I called this hotel to see if they had a room. They confirmed that they did have a room. Upon my arrival they allowed me to pay for my room and gave me the key. I get to my room to learn that the lights and TV didn't work at ALL. I had to beg to get my money back. Horrible service!

When we called to see if they had a room available price we were given the wrong price by $100 I would of went somewhere else if I knew it was more then what was said on the phone. Room was ok beds we're comfy room clean. But it air conditioner was not working right so my husband pulled the filter out and it was so full of dust I wish I could post a picture! Area is very bad. Way overpriced for the area. We never got bothered by anyone and it was quite. Seem a few bugs in our room but not too many. Staff was very nice. Couldn't use the pool it was locked the whole week.

I like this motel… Rooms are decent for the area, and I have not had any problems here. I would recommend it to anyone's looking for place to stay.

It's a good hotel with friendly staff & nice rooms.

Good hotel with decent a price. The staff were friendly, courteous & had a good sense of humor. The air conditioner was ok (coulda been a bit stronger). Very good location. The BEST part, a FULL SIZE fridge. I'm in Days Inn & it sucks by comparison (NOT ALL the rooms have a fridge & I had to pay $22.50 to upgrade). REALLY WISH I coulda stayed longer in Ambassador Hotel.

Horrible experience booked a non smoking room and was provided a room that smelled like cigarettes, maintenance nocked on the door early in the morning to let us now that the room wasn't supposed to be booked because it was not ready they provided a new room when I got back to the hotel they have given that same room to some one else and told me they did early check out for me without my knowledge. Awfull don't recommended to no one.

Terrible. Even the restroom lobby was worn down and filthy. Dirty sheets and pillows, stained with blood. No towels or washcloths. Bedbugs. Walked in and walked out within 3 minutes. Do NOT bring your family here.

This place is a dump, in a bad neighborhood, smelly dirty rooms, the floor was sticky and wet (never dried), the bed covers are filthy, the room smells like cigarettes (one cigarette was found unde the bed), the bed cover has burns on it, a child was screaming and running all night long, I felt like my car was going to get stollen (had to check it if it was still there a few times during the night), the shower was disgusting and dirty. This place is flasely advertised and has construction going on everywhere as well as some rooms had nothing but piled up furniture in them. The room was hard to find. I was scared to fall asleep. The only positive was that the reseptionist was nice. I would not go to this place ever again or recommend anyone to go there.

Charging way to much for rooms that are not fixed all the way. My room is supposed to be newly renovated but shower leaks and knob on sink comes of cable goes in an out no phones no Wi-Fi. Could be better. But people are nice and u don't get bothered.
