Camila, a member of the staff, greeted us at the front desk. She was very friendly, helpful, and informative. The outside of the building is very well maintained, as well as the interior entrance and hallways. Our room was clean and felt modern and fresh as well as comfortable! This is a big difference from my last stay in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Thank you!

Okay hotel. Very humid inside the hotel. Condition of bed is very bad. Towels in bathroom is so so rough and hard. Windows don't have a mesh. So you will feel congested and sultry humid.

Ashley has been an angel and has treated me so well. I'm very happy with your work. Is exceptionally the best of the company.

Everything is the best, theres no complains when it comes to the customer service or hotel in general. Ashley has been so helpful and remembers our family without a doubt. She really is the example of a perfect employee.

I stay here for a week and it was great! The guy manager gave us a tour of the hotel and gave us the best room. They also had tea in the lobby for the guest.

Best hotel for ultra! We go there on a Friday and down the weekend. The front desk was nice and the manager let us check out late on Monday. I would stay here again for my next visit.

Yadira was so helpful and made me feel at home during my stay! She was very attentive & really caring as well! Loved staying here would recommend it to others! & would most definitely stay again!

I stayed for approx 2 1/2 weeks and the service was amazing. They young lady named Ashley was just a doll. My dogs are going to miss seeing her every day. If you’re in town for a while definitely check this place out :) wonderful and helpful staff.

Clean, friendly but rooms were build your own kitchen. You had to tell them you wanted cups and a coffee maker. We didn't discover this until it was too late to get anything.

I lived in this hotel almost three months with my family, and in September we left the hotel due hurricane Irma, at that time there was a manager name Joel Gonzales and he told us that we can live some of our stuff at the hotel in their storage, we thought this was a nice gesture of him and we took his word for it an decided to live some of our stuff since we were planning to comeback. We came back after the hurricane just to find out that this manager was fired due to a sexual harassment case and spoke to the front desk about our stuff and guess what there was nothing at the storage, at that time we ask for this guy (manager) phone number and he answer saying that he left the stuff there at the storage, now no one is answering about my stuff I had a lot of valuables items there, a new ninja blender that cost me 160 dis, a pressure cooker that cost me 100 dis, and cloths and shoes, more or less around 600 dls, of valuable stuff, I made a complaint at the customer relations and no one is facing this issue no one is giving me answer this is ridiculous mind that I was paying 190 dls per day I assume that I was in a safe hotel with honest people, but the whole company is worthless because even the main office is not giving me an answer, looks that whoever owns this company doesn’t care about this issues, I’ve traveled all over the world and nothing like this had happened to me, shame on you extended hotel as a whole not just this hotel but the whole company.

Great hotel! Awesome staff! Rooms are clean and comfortable. The front desk girls Ashley, Yadira, Ivana, and Gloria are super friendly and helpful. Cindya, one of the supervisors, has been incredibly helpful during my stay as well.

This hotel is amazing from the service to the staff especially Cindya and Ivana always helping out and making me and my puppy feel at home! Absolutely will be back!

I'm staying at the Extended on 21 terrace and the staff is great! Especially Ivana and Cindya are always so helpful fixing any problem I encounter. Overall great staff.

First, we were informed that checking in early, even though the room was ready, would cost $25 extra. So we walked around for 3 hrs. Second, we chose this place because of the airport shuttle. When we requested a pick up for our 8:30 a. M. Flight, we were informed that the shuttle started around 8:30 a. M. On weekends Third, our non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. Lastly, the breakfast consisted of coffee and a store bought muffin. On the positive side the Wi-Fi worked.

Initially had a reservation at the extended stay blue lagoon. When I arrived I was told they were completely booked even though I had made a reservation previously that was confirmed. The lady informed me that there is another extended stay that I should go to instead and she provided the address. It would have been nice to receive a phone call prior to. After a a long drive, having to drive to another location was not ideal but she was friendly. Then proceeded to go to the extended stay Doral. The lady here was not as friendly. I informed her what the other hotel had said and she said well, I don't know why they would send you here I'm completely booked as well. After some time, she found a room reserved for me. The room itself was ok. Decently sized but nothing spectacular. As we were only staying there for the night, it did the job.

