There are several things, besides the fact that to find friendly staff who speaks Spanish is always fantastic!. The cleanliness, the willingness to provide help of their employees, the amplitude of spaces (I've seen rooms really big), the quality of the breakfast, the closeness of restaurants (the hotel itself has a restaurant which we have not yet tested, maybe tomorrow), … all at a third of the price of Miami Beach. Perfect to go to the airport and to the outlets. To visit the city you have to deal with the traffic… but since then, it is an option to consider.

Best customer service, staff very friendly, restraunt was great entertainment, singer was awesome.

Worst stay for a long time at any Marriott hotel. (I travel constantly stay in hotels 250+ days a year). Staff here had no recognition of Martiott loyalty; no upgrade given despite better rooms being available.
Housekeeping were determined to ignore the Do Not Disturb on the door knocking 3 times by noon alone.
Bed was really hard.
Furniture/cabinets were cheap and showing wear already in a new hotel.
Breakfast was a weird layout and a poor selection.
Staff were not customer focussed.
First and last time I will use this brand from Marriott family.
The AC Doral or the Airport Towneplace Suites are much better local options; both have friendly staff and better amenities.

I love staying here because staff is friendly and rooms are clean.

One of the best affordable hotel chain I've seen. It's like a private home away from home. Very modern and chic. Nice layout with kitchen and fancy bathrooms. Always my go-to.

I have been a loyal SPG Gold Rewards member for many years always staying in Aloft Hotels when I travel for business because of their welcoming pet policy. I checked in this hotel with my capuchin monkeys, all of the desk staff took personal photos with her and they gave her the pet agreement to sign as she likes to write. I took everything to my room, unpacked and left to pick up some things from the local drugstore. I returned and was accosted loudly at the elevator by the manager on duty who is from their sister hotel The Element who told me "another guest called corporate to complain about your monkey so you will have to leave". So they choose another guest comfort over mine and threw us out! It was after 12:am and I had never been to Miami and had no idea where to go. To insult me even worse, she had locked me out of my room. I asked her why she did not just politely call me and she said she knew that would get my attention. This hotel is pathetic, avoid it like you would avoid the plague.

Very very good place for some steak and pork chops. The bar makes amazing cocktails. Lovely ambience.

Had a great stay this week at the Element in Doral. They greeted me by name, having remembered from a previous trips down. Great service and options of which floor to stay on and a room upgrade to an empty suite. Enjoy the hotel and staff. Keep up the great work!

I stayed here nearly a week and my experience was so good and the best. The bed was comfortable the washrooms clean and the staff very accommodating.

Recently opened hotel with studio type rooms. Good value for the price. Hotel website provides all information on facilities and services offered. Would recommend hotel for it's cleanliness and customer oriented staff.

This was a great experience. We received friendly, engaging service at the front desk and the facilities were clean and modern. The room (1bdrm suite) was spacious and very well-equipped with a full kitchen. It's a bit out of the way, but a very convenient 15-minute drive to MIA.

Clean hotel. Great staff. Free great tasting breakfast with options. Rooms were well designed. We felt comfortable. Never heard noise or other guests. Good quality toiletries. Free parking. Would definitely stay there again.

Spent one night here. Very clean and fresh feeling, and very comfortable bed. The steakhouse restaurant on site was excellent. Staff was curteous and helpful.

Very nice hotel. Good hotel for long stays, comfortable beds, equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Breakfast it's included for all their guests. Nice gym and pool. Laundry services and convenient store. Free parking. Shuttle to the airport service. If you don't need a kitchen then their hotel partner next door Aloft is best for you for a lower price. I've stayed in many hotels in Doral and I really recommend this one.

The staff is very attentive to the guests and make you feel at home! The suite is very spacious and comfortable. I enjoy having the living room, kitchen, and bedroom separated. I’d recommend this hotel to family and friends!

Lovely home for race weekend. Was surprised to find a full kitchen in an upscale hotel room. Would be great for someone spending more than a weekend there. Had a fabulous dinner at 107 steakhous. Highly recommend that! Pretty standard hotel+breakfast fare. Always a welcome addition to a hotel stay.

We had a very pleasant stay here. The suites are very nice and have all you need if you want to fend for yourself rather than eating out. Great to have included breakfast and light dinner every day! Comfortable beds. Love the shower! Would certainly start here again and recommend to others.

