The rooms are great and they are priced at half the cost of Trump's Doral right next door. The rooms are way better I have stayed several times at both places. My only suggestion is that they would open the bar at the pool. There is a huge bar by the pool but it only opens Saturday and closes like around 5:00PM. The only option is to walk up to the restaurant and get the drinks at their bar.

Nice place. First apartment smelled cigarettes. We switched. Nice staff. For the price would rather pay a little more and go to Trump.

First and foremost WOW. This place was amazing. Large rooms with kitchen and balcony. Pool with plenty of tanning area. Not very busy at all. Two nights made me feel like I was in my own apartment feeling welcomed. Can't wait to go back again.

WORST hotel experience I've had in my life! We booked our stay here 4 months in advance and requested a early Check in. Throughout the 4 months we kept in touch w the staff, just to make sure everything is right on track and will be ready for us once we arrive. We were told that the earliest we could check in was 8 AM. Once we arrive after an 8 hour drive approximately 8 in the morning, we're told our room isn't ready. We waited 3 hours for our room, we had nowhere to go in the meantime. We were forced to sleep in the upstairs lobby near the gym and locker room and were told we could shower and freshen up in the meantime there. Are you kidding me?! This is NOT what we paid for. This is by far the worst service I've ever had to encounter and myost definitely do not recommend this place. They were overbooked and didn't have an extra room for us to stay, which is ridiculous because we booked and paid for our stay 4 months in advance. Then they change the story saying our room needs to be cleaned. I do NOT recommend this place at all.

Definitely not a 4-star hotel. When we checked-in and got to our room we noticed the blankets and sheets on the bed were stained and dirty. After a quick call to the front desk housekeeping came by to change the sheets. Unfortunately after spending our first night there we were woken-up with construction going on in the room next to us. Again a call to the front desk and we find the construction is going to be an all day thing. Why would anyone put customers next to a room that will be undergoing construction the following morning?! Yes, the front desk did make arrangements for someone to help move us to another room in a different building but it was very inconvenient. The food at the Chop House is only mediocre for what you are being charged. The good thing is there are plenty of other restaurants across the street and a new Publix within a 5 minute drive from here.

A great hotel located in Miami. Our room was perfect. Very quiet, staff very nice and welcoming a nice pool, a restaurant at they serve very good breakfast for all tastes. With the view from the room the golf. The only downside is that for my taste, the hotel is a bit far from the city center.

Beautiful resort. Incredibly friendly staff. Housekeeping was amazing. Vanessa (manager? ) works in the front office went above and beyond. She helped us several times with sunscreen, food, housekeeping… ect. Pretty much everything. Professional. Kind. Helpful.

The bathrooms are phenomenal, the kitchen is great, the living area is spacious. And it has a nice balcony area with seating. Great place to stay.

It is very far from the rooms to the reception; The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

It is excellent to experience staying in your rooms within a golf course, they are tremendously large and with a super full kitchen. In the best of Doral and is right next to the Resort Tramp Golf Club. Super desirable.

This is a beautiful place, the house we had was wonderful and spacious. The view of the trees and the golf course every morning was inspiring. The massage on site was great and relaxing. We did not get the room service but it is available for reservations before 11pm. The pool was supposed to be heated but not completely. Gorgeous water reflections accommodates familes due to it being a shallow pool; whirlpool was available. Overall a great experience will go and stay again!

The room was absolutely beautiful and probably one of the most spacious hotels I've ever stayed in! There was a full kitchen and a bathroom that will make your jaw drop upon arrival. Check-in was a breeze and enjoyable really with Diana at the front desk. She was so warm and welcoming and was extremely fun, vibrant and personable. I would most definitely stay again on my next trip to Miami.

This year was our second year staying and it was equally impressive. Close enough to everything fun in Miami but nice escape to relaxation! Love the pool and the full amenities in the rooms. Also the restaurant is delicious! Very good food and everyone there is so accomodating.

