Condo Hotel

Granted it is a hotel for two people max but they literally only give you two towels anything above that you pay $7. You may get lucky and The next shift person is nice enough to let you get another towel. We rented a total of 3 rooms and one rooms shower literally took at least 20 min to get on. Although it is in a great location!

A really nice boutique hotel. The room was so spacious and comfortable. Really clean too. We had an awesome king size bed that was super comfy. The location is great too, just one street behind Ocean Ave so it was really easy to walk to South Beach. The hotel provides beach towels. The only thing I would say that let it down was the breakfast, really basic and not much variety. Also, there is no pool or gym which would be nice extras.

Awesome boutique hotel, extremely spacious and modern. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside were how thin the walls were. But aside from that it would have been a 5 star review!

The location for this hotel is great, it's at the end of the strip and quieter. We stayed Thursday and a Friday night. It was quiet the first night but the second night was awful with a large group partying and going between several rooms yelling and laughing very loudly. The breakfast was very limited and coffee really weak. The place is a great place for college age people who just need a place to sleep or other activity needing a bed. The rooms were clean and staff friendly but not concerned about loud parties at 1:00 in the morning.

Quite boutique with amazing staff. They work for your comfort and great you with a smile. The location is next to an amazing beach and within walking distance to most places. The supermarket next door is a plus and has affordable quick food. It is worth every penny and would difficult come back here.

As soon as we arrived, staff was extremely pleasant. The desk attendant went out of his way to accommodate us. The stay is not over but I felt inclined to review already!

If you just want to relax and enjoy SB this is perfect… It is close to the action but far enough away that it is a quiet stay… They supply all of the basic kitchen supplies u would need to cook a good meal. Oh and the terrace is perfect! I'll definitely b back.

One of the best food I have ever eaten in my entire life. Within a few seconds of our entrance, the order was taken and the food was served promptly. The interiors were visually appealing, the ambiance was fantastic, The taste of food was much much good than I expected.

I loved everything about the Blanc Kara! The location, just a step from the ocean and comfortable to everything, albeit decentrated compared to the center of the Movida, the modern room, tastefully furnished and clean, rich breakfast, but especially the kindness of the guys at the reception, always available to provide every Information, smiling and competent. Segnalo for those who do not speak English that at the reception works a girl very helpful and nice that among the various languages speaks also a perfect Italian.

Great property a 3-minute walk to the beach and ocean drive, in a quiet area.

Good hotel. Very difficult to park around and expensive to park in public parking. If you go avoid rely on car. The hotel is fine and good service and good breakfast. Nice staff as well.

Only a couple of blocks from the beach… near the quiet end of Ocean Drive and close to bike rental and trails.

Great hotel a few steps from the beach. Spacious and well-appointed rooms with kitchenette (Nespresso capsules for coffee and tea bags every day), clean and spacious bathroom with slippers and bathrobes. Breakfast interesting. Free towels for the beach.

I would probably give them 4 stars for the decor… but the customer service is horrible. We walked in & weren't politely greeted. Paid lile 350 a night and no doorman to help take our bags up. Ehhh. Booked here for 2 nights originally & when we first checked in they tell us they only have us in for one night. How does a mistake like that happen? I had called a couple days prior to see if I COULD cancel 1 night without penalty they said no & I would need to speak with a manager to call back in the morning. I never called back. I thought I would just keep both nights and arrange whatever after. Then this happens. Whomever I spoke to took it upon herself to change the reservation without giving me a cancellation confirmation #. Unbelievable. They basically told us to go f%$* ourselves. The manager said she would help us find a different hotel but that never happened. Worst. Experience. Ever. Not fun unpacking & packing & relocating while youre on vacation. Waste of time & money. Save your money & get yourself a Airbnb.

Very nice. Although I was not a guest, I have been there and it is very nice. Maybe too expensive considering the location.

Exquisite Hotel. We had to spend a night there since 3rd Ocean Apartament we were cheated (not staying never there)

Blanc Kara hosted us and offered us a discount. He also made an exception, since they do not accept children and we were with our small baby. In hotel is botique, is incredible really. Your personal, Rodolfo and the manager behaved in a very human and exceeded my expectations.

Very friendly staff, always there when you need them. Nespresso in the room as much as you can drink. Nice breakfast with croissants, bread, cheese, yogurt, orange juice, ham and cereal. Very close to the beach, so the hotel gives you beach towels free of charge. Visitors leave books in the reception, so if you like reading, there's probably a book in your language in the give and take book shelf. Our room was nice. Cooled by a bit noisy aircondition. Bathroom is either a bit old or not made very professionally but worked as it should. Nice soaps, conditioner, shampoo etc. Bathrobe. Hard bed, left me with some backaches but gf thought it was fine.

Beautifully decorated but horrible customer service. They seem to hire incompetent staff that barely speaks English so it was hard communicating.

Excellent location, bright rooms, spacious and super equipped. The only fault is breakfast. Very good attention.

This is a really nice place to stay! The rooms are huge, and include kitchenettes with a fridge freezer and a coffee machine. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the the generally was clean. Breakfast is included and we had croissants, eggs, cereal and tea, coffee and juice. All staff were friendly and the neighbourhood seemed nice. There is a huge nightclub right by the hotel, but we weren't disturbed.

The hidden jewel of South Beach. Hidden near the end of Collins Avenue across from the Big Pink restaurant and Story Nightclub. I stayed there and had one of the best times of my life. I recommend getting a terrace room on the second floor if you can. I almost hate writing this review because if people find out about this place, I'll never get another reservation. Service: excellent. Rooms: perfect. Price: remarkable. A+++++

Large and spacious rooms, with fantastic furniture and design. Includes an acceptable continental breakfast. Very good location in South Beach.

Great place to stay. We had 3 nights here and it's only a short 2 minute walk to the beach and only 5 minutes from shops including a laundromat. It was about $5 for an Uber to the Lincoln Mall too. Huge rooms and very clean. Our only downside was the beds are unbelievably hard and uncomfortable. We asked for new pillows after the first night and were told they are all the same (flat, bricks). If this hotel doesn't do something about the beds they won't get return customers. It would of been a 5 star if the beds were better.

I love the hotel. Its in the perfect spot right near the beach, clubs and more. Its my second stay with them. All of the staff aren't as friendly. Maybe the one particular gentleman was having a moment but whatever… I enjoyed my stay anyway.

Not exactly what I thought I was paying a lot of money for.

There was a weird smell in the room. Bathroom was not so clean. I liked the fact that there was a kitchen. We had some fun finding out how to use the oven/microwave. Fun design in the room. Location is good. Parking is on the street and pretty expensive.

Really friendly staff in a well decorated stylish hotel. The hotel provides all facilities for your accomodation. Literally across the street you find places to eat, drink and dance. The beach and Ocean Drive are around the corner. In short, all we needed and more for a short and pleasant stay.

Myself and my partner stayed at this hotel. It is very nice and well located.
The surprise was at the time of payment. Indeed, the hotel is allowed we charged twice and pay back us once but of an amount less than the two payments. Result, one night 20% more expensive. Very difficult to contact (no), we have not managed to recover the overpayment.
Good hotel but thieves managers.
Good trip to Florida where we keep very good memories.
