Awesome service they where all extrem nice to us helped us wherever they could. Good Safe doors and Windows. Microwave Fridge and Coffe Maschine in the Room. Close to supermarket and beach. Every day cleaning changing towels and so on.

We had the pleasure of staying at this chic Hotel! The self check in system is so cool with the access codes, the beach is literally behind and the parking around there is the cheapest I have encountered in Miami! Best location, great hotel, highly recommended!

Great hotel, great location, amazing staff! I booked a room for my family visiting me in Miami. Everybody was so nice to us, very helpful and friendly from the front desk to housekeepers! Pretty much everything we asked. They delivered! The hotel was clean, nice rooms, one block from the beach. Really really amazing experience!

Quick week-end getaway at Costa Norte and pretty amazing. Room are modern, not that big but really clean and I was out all day anyway! The cleaning ladies very sweet and front desk staff nice, helpful and available! Coming back for sure it’s a 10!

I have to mention that in this hotel operates a very efficient, proactive and recursive team. I emphasize this because in a city where public transport is scarce, Saidie the receptionist was always predisposed to help me get mobilized. When I had a consultation, whether in the morning, late or early morning, Saidie was ready to answer me. While it is true there is no reception at certain times, there really is no need for it. Knowing your room access key is enough. The neighborhood is very quiet, so much so that walking at any time is always an option. I have read many reviews, but in my testimony everything was a very pleasant experience. Clean rooms and comfort. I recommend it! Thank you Saidie for everything.

Super clean room and 2 blocks away from the beach for 75 bucks a night, what else can I ask for?

I would not recommend to book an apartment there!
I booked one in September 2017 for march 2018. Two weeks before we should have arrive there, Costa wrote us that we should pay 800€ more or the booking will be cancelled. It looks like a scam.

While on a family vacation, we decided to stay at Costa Norte which is one block from the beach. Needing somewhere to crash before our cruise to Mexico, this was a perfect spot for my family & I. The only two gripes I have is there is no parking, and they don’t offer breakfast. Other than that, I’d stay here again.

I had an amazing experience at Costa Norte. The hotel is clean and looked-after. Front desk personnel was very nice and polite. We spent a very relaxing vacation.

+ Cool stay, super clean, super comfy, super cool staff, nice yard to chill at night with a beer & cigarette. +Super friendly and helpful staff + check-in process was a breeze, landed late at night and got my room quickly. — Not in south beach but still on the beach.

I travel to Miami all the time, this hotel is very convenient to me because it's near the beach and restaurants are walking distance. The room although small is worth the price value. The staff was always very kind and helpful, especially Saidie, and I would definitely come back on my next visit"
