Rooms are really nice and it's so close to the beach! Would recommend staying. This town has everything you need to have a cool Mimi weekend.

Very, very nice boutique hotel. Nicely renovated and well maintained like stay with a very nice location. The night manager was very kind and advised us there's a free Miami Beach shuttle service! Fabulous! My only mistake, forgot to ask for a quiet room. We were on the main floor adjacent to the pool… Horrible sleep despite a comfortable bed… Next time. Manager as recommended Sazon for a really nice Cuban cuisine restaurant~ excellent suggestion.

I checked in around 9pm, thru the rear entrance there is no sign to indicate that the reception is in a hotel room itself. We checked in, staff was awesome. We went out for a night out, when I returned to the room, I took a shower. From the shower to my bed my feet were filthy. The floors were dirty, the a. C. Unit never turned off, the beds were wet (maybe from humidity). When I complained in the morning, I was told the manager would call me to rectify the issue, nothing. I have stayed in these properties for several weeks due the line of business in, waterside is their lower class version of seaside. When I returned to check in to another property owned by this group, the room I had reserved had been given away. I believe this is my last stay with this group.

I liked everything about the place. Really nice room with a kitchen. Looks like everything is new. Staff was great. Especially, Lazaro at the front desk.

The night was hell, someone constantly running through the back gate which loudly bangs. The air conditioning of the other rooms are noisy like lawn mowers. The room has a coffee maker but no coffee. Instead of a refrigerator, there is a climate cabinet for wine. Careful ladies, there's no hair dryer. The room is so small (4 × 4 meters + bath) that you can only open the suitcase on the bed. "Beautiful neon lighting" looks nice and unsympathetic. A far too large TV at the end of the bed. WLAN hangs over and over again.
A star is available for the modern style and you can smoke all over the inner courtyard.

Good service. Comfortable rooms. It should improve the ventilation area of the rooms. Some smell of confinement and dampness. The Windows don't open. But it can be tolerated.

From the outside this place looks very chic and modern-typical Miami beach art deco style. So, outwardly the locale is very cute. The ugly truth is: The place is infested with roaches and customer service is absolutely terrible. I booked on hotel tonight, and in the morning I called at around 11:00 AM to see if we could try for an early check-in. The person on the phone stated that it was absolutely no problem, arrive there and instead of being warmly welcomed and given the room key, the front desk person says that he has no rooms available and I will have to wait until 2:30 PM. Mind you, it is only 11 o’clock in the morning. Thankfully, the pool area was accessible and so I hung out there and sunbathed and just enjoyed the very fresh afternoon weather that day. At some point the roaches appeared. After dinner on my way back to the room there was a roach staring me in the face on the wall right outside the door way. Then on awakening sometime around 1 AM one of his roach buddies appeared from behind the bed. On a positive note there is a very delicious burger spot just down the road.

Very cute hotel, the room was nicely renovated and pretty clean! Floors were a little dirty. Walls are kinda thin too, our neighbors were a bit obnoxious but that's not the hotels fault. Good pricing, would definitely come back but wish floors were cleaner and the walls weren't so thin. A/C unit would be nice to have a dehumidifier too cause it was pretty humid as well.

Clean, safe, very friendly reception staff to advise on places. A little small the room but one can accommodate.

Value for money is tip top.

The hotel had all the appearance from a photography standpoint of a nice hotel. But, we only had a miserable time staying there. First, our package was supposed to come with two free drinks. But only redeemable at a hotel 10 blocks away during one hour between 7 and 8pm, and not on holidays… or at least that's what the bar tender told me. The rooms were so small that they had a TV, but no comfortable place to watch the TV from. The rooms had coffee makers, but no coffee in sight. Also the Tv's did not have basic cable such as CNN, fox news, etc. The closet to hang up my blazer was a single rail which interfered with the ability to use shelf space and that is only if you could actually use more than on hanger since they were permanently attached to the rail. The hot water was inconsistent and the lack of space extended to the bathroom, so forget about doing basic cosmetics, even for guys simply being able to have deodorant, cologne and toothpaste out was near impossible. The hotel advertises on-site parking, but the hotel only has 6 parking spots… and about 50 rooms, so… You do the math. The only advantages of this hotel is the proximity to the beach and honestly it was pretty clean.

