The decor and rooms are fantastic and the Lady at the counter, sorry, I did not get her name, helped very much to resolve a confirmation that was not in the system, very helpful to find it and get a room for me and my family. Definitely stay here again.

The location is less than appealing and like all colorado motels the place reeks of marijuana even though its no smoking. Most of the staff is very friendly and good at their jobs. Recently remodeled new and clean. Limited amenities poor water pressure.

Free shuttle to and from the repair shop — great breakfast bar.

Do not book with this hotel. The staff is an absolute joke, you can't get ahold of them because their phones are often off the hook. They overbooked our family and many others when we had rooms reserved ahead of time for our soccer team, which isn't the end of the world, but the way they have handled themselves is ABYSMAL. To remedy the fact they overbooked is they paid for us to stay at a shithole hotel (Rodeway Inn) but that was unacceptable (the rooms had cigarettes still burning and missing light bulbs for crying out loud) and when we went back to ask for a voucher or some other option they essentially said "take what we give you thats that" and to make matters worse apparently they knew they'd overbooked us for several days but said nothing until we got there (after a near 9 hour drive! ) On top of that, after we didn't stay at the Best Western or anywhere they provided us — they charged the credit cards for a 5 night stay (over $500 charge! ) for a hotel that we NEVER EVEN STAYED AT. Their managers on duty are a joke, the manager who can actually "do anything" about anything is impossible to get ahold of, and any communication we have had has been incredibly rude when they were the ones at fault for this whole mess. Not to mention the lobby felt like a sauna as we repeatedly went there to try and get this situation resolved.

Absolutely terrible stay! first we check in and the people are rude, then we get to our room and there’s COCKROACHES IN THE ROOM! so we go down there, very rudely we got our room switched. So we get into that room and it reeks like old stale cigarettes. Now onto the next morning. We are woken up EARLY to the sound of banging over our heads and then we get a knock at our door, at 9:30, asking us to check out. Check out is at 11:00. Not to mention the hotel is absolutely disgusting. 10/10 do not recommend.

This place appears to be used to launder money instead of running a hotel. It has been under construction for a full year, and I observed them attempt to sell a room without working locks and a broken air conditioner with faulty wiring to 3 different guests including myself. The room I switched into had faulty wiring in half of the light fixtures, broken glass in the room, and I could not see a thing. They wouldn't tell me whether or not they even have a lost and found when I inquired about shoes I left in the original room — I can only assume they simply take whatever they find. One guest I spoke to said his card had been charged 3 times what his stay was booked for, another said there were things falling from her ceiling from the construction. A 3rd warned me not to complain because he was almost kicked out for doing so. I booked another hotel after they offered to refund my stay, and when I returned to ask why the refund did not appear on my credit statement, they claimed to have never offered it, even though the offer was recorded in an email from the "general manager. " I spoke to the police about recovering my stolen money, and the officer informed me it was a civil violation and he could not help me recover it. It would be insane stay in that hotel with the electrical systems and locks in such bad shape — you would be gambling with your life.

Rooms are dated. Construction on the outside. The hallway carpets are in horrible condition lumpy and super dirty. The room smells like someone used a whole bottle of cleaner on it. Eyes feel like they're burning. Beer bottles on the outside of the building all over 12 packs and lots of trash. I clearly understand that construction debreeze but not the trash. The whole place is filthy. And I'm not a very picky person. Front desk person had somewhat of an attitude but I just played nice so she wouldn't rip my head off.

The hotel staff and management absolutely wasted my time here. They double booked my room and all I heard was lie after lie from staff. Eventually pointing fingers at me. No apology, nor attempt to reconcile. Hotel manager was late, didn't care at all about this entire situation. FYI, this hotel looks NOTHING LIKE the pictures featured. This place is run down, poorly lit, and the breakfast is inferior. They have zero knowledge on how to check-in/find CLC reservations nor know they even accept them. With any luck, this hotels contract will be revoked so none of my associates and or anyone in Denver for work has to experience this dump.