This place is FILLED WITH CREEPY CRAWLIES! DO NOT STAY HERE! The place was so beautiful and it smelled so good once you’ve walked into the lobby. But the rooms were DIFFERENT. The rooms looked just like on the website minus the BUGS. I happened to just look into the kitchen sink and saw an ant. Then my brother saw more in the living room which was a different location and you know what they say about if you see one, THERES MORE WHERE THAT CAME FROM! We brought it to the hotels attention about our room. Nicely they gave us another room with an upgrade, no charge. But that room was even WORSE than the first one! This time ants AND SPIDERS WERE CRAWLING ON THE SEALING AND IN THE BATHROOM! We took took a video this time and showed it to the staff. They didn’t seemed concerned. Instead they offered us to see a THIRD ROOM! Every time is got worse. Three dofferent rooms in three different buildings! all infested! never ever stay here. Unless you want an outdoor camp life experience.

Service at the hotel was fantastic, from check in to check out. Gorgeous pool area with hot tub. Room was well appointed and clean. Housekeeping serviced the room well daily. Would definitely stay again if back in Miami.

The room was beautiful. It was the size of an apartment. The bathtub was very deep and had Jets, which was very nice. The appliances we're all up to date. The room that we had could fit up to 6 patrons, even though we only booked for four. The place it's at has a lot of places to eat very close by. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

The rooms were very well designed and accommodating. There were some problems, however. During my time there they sent and engineer to fix my a/c at 9:30 at night. Also the bathrooms weren't cleaned very well. I had some long strands of hair in my shower still from the previous guest. Also, hotels have to have self closing doors, which if I didn't pay attention when I left would remain open. This happened a couple of time because the maids didn't watch if the doors close. The staff is friends and the place is beautiful. The bar is good for a drink and I had the best steak and mashed potatoes there in a long time.

Update 2017 The Hotel has become somewhat "tired, " no longer top in my Opinion. Price is okay.

Liked the room but left 2 chargers there and went back the next day to get them. Housekeeping kept them and the front desk made zero effort in helping to retrieve them. My fault for leaving them but I won't stay in a place where I can't trust the keep.

Very spacious rooms and large property. Unfortunately not everyone in the staff was knowledgeable on what they offer on the property. Requested a opener and never arrived. Walked to the front desk and they informed me they did not have any. The overnight night auditor was nice and very helpful.

Large rooms and bathroom, very clean and cozy. Service is great and they offer free parking right in front of the room. Balcony is very nice with very nice view to the golf course. Location is great close to the airport and lots of restaurants and ships across the street.

Great place. Recently under new management. Parking is tight but it is free so no complaints. Very well located.

Wonderful property. Well maintained. Staff could use a few classes in English. Was exceedingly difficult communicating. I'm all about people coming here for a better life. But you need to speak the language.

This is not the first time I have stayed here, and every experience has been excellent. Nice, clean rooms with excellent comfortable beds and furniture. Excellent service and food in the restaurant. Great service at the desk. No reason not to stay.

Lovely apartments. Very spacious. Big bedroom and bathroom. We were a family of 4 sleeping in a 1bed 2bath apartment. Children slept on large sofa bed in lounge. Great to have cooking facilities. Our only negative is that we were in apartment 14 and its a long way from reception and pool when you don't have a car. Golf cart provided for transport to room and back.

It was my first time here, and my last… what a horrible experience. Here's what I went through: I called in and made a reservation last week on Wednesday over the phone with one of the reps. He seemed very nice, and I told him "I want a room with my own jacuzzi or hottub, if that's possible". And he told me "oh don't worry, every room has one". I asked him about the late checkout policy. He told me that checkout is at 11am but if you call the night before, and there is availability, I could stay until 1pm. I asked him if he could guarantee that for me as of that moment? he told me he can't guarantee me a 1pm checkout, but he guarantees me a 12pm checkout. On Saturday, July 9th, 2016 I arrived at the Provident Doral at approximately 9pm due to some inconvenience with my car. I told the person at the front about my delays and he said that wouldn't be an issue. I mentioned how happy I am that all the rooms have a hottub/jacuzzi and he didn't tell me otherwise. I told him "I know they have me for a 12pm checkout, but I was told you could find out if I can check out at 1pm the night before… can you verify that for me? " and he told me something different from the first rep; that I have to call in the morning when I wake up. On Sunday, July 10th, 2016 I woke up and called for a late checkout; but I was told that there was no availability. I said "so I can't checkout at 1pm? is my 12pm checkout still active? " and the representative told me "no sir, you have to be out by 11am".

