I will never stay at any staybridge suites again I was supposed to stay 5 days for work had a issue which I had to leave I paid in cash only spent one night and they refused to refund the rest of my money 129 bucks a night and I lost money I will never return and will never recommend this place to anyone this place takes your money and screws you.

Yes highly recommend this hotel! super clean very nice stuff, the breakfast amazing! they have a little bit of everything.

I luv it Staff is great! Everyone is so helpful. Mix & Mingle outing is super. Food is great Housekeeping is on it! Lots to do in this area Walking distance to the mall Lots of fast food here.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast was great every morning, staff was friendly and helpful also. Pool could have been a little bigger but we had a great time while there.

Very nice! They have free washers and dryers on site plus you can work out while the laundry is washing and drying!

All the staff I spoke to when booking and while at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself still feels very new. We rented a suite to split up our group, and the added amenities with the kitchen are great to have for an extended stay. Very comfortable arrangements — they even have J. R. Watkins products in the bathrooms! There is also a generous breakfast buffet included with your stay. I've stayed at other Staybridges in the past — always have a good stay — and I will continue to book them for future trips.

Nice rooms, decent location across from shopping and dining, big towels, Watkins branded bath products in the shower, pool, hot tub broken, laundry facilities and more. The hotel itself is fine but the staff is very unprofessional and rude. Last night, I heard one staff member yelling down the hall and giggling. This morning I noticed the hair dryer was missing from my room, so I called the front desk and asked for one. I was told that they didn't have time to look for one for me and that they weren't sure they had another one. I went to the front desk to talk to the person and asked if they could get one from an empty room, she sighed loudly and said "well, I would have to go upstairs. " I said that I would appreciate it if she would and she turned around without saying anything. When I came back to get the hair dryer she handed it to me and wouldn't speak to me. I'm not certain why she was upset by this, but I felt it was a reasonable request.

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite. We had a fast check-in. Breakfast was ok nothing special. Internet connection is satisfactory. Service was satisfactory as well. Room was spacious but not totally clean. I had my own bathroom in my room but the towels from the previous occupant was not put away.

I would give it a 4.5 star. Great location, close to restaurants and shops and a balanced distance from the airport and business destinations. A young and quiet neighborhood. Breakfast different everyday in my three nights stay. Rooms are modern and functional. Need to improve a little more on the clean side.

Really enjoy staying at Staybridge. Excellent quality service. Everyone is extremely friendly. My room is amazing! Granite countertops! The amenities are great! Love this place!

The rooms were very clean and nice. Service at the front desk was nice and helpful as well. My mom was pleased with her room too. Breakfast was good. I'd recommend it and will probably be back.

So far my stay has been excellent but the only thing would detract from a five star rating would be the complementary hot breakfast. If possible I'd only subtract a half star but unfortunately the fairly over cooked bacon and egg with cheese demand that some points be deducted from the overall score.

Pretty new hotel. Nice clean room. Ideal location. The breakfast is good and they offer nice dinner on Monday — Wednesday.

Our Arrival was around 17:30, checking in was not possible until 19:00, because the Room had not yet been cleaned. Nevertheless, the Room was still not clean when Related. We then removed the Food Leftovers from the Predecessor and repaired two Lamps. That all for 410, — for two Nights. Not good value for money. The Chair says it all.

Rooms are big and beds are clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. They offer some meals for breakfast and dinner (most nights). Vegans beware, not many options for dinner but breakfast you can make due with fruit and bagels. Hotel is across the street from a shopping centre as well, incase you forget something at home!

Rooms are beautifully appointed with modem decor. Bed is very comfortable. Staff is pleasant. Would definitely stay again.

I was switched here by Residence Inn in the same area because they overbooked me. I arrived at the Staybridge & they were kind & extra accommodating even though it was not their mistake. They were going to charge my card for the room, but I had a prepay with the other hotel, so they generously got permission to just get their money back from the other hotel. That was a blessing. The room was clean & airy. I was placed on 4th floor, so noise was minimum to none. Peaceful stay. Beautiful location. Great staff and management. I will choose here first before I will book with Residence inn from now on.

I had a very nice and relaxing stay here. Perfect location! Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The hotel was clean and the staff pleasant.

Stayed here for two months and it was awesome. The social three times a week plus the free breakfast help to save you money. Family friendly and right across the street from a bunch of shops, movie theater, Target, and Bass Pro. Free parking and laundry.

A wonderful place to stay for a weekend getaway. Staff are compassionate and accommodating. Lots to do around in the area. Suites are very comfortable, pleasant, and cozy; feels like home!