They are under construction, and as you can see it's for good reason. They haven't made it to the rooms yet. Front desk was nice although difficult to get ahold of by phone prior to the reservation. We ended up checking out early and not staying. Great location for activities and not far from shopping. I Spy Activity: Can you find the crater in the bed?

Absolutely horrible service! Came for vacation, was not informed that pool was out of order, room had men’s hair in bathtub under mat, room floors looked disgusting, and smelt. This building was also under construction that I did not know about. We went downstairs to get our money back and lady was extremely rude. When we asked for a manager she said she was the manager. (This is a privately owned hotel so the manager is suppose to be the owner) She said none of it was her problem and then turned to speak about us in Spanish with her coworkers. This hotel was the absolute worst and it honestly had me in tears.

We stayed there for 3 nights we only used the hotel for sleep and breakfast thank you to all the staff my room was really clean and every time that I enter to my room I new that they have clean my room smell so good thank you.

Horrible experience! Right when we walked in the room there was a Cockroach in the corner and a bed bug in the bathroom! The staff was extremely rude and Unprofessional! I reported them to the BBB for investigation. AVOID STAYING HERE AT ALL COST THEY ARE FILTHY! I can't believe the city of Aurora allows this kind of place to stay in business! Crack central! Prostitutes! FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN STAY AWAY AT ALL COST! Rip off! Roach infested, Bed Bug Infested + Crack Head Staff!

25 minutes to check on cause nobody was around. The bed sucked. Tv sucked. 86 dollars for a this room? Never again.

Super cheap! A bit vintage looking however undergoing construction. Rooms have a kitchen setting with a stove top cabinets and fridge. Service so far has been great especially for the price. Colorado has expensive rates well not here.

Ugh, the heater did not work, ice maker was broken, the hall was littered with trash, the room was straight out of the 70's and they apparently have a hall pass for the cheapest continental breakfast they could serve. Gross, mealy fruit, cereal, $. 99 bread and waffels… no thanks. No worth the $92… maybe $30. Also toiletries sucked and they are stingy with towels.

After almost being charged double for the wrong room, we finally went to settle in. Low and behold the bathroom sink wouldn't stop dripping. When you use it water comes out the knobs, there are cockroaches in the bathroom. When we moved our car closer to our room, we couldn't get in. The outside handles just keep spinning. Very dissapointed only recommend if you like sleeping in filth.

Beds were uncomfortable. The staff was rude and argumentative. Roaches in the bathroom. Dirty countertops and dust everywhere. I read the reviews and understood that it wouldn't be the best. However, after spending a short amount of time here I left to go find a different room. The side doors were all cracked open and people were often just coming and going. The place smelled like cigarettes and weed. The staff was unfriendly and rude, when I brought up the complaints the staff proceeded to argue with me suggesting I was making stuff up. I promptly left and was charged an extra night. When I called to speak with someone, the staff once again argued with me and told I would have to call Monday to speak with someone on Monday, but they refused to give any information out.

Just know when the lights are out there will be roaches… I haven't seen a roach in a long time anywhere that I lay my head. Went to use the rest room and when I cut the lights on 2 roaches ran behind the mirror… smh.

This is a good place to be the staff are good rooms are decent only bad thing is on occasions you'll run into a rude guest but otherwise I'm happy with this place.

I think the room was overpriced. It was seriously outdated with a tube TV. Also I found coffee stirrers on the floor, which tells me that the cleaning staff isn't very thorough.

The decorations in the lobby were nice. The parking lot needs to be repaved. The potholes and bumps were killer.

Thank you everyone who will help me get them for what they are doing next am calling IRS and ice I want IRS go back has far as they can James and his family likes to pay under the table so I hope the hours adds up to there pay I got alot of you willing to help me so my lawyer will be in touch thank you what I want is her gone and everything we put in that place back after what they did am not stopping till I get Justice and prove who is lieing I am going to have her and them and me take a lie detector text and yes I am paying for it so all be in touch soon thank you everyone for your help.

Service could be a whole lot better. Looks good on outside and like a crappy motel on inside. Gets the job done. Nice A/C.