Cheap Hotel in Miami Beach with free parking! Great location, just 5 min to the beach. The room was very small. The staff were very friendly and the staff were very helpful.

Excellent service, comfortable rooms, nice bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Central location, has beach two blocks, although it is 30 min by car from the main beach in South Beach.

While the outside was unassuming, the rooms were fantastic. Seriously amazing. Within walking distance of several great food and drink spots as well as the beach. My only downfall is we were in a room by the road and the windows don't really dampen the sound much. That's kinda to be expected though when you are right by the road, so not a major issue. Had a great stay, comfy beds, and very clean. I wish we could have stayed the whole trip in Florida but sadly I had to move on in the state.

Love the waterside hotel. Awesome boutique hotel on Miami beach. Plenty of food and things to do nearby. And the most comfortable beds ever! Travel to Miami for work alot and I always stay here if there is a room open. If not you can always try one of there affiliated hotels.

We loved it! The beds are comfy, the room is very appealing and serene with a well supplied kitchenette and, it's in a great location a block or 2 from the beach. The best thing is the staff, especially Maria at the front desk. Even when they are busy, they are warm and helpful. We'll stay here every chance we get.

1. Clean rooms/modern rooms 2. If you are traveling w/ kiddos the room has a small kitchen w/ electrical stove and dishes. 3. Beds are comfortable 4. Super close to the beach. 5. Friendly staff 6. SUPER Affordable I stayed here with my family and we all slept good we didn't hear a single noise at night. In the morning we were able to cook our own eggs and store our drinks in the mini fridge provided. Definitely made things a lot more easier for us. Parking was not available due to there only being 6 spots available, however, the public parking is literally across the street. Before staying here I was a little skeptical about my car being elsewhere, but the parking lot is completely lighted 24/7 and there are other cars there with other complexes facing the parking lot. I think I paid 8$ dollars total to leave my truck there for 3 whole days. Overall I had a GREAT stay. Don't let negative reviews make you miss out on this awesome place. I know I'm definitely staying here for future vacations. Staff employee Jennifer was also very sweet and welcoming.

It's a great place to stay in! Just a few blocks away from the beach. The price was OK, rooms a little bit tiny and they're available beach chairs! The attention was excelent.

Great hotel, Great staff, Nice clean room, very professional. This was me and my cousins first time in Miami and we went to 3 different hotels before we found this one, we was very satisfied. We plan on making this a yearly trip and plan on vacationing at this hotel. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

D. Carrero made us feel like we were family. Warm welcome, and told what was around us restaurant that were good to at eat well. The room was like a home away from home. Thank you for making my stay amazing.

Loved it! A very nice Cuban guy checked me and my friends in. David C. Helped us to find the right places to eat and gave us an idea of the area. Rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. I will come back!

Really nice place at a good price for the area. Rooms are modern and clean, beds are nice, has small kitchenette with microwave, fridge, coffee pot, dinnerware. Only drawbacks were no complimentary coffee and you can hear all of the people out by the pool through the wall. Would definitely stay again.

I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to write a quick one for Waterside. I really enjoyed my stay at Waterside. The staff is extremely friendly. The rooms are a good size. Comfortable beds and nice big, clean bathroom. I loved the pool and the closeness to the beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again!

We made the reservation for a nearby hotel of the same compańia called océanside, then from there to the reach had not rooms and they are very campers sent us to this, we decided to stay not to search more and waste more time in our stay in Miami the rooms are clean but cramped and the staff with very poor customer service, the cable TV does not serve as an air-conditioning directly to the face for a little space in the room. We called to try to reserve the problem and no solution or answer. In a few words, a very bad deal for someone who is paying. It is not recommended.