Great quiet community. Very upscale but good pricing. Got upgraded for free to an enormous suite with a few friends. Definitely has a home-y feel, but still prestigious.

Incredibly good room at a very reasonable price. Golfers paradise, but also for Miami visitors.

Stayed in a 3 bedroom villa. The bedrooms were HUGE and so we're the bathrooms. It had updated cabinets in the bedrooms which were also huge. The kitchen had all new appliances. There is a nice large pool outside with water jet features. The shower head handle in our unit didn't work. There were cracks in the tile floor. The grout lines also seemed a little dirty. There is no laundry service on the premises also which is a bummer.

Very nice, had a few issues including one instance when we called the desk for ice since the ice maker in our room had been turned off and a bottle opener but they never came. Other than that it was pretty good.

I actually live in Miami, but stay at the Provident, for a little stay-cation. Front desk staff are always friendly and the check in process, takes almost no time at all. The views from the rooms could't get any better and cleanliness has never been an issue. It's close proximity to a few pretty good "watering holes" doesn't hurt either.

Very nice rooms but slow Wi-Fi and my keycard broke one day and I had to really back to the main building to get it fixed.

Nice big rooms, not so great location. Not much to do in the hotel (small gym, pool, spa and restaurant)

Pros: Room was spacious and very clean. Decor was very modern, good aesthetics. Service was great, all staff members were friendly but never pushy. Cons: Location is far from the airport entrance, but close to the back side of the airport — meaning there are planes overhead regularly while you relax by the pool.

The hotel offers 3 different types of rooms. Corners are 1 bedroom with a full kitchen and 2 baths. Most of the other rooms are studios with single bath. The third option is a larger set of rooms for either a group or a larger family. The best part about the rooms is the shower. It's a waterfall style and there is no shortage of water. Heaven on earth. Rooms are comfortable. The service is quite good. The restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food is excellent, but for the price you can find other options all over Doral. The gym is pretty good. It has a couple machines for upper and lower body, 2 treadmills, a stationary bike, a couple ellipticals, and a full set of free weights. The pool area is great for relaxation. The water is a really nice temperature. The hot tub, however, is Luke warm at best. In the near future there will be a lot of stores and restaurants across the street from the entrance. The hotel is also in the process of remodeling the rooms. Both will help enhance the experience once complete.

Very frustrating trying to book reservations for clients when 50% of the time, no one answers the phone.

The experience was pleasurable from day one to checkout time. The room was spacious, the decor was modern and the facilities accommodated our every requirement. We definitely had the homely feeling and would recommend this location which is around twelve miles from the Miami Beach but only six miles from the Miami International Airport. It takes about fifteen minutes across the various avenues and streets. The hotel was instrumental with providing us the name of a Car Hire Company (Quest is best) who collected us from the hotel took us to their office and gave us a car which took five minutes maximum. The car came fully loaded with all the extras and a full tank of gas and no limit on the mileage. The hotel advised us where the local stores like Dolphin Mall, Miami International Mall and others. WalMart is only several blocks away and there are plenty of restaurants to suite any taste are all close by. Worse case scenario if you are feeling tired after a long flight order a takeaway. If you are looking for comfort, peace and a tranquil environment then this hotel is a must visit.

I hardly ever take the time to review a place but feel compelled to compliment this place and recognize excellence. The condos/ villas are very spacious, clean, stylish and super comfortable. But the real quality is the attitude of all the staff. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We had enrolled for the Jim McLean golf school which was walking distance from Provident and recommended. My friend and I could not have been treated better. Liudis Rodriguez at check in and Brian at the 530 restaurant were tremendous assets to the hotel.

On the positive side: Good size rooms, very clean and modern and conveniently located. Very nice hospitality of cleaning personnel. Great pool. On the negative side: expensive food and beverage (cafe is at $5! ). Some road noise in the bedroom (morning rush hours especially) and airport is not far. Kitchen is lightly equipped (no oven for example, no bottle opener, etc. ). Rooms are pricey.

Excellent customer service! It's rare that I rate places, but this place is worth every penny.

Excellent hotel by its location, comfort and service. I recommend it widely.

Next time you in Doral please make sure to check in at the Blue, golf course in the back of your room not mention the the room it's self I felt like I was at home I will be back. And next time I'll bring my clubs.