Our room was filthy, there was dried vomit on the floor by the side of the bed that was initially hidden by the bed sheets. The was dried blood on the curtains and on the bathroom floor under the toilet and behind the door. The walls look like they were smashed and then put together with putty and the big kicker, the heater/air unit is held up by two wooden blocks and was also broken. The lobby smelled nice but as soon as you leave the lobby the rest of the place stinks. The TV was from the early 90s and the carpet was torn in places. This place is worse than the dirtiest college dorm you could imagine. Do yourself a favor, book another place to stay.

I'm not allowed to give zero stars but this place has sure earned it. Many other hotels within a mile or so, don't take your chances here! Desk attendants are no where to be found, spent 20 minutes waiting at the desk all while calling the phone to no answer. When a couple who looked like they just rolled out of bed and were looking for a room themselves finally came in the front door giggling and found time to help me and the others that were waiting. I was then treated like a criminal for needing an extra key all while her boyfriend stood next to me staring threateningly. I told the clerk how unhappy I was with my treatment and was told there is no way to file a complaint. She then sent a cop to pound on my door at 4am, I assume as revenge. The place wreaks of cigarettes and other lovely odors, hasn't been cleaned thoroughly since the 70's when it was decorated. Not one employee treated me well in this hotel. There are tons of other hotels within a mile or two, never make the mistake of choosing this one.

It wasn't particularly clean, and was in a pretty rough looking industrial area outside of Denver, but this place was very cheap to stay at, so I can't complain! Nothing stood out to me as "bad, " but also there wasn't anything that stood out as "good. " Just a very okay hotel at a very low price. For the sake of completeness: I heard talk of bedbugs from some regulars, but didn't have any problems myself.

Wish I could rate one star, worst "family business" in Denver. No employees in sight when we needed a replacement key, tried calling and yelling for 15 mins and ended up hoping the counter to find one, just to get yelled at about it like I was wrong. Then a cop knocks on the door at 4am while we are asleep "making sure people didn't sneak extra people in". Besides that it's basically falling apart I would NOT want to take a blacklight to the beds in those rooms.

The TVs are very old and the Wi-Fi very slow and ka clean the give every 3cer day very bad service.

The only bad thing that one of the elevators was not serving.

The AC … They fail a lot and wet the folder …

We stayed here for a week and it's the worst hotel we ever stayed at. We got 1 day of room service the whole time so our trash piled inside our room. No clean towels (good thing we always bring our own). Water pressure sucks so good luck taking a shower or using the toilet. We left an item there and when We called and ask them to COD to us, we were told they did but couldn't tell you what tracking number is and we never got it back. Receptionist was always busy talking on her cellphone that when asked about something she never has a clue so we better figure it out. Stay away from this place. Definitely not going back here next time we visit!

All of the front desk girls are amazing! They have made our stay pleasurable and tried to meet every need we have had. Missy is especially outstanding, I don't know what we would do without her. She goes above and beyond the call of duty and takes great pride in her job. It definitely shows in the way she treats the guests! Thank you Best Inn for hiring amazing girls!

They hotel was not the nicest but was the cheapest I could find. After my stay I realized I had 2 charges on my credit card, one was the amount I agreed to pay and the other an extra 61.15. I called to see what the charge was for and they could not help me. They told me they do not see the charge and I need to contact my credit card company. Discover now has to file a dispute against the hotel. The night in Denver was not worth this hassle.

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are a outdated but it's a 70's cute. A lot of updates needed. Low shower heads. Im 5'10 it came to my neck, but, the pressure was awesome and the water was hot! Breakfast is your basic dry breakfast bar. Toast, waffle maker, bagels, cereal and coffee. Outside is a little ehh but I felt very safe. A lot if families live here. All in all I have stayed here several times and I will always pick this hotel first!

I booked the Best Inn and Suites due to price and location close to where I would be conducting business. The staff was very friendly and helpful and check in even thought I arrived at 2 am. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The room had a full size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and stove. Although I did not use it, they offer a free breakfast. The property also offers free Wi-Fi. If you are looking for a no frills no fuss place to stay at a reasonable price, I would recommend Best Inn and Suites.

