

Staff was very nice and professional, from front desk to housekeeping and maintenance. Hotel is just slightly dated ie. Slightly fogged windows and similar things that are not worth mentioning, linen was very clean. Close to everything. Airport 10 minutes downtown Miami 15 minutes southbeach 20 minutes A ton of shopping and food options nearby. Do check out Millers Ale House… mmmmmm Pool is good, there is laundry room on site, free breakfast was actually pretty good. All in all I would recommend this hotel and if ever back in the area ill seek it out. For the record my girlfriend and I stayed here for a week and between the two of us we have over 15 years hotel experience, me in maintenance and her housekeeping and its obvious you take pride in what you do. Comfortable, pleasant hotel with friendly staff. A bit far from everything, the nearest supermarket is a 40-minute walk, but there are many restaurants in the area.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Easy check in and check out. The continental breakfast is great.

Hotel was in a weird location. Room was very comfortable. Free breakfast was nice to have, although the quality of the food was not very good.

This hotel is clean and conveniently located by the airport. It is not the closest Hyatt to the port, however they do offer free parking for cruise goers and is much cheaper than at the port with at least one night's stay. There were ants in my room but other than that room was clean and satisfactory. There is a bar open til midnight and breakfast from 630am until 930am. Elevators are slow and only one of the two was constantly working. Long wait times. There is a mini fridge and pull out sofa. Room was spacious for a family of five and lots of luggage.

Rooms were large and clean. The whole floor had a musty smell but that's normal in South Florida. The free breakfast was large with many options. Good-size dog walking area near the back door. I'd gladly stay there again.

Don't try and rent a meeting room here. They have no clue what they are doing. First saying they cant rent it on weekends because of breakfast but when they realize they are losing 10+ rooms as well they all of a sudden have the meeting room? Seems like the new management is not very professional and their sales person is new to the job and sounds like they have no training. I've had more professional dealings with Motel 6's. Clearly a messed up Hyatt.

They kept turning hot water off in my room. Had to call every morning and wait at least 15 minutes before the shower. Breakfast is OK, but not great.

This is the worse hotel I have ever been to. Do your self a favor, if you are cruising and planning on parking, just pay the port authority for the parking. This hotel smells like pee, the rooms are dirty and the air-conditioner does not work.

We arrived at the hotel and attended us very well. The room is spacious and clean, the only thing is that the bathroom is a little small. We will certainly return.

I've Being there for 43 days, during training at Airbus facilities near there. Had a good time in this good (not excelent nor bad) hotel.

Nice rooms, pull out couch for third person was comfy, good selection for breakfast. Free Wi-Fi.

Very spacious room, large screen TV, very much recommended for a night.

Big room, almost a suite. Staff are very friendly. Complimentary continental breakfast was awesome, especially the fresh fruit salad and decent coffee (latter so hard to come by in America, sadly). Free Wi-Fi worked very well throughout the hotel.

Comfortable, well equipped rooms, excellent staff, the restaurant has very good food, close airport and shopping centers more important.