The rooms and price are good but you really have to be careful there. The is no safe so you can't store valuables. Left jewellery in the room while I went shopping and when I came in things where moved around wich indicated housekeeping came by but didn't clean. But guess what? Jewellery was gone. When I went to the front desk. Nothing. They said they knew nothing and could not find anything and housekeeping finished at 5pm to come back then. When I did they just told me we looked in the room and didn't find it. Had to say I know because someone came in while I was gone and stole it. Never staying there again. Theft in hotels are horrible. Went to another hotel that same moment.

I've been staying here at this location for almost a week now and I must admit, the service here is excellent. Nilda, Ashley and Francis have been more than exceptional. Staff is always courteous and very efficient. Anything that is needed, they're on it immediately. Of all the hotels I've stayed in, this is the best. I highly recommend everyone to come and book with ESA. You won't be disappointed.

Nice rooms, nice young lady at check in. They even have an 11 a. M. Checkout time! Only thing missing is a pool. Room was spotless. I'd definitely stay here again.

I wish I would have read more reviews. So, my party had a reservation here, but I was going to arrive a day ahead. The reservation being in my father's name, the lady the first night let me check in since I knew the name (a difficult name) and had the reservation number. Well, they made a mistake and gave us a single bed room because of overbooking. This would be fine since I was alone for the first night, but meant I had to essentially check out in the morning so I could go to my business meetings and would have to check back in when I got back to get the two-bed room. They couldn't give me the key in the morning because there were still people in the new room they were giving us. Well, the rest of my party finally got to the room before me as I had to stay out with a client until late. When I got back at 1am, I went to the front desk to get a new key to the new room (again, I knew the name, reservation number, AND room number for my party). The lady the second night simply would not give me a key, making me have to go up and wake up everyone at 1am in order to get a key from them. Even though it was THEIR mistake that made us have to change rooms, leaving me without a key to the new room. So not only did I have to pack all my stuff back up after my first night and go spend 12 meeting clients, I wasn't given access to my new room after they basically kicked me out for the day and I had to wake up an exhausted team at 1 am so that I could get a key.

Very reasonable prices. Great location. Very courteous staff willing to help at a moment's notice. Always smiling. Will definitely recommend. Keep it up guys you have a great way of doing business.

Great if you don't want to spend a lot. The kitchen is great and there is a Walmart really close to the hotel.

Nice costumer service really familiar and warm, the rooms are big but they have an smell of age people, that is the only thing that I do not like. The rest I think is a perfect spot to apply when you want to be in a central place inside Doral.

Staff is lovely. But stop telling me that my key card is not working because I am demagnetizing it! Am I the only person in this place that has a credit card?!?! Seriously. I'm coming back next year though…

The rooms themselves were decent enough, and the bed was comfy all things considered. I, however, will probably be staying at a different hotel due to the situation customer service caused. I originally attempted to book a room for two days here, but there was an miscommunication when I booked the hotel and I was unknowingly booked for just one day. At 11:00 A. M. The next day, when this fact came to light, I asked if I could stay an extra day and I just pay regular room rate, and customer service gave me the green light. Several hours later, around 3:00 P. M. Customer service called again and (rather rudely) informed me that they did not have the agreement with the entity I booked my hotel through, and that the representative I had previously spoken to was simply wrong. I was given 3 minutes to vacate my rooms and they further charged me an extra $45 for late checkout, even though it was customer service that told me I could stay the extra day without a problem. I was refunded once I complained to someone higher in the company some days later (I can only assume I was transferred to a corporate line, the customer service agent never informed me they were doing this or who I was transferred to). However, I'd advise saving yourself a headache and, if you insist on staying at the Extended Stay chain, book a room on 33rd street, which is only a couple miles down and the customer service team much more supportive and knowledgeable.

The moment we put our bags down we saw a hugeee cockroach on the window curtain so we requested that the hotel move us to another one of their locations which they did. Decent hotel if you don't mind cockroaches I guess.

Customer service was good, but the room itself was bad. I requested a non-smoking room and was given a room that smelled like thick smoke. A pool at the hotel wouldn't hurt either. Location is awesome! You're only seven miles from downtown Miami, which ain't bad at all. There is a Walmart up the street, as well as good restaurants.

The rooms are nice and clean, they could just use an upgrade (television for instance). The staff is friendly and accommodating. Needs a pool.

I call this place the little brother of the Deluxe on 25th St. Always have clean rooms just not as big as the Deluxe. Staff is helpful but busy since there is only one clerk at all times.