The customer service was good. However the rooms are not up to standard at all. I had a kitchen with no plates or cutlery, the bed was lumpy and lopsided and the towels were small. My initial reservation was for six days but I checked out the next morning.

Rating for this hotel is horrible, Owner gives out bloody mattress to guest from someone else who rents room. Owners are in city and federal violations, some rooms and out in hallways some detectors do not work. Room 543 the Air Conditioner units falls into room were you can see outside. Wires expose throughout the building, some fire extinguishers have not been checked since 2014, and others need to be charged. Roof leaking in numerous places down the walls onto the floor causing the walls to buckle out, also the floor. The wood border on walls have changed colors from brown to black and green which has allowed mold to settle in the building. This hotel charges $1.00 for a roll of toilet paper. Then people who have been living there forum to 5years reports all of this to the owner James and Manager Nicole they continue to cover everything up. All the Bell carts are falling apart. This hotel charge there guess who works a $25.00 dollar late fee if they come after 11:00am checkout. The owner mother claims they had building almost 2years, I told her she should be ashame to tell anyone that, all their doing is collecting money but not putting any money back into the building. These people are in so many violations that Denver Colorado OSHA Department is involved and Denver Colorado Building Inspector Safety Environmental is involved. Owner states we remodeled the first flloor. What they did not know that I knew they only remodeled first floor for the Insurance money.

Stayed here about 4 years ago when I was 16 years old for 8 months after moving from California. As a resident, made friends with all the local crips, crack dealers and prostitutes staying there. Even gang banged a stripper with some dude. It was a blast needless to say. But, the night manager and his buddies ended up sticking up some Koreans at their restaurant, Fero's Bar on Colorado blvd. Killed them all and set the place on fire. He's in jail. It's on the news you can read about it. But yeah that $3 toast and cereal is some BS. Might wanna cough up that extra $50 bucks for the Hilton and avoid those extended stays if you're the more "wholesome" type.

Personally I thought that I was treated very nicely. The receptionist… Rhonda, I believe was her name was very nice and helpful. The room was clean, our heater worked. Everything was great for the day that I spent there.

The price is OK, but the rooms aren't exactly clean I have seen some bugs. They are in the process of renovating which is a good thing. The only true downfall I see is that they do not have military discount.

This place was filthy. And to top it all off I got stuck in the fking elevator and had to have the fire department come to let me out. Never stay here.

Oops staying here was a mistake. The windows don't lock, the sheets were still dirty, and all of the smells that I smelled in this entire building… Ugh. The elevators were out of order, had to fumble all of my luggage down the disgusting staircases. So many odd stains and questionable splatters to match with all of the brutal smells. I guess they're renovating so there are trash bags covering the walls and broken doors propped open. I don't care about outdated TVs and barely working appliances… I'm more concerned with cleanliness and safety. Since there's kitchenettes and weekly rates a lot of people permanent live here, with too many people hoarding their crap — super against fire codes? And other laws? Hah the funny thing is next door the nicer hotel is $20 more.

This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed I am a truck driver and I look for a place that's comfortable it was bed bugs there the elevator did not work the hair dryer did not work the tub had rust in it so I couldn't take a bath the air conditioning was shot it didn't work this place was horrible and housekeeping was very rude.

I worked overnights. Loved the job but got "let go" twice, without legit reason. People's personalities change like the Colorado weather. Don't stay too long because they'll find an excuse to. "let you go".

Worst hotel ever! Okay to start off if you are paying daily you get free breakfeast BUT if you pay by the month or week they charge you three bucks for cereal, toast or cuties. Then if you need toliet paper they will charge you a dollor per roll. Oh on top of that if you have a problem in your room they will "write a note for maintenance" and you wont hear anything back for multiple days. I do admit I love the fact I have a large bathroom and a stove but management is horrible.

I'm not sure how this hotel has not been condemned yet. Raunchy smells everywhere, the hotel is falling apart, half the elevators don't work. The ones that do you get stuck in and feel like you are going to die. Do not stay here.

The handicap room on the first floor could have been designed a little better, I had no problem parking, Staff were very polite, the TVs were outdated they should invest in some good TVs other than our experience was pretty dang on good we stayed 2 weeks.