Excellent location and price, the shuttle service somewhat irregular in their schedules, but it is also a great advantage for the movements at the airport as well as the dolphin mall and the international mall.

Love this place and will keep going back! Above par hot breakfast and evening Happy Hour included. Happy hour included sodas, beer, wine, salad and small sandwiches! Enough for light dinner right on-site!

It is super cozy and the rooms are well comoletas with microwave, hot water, air works perfectly, a well equipped hotel despite being old. What have well modernized. I missed more options in the breakfast. But it's okay… would come back.

I love the Element brand from SPG and when I checked in I was given a suite. The grounds are clean and feel safe, additionally the morning breakfast is always wonderful. My only complaint is that this location is usually was over priced for a lower tier SPG in an area with no major draw.

Outstanding service, Room was so clean and managed. The staff is super polite and very accommodating of your needs. I would love to recommended Element Miami Doral because it is leading the way for others to follow. This hotel is in my top hotel list.

Good location, great benefits with the free breakfast and evening appetizers. Lobby has a cool feel. Last but not least, the heavenly bed. Can't go wrong staying here!

The rooms are very spacious. Nice showers. The front desk staff is helpful. The week night food and drinks in the lobby is quite entertaining. All in all a good hotel. Don't stay at the Aloft across the parking lot though, that place is the worst.

Stayed here for close to a month. Staff is super nice and friendly! Rooms are nice and facilities are really good. On the downside, they could pay a bit more attention to the cleanliness of dishware when you check in and the Internet speed is definitely subpar. However, in general, completely satisfied!

Very nice place and overall I'm happy will return if need stay area! IMHO great option if want little calm place after busy days out in Miami, yes location is far west but you're driving everywhere anyways… Also, a nice touch is good quality appliances for the in room full kitchens rather than low end stuff most chains use.

GREAT ROOMS, great service, one elevator was down but they were on top of it. Love this hotel! Also, the partnership with the other hotel in-cannot and their bar/lounge is amazing.

We spent our vacation 2017 at the Element Hotel. The service was excellent. The room service was very good. As well as the shuttle service. It was well organised. One suggestion for Element Hotel is, plastic plates and other plastic cutlery should be provided for guests who wish to use them at breakfast. I have 3 kids and the plastic wares are better suited for kids at breakfast instead of cutlery.

What a wonderful hotel! Great experience, super comfy beds, spacious and modern rooms. Only downside was breakfast, it was great and varied, but food was cold, not even warm. That could improve.

Really nice joint compared to options nearby. Provident offers larger spaces, but Element is cleaner, and offers a buffet breakfast for free. The staff at Element are not always the best. I've had housekeeping trying to barge into my room despite the door hanger being hung outside. Also the front desk staff can be kinda clueless at times. Your mileage might vary if you speak Spanish as a first language (probably for the better). Overall, Element has become my "go to" spot for business travel in Northwest Miami.

I ejoyed very much staying at this hotel, but the only thing that bother me was that the housekeeping lady came twice to my room to ask me if we were checking out already. When I spoke to the guy that checked me in that day and I had requested a late check out until 1pm and he said ok I can stay until that time and he was going to notify the rest of the staff. Besides that, everything else went great during my stay.

Clean Rooms, awesome Staff. Rooms are a tad bit on the small side but it has a full kitchen. Breakfast was also Satisfactory. I would recommend this Hotel to friends and family. Can't complain about the price either. Well worth it!

Waited over an hour for the shuttle at the airport. When we got on the shuttle, the driver picked up 3 other people and dropped them off at a hotel that wasn't on his route. It took over an hour to get to the hotel. Over 2 hours to get to the hotel is unacceptable.

Their website states that "The pet program offers a special bed, bowl and a bag of treats and toys. " Because of this I chose to stay at this hotel but I didn't get these things. When I asked about this I was given an annoyed look when checking in. The next day I got another annoyed look from someone else when I asked again. Finally the third time someone at the front desk helped ask for a pet bed to be sent up but there were no treats or toys, which they apparently didn't have. Overall it's a decent hotel with nice rooms, and the breakfast is very nice. Biggest issue was dealing with the staff and Wi-Fi that was very difficult to connect to. Not sure why they advertise things they don't do.

Clean, up scaled hotel would definitely stay again.