This Staybridge location is always on point; anytime I go to Denver for the weekend with my family, we stay at this location, because everything is always clean, and I've never had to complain about anything.

This place has it all. Large lobby with secluded living room great for entertaining visitors, free laundry machines, comfortable rooms with full kitchen stocked with dishes, grills out back, continental breakfast… Will definitely come here again.

The hotel was well maintained and looked clean when I arrived. I was very disappointed that the pool was closed the day we arrived. The pool was one of the main reasons of why I choose this hotel. The pool was very small, and the day it was open it was super cold. The hot tub was ok but had way to much bleach, my eyes were burning. Breakfast was complimentary and was pretty good, I only ate there once. I was very upset with house keeping, they were in the room and fixed the beds both it seemed that the sheets were the same from previous night. They did a horrible job in cleaning the room, well I will go as far as to say that they did not clean the room. Housekeeping did not leave enough towels, they did not replace the shampoo or soap and worst of all they left me without toilet paper. They did not remove the garbage from the room even though I left it tied up and ready for them so my room smelled really bad. (We had five guys the night before so the room smelled like old fries) not pleasant at all. I had to take out the garbage myself since the hotel on had one person on staff and he was covering the front desk. Front desk staff was very friendly and they try to help me but I was disappointed that the supervisor or manager did not answer my messages. I will not be returning to this hotel, for the price I could have stayed somewhere else.

We had a problem with our debit card and Staybridge Stapleton was willing to work with us to help us to get a room using cash. We finally got things figured out with the bank though and were able to charge to our card without a problem. The service is friendly the facilities are very clean, modern and nice. The rooms are especially nice with a comfortable king-size bed and cute kitchenette area. The complimentary breakfast has a good variety, looks nice and is available until 11 a. M. On weekends. The hotel offers a happy hour dinner type option during the week which is excellent. Good location also. Nice outdoor area although we couldn't figure out how to get the fire started. Free laundry option which we needed and was nice to have. Especially appreciate the extra help and hospitality as we had difficulty with our card when we first came into Denver for our honeymoon.

Perfect for my family while visiting a friend for her wedding. The breakfast was better than most and had options for my young son. We stayed 4 days and all the staff we encountered were very courteous.

Good location, within walking distance of several local restaurants, as well as a Safeway and Starbucks. Good provided breakfast as well. Pool, exercise room, and laundry are all accessible.

I am a IHG Platinum member and they had my name on a counter display. Check-in was perfect. They host an afternoon happy hour I give it a 10 for effort but maybe a 6 in actual performance. Room was great. Kitchen had all the needed stuff. Breakfast is like all so it was off to Mickey D's. Late check-out was fine. Quiet hotel across from large shopping center. Lots of choices for meals.

We drove 12 hours from Casper, we had missed our flight to Philadelphia. We had called IHG and booked a suite for the night and had paid for it. When we got to the hotel, the front desk lady was most rude and obnoxious. She said she had no room despite the fact we had reservation for the night. It was 11 PM. Another gentleman came and he was rudely treated but was checked in. Then the front desk lady took my ID and credit card and proceeded to check us in. No idea why all the fuss when we had booked and paid for it and there was our suite available and we were treated badly initially.

Overall a good hotel. It was heavily used by construction crews during our stay but they were pleasant and quiet. Decent breakfast and a great location.

Having just stayed here for a week on business, I'd have to say it was a wonderful stay and experience. The room was spacious, modern, and inviting. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Marianna, in housekeeping was a GEM, and always had my room pulled-up and back to feeling like my first day there, every single day. Their Monday-Wednesday "Social", was a wonderful addition to my trip; and the food and drinks were phenomenal! Overall, I will always stay here when on business in Denver.

It was a very nice place. It was clean and roomy. The only complaint was not having shampoo in the room, but it's an easy mistake. It has a good breakfast as well.

Location is convenient (mall and several restaurants literally next door and across the street). Easy access to the highway and a quick drive to Denver. Pretty standard digs for Staybridge, but it is impressive that they have a couple grills for outdoor bbqing and a fire pit. Staff is friendly! Would recommend.

My only complaint is the hot tub was down for maintenance lol. Great rooms nice staff and it feels cozy. Would love to stay again when the hot tub is working!