One star is an overstatement. The management plays games like you would not believe. The general manager is a criminal, and the staff is trained to find reasons to kick people out. After my kids ate a bag of popcorn and left several pieces of popcorn on the floor, the cleaning staff refused to clean the room because of the need to "excessively vacuum". Are you kidding me? I asked for a vacuum and was told by Cornrows McIwishIhadarealjob at the front desk that there wasn't one to borrow, but he would see what he could do. There are safety concerns galore. Our room on the third floor did not have the window closed correctly, and my 2 year old nearly met an untimely demise letting curiosity get the best of him. The roof is not properly secured, so when my 13 year old went up on the roof (no signage stating it was against the rules) we were promptly kicked out and told that there would be no refund. Only after threatening to contact the attorney general and every news station in the general vicinity did the GM decide it might be wise to make things right. These people put me and my disabled wife on the street at 10:00 pm at night because they don't know how to secure their own building. One fire inspection would shut this place down for months to fix all the issues. Do NOT stay in this unsafe, unprofessional, dirty ass "hotel".

TERRIBLE! Worst hotel I ever stayed at. Smelled of sewage in the hallways. Thought I was going to die in the old elevator. Carpets are dusty and sticky. Bathroom floor was sticky. Stains on the comforter. Holes in the Curtains. Horrible cable. Maybe they should charge by the hour because all I could think of the whole time was how many hookers had been in the bed before me. Lets just say I got drunk so I could actually fall asleep in this dump.

I couldn't possibly list all that was wrong. Floors were an inch thick of pet urine. Took many weeks to get shampooed. Electrical hazards were exposed and shocking us. All fixed with tape. The A/C made this horrific noise. Again, all fixed with tape (not). The smell was unreal! Every time I walked into my room it smelled like greasy Asian buffet SO bad. I brought my own cleaning supplies and gave it a good cleaning but to no avail. There's families 6 and 7 deep in one room. Kids running the halls back and forth to their other relatives rooms. Trash EVERYWHERE! Piles of trash! Wish I could post pics of this. The fridge, walls and other areas were punched in by someone before us. The box spring was totally shattered with a broken chair under it. Lucky it wasn't a dead hooker Haha (Four Rooms). The washing machines are always full because other inconsiderate guests decide it's laundry day and they use every machine all day long. I could go on and on. If you have a family don't stay here. It was very dangerous and we were almost involved in a serious altercation with a guest whom harassed my 11 year old. Fortunately we are the bigger people with class and let the guy slide because clearly he didn't realize who's kid he messed with.

Dirty and stinky. Lazy maintenance staff. No friendly front desk staff. Stayed for two weeks for low price. On my last day I was expecting very important mail (driver license and credit card) one of the snotty women told me that they cant hold mail for unregistered guests. So here I am. Had to stop in the middle of work to come back and wait for mail man. Which they told me comes from 1-3. Also, during my stay: a couple complained about something being stolen from their room and got kicked out. Of course he was upset.

The hotel is not the worst I have seen. But, it has the worst management I have encountered. I reserved a room for one night and checked in early and was told it was ok by the night front desk even the early check in fees were waived. Shift changes and I get a call from Heather Rude at 10:45am and she asks if I am staying an extra night to go pay or vacate by 11 I walked to the front desk to explain that I was allowed to check in early and that early fees were waved by the previous shift but that I nedded to coplete my stay based on the resevation she said that I had used my stay already. I offered to pay early check in fees and she said they did not have such thing. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told the manager would be there by 4 pm. I asked for a number to call the manager and when I called Heather answered she is rude and unprofessional as is her manager who I was finally able to speak to and explain my ordeal. She admitted that the misunderstanding had to do with the need for more training for her subordinate but if I wanted to stay any more time I had to pay an extra day at full price. Avoid them at all costs.

I did manage to check-in here, but I left after a couple of hours. From the beginning, I had encountered a lot of problems. First, my resrvation was not registered in their system. After they've sorted it out, I found my-self in a small room, which was not even cleaned completely. I couldn't remain there, therefore, I had to look for another place to stay.