Our stay here was great, the rooms are really nice, clean and modern but cozy. The hot tub jets didn't work but it was hot, pool was clean and indoors which I appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful and answered all my questions in a professional but "one of the family" kind of way. Water pressure was great, breakfast was good, and overall it was a great stay. No complaints here. :)

Well Staybridge… You managed to mess up a really good birthday weekend. Never even checked into your hotel due too you guys having an extended stay in the room I reserved 3 weeks in advance, and yet you still pulled $350 out of my account. Of course I didn't know you had done this so the whole weekend I have been bouncing every little thing in my account. I had my funds planed out for my birthday weekend and with you pulling the money out I have almost $100.00 worth of over draft fees. Then when I call to get my money back you only give me half one day and then the rest two days later. I am now having to deal with almost $400 worth of fuck ups in my account. I would NEVER recommend staying at this staybridge. I wonder how many others got changed for NOT staying there…

Dont waste your money here, Horrible hotel. The GM doesn't know anything about running a hotel. They are under staffed, and the staff is un trained thanks to the wonderful Bill Weeman. The sign up front says something about 100 percent satisfaction garenteed, well thats a crock considering that my grandparents stayed here for 3 days and did not get maid service, the food was cold, and when my grandparents asked for clean towels and more soap the girl at the desk made them WALK DOWN because she was the only one there. When my little old grandparents went to complain to Bill he did nothing. So Bill you should like take down that sign… I will never let my grandparents stay here or ever reccomend someone to stay here. The Holiday Inn down the street on Qubec road is a much nicer stay, better staffed, way better amenities, and all in all a much better stay!

I had a company paid for training class there in a conference room. It was clean, and well maintained, the Wi-Fi signal was quick and strong and the coffee was GREAT. Seriously, best hotel coffee I've ever had… Wonderful selection of different creamer flavors and sugars and the coffee was hot and fresh mid day. I did not stay in, nor see, the actual rooms.

Was decent but we have service animals and they go everywhere with us well they have a pole with dog poo bags and a trash can well it was empty when we arrived and can was full of nasty poo we told them and it wasn't fixed till the day we left and was done by an elderly man who had been on vacation it was so nasty he puked the whole time he was cleaning out can we felt so bad for him he wudnt have had to go thru that like that if someone had cleaned it while he was gone.

Beautiful people with great hospitality. They welcomed us in such a caring way and ensured that we were comfortable through out our stay. Flirt and Flutter Beauty will continue to hold our meetings at this lovely establishment.

My mother and I stayed here while she went through a bone marrow transplant at CBCI. They apparently have a lot of cancer patients who stay here at the hospital's referral, however, they don't take the special needs of these patients into consideration. Had an upstairs neighbor who was bowling, or doing gymnastics or had baby elephants or something who was POUNDING on the floor for 3 STRAIGHT HOURS (seriously, our kitchen cabinets were rattling), it was enough to drive a healthy young person like myself to the edge. The front desk refused to do anything because it wasn't quite 10 o'clock yet. It's disappointing that they accept all the business from the hospital's cancer patients, but aren't considerate of the special needs those people may have. Like getting rest at night. They clearly only care about the money they make off of them. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you are going through transplant, you may not get the rest you need.

Layout was a little confusing with their signs, but every employee we've been in contact with has been incredible. They've been helpful and attentive. They've been great! The food has been wonderful! They have a social time the days a week and they serve complimentary dinner which was great and gives a sense of community!

My hubby and I had the opportunity to stay here for his birthday weekend and we enjoyed every moment of it. The customer service was outstanding! We especially love the fact that it was right opposite the Stapleton mall/plaza. Also, the breakfast was an hour later than most hotels and parking was never an issue. We'll definitely visit again.

This is our second stay here. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The suites are clean and comfortable. They are especially great for families because they have a separate bedroom for privacy. The included breakfast is a well done and there are dinners available a few days a week. The pool is well maintained and enjoyable. There is a shopping center across the street with a Super Target and many restaurant choices. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone spending time in Denver.

Nicely furnished, modern hotel that has unexpected perks like social hours with complimentary beer and wine. The hotel is family oriented and was quiet even during new years eve. However, the staff was not knowledgeable about the area (Denver) or transportation, which is generally expected. There was also no warning that the hot tub was closed which was the main reason I booked this hotel. I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again.

Staff was wonderful. We had accommodation issues on the way to an event in Stapleton. Our reservation at this hotel was for Sat night but we called first thing Sat morning to see if we could possibly check in early so we could get ready for the early afternoon event. The staff was wonderful and got us checked in that morning. The rooms were nice, quiet, and clean and the hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Great place to stay very friendly staff which went out of there way to make are family vacation a experience my daughters will never forget. Would highly recommend.
